Hands down the best tattoo shop! Tarah has done two tattoos for me now and I am blown away each time. She is so talented, kind, and down to earth. She takes her time to design and place your tattoo the best way that she can. All of the staff are welcoming and very helpful as well. I definitely recommend Have Hope!

Conner is the kindest tattoo artist I’ve ever met! He asked permission before resting his hand on me and that’s never happened before- I’m not a person to really care about this, but I know a lot of women who would really appreciate that. He explained everything in detail and was really great to work with! If you have a chance to work with him- highly recommend!

The cutest tattoo shop I have ever experienced! The staff was so kind in getting me a last minute appointment. The studio connected me with Riley (@inkyyrae) and she was so talented and amazing! She created the most perfect tattoo for me!! Please go to this shop and ask for Riley!

The shop is absolutely gorgeous and super clean! Tarah is very friendly and her work is immaculate, she even made sure to show me that the needles she was using were new and had not been opened. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Im a huge fan of Have Hope, particularly after working with Zach on a piece for a number of months. The artists are really great, in terms of serious talent AND in terms of being just kind, cool people. The shop is also fantastic: super clean, airy, attractive and comfortable. I cannot recommend Have Hope enough.

Today was a hard day we had to put our dog down at 15 years old. We were looking for a place that made us feel welcome and comfortable. We called a few places and no one could fit us in. We called Hope the name drew us but the people that work there convinced us. Matt and Zack were both amazing. Their kind words and understanding could not have made us feel more welcome. I have gotten tattoos from NY to California and this was the best experience I have had. This was not only an important tattoo but it was his first!! And it had to be perfect! Matt did an outstanding job!! 100% recommended if you are looking to have a tattoo done. Experienced artists and a wide variety of talent!!

Jillian is such a fantastic person to work with. Im not only impressed with her talent and skill as a tattoo artist, but also her work ethic and integrity. She gave me a beautiful tattoo and was very understanding of a situation that occurred pre-appointment. I highly recommend getting a tattoo by not only her but her teammates.

Zach was extremely nice and it was one of the greatest experiences even if its the only tattoo I got so far he actually did what I wanted

This shop is really beautifully renovated (and super clean). The atmosphere was really friendly and welcoming. Christina did an absolutely fantastic job on my tattoo. It was everything I wanted and more. I cannot recommend this shop highly enough.

Ive been using Have Hope Tattoo for the past 3-5 years for tattooing. I have had the pleasure of getting work done by Jilly and Zach. Both artists were very easy to work with, get along with, and EXTREMELY talented. The shop is spotless and accommodating. Ive been to many tattoo shops over the years and this shop is by far the best in terms of cleanliness and personality. While I havent been tattooed by any other artists in the shop, I have had conversations with almost all of them while getting tattooed and they have all been respectful and fun to talk with. I have always felt at home whenever walking in the shop. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a tattoo, whether its your first or hundredth.

I’m usually weary of going to different shops, but I do love this place! Got a hand tattoo from Tyler and he was super chill! Great line work and the place itself was quite cozy. Will definitely come here again!

Staff are very helpful and welcome. My tattoo was was done by Connor and he did an amazing job . 10/10 customer service and tattoo design .I recommend going to this location if you want your tattoo to be done right

They were very professional and accepted me as a walk in. The man who did my tattoo (Matt Trinca) helped me feel comfortable and secure getting it (it was my first tattoo so I was nervous). And best part, it looks great!

Love it here. Got my first tattoo today. I was very nervous before but a few of the artists helped me get prepared for my session. I got my tattoo done by pete. Awesome experience with him. Made sure I was comfortable and did an absolutely phenomenal job. Shop had a really nice aesthetic as well. Just a great experience all around

Friend and I came here for our first tattoos. His was a full calf tattoo, mine a smaller one on my forearm.Super talented, friendly artists and a fun area to wait in when you arrive. Working with Jess was great- made my first tattoo experience really comfortable and kept me informed throughout the process. So happy with the results!!!

Usually when I go to tattoo shops I feel super uncomfortable being there, and I am pretty well covered and still feel like a tattoo virgin when I show up to a tattoo shop. When I showed up here, I was instantly welcomed and treated so kindly. I was worked on by the owner Zach who took his time and made sure the work he was doing was everything I wanted. He didn’t make me feel rushed because he didn’t book some right after me so I had the ability to have the time to change minor things to fit and make me happy with my half sleeve in memory of my dad. The shop was INCREDIBLY CLEAN, they follow covid rules if that’s something you worry about and they have a great lobby area if you have someone who needs to wait for you that doesn’t wanna sit with you. Every tattoo artist I met was sweet. I have been to many shops in Rochester & I officially will never go anywhere else for work. Thank you Zach and everyone at Have Hope for the awesome work you gave me and the kindness you showed. If anyone’s looking for a new spot, go here! You won’t be disappointed.

Hands down this place is superb! If your looking for quality work this is the place to go! Friendly staff, very personable, great set up, clean environment. Awesome work! I would recommend anyone that works there. Their all unique in their own way. I highly recommend Kevin as Ive had my sessions done with him. However Zack, Jilly, Jessica from seeing up close the quality work they do I would recommend them all for your next tat. Check them out! You wont be disappointed!

The best place to get tattoos in Rochester. I have gotten so many tattoos done there by Jilly and its always the best experience. Couldnt recommend them more.

Great venue. Unique visuals. I enjoyed just chatting with the staff and watching them create artwork. My wife described them as fantastic and friendly. She was extremely pleased with the final product, as was I. Jilly did an incredible job

Super friendly staff. Got my first tattoo there for $31 because of a flash sale. Recently got another for another flash sale. It is a nice deal plus you get a choice of one color.
