Everyone was friendly and made me feel very comfortable! Love my belly button piercing! Mika made me feel comfortable and happy with my result! He kept it very clean! Gave me great advice! Highly recommend!

I was so excited to get my first nostril piercing, and had done research for months beforehand. Right off the bat I was asked if I wanted a ring or stud, which confused me because I read everywhere you weren’t supposed to get a ring right away, so I chose a stud. The studs were corkscrew which was alright, I didn’t have much experience on which type of stud was better. The piercer was super nice, although I was a little apprehensive when she suggested I use a vinegar-sea salt solution as aftercare. Later I asked my mom who’s a nurse if this suggested solution was a good idea to put on a fresh piercing; to which she looked at me like I was an idiot. I instead just bought saline spray. I have been incredibly careful with my piercing, only ever lightly bumping it once, and using the spray twice a day. Yet the skin around the piercing and down to the edge of my nostril began peeling really bad and remained red and irritated. I eventually developed piercing bumps, and the jewel in the stud fell out. After about 3 months since the initial piercing, I made an appointment today with another piercing shop to swap out the jewelry, in which the piercer told me the material of the nose ring was not the best, and was stopping my skin from healing, and that I even needed a longer bar on the jewelry replacement because my nostril was so swollen. He was great, but the jewelry swap obviously hurt more than the actual piercing did because my nose was so inflamed. So now I’m right back at the beginning of my healing journey, spent around 50$ to get the jewelry replaced, and will have to spend another 50$ in a few months to shorten the bar once the swelling finally goes down. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop for piercings whatsoever. Get your piercing from a shop that clarifies on the type of material of the jewelry, such as implant grade titanium. It’s worth spending the extra money for a easy healing process

I would prefer her over any other shops in Austin, she’s cheaper & gives great after care advice, she’s very gentle with you as well!! My finger tattoo I got 3 months ago needs to be redone. Its gone. I have to pay for a tattoo that I paid for once already? I was hoping to either just get money back or get the touch up no charge.

I chose this shop cause of all the good reviews about bunny, and they did not disappoint. I only got my 2nd and 3rd holes on my ears this time. She was so sweet and kind and told me what was happening. I loved the vibe of the shop and the prices were reasonable to. If your looking for new piercings definitely go here and get with bunny!! I will definitely be getting more done by her.

My 4 year old daughter got her ears pierced and highly recommend piercing bunny! She did an amazing job making sure my daughter was comfortable and understood the process. My daughter didn’t cry at all and only said pinched for a second! We both are so happy with how they look!

Ive heard the most amazing things about Piercing Bunny and I see all these great reviews so I decided that I will take my daughter to her to get her ears pierced for her 5th birthday.Yall, she is AMAZING with kids. My daughter was sooooo excited to get her ears pierced for her 7th birthday. I prepped her as much as I could based on my own experience as a child. Took my 7 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced for the first time. For the last three years by daughter has backed out due to fear. The Piercing Bunny immediately greeted us & offered my daughter a popsicle of her choice. They verified that I was her mom & made a copy of her birth certificate. We were escorted to a separate room where she got yet another popsicle. The piercing bunny explained everything that was happening & hid the needle very well.My daughter didn’t cry, there was no blood, she was highly encouraged & celebrated. The piercing bunny was thorough, kind & professional. Would give more stars if I could. Incredible experience & my daughter is so happy!!

Went to Daniel for a very personal and sentimental piece I wanted in tribute to my son and gmother. Told him the general vision I had and let him do his thing and he did not disappoint!!!! Very clean work, it healed amazingly, and he was very professional and helpful. It was my first tattoo and I chose to go with a big piece over 5 hrs he made it very pleasant and made sure I was on the entire time. Would highly recommend him and this shop going forward!!!

It was my first tattoo and Bryan was really cool. We had some life conversations and I really felt welcome. He did his own take on my tattoo on my hand and I absolutely love it. My neck tattoo was amazing too! Right placement and everything. He made me look in the mirror to make sure everything was perfect before we started. Very fun experience. I’ll definitely be coming back. Not only for the tattoos but for the connections and the very comforting environment.

My friend called the business ahead of time for me to make sure we were able to go in, she told me that they were friendly over the phone and that same energy carried over to in-person!!! the piercer, BUNNY, i think thats the name she gave me to use i honestly have bad short term memory but she had pink hair !!! suuuuper cool i absolutely loved her energy and she made me feel very comfortable. took her time to properly prep and clean my brow especially since i had makeup on so i loved that.

I would definitely not recommend this place to get piercings done. The guy who was going to do my piercing went outside to smoke a cigarette before doing it which is fine but he didn’t even wash his hands after then was touching the jewelry he was going to pierce me with, with his bare hands that were not clean. The room area did not look clean as well. He was rude to my friend that came with me. So we left. I do not recommend coming here. It is not a clean place!

Legacy is a great place for anyone looking to get art or pierced. I have over 30 tattoos and atleast 95% of them were done by Daniel the owner. Hes a great guy, fair prices and actually cares about how you feel when its done. Ive know him for a lot of years and hes always been up front and honest. His crew is amazing and are very professional. I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else for my future work.

Went in to get my 3 month old nieces ears pierced and was a traumatizing experience lady didn’t put the needle all the way thru her ear and was ready to force the earring thru her ear we told her to stop what she was doin and we will go somewhere else the fact that she was trying to force the earring in is sad making a baby go thru unexplainable pain don’t come here

Had work done prior here. Went in to get work done, they took deposit. Then canceled appointment after rescheduling tattoo work. They then asked to move it to about a week later only for artist to cancel again. He told me that the artwork was being worked on come to find out he never even started the design which he seemed to forget about the closer I came to the 3rd scheduled appointment.I commented on the amount of cancellations on there end and artist got in his feelings and became super tough guy over the phone and told me he no longer was available and to come to the shop to pick up my deposit. No thanks lame o you can use my deposit on your next bag. Worst experience with a shop I’ve ever had.

I went here to get my first tattoo, a small butterfly on my wrist. I was really nervous, wasnt quite sure what to expect. I had my consultation with Jester and was blown away by how amazing his work is. Scheduled the actual appointment the following Monday and was again just blown away. He walked me through the steps carefully, explained what he was doing and why he was doing it, etc. Have a second consultation scheduled, and I cant wait to get another work of art from these guys! Would definitely recommend this place!

This place is great. I am very picky when it comes to tattoo and piercing places but this place exceeded my expectations. I came here one day for an appointment to get a piercing but they were running behind so they gave me a discount for the inconvenience which was really nice of them! I ended up going back a few weeks later to get it re done because I am picky like that and they were so nice and understanding and they did it for me for free. Everyone is so nice and easy going. I talked to Daniel and Bryan and I would recommend them both!! You can’t go wrong with this place.

If you are looking for artist who actually believe in what they are doing and are passionate this is your place. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and presented my idea to Manuel. He loved my idea and gave me everything I wanted. This is honestly an amazing place to get any tattoos you want. Not only was my artist friendly and funny every other staff member was friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth your money.

Maybe it was the day I came but I decided not to get anything when I went. My first impression, there are no lights outside and the sign is very dim, makes it hard to find, makes it look shady, makes it look closed. The whole shop looks like it was bought off of Amazon. No real art or tattoo culture. Only 2 guys were there, they were nice but seemed like new tattooers. Which was half the reason I didnt get it. Im a very easy canvas to work on. All I wanted was a simple name and the guy had the hardest time. He was insistent on me choosing a font online. But I wasnt looking for a copy paste word art type font. I told him to draw up something, whatever he wanted his own style and I still got a word art font. That is the main thing that changed my mind, definitely a newbie. This guy maybe a tattooer, but not a tattoo ARTIST. Not even sure if he knew how to draw. On top of that, when I apologized and said I changed my mind, he said he was tired , worked all day and probably couldnt have done another one anyway. That is not something you say to a customer. Im trusting you to put something permanent on my body, if your tired, say so, I respect that. Dont take another client on, and if they get mad those are not the type of clients you want anyways. Clean shop though. Clean bathroom. Open later than most. Affordable prices. 2.5 starts. 🤷

Got my first tattoo done by Lady. She did amazing. We built it together and I’m very pleased. She executed my vision flawlessly and I’m too picky to even have tattoos because of having to trust a stranger to see my vision.It’s was a chest to shoulder rose vine with pink roses. I feel like a rockstar! Thanks Lady. Coming back to do the other side this week!This is how cool this place is.....me and my boyfriend walked in on a Monday night around 9:30 and they close at 10. His got done quick....My tattoo was finished at 12:30am. Tell me this isn’t special!

I went in today and was immediately asisted by Manuel and he was very kind! He fixed me up really nicely, made sure I wasn’t uncomfortable and the price point was perfect, if you want to get a good tattoo just as you envisioned, then he’s the guy for you! I definitely recommend him!

Honestly I was contemplating writing a review since the employees are very friendly and its a great environment. However, the art I had done was mediocre at best and I am very unhappy with it (and its not a complicated piece)First of the artist rendition of the piece i wanted looked like he drew the sketch out with a sharpie marker. The ends of my crown tattoo were rounded and not pointed at the top like a crown would be. I didnt pay too much mind to it as I figured he would make improvements along the way of tattooing it on my skin. Well that didnt happen. I looked down and it looks horrible. I still paid the 60 dollars and went on with my day hoping that, as he said, once the swelling went down the lines would straighten up. Well it doesnt take a genius to recognize bad art. And this is bad art. I want my money back and even tho he offered to touch it up for free in a couple of weeks. That shouldnt have to be the case at all. I now will go to an actual tattoo shop with experience artist and probably have to pay twice as much JUST TO FIX IT

Went in for a septum piercing. Dude was cool, does all the stuff and sends me on my way. Piercing was sitting all weird and didn’t hang naturally. Went to another shop to get an opinion and ask if that was normal and the person there told me it wasn’t and that the puncture also shouldn’t be visible (which it is). Told me to take it out as soon as I got home and wait for it to heal to get it redone elsewhere. Not exactly $60 well spent.

I’ve been getting tattooed here for almost 3 years, I have been tattooed by 4 or 5 artists who have been here and I have never been disappointed. Always fair priced, always clean, polite, respectful, and professional. I have over 40 tattoos almost all done here. They will continue to have my business! They are AWESOME!

In the last two years Ive had three different tattoos from two different artists from this shop. I am so pleased with the team they pull together, the level of craftsmanship they put out, the overall atmosphere and just the general experience of getting art from Legacy. Hands down I will return again and again.

I went in to get a small tattoo on my inner arm and my artist Robert was amazing, he let me pick out what font I was comfortable with and he made sure the placement was perfect! He was light handed and my tattoo healed perfectly with no scarring. Highly recommend going to Legacy!

So last Saturday night I finally got my first tattoo I’m not from this area I live in the Chicago metropolitan area and was visiting my son for the weekend. I have been getting grief from my son and daughter for quite some time so I had my daughter draw up the design for my tattoo I was a full time fire fighter for 30 year’s and wanted to do something for 9-11-2001. So we came up with never forget on top with the face of Smokey the bear with a tear coming out of one eye. Then 343 for the fallen firefighters with a red line and 09-11-01. It took about a hour in the chair and I was amazed on the detail and the craftsmanship that Mannie put into the work. After getting home and showing the work everyone I talked to are amazed by it. Mannie you knocked this out of the park it’s far more than what I expected. Thanks for a great experience and already looking forward to my second tattoo from you. Possibly the next time I’m visiting again.

My tattoo turned out way more than expected. I have been told by quit a few artists that what u wanted they wouldnt do. However, JESTER took this challenge and is skilled in the trash polka style I was wanting and gave me the most beautiful cover up piece I couldve asked for!!! If youre looking for ink in the Round Rock Area, I 100% recommend Jester and Legacy as a whole.

Got a tattoo on my forearm by Daniel a few years ago. Looking back on the experience, it wouldnt surprise me to find out that he was high while doing my tattoo. At the time I was a bit nervous and should have left, but I stayed thinking I was being silly. I should have left! He didnt shave the area, and barely spoke or made eye contact with me the whole time. It hurt more than any of my other tattoos have, but I thought that may be because of the placement. It looked fine when he finished, so I was happy. I followed all of his aftercare instructions, but after only about 3 months, the tattoo was barely legible! The ink looked as if it was bleeding into my skin around the wording which gives a hazey shadow, the words were so badly blurred that the letters all just run together, and my skin was raised where the ink was. He offered to try to fix it by putting white ink to help distinguish between the letters, but it didnt help at all. Now, almost three years later, I am so incredibly embarrassed by my tattoo that I hate to even look at it. The ink still looks like its bleeding into the skin around it, the words are still illegible, and the ink is still raised in some areas. It also, on occasion, becomes extremely itchy and the whole thing becomes raised and inflamed. I have never had any of my tattoos react this way before, so Im not sure what the hell happened. The shop owner, who I believe was Chris, offered to cover it for another $200, but I declined. Granted, he was offering a discounted rate on his cover up art, but I just couldnt see myself going back there. Whatever you do, do not go to Daniel!

To start off, if I could give this review without giving them any stars. I would give them NO STARS!My mother has been wanting a tattoo for a long time and finally decided to go through with it. She looked into a couple of shops and decided to go to with legacy because of the reviews. What a disappointment they were.She was very clear on what she wanted. She spoke to Manuel serventes, she saw that he was struggling with the initial sketch but decided to give him a try because He said that he could do it.They advertise that all work is custom but the final drawing looked like he just copied different pictures and cut them together. My daughter couldve made a better drawing.He charged her $50 as a deposit for the sketch. She didn’t like the drawing and asked for a refund. He said all sales were final and that he could only refund her $25 and the other half was his time. I think that was unfair, if your going to charge someone for something. Make sure you do it right! Don’t give them something that’s halfway done.Either way we went to Golden goat and they were so much better and professional.Do not listen to those misleading 5 star reviews. Your only going to leave with a headache and with a tattoo that looks like 2 year old put together.

I definitely recommend dropping by and gettin yourself a little somethin somethin. Ive gotten a couple tattoos by the shop owner and I am pleased everytime. I love my tattoos and I will keep coming back. Staff is friendly and shop is well kept and clean. I cant wait to come back again:) Thanks Daniel!

This shop is set up in a really seedy place. Not that easy to find honestly. Tons of construction going on around the place. But that’s not what the problem was.What’s the point of setting up an appointment and putting a deposit down if you can’t even honor the time? Granted the deposit was $20, you shouldn’t get an attitude with a customer when asking for their deposit back when they have to leave due to your poor scheduling. Def don’t recommend coming to this place.

Weve been there several times, even during their Halloween special and have always been treated amazingly, the staff has always been friendly and outgoing. Well continue to go there for our tatts, Lacey and Manny are great artists!

I have been to this place at least 4 times and good experiences but this last one has not been. Honestly I was pretty disappointed with my last visit. I was suppose to get a tattoo & the artist who was going to do it had over a week almost 2 weeks to draw my tattoo out. Before my tattoo date came up I texted the artist to ask how he was doing on the tattoo and if I could see how far he had come along. He told me it was coming along great but I was told no I couldn’t get a picture. That he doesn’t send his work!! Like what?? So the day of, he first asked me to come in 2 hours later than my original scheduled appointment. Same day of my appointment right after he asked me to come in 2 hours later he tried to tell me about how I shouldn’t go for something in the tattoo because it’s gonna be hard for it to show up which was really upsetting saying I asked him ahead of time how was it coming along and he said great. And saying we are talking about a drawing of a lady with hair!! I found the hair to be pretty important on my lady. When I finally arrived he had no drawing down but instead wanted me to go off some quick sketch he did while I was there in 10 mins and it looked nothing like the picture I showed him. He told me he needed to touch it up. Which only took him another 10 mins if that. He tried to reassure me by telling me it’s going to look way better. But it’s pretty hard to count on that when you couldn’t even get a good idea of what your tattoo was going to come out as. I showed multiple people what I could have possibly gotten and they were all horrified with the fact the artist thought the drawling was appropriate to even approach a client with. What upsets me the most is how he actually tried to raise the price of the tattoo another $100. Im just so disappointed that I thought I found a place I could always return to but that is no longer the case.

I got two ear piercings. Super quick and very affordable. I would definitely go back. Ask for pierced bunny!

I travel for work and I called to see if they took walk-ins. I drove over and told the gentleman what I wanted and he hooked it up. Everyone at the shop was so nice and easy to talk with. If my travels bring me through Town again I will for sure be back for more work. I unfortunately didn’t get the persons name but I Will remember.

Scheduled a afternoon tat with Jester. Second time getting a tat from him, and I am just blown away with his attention to detail and overall work. I give it a 20 out of 10. Over the top style at a fair price. Will be back again soon !

Aubrey was awesome. Took me as a walk in and stayed late to do the entire back of my arm. Went to another place before this and they shot down all my ideas. I appreciated her encouraging my ideas and putting her own touch to it ♥️

I have gotten two pieces done so far, one a cover up, and one on my elbow. CHRIS has always done amazing work and I will continue to go back to him. I’ve referred many people his way, because they love the work he’s done on me. Going back next week with my boyfriend! Can’t get rid of the obsession for new ink. :)

Friendly environment, clean and will be recommending to family & friends. Tattoo Artist did an excellent job. Most definitely will be coming back.

Got a tattoo by a heavy handed guy name Chris. He tatted too hard and whiped super hard. I left with what I thought was color but it was bruising. I told him it felt like someone was cutting my skin and he was likeNooooo. When he would whipe I told him it hurt. He said he put numbing cream but that didnt work. The tattoo began to pus later after unwrapping. Ive been keeping it clean especially where there are sores. I told him about it and he blamed my dog! Really...never again. I feel like i should be returned some of my money also. I spent over $200 on that tattoo. I cant even wear jeans because of the pus and sores! Thanks Chris! Never again!

Christ updated my mommy tattoo to represent all 4 of my children. He was completely open to my quirky corny ideas to get the look I wanted. He was polite, respectful and Im in love with the finished product.

Wow, this place is awesome. It has a great atmosphere and Patrick does amazing work. The men were all friendly, not too toooo friendly if you know what I mean, and the place was clean. Definitely try this place!

Would say I enjoyed the experience of being there but I would be lying . I recently got a tattoo by a dude that goes by “ Casper “ he did good on my first tattoo but my 2nd one he rushed on , looks NOTHING like the picture but still charged me for it . I texted him multiple times due to the problem and no response so I’m going to be reaching out to someone else to get the problem solved .

Lovely staff - gorgeous work done by Chris, a very skilled artist. Seemed as though all he did was glance at the reference image before he was able to recreate it perfectly.

I came here about a year ago for a nose piercing and i thought it looked really good until i went to another shop nearby to change the stud out to a hoop, turns out the dude who pierced my nose pierced it too high. so i cannot hear a hoop at all
