I was rather overwhelmed with the idea of tattoo removal, but Aubrey was more than amazing! I left feeling reassured and well informed. Additionally, Removery has unbeatable prices. By far cheaper than any other place I’ve checked out. I like the one time payment with as many sessions it takes to remove tattoos. When you break it down, you’re saving more than a few bucks. I HIGHLY recommend using Removery for all tattoo removal needs. Best part? Was not nearly as painful as I thought it would be!

Such a great experience with Audri at Removery! The consult was timely, detailed and very informative. She listened to my goal and provided a perfect plan to meet my expectations. She even offered to move ahead with my first session that initial visit! The office was clean and provide thorough instructions for after care and scheduling for the next appointment. I have done 3-4 sessions now on 2 tattoos and my experience has been great so far. Because they take extra care to make clients as comfortable as possible I have found the process not as painful as I thought it would be. If you want a tattoo removed this is the place to go. The two women who run the Round Rock location are friendly and know how to use the lasers without ruining your skin. So important! Very happy with progressive results on my colorful ink removal so far. The office is clean, offers privacy, ice (for pain), is easy to get to and has plenty of parking.

Tina and Audri at the Round Rock location are true ROCK STARS and it’s obvious that they love what they do! I am so impressed with the progress we’ve made. They’ve literally helped me erase past mistakes and I highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to learn more about this process.

Tina Helped me today (sept/4/2024)For what I thought was only a consultation after discussing the process and more I decided that it was 100% what I wanted to do and we got straight to it and begun my removal processI’m so glad I finally started this journey. Everyone was so so sweet/ nice and overall had a great experience she made sure I was doing good throughout the process.Pain for everyone is different but definitely tolerable for me it only felt like little stings.

Awesome - very patient and knowledgeable professionals! Already seeing the difference and healing is great with bromelain so far in my experience. You get your own stress ball and it is a very fast process during the actual session. Parts of my tattoos have already disappeared to the naked eye within just a few sessions and have noticeably lightened overall. I was glad there is an option to do unlimited sessions because mine have a lot of ink in there to break down and remove.

I am only on my second treatment with Audri but so far my experience has been top notch. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual but still professional. The office is modern and clean. My consultation was informative. The girls are knowledgeable, personable, and not pushy. I’ve had laser tattoo removal before but I had a numbing agent, Audri’s explanation of what to expect without numbing was spot on. I definitely recommend the ladies at Round Rock Removery. Clean and professional facility with kind staff. They always handle my appointments with care and get me in and out quickly. I’ve never had any issues post treatment and I’ve had at least 8 treatments. My tattoo is 17 years old with black and blue ink. I’ve seen great fading and am so happy with the progress!

Tina has done 9 sessions for my tattoo removal so far. I was hesitant to do tattoo removal at first because I didn’t know much behind it/the science. The technology removery uses is the only technology that I trust. Their laser regenerates your skin slowly but surely so that no/minimal scarring is left behind. From the get-go Tina was realistic with what kind of results to expect. Every session I have, Tina explains what she’s doing with the laser settings. She has made me feel super comfortable and confident in her abilities. She takes her time and walks you through it. Tina is also just an absolutely sweetheart who works hard for her family. She’s a joy to talk with every time. Audrey is also extremely nice every time I arrive at the desk. I’m sure they’re close friends but they remain extremely professional at work. Tina at the Removery in Round Rock is absolutely fantastic! Im leaving this review because after receiving the customer service I have from Audri & Tina at Round Rock Removery, it would be wrong not to. At first it was tough to spend what I did, but when you are greeted with smiles and they remember who you are, it lets me know Im not just a number. My removery is always seems painless after the conversations and custom care I recieve. If all Removery locations have professionals like these two, I know why they are successful. Definitely enjoy the time Ive spent here. They say you have to pay to play, well, weve all had to pay twice, once for the tattoo and once for the removery, but if I ever made the mistake of getting a tattoo again, this is where I would get it removed, hands down. Neither staff were welcoming, me and another customer walked in and waited atleast 10 minutes until someone came to the front desk, so in other words no one was attending to the customers. I accidentally misread my time so I was an hour later so I left and came back right at time and still no one again at the desk so I waited another 10 minutes and then finally they came and blamed that they had a meeting and my appointment should’ve been rescheduled. I drive all the way from South Austin to Round Rock to their location and no consideration.

Totally recommend it to anyone , I love the way my tattoo are coming out it’s only my 3rd treatment they are already fading away. 😢 This makes me tear up because I made mistakes when I was very young and now that I have my kids, they asked me so many questions. I cannot believe it. 🙌🏻 🙂

Super nice people just very expensive $1299 for my tiny $10 tattoo but there’s other places in Austin that are wayyyyyyy cheaper if your willing to pay the money then this is the place for you if not look on grupon

Not only is this a clean and professional tattoo removal practice with bomb a-word Black Friday deals on tattoo removals (and financing options!), but Tina is awesome, and so is Audri! Tbh, Tina’s a little cooler, but only because Audri doesn’t share the same passion for the music function that used to be on MySpace profiles that Tina and I do💁‍♀️PS on a scale of paper-cut pain to kidney stone pain, I’d say the average tattoo removal session hits at about an unmedicated labor contraction for like 10-30 seconds, then like scrapping a day-old sunburn for like a little bit after (but pain is always fully gone by next day for me). Also, you get to wear sunglasses that give Oompa Loompa in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory vibes😎TL;DR (or doesn’t have raging adhd version) - 10/10 would recommend😂

Best experience so far with Tina today. She performed a thorough assessment on me & was professional while also encompassing a non threatening manner. Many times, I get nervous with tattoo removal bc lasers are very serious tools and I have high expectations for my procedure and outcome each time. These procedures should never be rushed. Walked in for a consultation, signed up for several tattoos to be removed. Tina and Kaitlyn were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and overall awesome. The office was clean and welcoming. The session was quick and easy. Several times Tina made sure I was comfortable and if I needed breaks in between. Honestly I didn’t think there would be much fading after first session, but I can definitely see the difference. I’m looking forward to my next session.

First of all BEFORE I even booked the appointment I informed the scheduler that I had previous treatment done to my brows and she still scheduled me. Once I arrived, I told the technician that I had been previously treated back in August and she asked me to remove my brow make up. She then proceeded to take pictures of my eyebrows, and then she turned me down and said that they do not treat previously treated brows. I asked her why she made me take off my brow make up when she knew that I had previously treated brows and her response was that she needed to take the pictures. I asked her why she had me remove my brow make up and she said that she needed to take the pictures and that she is sorry that I lost time that I will never get back.

I just started the process and finished my first session. Sarah was great about explaining the whole process (how many sessions it could take and why, what is actually going on inside my body during removal, etc.) and really made me feel confident that I had chosen the right place to get my tattoo removal done. It does sting quite a bit when actually getting lasered and was sensitive for a few hours, but next day its barely even tender. Definitely would recommend!

Andrea is the absolute best technician I’ve ever had (and I’ve had many lol). She completely explains the process, ensures you stay comfortable and provides lots of info on aftercare. I’m currently getting many tattoos removed and it will take a good 18-24 months to get all of them off, so having a technician I’m comfortable with was very important to me. It is not painless, but Andrea will ice the area before treatment and apply hydrocortisone after to help soothe the area. I started seeing fading on the shaded areas after one treatment on some of my tattoos! I’m excited to continue my journey with Removery and can’t wait to see the final results :) It has taught me patience for sure and I wouldn’t want to go anyplace else for my services! Thanks Andrea!! After reading reviews and asking around, Eraser Clinic seemed like the best fit for me. They were very responsive in getting back to me after I had emailed them. Communication was excellent from the first phone call to book an appointment, during the process, and even got a check up call the next day to see how I was doing. They were able to answer any and all questions I had and covered all bases between the process, healing, the machinery, and all information regarding my specific situation.The process was a unique sensation. The one administering the treatment was with me all the way through it, keeping dialogue and walking me along the process. Stings a little bit during but the cold air helps. Blown away by the staff and treatment at Round Rock Removery. I had a tattoo that had been previously worked on/attempted to be removed by another company, who I wondered if they did or didnt have my best interest in mind. Removery after speaking to me and evaluating the tattoo recommended a different course of treatment and if that didnt work I should come back. They were not certain if they were looking at leftover ink or hyperpigmentation and because of that they didnt upsell me on a procedure I might not need. These guys have real integrity and respect for their clients. I would trust them to tell me the reality of my removal needs and to treat me with the best care.

Have to be honest, this place was amazing! When I walked in I was kindly greeted by professional staff, was asked to fill out a single form, and to help myself to anything in the fridge. There was good music playing in the waiting area, it was clean and organized. I was called in immediately after I submitted my paperwork, no wait, though I did have an appointment.I was greeted by knowledgeable staff that explained the entire process, what it would cost up front with flexible options and I was sold. I had them do a treatment there on the spot even though I was only there for the consultation initially.The entire process took about 10-15 minutes and I was out the door with a new appointment and a baggie full of healing products all set for me. Virtually all I had to do was put my arm on the block, go through the treatment, and walk out of the door. The rest was handled for me by the staff. They were amazing and down to Earth.Fantastic work, Ill be booking another appointment soon.

The first time I had to reschedule my appointment last minute due to military missions. They were able to reschedule me the same day with no problems or hesitations. On my appointment day they stayed in touch with me via text and made me feel welcome the entire time. They are affordable with their 10 session guarantee, sterile, and professional. Would definitely recommend for anyone getting a tattoo removed.

The staff is always pleasant. I like that they freeze the area, definitely helps! My tattoo may not completely disappear but I’d originally planned on covering it with a different tattoo anyway. Artists I’d spoken to said it needed lightening. One more visit to go. I’m confident I’ll be able to make an appointment with an artist after my last appointment here.

I am currently having a tattoo removed. The staff is very kind and professional. The clinic it’s self is spotless clean. I am very encouraged that my tattoos will be completely removed. I did a ton of research before I selected eraser clinic. They have the newest laser technology available. Their pricing is fair and buying a package is the best option. If you have been waiting to remove a tattoo I encourage you to go have a consultation at Removery (formally Eraser Clinic). Update: I have had 5 treatments and the results are amazing. I have a multi colored with black boarder tattoo on my chest and a solid black tattoo on my lower back. The red and black are nearly completely gone with green, blue and yellow fading fast. I expect near 100% removal of my chest tattoo. My back tattoo has some scarring from the tattoo itself but even at that the tattoo is fading very well.
