I got my first cartilage piercing (forward helix) by Atom and my experience was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, nice, professional, and super fun. There was a good selection of high quality jewelry, I will definitely be back for more!

My daughter (6 years old) has been asking to get her ears pierced for a while and I took her here based on my research and recommendations from other local moms. It did not disappoint! Atom was very personable, made us feel comfortable and at ease, and was exactly what we were hoping for. They advertise high quality jewelry and carefully and properly sterilized tools, and the price is still very reasonable in my opinion. A friend took her daughter to Claires recently for $20 cheaper, but was not happy with their quality and cleanliness. I would say the extra $20 was well worth it for what we got.Additionally, when I bought some wound wash cleaning solution at CVS and had a question about their ingredients vs. what was recommended by Clove, I received an email response within the hour during non-working hours. Very pleased with their customer service as well! I appreciated their transparency with their prices and their genuine care for their customers. Such a great experience overall.

We took our daughter (11) on the recommendation of a friend to get her ears pierced and could not have been more impressed. The facility was clean and inviting, and the process was well thought out and straightforward. Atom was not only professional, he was genuine and very disarming. Any anxiety our daughter had disappeared quickly and she enjoyed herself thoroughly. He communicated well, explained every step, and allowed her to dictate the pace and when she was ready. Overall, this was the best experience I have had in a piercing shop, and as it was the first time I have taken a child, I was doubly impressed. Highly recommend.

I’ve gone to a few piercers over the years and Atom and Clove are by far the best! From start to finish, the whole process was enjoyable. I went in for a flat downsize and a mid helix piercing. Because of my anatomy, a mid helix with the jewelry I selected wasn’t going to be the best option, so Atom took the time to thoroughly explain why he felt an upper helix or conch would be a better fit. I ended up going with the upper helix and couldn’t be happier! He is super knowledgeable and his passion for what he does definitely comes through. If you’re looking for a professional who combines skill with genuine care, Clove is the best place to go. Highly recommend!

Atom was FANTASTIC! We took our 5 year old to Clove to get her ears pierced. She was a little nervous but Atom explained the entire process to all of us and made sure she understood each step which was very important to us. He talked with her and gained her consent before ever beginning the process. He waited on her to be ready and say go between each ear while also keeping spirits high with laughter in between. She did absolutely amazing and I just know it had to do with how Atom treated her.The shop is very clean and welcoming! We will definitely be going back for future piercings.

Originally I went in with my son who wanted his ears pierced. Atom was awesome at explaining everything to him and so patient! Ultimately my son decided he wasnt ready and Atom was supportive of him and didnt make him feel bad. I decided to get my lip pierced while there and it was a great experience. It was truly painless. Its a very clean place and they are both very friendly. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend going here for all piercing needs

I gave this place 5 stars because of the exceptional customer service. Atom was extremely nice and he even helped me put my navel jewelry in, which was so kind. The only thing I was not expecting was the $75 price for a piece of navel jewelry. That’s a little pricey to me for a small piece of jewelry, so if you are going just expect to spend a little more than you would elsewhere. Not a negative comment, just an fyi. Otherwise this place is super clean, super inviting, and very classy!

Very pleased with our visit. Atom did an amazing job with my daughter and piercing her helix. He also offered advice for care and better healing on her nose piercing previously done elsewhere. While we were ther Katelyn helped me decide on a new piercing and jewelry, my conch complements my existing piercings perfectly. Thank you!

Atom has been my piercer for well over 10 years - probably close to 15 at this point. I followed him to multiple locations and never regretted it. He is passionate about what he does and is always looking to learn more and expand his craft. The environment at Clove Piercing is super chill, clean and comfortable. They make it easy to check in electronically, which is nice! The jewelry selection is on point, as well. Atom pierced my 5 year old ears. It was a great experience. Can’t recommend him enough. He was so good with her! The staff were knowledgeable and patient. Clove was very clean. I highly recommend this place for anyone considering kids. Much better than what you will get from Claire’s or any of those places that use a gun.

My daughter wanted her ears pierced, but I didnt trust the stores that offer kids ear piercing. Atom was so patient and kind with my 5 year old. He let her pick out her earrings, showed us how they sanitize them, and let her decide when she was ready for the piercing to take place. The facility is welcoming and very clean. When we got in the car, the first thing she said was, “the guy who pierced my ears was really nice.”

Ive been pierced by both Atom and Katelyn, and I will never run out of positive things to say about Clove!The atmosphere is friendly and fun, but the care both piercers put into getting things *just right*, is amazing. You can tell they take pride in the quality of what they do, from start to finish. Atom was amazing!!! Made my daughter (almost 12) super comfortable during her ear piercing. Explained the whole process to us, start to finish and made sure she was ready to proceed before each ear, didn’t rush us at all! 100% would recommend to anyone for their piercing needs. I took my 8-year-old to get her ears pierced today. Atom was very professional and patient, and he took a lot of time bonding with my daughter and explaining the process to her. I appreciate that he always waited for her consent and never rushed. On that note, Atom WILL NOT PROCEED WITHOUT YOUR CHILD’S CONSENT, EVEN IF HE HAS ALREADY PIERCED ONE EAR. I took my 14yo to Clove to get her nose pierced. Our experience was Nothing short of amazing! Atom is Very knowledgeable and provides great education on after care. Atom pierced my tongue and septum yesterday, and he is phenomenal! I always get more worried about socializing with the piercer than the actual piercing, but Atom and I really hit it off. He made me comfortable and fully explained every step of the way, we even made some personal connections talking about our kids! The shop was incredibly clean, and I swear Atom changed his gloves 100 times to ensure he was being thorough with cleanliness. Amazing experience. I can’t wait to come back for more!

My step daughter got her ears pierced here today, Atom took his time and explained everything as he went. Not only did he make her feel comfortable and include her in every step, but also made my husband and myself comfortable with the whole process.On the same day I went in asking about an old piercing I had, and Katelyn told me all the options I had to “open” it back up. She was great and didn’t try to upsell the more expensive option because ultimately it wasn’t needed, and could have been more of a problem for me in the future.Overall our whole experience was wonderful, quick and pleasant. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who is in need of piercing services.

Everything went well!! Atom was very friendly and quick with the navel piercing, so i barely felt a thing! I definitely recommend coming here to get your piercings. They make sure everything is sanitized properly and they let you prepare yourself before and after they pierce, which was very helpful in my case!

We went to Clove today to have my daughters navel pierced and we had such a great experience. Atom was super personable and easy to talk to. He explained everything that we needed to do for aftercare thoroughly and he used high quality jewelry. My daughter was nervous and scared but he helped her stay relaxed and made the process so easy and fast. All 3 of my daughter have gotten piercings at clove and Atom has been great. 1 of my girls is scared of needles but cant wait to get her ears pierced. They will also go out of their way to help when they can. For example we were out of town and needed to remove a piece of jewelry that had never been out. I messaged clove and they called me immediately to help. After we cam back in town Atom took them right back and made sure the piercings looked ok and helped put the jewelry back in and even gave them other options that would be easier to take out when needed. Only place we will ever go again

I can not recommend Atom at Clove enough! He was incredibly patient and thorough in the entire process. They are very clean. If you have children wanting any piercings I highly suggest going to Atom. He did a nose piercing for my 12yo and exceeded my expectations.

I found Clove after getting a piercing at another local shop where I ended up not loving the placement. I popped in one day and Atom assessed and took out the piercings (for free). I returned a few months later after the old holes had healed and Katelyn took the time to go through jewelry options, showed me the spacing and let me watch the process to measure, and then ultimately re-pierced the ears. I also got my cartilage pierced on the same visit. Very impressed with their professionalism, communication, commitment to the process, and care for the clients.

A truly amazing place, I highly recommend!! I recently went in for my second lobe piercing, which I have wanted for a recommend time but I am still struggling with another piercing done (not at Clove). They immediately look at my previous piercing and give me easy advice without making me feel like I messed up or anything. I got my second lobe piercing done too and not only was the experience quick but I felt very much at ease there and I could tell both piercers really cared about their practice. Overall, the atmosphere is clean, comforting, and friendly. I will 100% be coming back for any future piercings I want and would highly, sincerely recommend anyone go here.

Atom is THE best. I got a custom bent industrial piece which (including healing the initial piercings) took about a year and 3-4 visits to atom. every time he was incredibly nice, absolutely fantastic with safety and cleanliness and overall just an exceptional piercer. he made myself (and many of my friends who have also gotten pierced by him) feel at ease and comfortable with the process. when atom moved studios i drove an hour to see him at the new place and i will continue to do so without a second thought. atom is the best piercer i have ever been to and as an added bonus is just a really nice guy. i truly cannot recommend anyone or anywhere more than atom and clove piercing.

Clove is such a great atmosphere to get your piercings done at. Both Atom and Kate are great. I got my Philtrum (Medusa) done today by Kate and she walks you through everything and answers any questions you may have. I knew I had the appt today with Kate so on Monday, my day off from work, I had popped in the shop and Atom was very helpful with helping me with my decision on which jewelry to choose, so that I would not be so overwhelmed with choices today. I highly recommend this place!

Atom pierced my 6-year-old daughter’s ears about two weeks ago. He was both patient and professional; he explained their sterilization procedures at length and was great with my daughter. She got a bad case of nerves as he was getting ready to pierce the first lobe, and he immediately stopped and talked very gently to her the entire time. At one point he expressed that he suspected she wouldn’t go through with the second piercing, and we could always come back another day when she was ready. She ultimately got both ears done that day and said it wasn’t that painful. Atom seemed genuinely excited she went through with both. In the end he spent a full hour with her to make sure she was calm and comfortable with the piercing. The after-care instructions they gave were great and everything has been healing wonderfully. I could not recommend Clove more strongly, particularly for kids.

Got my septum pierced by Atom and I have ZERO complaints!! He was amazing all around and the shop is so clean! I also lost one of the balls to the piercing a few weeks after and he replaced it, anodized it perfectly to match, and made sure both sides were very secure free of charge. Truly the best place and people around for your piercing needs!! Cannot recommend them enough!!

I only rate places if they are really good or really terrible. And this place is a must if you want to get any piercings. We took my daughter to get her nose pierced for her 15th birthday. I will always go to Atom for any piercing needs. He knows how to make you feel comfortable and will talk you through it all. You can tell he knows what he is doing and loves what he does. A cannot say enough good stuff about Atom and Clove Piercing! I recently took my 11-year-old for an ear piercing, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was incredibly funny and kind, which really helped set my child at ease. She wasn’t scared at all, thanks to his humor and calming nature.His attention to cleanliness and the sterilization of his tools was impeccable, ensuring a safe and hygienic procedure. He measured with calipers to ensure placement was spot on. His knowledge with the whole piercing process was far above any that I’ve ever dealt with in the past, and that is exactly why I will never get pierced by anybody else again! (This session he pierced my 11-year-olds second hole piercing, my cartilage piercing, my 29-year-olds cartilage piercing, and my mother’s second hole piercing! 👍)Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend his services to anyone considering a piercing.

The staff was friendly and amazing. My daughter was there to get her nose pierced and was a little nervous. Not only did they take their time but they actually worked on making sure she was ready and comfortable. The rooms were very clean, which as a mom that was the first thing that I noticed. I am not sure 5 stars is enough but unfortunately that is all I can give.

I was thrilled to hear a place was opening within driving distance that would pierce young children’s (5+) ears that wasn’t a chain in the mall and was an actual piercing studio. Before we left, I messaged and asked if they took walk-ins and if it was ok if we came with my daughter (6yo) to look around and clam her nerves. They were super accommodating. Atom walked my daughter through the entire process, talked to her and was really patient. They picked out earrings and colors together. He was reassuring throughout the entire process, which took maybe 10 minutes once we were in the room. My daughter loves her newly pierced ears. We (Mom and Dad) are thrilled with the service and Atom. Highly, highly recommend.

Went to get spacers/retainers for the nose and ear, as well as to get a naval piercing. By far the quickest and easiest piercing process Ive experienced, not to mention the amazing results! This place is better than my home piercer that Ive been going to since I was little.

My daughter and I visited Clove today and could not be happier! Atom did my Monroe piercing and daughter’s Conch and 3rd holes. I have been pierced by Atom many times and each time is always a delight. He is so personable, makes sure you are comfortable, and walks you through each step of the process. He takes the time to get to know each client. Most recently, I went with a group of friends and one had a harder time. He made sure she had water, a snack, cold towel for her head and made sure she was good before letting her leave his chair.I will NEVER get pierced by anyone other than Atom and will follow wherever he goes. I first met Atom as a piercer back in 2016. I was hesitant due to having some bad/negative experiences with other piercers in the past, but all my friends and roommates at the time spoke very highly of him so I decided I’d give it a shot.
