Jackie was wonderful. she was very informative and thorough in her ability to answer each and every one of my questions regarding process, pricing and what to expect. she even informed and helped me seek alternative pricing options. the atmosphere was clean, professional and comfortable. every single person i encountered from the greeter at the door, the receptionist and Jackie herself was kind, pleasant and polite. i couldn’t find a single complaint about my visit if i tried. seriously, well done ladies. thank you.update**** after my initial consult i couldn’t not move fwd with the process, i mean, i couldn’t find any reason not to tbh, the environment, staff and science is rock solid PLUS, the payment plan option was very affordable and convenient as well. so, as excited as i was to begin the first step of finally removing the tats i wanted removed, i was also a bit nervous as to how it would FEEL but Jackie did yet another exceptional job of creating an atmosphere of comfort and it was not that bad. there was some discomfort, i mean it wasn’t a day at the beach, this is a laser hitting your skin but she was quick, thorough and professional and most of all, honest about it all and i honestly can not give her, her office or the company more of an applause and sincere thank you . 👏🏻 🙏🏻 absolutely 💯 would recommend Removery to anyone interested in tattoo removal.

First appointment and I’m already impressed! Jackie was so nice, and transparent about my goal for the tattoo removal and process as a whole. She was also super informative about the after care process, and was able to recommend a makeup brand I could use next year to cover what might be left of my tattoo (for my wedding).

Jackie is great! The tattoo removal laser hurts like heck but it’s over with in under a minute (for me). I have a dark, deep tattoo from the early 2000s that is hard to get rid of, but I bought the unlimited package so I can just keep going back for treatments every 12 weeks til it’s gone.

If you are even thinking about getting a tattoo removed, please come to the Removery at 100 White Spruce Blvd. The bldg is so bright and clean with lots of parking and lots of friendly people waiting to help you. Jackie at Removery is the best. You will feel welcome, no pressure, and no judgement. No matter what your tattoo is, no matter were your tattoo is on your body, Jackie will not judge you and she will make you feel comfortable. I wanted my tattoo gone but I was scared to go. But I made myself go and I am sooooo glad that I did! I have had 2 treatments now and I think I will need 2 more. I am over the moon happy that my tattoo is fading away! The laser does hurt a little. Like a rubber band snapping on your skin. But you can handle it. If you can handle getting a tattoo, you can handle getting it removed. Year 2023 is going by fast, why dont you get that tattoo removed that you dont like anymore! And no one made me write this review and I am not getting anything for writing this review.

Jackie at Rochester Removery is an excellent choice for tattoo removal. She is knowledgeable, confident and most importantly, she gets results. I’m seeing excellent fading in one tattoo and have just started removing a second because I’m so pleased with the results. Highly recommended!

So far I’ve only had a consultation. Jackie did a great job of explaining the science behind tattoo removal and the costs involved. It was a way smaller price than a doctor I had seen previously. I had some specific questions and she answered them all in detail during and after my appointment.

I’ve been working with Ashley at the Derma Spa in Rochester, NY for about a year now. I came in with two, small tattoos to be removed. (Both from an ex) One tattoo was professionally done, and the other was hand-poked. The latter tattoo was gone in a matter of months, and the former tattoo is on its way out. But better than the laser, working with Ashley has been wonderful. We’ve gotten to know each other over time and I genuinely look forward to our appointments together. I’m on my tattoo removal journey.After 3 treatments it doesn’t seem that much lighter.I spoke with the team at the place and they said I need to do the unlimited package to remove this tiny tattoo.They charged me and I never got a receipt. Seems odd.Not the original person who started the removal for me. The original tech seemed more thorough.Hoping it goes well, seems so expensive than I thought it would be. My tattoo is so small too.

I met Nikki and Dr. Josh when I went in for my consultation on Tuesday morning, they were both welcoming and incredibly personable. Nikki and I spent about 20 - 30 minutes in the consultation discussing every aspect of laser tattoo removal, she was very thorough and very knowledgeable which made me feel comfortable right off the bat. I was worried that laser tattoo removal would be too expensive for me but I was wrong, Tat Erase has very fair, affordable pricing. I was so excited and even better, I was able to start my treatments right after my consultation. They offered me two different options for local pain control, I asked how much extra it would cost to select one of the options and again to my surprise there was no additional cost. I opted to do my first treatment without any numbing and I was totally fine, granted my tattoo is about the size of a half dollar, if I wanted to remove a larger one I would likely chose to the numb the area first. The laser treatment itself was fast and easy. I left so happy. Fast forward to Wednesday night, Nikki called me to check in on me to see how I was doing, how the area felt and if I had any follow up questions, it was great to hear from her and I was able to happily inform her that I was doing great, I wasnt in any discomfort and I had no further questions because she had explained everything to me so thoroughly the day before. If you are looking to remove or lighten any tattoo you have, for what ever reason it may be I truly recommend Tat Erase, you will not be disappointed!!!

I arrived at a very clean and professional office. Nikki who is very knowledgeable and professional walked me through everything I needed to know pre and post removal of a small tattoo . The absolute best price in the Rochester area , with a Doctor present also. If you want a tattoo removed or faded to do a cover up then this is the place to do it. I cant believe how much it is faded on one session and the price was HALF of the other places I consulted with in Rochester. Nikki is great and made me feel very comfortable....... Thank you .

TatErase was bought out by Removery, and the new technician was not thorough in lasering everything and when I called her out on it, she claimed she did, but clearly missed a few spots. She even lasered my untattooed skin. If you mess up, just fix it. She wasnt even willing to do a quick touch up. Customer service phone number wasnt helpful, either. They couldnt guarantee me being seen by another technician, fixing their mistake, or giving me a refund for the remainder of my package of sessions. Terrible experience, wouldnt recommend it.

My whole experience was amazing from FREE consultation to first removal session I received 2 days ago. Im amazed at my results. I have a turquoise tattoo which is considered one of the harder colors to remove and 2 days post my tattoo is absolutely faded. I would recommend this place to everyone wanting to remove a tattoo no matter the color. Oh, and the prices are amazing as well!!!!!

I got the numbing injection which I highly recommend it was quick and easy and I really didnt feel anything more than tapping on my skin. For years I was interested in removing a tattoo that I wasn’t happy with but was unsure of how the outcome would come or how painful the procedure would be but after countless nights of thinking about it I finally went ahead and got laser tattoo removal at Tat erase. Ashley was so informative and calmed all my nerves before the appointment. I was mostly scared of the pain since I have a large tattoo on on my side that was already a cover up. We used the topical numbing cream and with the laser being so quick I honestly thought in my opinion it was easier than an actual tattoo. I’ve been keeping track with photos and wanted to wait to write a honest review until my side completely healed up. it’s been four months since I got my first session and I will gladly say I will definitely be back and working towards completely removing the tattoo. My tattoo has faded drastically just after one session. My only regret is not starting this sooner. So if you are thinking about it stop wasting your time and remove your tattoo.

I cannot say enough good things about Tat erase! I finally decided to get my awfully done tattoo removed but was still skeptical upon arrival at tat erase. I am three treatments into my estimated 7 and everything is going very well. Staff is professional and courteous and everything has gone better than expected. I was worried about blisters/scabs but luckily I have not had any as they are less common with black ink. I believe they said 7 out of 10 people do not get blisters with black ink. Very happy and has exceeded my expectations in terms of what I was hoping for. This is the best option available in Rochester in terms of value and quality. It’s really amazing to think that the tattoos I thought I was stuck with will be gone in 6-8 months. Highly reccomended.

No result from this studio - waste of money!I have experience with getting laser tattoo removal (I was in 4 different studios) but TatErase was the worst, and the only one without result.The studio looks super fancy, so my first impression was great.On the consultation I got a little bit pushed to choose the package-deal of several sessions, but I decided for the pay-as-you-go option, as I wanted to see first how it goes - thank god i did that.I could cleary tell that Ashley was in a rush and just wanted to finish the appointment asap.After the session finished, I didnt saw any result. I thought, maybe it takes a few days until it starts? But nope. Nothing at all.All other studios I ever went to, I saw immediately results (white/red skin).I also had the feeling that she didnt work precisely in following the tattoo line and making sure she gets all of it.Im sorry, but I dont recommend going here.

Great atmosphere, not your regular doctors office which is a welcome change. Ive had two treatments so far and all questions and concerns were addressed. Definitely lots of options for payment and ways to mitigate the pain for removal. Rubber band snapping on the skin is a fair representation. Ashley is amazing to work with and always very prompt with replies and excellent level of care. Theres an actual doctor on staff and its just a very professional environment but also some place you could easily go and just hang out. If youre considering a clean slate, they are worth sitting down and talking to to explore your options.

Great Price, Nice Staff and great product. My treatments are coming along well. The fact that they are open late on weekdays and have Saturday time sometimes makes it easy for me to come in when I need to. Also Snacks, they have snacks!!!!!
