DEADLIFT TATTOO

Wade did an amazing job on this piece. The colors pop and the attention to detail is magnificent. On top of that the atmosphere of the shop is chill and the conversations about music made the whole experience top notch. This is my second tattoo by Wade I Iove his work.

Started going to deadlift years ago and have always felt comfortable and safe.Nowhere can compare to the environment, and Ive always left with a badass tattoo and a good experience from good people. Wade is a great guy. Ive spent almost 23 hours on his table. He was able to take my vision and completely tie together both upper arms and full chest. He was able to cover up an old tattoo on my chest, the best possible. Wade also cleaned up and added to my wifes back tattoo. Also, he will be adding to her wrist tat next week. Great man and artist.

Got the opportunity to see his apprentice work on a sweet girl while getting work done. I sadly forgot his name😅. I loved how his shop felt like you’re right at home with the movies playing in the background as well. There wasn’t a single awkward moment in his shop lol. So, if you’re looking for someone that’s efficient with work and time and does amazing color, coverups shoot he does it all just go to wade you won’t regret it I promise! His wife is really good with booking and quick with responses as well. They are great overall!!

I feel like 5 stars isnt enough for Deadlift Tattoo! From my 1st contact with Renee, who was supportive and kind through nearly a year of frustration for me from a bad tattoo I received last year, to the incredibly detailed rework by Wade, my experience with Deadlift has been AMAZING! I highly recommend Wade to anyone who wants ink theyll love! They are unequivocally the best in the North State area, hands down, bar none!

Ive been to shops all over los angeles but nothing compares to this place. the artist wade really listens to what you want & talks you through the process (also gave me great suggestions for how to make my coverup look better). i really appreciated the care & attention to detail, ive never had an artist put that much effort into making my tattoo look perfect. the studio is also super clean & everyone is very nice & welcoming.my tattoos turned out way better than i had hoped & i highly recommend checking out deadlift !!

This place is awesome! So far beyond my expectations. My first tattoo, my first visit to CA! I brought a very rough sketch and he made it beautiful. The conversation was great too! All told my friend and I were there over 3 hours and it was one of the best parts of my vacation. Clean, safe, relaxed, professional. There was nothing I would change and if I get another tattoo, I will cross the country to get it. My friend had a coverup of an old tattoo and you could not even see where the old one was.

The guys there are amazing and do awesome work. Very clean and professional. Highly recommend. You wont regret it.

My favorite tattoo shop in town! Wade has done a cover-up for me; a blue dragon, which turned out amazing, he, also, did a portrait of one of my dogs, and, he has been working on a biomech leg sleeve as well... all my pieces from Wade look fantastic, and, vibrant, even after the healing process... i recommend him anytime people ask about the art he has done, and, people do ask!

I will never go to a different shop to have work done. From the quality to the reasonable pricing... Deadlift is my shop. I had a full Narnia themed sleeve done as well as some cover up work and will be getting more. The detail and color in my tattoos are amazing.

This artist is absolutely one of the best artists around. Hes not too heavy or too light handed, his shop and the entire process of getting a tattoo is very well thought out and sanitary, he can take any idea you have and turn it into a work of art (and is more than happy to do it for you,) he is extremely friendly, and he is very affordable! I have absolutely no regrets with any part of the tattoo I got done with him (my entire rib cage) and I would recommend him 10X over! Just an all around laid back, cool environment to get a dream tattoo done!

The shop is always very clean. Wade is always very polite and makes sure youre ready before he starts tattooing. Always very detailed and really knows how to make an outstanding piece of artwork.

Im so happy with the tattoo I got today. Wade incorporated all of my kids suggestions. I also mentioned I had a tattoo on my finger I didnt like, Wade offered to cover it and was able to cover with a beautiful bee in the same appointment. Shop was clean! His wife is very fast with responding to texts.

The whole process took about 4 hours and during our session, I found out he was very knowledgeable on different matters which made for a great experience. Wade is an excellent artist who focuses attention to detail and cleanliness in his work. The process of scheduling the appointment, paying the deposit, and reviewing the artwork was easy to manage and most of it happened over text and email before the actual tattoo appointment. Had my first brand new tat today from Wade... Extremely cool, very nice guy. Very happy with my tat, it was done perfectly. Watched 50-first dates with Adam Sandler while it was being done, and I have to tell you, holy hell thatd take some balls of steel to have that much patience! ;) Thanks Wade, and Deadlift.

The use of color in the art is amazing. Clean lines and a very calming shop. Im happy I gave deadlift a shot. They certainly have given me hope in the tattoo aspect.
