We took our 6 year old to have her ears pierced and they were fantastic. Both team members were very laid back and friendly. We also received a 20% off coupon at the end.

I got a 3rd ear piercing here and the girl did an awesome job. They were spaced correctly. She also marked it 4 times until we thought they were even.

Beautiful store but we went there for ear piercing and the lady who was doing it showed us some earrings and started by saying these are our cheapest earrings? Who told her that we were looking for cheap earrings? Why only mention the cheap one and skip the expensive ones?

Excellent customer service, amazing prices and very happy with the items I bought and the money I saved. My girls enjoyed the surprise of all the things they got. Definitely will be returning.

I would NOT RECOMMEND this store for ear piercing. Piercings were not spaced evenly and was very noticeable. Girl working the store that we spoke to about the issue was snippy in how she spoke to us and not willing to do anything to make the situation right. Will definitely never go back to this store.

Went to get my daughters ears pierced. There was only one person in the store so there was a wait.That poor woman was running around trying to pierce ears and check people out. She was awesome and it was over all a good experience. Give your store more hours and please treat your employees better. (From a retail manager of 10 years)

Great prices, lots of cute stuff... but SUPER cramped and there were way more people in the store than there should be; it was very difficult to move around in. Additionally, they said they had the item I was looking for in stock but didnt know where and I couldnt find it.

The store is a great place to stop in and buy really nice jewelry. The work staff was very nice and very knowledgeable about the product they carry. I will definitely visit again

Stay clear of Jasmine. She is by far the worst sales person. The store was having a buy 3 get 3 sale. My daughter picked out 6 items only to be told the sale didnt include clearance items. She put back 4 items and only purchased 2. When I looked at the receipt she had been charged $2 for a $1 item. I went back in to get the difference. Jasmine proceeded to tell me clearance was $2 even thought the item had a $1 sticker. I told her to return the ring and give me a refund. The entire 10 minutes she acted as if I was the rude one even though she never bothered to turn from the register and look at me face to face. JASMINE = RUDE

Amazing customer service. After they fail to pierce both ears on a 4 YEAR OLD, custom dictates offering numbing cream...........................AFTER THE KID IS CRYINGthanks guys.Also the 20% off for students or military doesnt apply if you get a free piercing. So... Buy the jewelry with the discount and THEN get them to do the botched free piercing 🙂 lesson learned on a once in a lifetime traumatic experience for the kiddo THANKS 😊

Rude customer service. We went to go get her ears pierced and when we called they said there wasn’t a time limit so we said we were on our way. When we got there this lady said she was done piercing ears. We said we had called and she said that they stop piercing at 6:00. The time was 6:10 so we asked if she could do it because it was so close. She complained saying it would make her stay later by an hour and said no. So we left and will not be going back.

We got our 8 year old daughters ears pierced by Heather today! She made the experience great for her! She was quick and efficient and made the piercings perfectly even! Thank you Heather! She is so sweet too!

Walked in at 8:30pm to get my daughters ears pierced, mind you there was Nobody in the store at this time. Lady looked at her watch and said oh I dont pierce ears after 8pm I asked since when? She said its MY RULE!!! Since when can an employee make their own rules???

The girls here are super nice. I have taken both my girls to get their ear pierced and they are professional and efficient. Tons of things to chose from. Definately will be stopping by again.

They did a fantastic job piercing my ears, very fast service but they didnt have the normal solution so I had to buy the advanced healing solution which added $8 to the cost.

I didnt go there went to the Nike outlet in Round Rock and Austin went to the Polo outlet in Round Rock great wonderful Outlets to go to a highly recommend there you can find a lot of great deals its not packed is not like youre Dallas Outlets

Lovely ladies gave great customer service. My daughter and I were able to find lovely accessories for our hair. Great deals.
