Took my 7 yo daughter in today and they had two racks labeled clearance. Each rack had a sign that said all clearance 3 for $10. So my daughter picked out 3 things. We get to the register with the clearance items and another none clearance item. I verified that the 3 items on the clearance rack rang up correctly. One item was a purse and it rang up $34.99. I told them where I got it from. They said it was there by mistake. I told them there are other purses there with it. “Oh we just put it there because we had no where else”. I told them that’s not my problem and I should be given the item at the sale price. Was told they couldn’t do that. Ended up leaving with nothing and don’t plan to shop at Claire’s again. The store is over priced anyway but my daughter loves it so we go from time to time. But we will stick with Five Below going forward! I will also be contacting management and the owner.

Staff is rude and not knowledgeable.I took my 6 month old daughter for her first piercing. The lady at the reception was not happy that there is a customer. She talked rudely and when asked details about piercing, she was like I dont know this I dont know that.DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Don’t bother making an ear piercing appt online. I did so, showed up at the time chosen, and was put at the back of a line of people who didn’t make reservations. The associate was very rude, telling everyone to go to north Walmart across town if they wanted faster service in a loud dismissive tone. It’s my kids birthday and she wanted her ears pierced but we left. I would have waited but the lady was so aggressive. Don’t recommend.

We stopped in 20 minutes before close, spent 30 seconds in the store to grab 1 item, and paid with exact change. You would have thought we trashed the place. The employee was so put out by our presence and purchase that I know we ruined her weekend. This is why people shop online!

Don’t get me wrong the girl with the glasses is amazing okay but the old lady there and the cashier are mean they were trying to charge me 95 dollars for 1 single ear piercings:( !

My Granddaughters favorite store! We had fun and the associate was very friendly! I usually like to know names so I can personally give them a compliment! She was very busy and still remained nice! Good job Hon! 👏

Took my kiddo in to get her ears pierced. Looked at the jewelry, got in a huge debate over metals that are best for ears. Was basically told that unless we purchase the most expensive ones we were bad parents and putting our kid at risk. When asked why the other earings were even offered then, the associate just shrugged and repeated themselves. Please believe I researched, a lot before coming in there and was pretty set on what we wanted. Thankfully my kiddo chickened out. We will be going to our tattoo artist to get it done professionally when the time comes again. The other items we looked at were poor quality gor the price and mostly just junk lying around.

Day after Christmas my 6 year old wanted her ears pierced. As busy as they were she got us right in, never missed a beat. Very impressive staff, thank you.

I don’t understand why they are always closed I stop 2-3 times a week and very time I stop they are always “on break”. Yes I did check the website and there hours it says they are open until 7pm. I used to love going to Claire’s

We recently visited this store as we often do, when we are in the mall. Having two daughters it’s hard to say no to a Claire’s pit stop. We noticed immediately upon entering the store felt different. A good different. Cleaner, more organized and definitely more inviting. We found out it’s under new management now. Wow ! 5 star change and experience! Great job new team ! We will definitely be back.

I got my 4 month old daughter’s ears pierced here. I was a little worried to do it here, but the lady that did the piercing was great! Easy, in, and out experience. The pierced ears looks good too.

I brought my service dog with me to have my ears pierced. Stephanie was a very busy lady but was so very calm. She did an excellent job. I hughly recommend this store.

I was disappointed in Claires. They have changed there inventory to appeal to children. Not much selection for adults. Also, only 1 employee working. She was doing a piercing, & there were 5 people waiting to check out. I felt sorry for her.

Vary rude staff! As Im walking throu the store with my grandma, sister (whos 15th birthday it was), and aunt with her 3 little boys. I was talking to my sister about the buy 3 get 3 deal and I guess I was wrong about it not just being the cabinets with the sing on top so the cashier walks over and goes I dont know what your telling them but sense your running the show Ill tell you its every thing thats not licensed. In the rudest way like Im sorry I was wrong but you dont need to come at a paying customer like that it was vary unprofessional and rude. This is not the first time I have seen rude employees and Ive heard from other people about how unprofessional they can be.

I had my ears pierced today and it was a 10/10 experience the lady doing my piercings name was gabby she was so sweet and kind and made sure I was comfortable the whole time and when we left the store we accidentally left our bag there and she ran over to bring it to us give her a raise 🤩

Meh. I’ve been pierced here twice. The first time was my helix a few years ago. First problem is, anyone who knows anything about piercings know you shouldn’t get cartilage pierced with a piercing gun, it does more damage than a regular needle and cartilage are slow and dangerous healers when pierced with a very sharp needle, much less a barely sharp earring that rips through your ear using force over sharpness to get it in. So they’re really doing unwell by piercing cartilage at all. The piercing was still not really painful at 3 months, I ended up taking it out as getting my cartilage done with a proper needle. I got my second love done here a couple months ago, I knew better and should’ve gotten it done elsewhere but I was getting pierced on a whim and they’re the closest and take walk ins. The lady took a while to pierce me after getting me set up but they were busy and had other costumers so I understand that. She was really friendly and did a good job. The staff is the only reason why this place isn’t getting one star from me. The piercing went smoothly, I paid and was on my way. About 4 days later I woke up to my one ear swallowing the piercing. I’d been cleaning it faithfully but the swelling was getting worse. I swapped out the jewelry with some other jewelry, I have thicker than average earlobes and tend to swell a lot so I just put in something with a wide stud and the longest bar I had to give my ear some room. I wasn’t upset until I looked at the piercing earrings. They’re like 2 mms shorter than an average earring, while they should be about that much longer or at least average. And the backs are the biggest earring backers I’ve ever seen, like double the size of a normal one. What’s with that? Lots of piercing earrings (the kind with sharp ends designed to be used with a piercing gun) have a weird cup back that keeps you from over tightening your earring or poking yourself. I wasn’t very happy about that, but something was making my piercing swell more than it should. Even with a giant back and a short ball I shouldn’t have had to dig the earrings out of my ear (I could barely see it at that point, it was 2/3s of the was in my ear). So I switched to a different cleaning solution that’s made with sea salt and no nasty chemicals (yeah incase you didn’t know piercing solution shouldn’t smell like bleach) and by the next day the swelling had gone way down, and the irritation wasn’t there. It wasn’t because of a material switch, since I used the same metal when I swapped the piercing out. It was the stupid piercing solution. Just to test it I tried Claire’s piercing solution on a different healing piercing and, in a few days, the other piercing was super irritated as well. I imagine the piercing solution was half the reason why my helix piercing didn’t heal. The stuff smells a lot like bleach and makes my eyes burn, I have no idea why I thought I should even try to put that on a healing piercing. Its treating a teeny hole not a awful gash, you don’t need that kind of harsh cleaner to prevent infection, not messing with it and using a sea salt based cleaner and gentle soap in the shower is plenty enough. Just don’t go there to get pierced, please. Their jewelry is tolerable for the price but falls apart pretty fast. The staff is really nice for the most part, and they can’t help poorly designed cleanser or earrings.

I just went into Claire’s to get my ears pierced and one of the employees Jonah was very unsure of what he was doing , pierced my first ear and then messed up the second one , tried to do it again and put bent jewelry in my ear , didn’t change his gloves after dropping the gun on the floor. And was extremely rude talking about people that I know. I don’t recommend going to Claire’s AT ALL

Called to see if we could come in for ear piercing. They said ok and then called back two minutes later and said no. Staff didnt want to. I understand people have lives but dont say yes to an excited little girl and then change your mind. Rude

The customer service was great there Stephanie was an amazing help. She had great customer service and was there to explain the percing process to me and the difference between gages in my ears.

I took my toddler aged daughter to get ears pierced and next day earring were out. When I returned to the store where her ears got pierced, I was told that we would have to pay another $120 for a new pair of the same type earrings I had purchased previously.
