Hello all! If you are looking to get a tattoo removal, this is 100% the place to go. I met Jordan and Matt about a year ago when I was on the fence about my removal. I didn’t know much about the process, and didn’t think it was something I could afford. The payment plans made it in reach for me to be able to do this for myself. After my consultation, I immediately knew I was in good hands and had my first treatment. Jordan and Matt truly care about their clients, while maintaining professionalism and providing knowledge every step of the way. You are able to feel comfortable and not have that “big corporate” vibe. They are people, people ! My tattoo has significantly faded and I’m just under halfway of my treatments. I healed well and anytime I had any questions they returned my calls promptly. I always feel my health and safety is their priority. Thank you for your services and great work!

Excited for my second session with Rethink! When initially booking my appointment they were very accommodating with my schedule, which meant a lot considering the commute I am making to their establishment. Jordan was very informative on the process and what my expectations should be prior to getting the laser treatment. There are many other places to consider closer to where I reside but I chose Rethink because of the outstanding reviews and I am happy to leave one as well!

After my first laser tattoo removal session, I am so grateful I came to Rethink. Matt and Jordan (and a very nice woman who I believe works at the Arlington location) are wonderful, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and really made me feel comfortable throughout my consultation and removal experience. Not only was Matt and Jordan the most informative and thorough individuals I spoke with, but their prices were by far better than the competition. I am blown away by the work Jordan and Matt do. I had a very dense and saturated tattoo that I wanted to cover up. My tattoo artist wouldn’t touch until i faded it. After just a few laser sessions the tattoo was faded enough to get the cover up I wanted. Jordan and Matt are extremely knowledgeable on the process and their prices are very competitive. 10 out of 10. I’ll recommend Rethink to anyone!

I was working with a tattoo artist who recommended this place to help the transition of a cover up. Had a consultation and was very pleased with their facility, care and concern to help get me the best result for this removal. My expectations were exceeded after just a few treatments. Highly suggest this place! Would come back if necessary for another cover-up.

The guys here were great! I put in a submission and immediately received a call. Super flexible with hours I work the usual 8-5 and they were able to fit me in after 5. Easy location with parking availability. They were extremely informative, and explained things in a way anybody would understand. They were also very comforting & made it feel like I wasn’t just another client to them I felt like a friend! They gave me an estimate of what removal would cost and the price shocked me. I was expecting it to be way higher. Compared to any other tattoo removal their prices are amazing!! Would highly recommend!

Walking in for my first tattoo removal consultation I was very nervous and anxious about the entire process. With in 5 minutes of discussing treatment I knew this was the place for me. I just completed my second session here and there’s no where else i’d rather go, Jordan and Matt are so respectful and good to me. The work environment is very clean and professional they always make sure i’m always comfortable, offer me a water as soon as i come in and ask if i’m okay or need a break during the session. 10/10 would recommend!! Jordan and Matt are accommodating and knowledgeable. They make you feel comfortable and the space is super neat and clean. Overall a great experience. Not to mention they’re cheaper than other places in the area.

I had a tattoo that needed to be fixed but was too dark to do anything over it. After one treatment the tattoo was so faded I was able to get my cover up. I’ve also been tanning for years and a few sun spots have started to appear. After 2 treatments the spots have gone away and makes me feel comfortable enough to continue tanning. The bedside manner is very professional but not overwhelming so I felt comfortable getting my treatment.

I’m currently in the process of fading a tattoo for a coverup and I am blown away by this business. Matt and Jordan are professional, knowledgeable, and informative throughout the process. They are attentive to my questions and incredibly personable. I’ve had laser treatments at another studio in the past and it pales in comparison. Furthermore my tattoo has faded immensely with just 2 sessions. I couldn’t recommend this business enough! I’d leave 20 stars if I could!

This place is simply the best! The staff really knows what theyre doing, and they make you feel so comfortable. This process can seem daunting, but with Matt and Jordan you know tattoo removal can be done right. I wouldnt go anywhere else. It takes a bit to impress me but Jordan and Matt are the real deal. They are professional and sincere in wanting to safely remove unwanted tattoos, whatever the reason. They are removing a radiation tattoo for me free of charge, because they believe in giving back, they care about the individual, and the impact of their work. These guys were incredibly knowledgeable, patient and kind. Unfortunately, I was not able to move forward with the process due to currently breastfeeding, but I felt like they honestly cared about my safety and the safety of my son. I look forward to coming back when baby boy is all done breastfeeding!

I had a 40+ y.o. tattoo removed. They explained the procedure very clearly. It was relatively painless felt like someone snapped my arm with rubber band. No pain or side effects. Would definitely recommend.

I have not to gotten a tattoo removed by Rethink Laser Tattoo Removal but I have done some other work with the owners of this establishment and they have the most honest, authentic and genuine people I have meet in business. Therefore when I decide to remove a tattoo they will be my first and only choice. From what I know about the tattoo removal process there is a lot that it entails and I would trust Rethink to walk me through the process with my best interest at heart.
