I went and got my six month old ears pierced at Banter. Tamara helped us and was so sweet! She was very informative, patient and answered all questions. My daughter’s ears turned out so cute! Thank you Tamara! Great job.

Cassidy is amazing! She did a great job piercing my ears — they are perfectly placed, and she had the perfect touch with the piercing device (if you squeeze too hard it really hurts). She is also knowledgeable and friendly

If I could give 0 stars I would stood here for 45 min waiting for someone to come back no one ever showed up says they don’t close till 7 got here at 6 lights were still on all the persons stuff was still there but no person

Will never buy from this store or banter ever again period! Cheap necklace shoots its spring out and we lost the charm I bought so with warranty no need to get another cheap necklace just to loose more charms!!!! Rip Off!!

I took my baby girl here to get her ears pierced when she turned three months old and had fantastic experience! Cassidy helped us and she was absolutely amazing. She took her time with my baby and gave great recommendations. For example she would tell me when the earrings i picked would look a little too big on my baby. When it came down to the piercing she took her time to make sure my baby girl had even piercings. She gave us great instructions on aftercare. I would recommend Cassidy to every mom for sure. Thank you so much!

I took my 5 month old to get her ears pierced. They were super friendly and attentive. Not to mention very careful/thorough to make sure my little girl looked great and was comfortable. Got in when it opened to get my under aged sisters ears peirced but they required a birth certificate. They made us leave, get it, come back, barely glanced at the certificate, and then told us people were ahead of us and it would be 30 minutes. We waited an hour and another person was going in ahead of us so we left. Do not recommend.

My friend and I went here and got our ears pierced for the first time, they were very friendly and explained everything to us really well and what to expect and did an amazing job. Would highly recommended.I also went back and got my cartilage done!

The manager and her assistant were fantastic. They were extremely patient with my 11 year daughter who took 45 minutes to work up her courage in order to pierce her ears.
