Matt Lucci knocked this out of the park!!!! I am overjoyed with the result! Matt understood exactly what I wanted, added his artistic flair, and successfully covered a 20 year old catastrophe! Hes got a professional and smooth style, clean shoppe, and reasonable prices!!! I would highly recommend him!!!

Anthony was very professional, kind and caring. Very talented tattoo artist. I was most impressed with how patient he was in capturing every detail of the tattoo he did for me. He took his time to make sure that the tattoo is perfect.I highly recommend him, his shop is very clean.

Matt did an amazing job on my tattoo. Hes pretty cool and down to earth and will totally take what you want into consideration and not b.s you on something he wants. He is all about what the consumer wants and will let you know if the tattoo you are looking for is not worth doing if your looking for a huge detailed tattoo and trying to cramp it in a small spot.

Wow Matt Lucci is great with his work..very fair prices and amazing all around! Cozy place too! I saw him the day I spoke with him for the first time and could not reccomend him more for a great quick tat or a touch up or a huge beautiful piece. This guy is top notch

This shop is fairly new and is on Upper Monroe near Jeremiahs/Cobbs Hill. Ive gotten my entire sleeve done by Matt Lucci, he was previously at Living Color. So I can compare to that shop, but also the shop Upstate Tattoo. Apple tattoo isnt as big as Living Color was, nor Upstate...Big as in space/size....BUT lets put that aside...The work that comes out of this place is great. I can only personally speak for Matt, but the work Ive seen out of the shop is excellent. The best part is, these guys are honest. Any tattoo artist will do a tattoo on you IF you insist(some people are just stubborn), but these guys are there to make sure the work they do on you is the best. No pressure, all professional suggestions and recommendations. They will take their time and alter their initial sketch if needed will take any further recommendations to that sketch as you wish.Keep in mind, there is a down payment, to reserve your day/time, which (i think) varies on size of tattoo. Dont be thrown off by it though, that down payment goes towards the entire tattoo cost.Id recommend getting some work done here and if you are unsure, stop by and talk to one of them and get their advice.I get compliments all the time on my tattoos done here...GET ONE!

I certainly did not love the $80 minimum since I only got a $60 tattoo at most. Other than that the place was clean and the artist was rather friendly his name was Matt and he did a pretty good job although something annoys me about tattoo artist dictating where they will and will not put a tattoo

Anthony is lovely, attentive, and incredibly talented. Even his music selection was on point. My daughter designed my tattoo and he replicated it perfectly

You have to get tattooed here if you live in Rochester! Matt Lucci is a great artist (all the guys here are great) and the shop is really clean and nice.
