I lost my precious dog and wanted a heart with name banner on my arm. I stopped in here and was impressed by the cleanliness of the shop. The artists were friendly and answered my questions. I have a number of tats so I knew what the process is. The artist “up” when I walked in introduced herself, Sierra is her name. We talked about what I wanted. She told me she was still an apprentice and said if I was uncomfortable one of the more experienced artists could ink me. Her work looked great to me and without hesitation set up an appointment to do my puppy heart. I had a similar one already. She took a pix and today she did mine. Much nicer than the original I have. She is detail oriented, work station spotless and has a great personality. She did a perfect job exactly as I had in mind. This is the first tat since moving back to Reno from Calif. I have found “my artist” for all future inks. I 100% without any reservations recommend Sierra. She has a wonderful future ahead of her as a premier tattoo artist, she honestly did my best ever ink.

I got my first tattoo with sierra and she did such a great job. she said shes an apprentice but she was super professional n caring, made sure i was doing okay, and tattooed exactly what i wanted. the linework is clean and the coloring is perfect. u popped off omg i love u girl! ill be back soon for a goose with a knife :) - i will be back soon for a lil touchup, because the yellow is a lil patchy, but thats bc i was bleeding too much for her to see.

Sierra was so awesome, she did my first tattoo. I told her I’m a big baby when it comes to pain, but she was so gentle and did the tattoo just the way I wanted it. Thank you.Highly recommend this place, everyone was friendly.

Thanks for taking the time to find my massage therapist after she lost her wallet. Saw you guys walking around the parking lot searching for the owner for like 30 minutes. Most people wouldn’t have put the effort in.

Thee nicest people you will ever meet, they were very caring and passionate about the quality of their work. The shop was clean and the music was nice. I got my first tat here of an earth with some clouds on my arm and she redid some of my stick and pokes. Pretty good prices. It was a perfect first experience would 1000% recommend!!

Worked with Carlos on a memorial for my wife. We’ve been married for 32 years and she dies Memorial Day. Carlos understood what I wanted and over delivered. It’s been since 1987 that I’d sit in the chair, Carlos makes you feel comfortable and completely confident in your choice. I will be coming back. The best service ever.

I cannot recommend this place enough, but I seriously need to commend JD on his work. That man is godly with his work, he pays attention to every little detail and is so careful with every placement. He is also just an amazing and friendly person all around. I was so welcomed there despite needing a tattoo literally reworked from the ground up. He took the project on and I could tell he cared so much about his work. Do yourself a favor and come here, its amazing

Can honestly say this is the best experience Ive ever had getting a tattoo. J.D. inked me with a small outline of California behind my ear. His attention to detail was on point. He genuinely cared about the quality of craftsmanship. The store was clean. The service was prompt. The price was extremely reasonable.
