I am 100% satisfied with my appointment today. I was so lucky to have Alyssa😊 she was very thorough with cleaning her station , wearing gloves/ changing gloves and washing her hands. I went in to have my lip piercings put back in after a month of having them out due to surgery. Alyssa was so friendly and wonderful. I recommend her to everyone. She was so good at putting my piercings back in and accommodating. I appreciate you Alyssa! Keep up the good work🤩

Staff were kind. Building was clean. But would never recommend for children’s ear piercings or anyone under 18. My mistake for following google recs. Also my mistake for not asking enough questions. Would have hoped that the staff would have been up front about process, procedure, and cost. For children’s piercings would highly recommend Lasker Jewelers, hands down.

Grace did a fantastic job with my piercings and made sure they were as even as could be. Took the time and educated on after care as well. Would highly recommend for any piercing.

Grace did an amazing job with putting my piercings into my lip. Just that it’s uneven. The left side is higher the right side, but everything went well.

The girl who did my lip piercing did an amazing job! Very friendly and helpful staff. I will be returning. Highly recommend!!

Disappointed with the piercer i had . Got my nipple done they were uneven and wouldnt start me with a bar like i wanted started with a ring and had to end up taking it out after a few weeks to heal and now will be going to another shop to get redone . Waste of money !!

Holland is the best. The tattoos that she did are amazing and have very special meaning to me. Thank you, Holland. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I went to Skinlab to get a nose piercing and Grace did a great job the staff are super friendly and helpful

I had to get an MRI on short notice at the Mayo Clinic...which means no metal in the head. I called Skinlab and spoke to Grace, who told me shed help me take out my segment ring from my tragus. She was quick and sweet and did a great job!

They were wonderful to work with both my Daughters had their nose pierced, and they were very pleased with the outcome. Thank you Alissa you are Greatest! We were on the waiting list, and they called us the day we called and fit us in.

Grace and Brian were very patient, and encouraging with me when I was nervous about getting my septum pierced. They waited until I felt ready, I didnt feel rushed and i always feel very informed about after care.

They do an amazing job. My mom gets her tattoos done here by if I remember correctly a kind man named E and they all came out beautiful and well done. I got my nose pierced here and they were kind and very informing on what ever questions you have.

Holland is amazing! I have gotten a few cover-ups from her, and she has always been a gem to work with! I will keep coming back!

Grace made my nose piercing go smooth, although I probably should not have taken my blood thinner the night before or the day of my piercing.

100% recommend going here! I have been going to Alyssa for the last 6 years and have gotten 12 tattoos and 4 piercings from her and never disappointed. They have ranged from small to medium-large size. I have recommended friends and family to her and to Skinlab in general and have been quite happy with their tattoos as well. They are very clean and they go through the effort of letting you know that youre getting clean equipment every single time. Its comforting knowing that everything is sterilized and clean. They are super helpful if you have an idea too. Also spanish friendly.

Ive been here a total of three times, and each time, the staff were incredibly friendly. I stopped by yesterday for some jewelry; E and Holland were so amazing - they spent time chatting with me, and answering all my questions. I havent personally gotten any tattoos by Skin Lab, but my friend has, and the work is nice. The two other times Ive dropped in, I watched the artists doing tattoos while I waited and really liked their skills.

They were able to get me in short notice (next day) which was really cool since my schedule just got really weird. They set me up with artist Alyssa who is super nice, an all around cool gal, and a good conversationalist too. (I enjoyed chatting about pets and her city chickens) Her work was exactly what I was looking for and she was pretty fast as well. She cared about my happiness with the placement but got it right the first time. She also took a moment before we started to review all the supplies with me and show me the new, unopened, unexpired sterile equipment in its sterile packaging. Thanks for that. Im pleased with the work and overall experience. Thanks for my Rochester tat!

Excellent service. Friendly staff. Great experience. Super professional and courteous.The work they did is phenomenal and I would highly recommend this parlor over any other in the city.The guy who did my ink E mentioned that if I recommended 10 people to the parlor, he would honor me with a free tattoo.So tell him that Jeremy... The GNR guy recommended this place so I can receive some more of Skinlab ink.Thank you.You will NOT be disappointed.

I left a review that was not so positive after trying to reach them one day and no one answered. It was on a Tuesday around 1pm. There owner replied to my message in a positive way and it may seem small however ones attitude speaks volumes to me. I was a bit quick to judge last time. I have heard good things about this place and I have to say I would recommend at least looking into this as a place to have some work done and when it comes to ink I dont recommend many mostly because of the attitude of one or more people in a shop. This place makes my list now so stop in and see if they fit what youre looking for.

Great place Alyssa K. Is so AWESOME.!!! She is pleasant and very sweet she makes sure you comfortable and gives breaks if needed. She is understanding and passionate about her work. I would give 10 stars If I could. She made my tattoo the best experience I ever had while getting a tatt. Hey she even sings to you to help calm your nerves lol great person and great shop! I love Alyssa and Holland so so so much! They are super attentive and make sure I am always 100% happy when I leave. I love the atmosphere of SkinLab and all of the staff. I get so many compliments on every tattoo and piercing I have!

Clean environment, sterile tools, friendly staff. E has done 3 of my tattoos and plan to continue working with him. His work is consistently fabulous and detailed. He is very patient and creative. E made my tattoos truly mine by taking ideas of what I like from designs and incorporating them perfectly. Highly recommend.

Super nice guys, and theyre pretty funny fellas! Got my first couple tattoos today, done by E, and he was very kind and friendly. Place was clean, and he went through the equipment to show me theyre sterilized. My tattoos were small and quick, and he did a nice job! Ill be coming back for more, thats a promise! ** Just a review on my personal experience, everyone is different. I got two tattoos done, one on my neck and one on my wrist. The pain level wasnt too bad its honestly the hype that scares everyone. If I had to describe it, Id say a cat scratch at most. The artists are very easy to talk to, and theyre super encouraging and respectful. Id definitely reccomend coming here! :)

I absolutely love this place. My wife and I took our 18 year old daughter Bailey to get her very first tattoo and the people there were super friendly. They chatted with her about what the tattoo was going to feel like and it only took 15 minutes once the artist Alysha started.

It is definitely clean and I have no reservations about the health or safety of this place. But it wasn’t a very pleasant experience. I was definitely rushed through (and the only customer there) even though I made my appointment the week prior. The piercer never asked me my name, never called me by my name, or even offered to give me her name. She rushed through every explanation and I didn’t feel that she cared at all for me as a customer. For these reasons I would not recommend and do not plan to return.

Got my nose pierced and Alyssa did an amazing job. She talked me through the process and over prepared me for the pain (it wasnt that bad but still prepare for the worst, especially if you have a low pain tolerance). I would recommend them to anyone. Im very pleased.

We were there just to explore we didnt know that we had to book an appointment but otherwise it looks like they have great customer service

My daughter had her belly button pierced at Skinlab last night. I was very impressed with the care they took to make sure that she was comfortable and they walked her through each step. They were very clean and careful. I would highly recommend!

My daughter got her first tattoo at skin lab today. She was very nervous. The staff was excellent and helped to calm her fears. Talked her through it step by step..would highly recommend!

Had Alyssa as my piercer and couldnt have been happier! I got my rook, cartilage, and both tragus done in one sitting. Im VERY impressed with the focus on cleanliness during my appointment. The aftercare instructions were simple to follow, but thorough. Havent had any issues with my peircings about three weeks in now and Ive gotten a lot of compliments! :-)

Just got a tattoo there. E did it and he was very laid back but very professional. I was very nervous and he helped me feel relaxed. Very good experience. Will probably go again. 10/10 would recommend.

I brought my daughters to Skinlab to each get a piercing and Alyssa was amazing...so easy going and fun to talk with.My girls really liked her and I know we will probably only go here if they want anything else.She kept me in the loop during the whole process to assure I approved of it all and I really appreciated that.My youngest daughter was inpatient waiting on the older girls,and she was very relaxed about it and made me feel at ease and not a burden,she also squeezed my daughters request of a very small tattoo in and that was amazing to get it done in one visit!!!!Highly recommend.

I got my bellybutton pierced today! It was a great experience. Everyone there was extremely nice. They were great about informing me of all cautions and care for my piercing.

Site insists you use their phone number, theres no option to connect to someone directly. The #8 option for all else calls instead just repeats the entire menu. They do not check social media for redundancy on appointments either.Go to Sacred Heart instead.

Have gotten all my tattoos here and theyve always been very friendly and answer all the questions Ive had. They show you that all their equipment is new and sterile before starting anything and the shop is always spotless. If youre in the area and want some ink or a piercing, this IS the place to go.

I have been tattooed by E before and he is going to be doing my next tattoo. I really like SkinLab the people are friendly and they do what you request. the tattoos that come from this shop are amazing! The prices are really reasonable as well.

Ive called 3 times to book an appointment on different days and times and no answer. I called before 7:30, and they said theyre closed when supposedly they closed at 8. Really unprofessional

Holland and E rock! They both took a needle to me and popped my cherry with my first tattoos. Friendly, fun, patient, creative, sterile...rock stars in my book. E did my lettering tattoo on my calf and Holland did my shoulder design in color. Thanks you two!!

The piercer here pierced my tongue & it was pierced crooked & had to be repierced. I did get the piercing for free then. Ive had other people say that they arent the most expierced piercing shop & I wouldnt recommend coming here.
