Ive been here multiple times for tattoos and for piercings. They are professional, clean, and everyone is so kind and helpful. I cant recommend this place enough! Most recently I had a tattoo done by Jenna. Her work was flawless and her design came out even better than I imagined it would!

Rianne was great! Scheduling, chatting, and paying was super easy through their new porter. I am in love with what she drew up for me. 10/10 highly recommend and will be returning.

I recently went here for a Friday the 13th tattoo and it turned out great! Wait wasn’t too bad considering I got there about 45 min before they opened just in case. I requested Rianne due to my familiarity with her work via social media. She was quick and my tattoo turned out just like I wanted. Not to mention she was very friendly and also allowed my three year old to be present in the room. :)

I love Rianne and the outstanding work she does at Golden Goat. She was willing to listen and adapt to me every step of the way, and she made sure I was completely comfortable the entire tattoo session. I can’t reccomend this parlor enough. Great things here!

UPDATE: The finished piece. Rianne did an amazing job! This took over three years because pandemic and I live 2.5 hours away from Golden Goat.Ive come to Rianne to cover my back. I love her work, and the line work is top tier. Rianne is very professional, and sanitary. Shes really fast too. She will be doing a lion on my hip next! I cant wait. I’ve gotten multiple piercings here , nose , eyebrow, belly, nipples & just recently my ears ! Love how clean & friendly the staff is. I would definitely recommend just make sure you ask prices if you’re in a budget. It can be on the Pricer side for most.

I got a navel piercing a while back last year, and after a few months it rejected and fell out. I later found out that it was incorrectly pierced now that I look back at old photos of when i first got it and it was also uncomfortable having the piercing since I got it…I was also charged $200+ just for a navel piercing which is unheard of honestly. I’m sure this isn’t the case for every customer, but it’s just my experience.

Rianne is a fantastic artist who does an outstanding job of interpreting my ideas and putting her artistic expertise into her designs.

I got introduced to Rianne in the summer of 2019. She helped me out with some ugly ink I had unfortunately allowed to be put on my body. She continually amazes me with each successive tattoo I get from her. Im always getting compliments on both the cover ups and the regular, beautiful tattoos she has put on me. I was fairly new to the area when I met her but she quickly became my artist. I havent received any other tattoos from anyone else and I always come to her first. I was anxiously awaiting her return when COVID hit, and Im so excited to be able to day that shes tattooing me again! If I could give more than five stars I would. She and the shop are just awesome. Very clean and professional.

Ive had dozens of tattoo sessions at various studios over the years, and Golden Goat stands out as a clean, professional, and collaborative. They pay attention to every little detail, from the initial consultation to preparing you for aftercare. I have gotten three tattoos there so far, with plans for more. Rianne Phillips is an incredible artist, who designed the perfect piece for me. I probably pass a dozen other studios on my way across Austin to get up to Golden Goat, and its absolutely worth the drive. I strongly recommend them to anyone who wants a great process with fantastic results!

Had a great experience with Soohyeok and GGTC! He slayed my front piece cover up. Can hardly tell it was a cover up and the finished piece was better than I was hoping for. His patience, attention to detail, and passion for his work really shows. Thank you Soohyeok and Jenny. I have never felt more unappreciated as a customer. I spent 1300$ on my first session on a back tattoo, the first session came out well, but when I tried to set up the second session, my artist would never answer the call. When I called the shop every time they would answer, saying the artist would call me back in 20 min… they never did. I had to find a completely different shop to finish their work… I also left my 200$ deposit with them for the second session…

Went for the first time today. Well worth the drive from out of town. Piercing by Zachary, who was great. Excellent experience throughout. Absolutely plan to make the drive again for piercing/tattoos. Will be my rec for family and friends.

I have known these guys for years and had several piercings by Sean. He is the absolute master of piercing there is no one more experienced or more knowledgeable. Sean has been doing this since before the APP even formed and he can do anything from the small ear piercing to the big gauges. They have great high quality jewelry selection and a really cool atmosphere. I will never go anywhere else.

It goes without saying that the quality of the work is incredible. But you can find any number of tattoo parlors that have that going for them. But to provide the level of care we received here is out of this world.We came to get a small, very personal tattoo above my wifes C-section scar. When we got there, it brought up a ton of emotions and Rianne helped my wife through those as well as (or better) than any licensed therapist could have. She was so kind and thoughtful, and so incredibly patient, it made the whole experience a true blessing, and everything we wanted it to be. I am so grateful that we came here because we will forever carry this positive experience with us -- both literally and figuratively.

We brought our daughter in for basic ear piercing and had a great experience. Sean took great care of us! We were impressed with his attention to detail & the cleanliness of the shop. Would not hesitate to recommend Sean or Golden Goat!

Although not as flashy as some, their piercer was fantastic. My daughters ears are four days in and don’t even have a hint of redness or irritation. They are not even sore. Which in my experience is not usually the case. The care instructions that we got were informative and understandable. They even emailed them to us after just to be sure we knew what to do. Not to mention the piercer was so patient and kind my daughter clearly felt safe and did great. I know getting ears pierced at a parlor is far more expensive thank the pagoda at the mall, but I can not express the difference in quality and care. 100% worth the money!

Sean pierced my daughters ears and there arent enough good words for his amazing work. It was incredible. He was calm and gentle, he patiently answered all our questions, and gave expert follow-up care information. This is absolutely the best place to get a kid piercing done. The shop is spotless and professional, Sean was just beyond amazing, and my daughter is thrilled with the results.

Sean was absolutely AMAZING! I took my 6 year old in to get her ears pierced. He was beyond patient with her. She was rather scared/nervous and he was absolutely wonderful. Bonus, the jewelry used has a flat back. No getting stabbed in the neck while sleeping.

I went in to have three helix piercings, and they were not done evenly. The bottom ring hangs down correctly, but the middle and top ones were further away from the edge, so that the top one doesnt even hang, it just deforms the edge of my ear. I showed a picture of how I wanted it when I went in, and this is not how it looked.It was originally going to be step one of having five piercings, but needing to redo two of the ones already done to get an even row ruined my interest in finishing, so now Ive just got three that dont look right.

Sean was fantastic! My friend and I went in yesterday to get piercings. Sean was patient, kind and very knowledgeable. If you’ve been to any tattoo parlor in the past, you know, the tattoo artist or piercer can be very rude. Sean was not that at all. He had enjoyable conversation the rooms were clean the piercing was fast. 10 out of 10 recommend.

I came here the other day needing assistance in switching out my helix piercing. Got it pierced over a year ago at another place and it never healed properly and caused me non-stop pain for over a year!Sean was very pleasant to work with. He switched out the cheap earring the other place used to a titanium stud. 2 days later I can already feel a huge difference. No more pain, no discomfort. Kicking myself for waiting so long to come here and ask for their help!If I ever decide to get any other piercing, Ill definitely be going here.

First time getting a tattoo at Golden Goat and I was happy from start to finish. Really liked the individual rooms with closed doors during your appointment.I got a sternum tattoo with Rianne and I will be 100% be visiting her again. They are fine if you know what you are getting into. If you arent familiar with the process you will probably have issues with making sure your piercing heals properly.They were able to see me same day. But the intake process was haphazard and really bad.Everything was dusty like they havent cleaned in months and/or their air duct system has built up tons of debris.No one explained the care procedures to me until I explicitly asked them. Even then the instructions were not very good. They expect their generic keep it clean paper to cover all piercings situation. Luckily I do my research so I was able to fill in the blanksThey are like a manufacturing plant. Everyone shuffles you off to the next person with no communication.I believe the way they pierce is very professional and sanitary. But to be clear, they lack a personal touch or the will to make sure the customers actually get to enjoy their piercing.

It was very easy to set an appointment online. Friendly staff, very professional plus well knowledgeable on what they were doing. In addition to that it had a very welcoming feeling as he walked in.

This happened in January; my friends came to visit and we decided to get tattoos together. We looked for a couple places and this seemed like a good option, esp since the reviews were promising. We decided to call ahead for an appointment, it took us several times but finally they picked up. They said we dont need an appointment, we could just do walk-ins. When we got there the place was completely empty, and there was no-one at the front desk. We decided to wait a bit and started perusing the example art on the walls.It was extremely disturbing. Confederate flags were everywhere, all the art of women was hypersexual, there were overexaggerated caricatures of south asian men in turbans, and all the nonwhite women were either oversexualized, or pregnant, or both. After a couple minutes we all decided to leave, being thoroughly grossed out. We never even interacted with a staff member in person, but after seeing all that art on the walls, Im thankful for that.

I really like how clean the shop was. The process for my piercing was fast and painless. I have some scar tissue from some previous crooked piercings. Sean did the most wonderful amazing job getting past the sensitive tissue and making them so straight. He was gentle and attentive. Thanks crew at Golden Goat for helping feel even more gorgeous then before.

Ive had my nose pierced here twice (nostril and septum) by Sean. Super clean, quick and professional. One of the most knowledgeable piercers Ive ever met and just an all around superb human.Ive also had a few tattoos by Rianne (and soon to be more). Always a very professional and genuinely nice experience. She is a super talented artist and has a gentle hand.Golden Goat is always my first recommendation for anyone looking for tattoos or piercings in the Austin area. Absolutely love these people.

The shop was clean and welcoming. I made an appointment to have my earlobes re-pierced after they closed up. However, they were able check my hole with a tapered rod, discovered by hole was still intact and just needed to be widen a bit. This was done free of charge. When I got home I was able to get my earrings in right away.I want to go back and see if they can do the same magic on my tragus piercing and have them put an earring in...or go ahead and get it re-pierced. Definitely recommend them for someone to consider for piercing.

I made an appointment to get my nose pierced and called to verify everything, only to find out they will not use my jewelry, any outside jewelry for that matter, even though I’m allergic to anything but solid gold. They were unwilling to budge and pretty indifferent about my allergy to their metals.

Im so glad I never have to drive to Austin to get work done ever again.A while back, I wasnt sure if I wanted to get my bridge pierced so I brought some stick-on jewels and asked the piercer that day, Ryan, if he would place them where the bridge would go, because I didnt think I was doing it quite right myself. He was kind about this. That settled it for me, and I finally got it done by Sean a week and a half ago.He made sure to show me that my bar had passed the sanitation test. There were people waiting when I got there, but I did not have to wait long. The procedure was quick and almost painless. He answered all my questions patiently (even when I called later in the day to ask what I had forgotten.) I was able to get it pierced with amethyst ends instead of metal balls, like I had hoped. And today, I rushed over, worried that the swelling was getting out of hand. Ryan was there and quite happy to take a look and swap me out for a longer bar (just to be sure.)Everyone Ive spoken with has been kind and professional. I think the services and jewelry (which is gorgeous! and theyre happy to place a custom order for you) are fairly priced. I love this shop, and I love that theyre here in Round Rock.

Called around other places in the Round Rock area to see about getting a piercing and none were doing them due to covid. This place was. Very nice and clean. From the time I walked in until the time I walked out the staff was friendly and very professional. The gentleman who did my piercing was nice and quick, did and amazing job on my piercing. If I choose to have any more work done I would definitely return to this shop. Highly reccommend.

I have gotten all four facial piercings done by Sean at this location and his work is phenomenal. The shop is always a clean, cool and inviting environment. All of their piercing and tattoo practices are by the book and incredibly well done. Very friendly people and professional. Store is quite clean and welcoming with comfortable couches and coffee in the waiting area. My husband and I brought our 5 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced. A place like Piercing Pagoda or Claires at the mall would have been cheaper, but wed rather have a piercing professional handle our daughters first piercings rather than a dubiously trained store associate.They were very sweet to my daughter, who was only a little nervous. They gave her a stuffed fox to play with while her piercing needle was sterilized in the autoclave. She cried after the first earring and didnt want the second one to be done, but the lady at the store talked to her and between my niece and I, we convinced her to finish. I was very appreciative of their patience and obvious skill at handling a frightened child who was in tears. They allowed us to hug her while the second ear was done. There were high fives and words of praise when she was finished.Our only issue was the quality of the jewelry we picked out. The earrings they use for piercing arent the ones that I think most people think of for ear piercing. They are flat in the back and the head of the earring screws down. The day after we had her ears pierced, one of the heads fell off. My husband cleaned it and put it back on. Later that day, the other one fell off and was lost. We were lucky to have an old pair of piercing studs (the kind that are used with the piercing guns) that are more secure in the back. We sterilized them and replaced the ones that Golden Goat used with those without a tear shed (mama was more nervous than daughter!).Im still giving 5 stars for customer service because they cant be held responsible for the quality of the jewelry they purchase for piercing. Maybe we just got a bad pair, maybe that kind isnt conducive to an active 5 year old. Their work is top notch and theyre very nice and knowledgable. They even email aftercare instructions to you, which is awesome. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for piercing work.

Sean re-pierced one of my nipple piercings after it had migrated after the first few years of wear. He also was kind enough to fit me in jewelry that actually fit! The previous jewelry I had been given at another piercing shop was far too wide and caused a lot of movement on the piercing. I had not idea, I just thought that was normal. My replacement worked perfectly and looked even better than the original.

Sean and Rianne Philips have a wonderful shop with a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out is an all around amazing experience. My artist John Dame did an amazing tattoo of my Sheltie Cash Jr. with so much likeness of him it was unreal. Really affordable tattoos and piercings and amazing work to back that up. I would highly recommend if youre in the market for some new ink or a piercing to check this shop out first!!

Rianne is amazing! Just got a large pineapple on my arm and she hit the nail on not only the design but my hope for something with lots of color! Im in love with my new piece and cant wait to work on more with this shop!

Post update: Sean has been great. After my initial mishap he has really taken the time and effort to get everything sorted out at no cost to me. I had to have the piercings removed during surgery and Sean replaced them for free. Sean’s expertise in piercings is amazing and I will continue to see him for all my piercings needs. Sorry for my previous post Sean.Old post:I was so excited to get my tragus pierced and had heard good things about Golden Goat. Well, I have been so highly disappointed. The piercing cost me an absolute fortune!!!! Turns out the bar I chose was white gold (which I was not made aware of at all), I am also allergic to gold and had a really bad reaction. I went back and I had the bar changed out (which was so incredibly painful as my ear was so swollen and infected). Sean/Shaun (not sure of spelling) seemed annoyed and wouldn’t refund me for the white gold bar that I will never be able to use. The replacement bar I chose has a crystal stone in it, which is so super cheap because the clasps around it are coming loose and they are catching on everything and ripping the piercing in my ear. I cannot even lay my head on a pillow without it catching.I spent so much unnecessary money, would not be refunded and still sitting with issues. I now have to go and spend more money to get it fixed somewhere else.

Sean is an amazing piercer. He’s done all of my kids’ piercings and all my recent ones. All the staff I’ve met has been nice. We appreciate that they are also LGBTQ friendly.

I was very excited to hear that the shop was opening back up this month after being closed during the past year due to COVID. The shop was clean and employees wore masks the whole time I was there. I made an appointment ahead of time so wait time was minimal. I had been thinking about getting a tattoo for a few years, but was ready to take action. I had a great experience working with their artist, Rianne, from the initial consultation and sharing my ideas to viewing her rendering, getting the tattoo outlined, discussing aftercare, and scheduling the last session. She put my mind at ease about getting a new tattoo that was much larger than any previous tattoos I had had by walking me through the process and helping me schedule both sessions. She showed off her artistic skills in the design she created out of two random images I gave here that did not go together and by quickly and competently penning ink to skin. I felt the price was vey reasonable considering the size of my tattoo and the work the artist put into the design. I would definitely go back for any future tattoos I might want.

I had a great experience at Golden Goat. I got my septum pierced by Sean, and he was fun, helped me feel safe and relaxed, got through the piercing quickly and efficiently, and gave me all the information I needed to take care of it well.

I went in looking for a new nose ring (jewelry only, existing piercing) and was immediately greeted and shown their options. They have a fantastic selection and the owners are very knowledgeable. They discussed the various brands and metals available. I also brought up that I was interested in another ear piercing and they showed me the custom options so that I could have a piece that looked like multiple piercing, but with only one hole.While I was waiting for my new jewelry to be sterilized, another couple people came in looking for quotes for a found art tattoo. The artist discussed the importance of original artwork, not only so that she isnt replicating someone elses work, but that the tattoo is original and specific to the person.I was totally impressed with everything about this shop and am so glad I stopped in.

Rianne has done all of my tattoos and I would trust her to put anything on my body. She has basically tattooed my whole family and I recommend her to everyone. Rianne is amazing at first timers cause she really knows how to keep you calm.Sean also has pierced my ear and usually I have like major problems with piercings but this one has been a breeze. Also! they can change the color of the jewelry WHICH IS AWESOME (I forgot the name for it).If just step into another shop its just not the same and I have to go back. The shop is very clean, great environment to be in and they really want to make everyone happy.

This place is incredible!!! Rianne Philips is an incredible artist and everyone that works there is always so friendly and helpful. The overall feel of the shop is like nothing I have ever experienced and I have been to several tattoo shops around the state of Texas. Rianne has so far done one tattoo for me, covered up one awful tattoo and I am scheduled to meet up with her this weekend to work on another. I will NEVER go anywhere else for a tattoo, I can guarantee that!! Also, Sean is the piercer there and tho I havent had a piercing from him I have two friends that have and their piercings are incredible and have healed with no issues. Im telling you, theres nowhere else to go in the area. If you want a quality tat or piercing, Golden Goat is the place to go.

Came in recently for a touch up on a tattoo that had been poorly done by an ex-friend of mine. It’s a geometric piece, which isn’t up every artist’s alley but lemme tell ya, Rianne took such stinkin’ good care of me. Walked me through the process, gave me straight, honest advice and answers, and did a SPECTACULAR JOB on my touch up with minimal discomfort - it’s amazing how much less discomfort you feel when actually seeing an experienced professional. When I started to get lightheaded (I’m vasovagal so it’s pretty normal for me albeit embarrassing), I was given a glucose gummy and laid back all comfy-like. I didn’t feel embarrassed or anything; was just nice to feel understood and cared for. Rianne works fast and does an excellent job, and their apprentice was great too! Would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting a reliably quality tattoo at fair prices.

Hands down the best piercing place ever! I have got my nose pierced many times before at different locations in different states and every time it got infected and had to be removed. I came to them in hope that this was the last time I would have to get it pierced and luckily for me I found the right place! Ive had nothing but positive experiences here! Ive had two tattoos done by Rianne, and had my nose pierced by Sean. They both work impressively quickly and never miss any details.Will definitely be coming back to Rianne for all my future tattoos.

My experience was a negative 20 the only reason there is one star is because it would not let me post without clicking one. I went to Shaun for a simple Marilyn piercing. The initial piercing was fine and when the swelling went down I had a shorter bar put in. Shaun did not attach the stone to the post properly and it fell out 2 days after he changed the bar. It fell out at 3 pm, I was at Golden Goat by noon the next day to have it put back in.Shaun could not find the hole and after several attempts told me, just a minute and I will get it. I closed my eyes because his hands were on my face, he then re pierced my lip with the bottom being in a completely different spot.He did not tell or ask me if I wanted a re-piercing, I would have said no as there was no way the hole could have closed after 15 hours. This is not the worst part, he put the short bar back in, this bar was only about half as long as it should have been. I asked him about the bar before I left and he said if it bothered me I could come back the next day and get a longer one. I iced my mouth all night hoping to keep the swelling down.When I woke up the next day my mouth was so swollen that the bar had already disappeared inside my lip. I had someone else look at it that day and they said they could not even attempt to change the bar until at least some of the swelling was gone. By the time the swelling went down enough to change the bar part of the hole had closed around the bar inside of my lip, it will have to be surgically removed by a doctor. I would not recommend Shaun for piercing to my family, my friends...not even my enemies.Update to this:I had to have the piercing surgically removed. I went to a plastic surgeon, he had to cut the top of my mouth and work the jewelry out of it. I have a lawyer and will be attempting to have all money I paid Golden Goat refunded and to have my surgical fees paid. I see another person had the same thing happen to them, do not get any piercing at this place!!

The moment that I walked through the doors, I knew I was going to be impressed with the Golden Goat. This shop is super clean, and everyone I talked to made me feel right at home. I checked out the portfolios and it was tough to choose who to go with, they all looked good. I ended up going with Ricky and his work was amazing! I will definitely be coming back next time. So glad a good shop has finally come to Round Rock!

What an awesome shop! When you walk in, the staff is friendly right from the start. Whats even better? Rianne is an amazing tattoo artist. She is incredibly easy to talk to and work with and she really cares about every piece. I will definitely be getting more work done by Rianne and would absolutely recommend any of the artists at Golden Goat Tattoo.

Tears! It looked like a cool spot - we came for a walk in and they told us 15 mins. An hour passes and we ask for an update & they said soon. 30 more minutes pass with no update so we left. If y’all could have just given us an update we’d be cool to wait but we felt forgotten about.

Tattoo:I got my first tattoo here in 2018 with Josh P. I requested a quote that had been handwritten in a book from the 1800s. I had brought in a photo copy of the quote and requested it in that font.Instead the tattoo was free handed with a sharpie in a generic cursive that did not look like the font requested.The was cursive was thin and a couple of the lines disappeared after a couple months so I asked the artist to touch it up. Rather than touching up only the parts that had disappeared, he went over the entire tattoo- causing it to be very thick. Now it is faded and illegible after only 3 years.Piercings:I recently went to have a new nose ring put in. The sized it and gave me a ring too big. After purchasing the $30 ring it took 30 minutes and two people to close the ring. I came home only to find that the ring is still about 3mm open- this is a constant irritant as it spins and gets stuck and looks funny.

I got a nose piercing from another company, and have had nothing but problems with the quality of the nose piercing I received. At my Dr. appointment I asked my nurse about her nose piercing and if she would recommend a company and she said go to the Golden Goat. The piercing artist was knowledgeable and they had high quality nose jewelry to choose from. I would highly recommend the Gden Goat for all your piercing needs.

I had went to get a double helix piercing after hearing plenty of great review about this place, but now I just wasted $100 as well as a piercing I am unhappy with.First off, when my friend and I walked in, the girl in the front seemed to be completely new and oblivious to what was going on. She gave us the wrong prices and seemed like she had no idea what was going on. Thankfully, another girl told her the right prices and and that was settled.Sean was our piercer. I had read up about the place before going, and Sean had a lot of great recommendations, so I was relieved at first. When we walked into the room, my friend got her helix piercing first. She showed him a picture of where she wanted it, and he looked at it for a millisecond before saying, “great. that’ll be easy.” After getting her piercing, it was WAY too high. She had asked to get it repierced because the placement was way too off.For mine, I got a double helix, in which I asked for a stud on top and a ring on the bottom. I had repeated the order multiple times (seeing that he messed up on my friends) as well as telling him the EXACT location of where I wanted it. Even before piercing it, he had asked me once more which I wanted on top and which I wanted on the bottom. After examining it in the mirror, it was too low, the order was incorrect, and he pierced me in a spot I never wanted, making my ear hurt 10x more than it should of. (He pierced me right next to the anithelix) I took out the stud after a few weeks because it was hurting way too much and the back of my ear was swollen because the back of the stud dug too much into my skin. Now I have to wait a few more months before getting the piercing I want again and I wasted $100+ for a piercing I never asked for.On a side note, Sean was nice throughout the process and the shop was very clean as the reviews suggest. I am just very disappointed in the way our visit went and wished it could have gone better.

My girlfriend went in for a follow-up with her ear piercing she got here a year ago. They took excellent care of her. Quality work, great service, and super clean. Highly recommended.

Went in for a walk in appointment for a simple small tattoo. The shop was clean and professional looking, my artist was able to take care of me quickly and the tattoo itself took less than 15 min. It was my first tattoo and I was guided through the entire process from how it was going to feel to the healing. And I absolutely adore my tattoo and recieve a lot of compliments. Would definetly come here again

Clean, great staff. I honestly cannot stop recommending this place when people complement my tattoo that John did. I also hands down reccomend Sean for any piercings. These two men made me feel comfortable and went tge extra step to ensire everything healed up beautifully.

I went in on a Sunday for a consult on a tattoo. Talked to Josh about drawing up a design and possibly doing the tattoo on Saturday that same week. He said he would email me in a couple days with some sketches. I had sent an email with my design ideas that same night to give him a direction to go. Heard nothing via email, phone, etc. for 4 days despite my attempts to contact him. I cannot speak for the shop as a whole, but Josh was very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I would highly discourage working with him as an artist. If you can’t deliver on your promises as a professional in your field, then you really shouldn’t have that job in my opinion. Will be taking my business elsewhere. All this accomplished was wasting almost a week of my time. Wish I could give negative stars.

Sean is a wonderful guy who does amazing piercings. Rianne does the most AMAZING tattoos. Just recently got a tattoo finished by her and I’m in love.

I got a tragus piercing here. I told the piercer that the jewelry looked too short, but he said that it wasnt, so I took his word for it and went home. Turns out, I was right. Two weeks later, my piercing had swelled slightly, as new piercings do, but because the jewelry was so short, it was extremely painful, didnt heal, and began to show signs of being infected. I had to go to someone else to get the jewelry replaced with something longer. The new piercer could barely get a grip on the jewelry because my piercing was so swollen. If I had waited even another day, it would have been impossible to remove. Thankfully, after 10 minutes of digging around in my ear, the new guy somehow managed to get it out and replace it with a longer piece of jewelry. Im lucky I didnt have to get surgery.

I feel fortunate to have been introduced to Josh Patrick, a fellow veteran, who listened to what I was looking for in a Tatto to commemorate my military service. He provided an artistic sketch, we consulted on some details and then he did an amazing job, artfully bringing that sketch to a piece of art. He added and blended colors that brought my concept to life. I highly recommend Josh. Thank you !

Ive never paid so much for a piercing before and its the worst Ive had by far (out of 18, so that says something). The work is so shoddy keloids have developed, not to mention the guy pierced it with a different style of hardware than i requested, so after several months, I have had to go pay another shop to help me replace it with the proper hardware so that it can heal...not that it matters now that I have a huge, ugly scar on my nose. Please dont get pierced here. Youll save yourself about $50 initially plus whatever pain, money and headache you have to spend fixing their mistake.

Craig did a wonderful iob on my Raven tattoo. Went in with a couple of pictures and he came back 20 mins later with his own version and it turned out better than I had hoped! Hes a funny dude and hell of an artist. If youre looking for a well priced, quality tattoo, look no further than Golden Goat!

My mom and brother always go here for there tattoo, so for my 18 birthday I wanted to go to the same place. Week before I went it and talked to the person ( not giving any names). I put a down payment to hold my place of $60, the day of my birthday I was super excited we went in a d the guy wasnt even there, no one called me or text me nothing. I get even get my money back so I basically paid the person not to show. That was the worst birthday ever. Im not only upset with the company but to me he could of texted.

I went in Thursday around 7 to get my nose pierced not much of a wait but felt very rushed during the piercing . When picking out the ring I told the girl up front I wanted a L shape and she said the one I picked was it .Shawn pierced me and was very rushed to hurry up and get me out of there I asked what ring he put in and he said a screw back which is not what I wanted and now its too late. Told me to clean it and that they would email me my cleaning instructions . NEVER once was asked for my email or didnt even sigh anything for the piercing but my payment . While I was waiting felt like I had blood running down my noise and guess what it was still bleeding and they were going to let me walk out like that . I add a photo of how bad it look right after on the way home.

Hello, I was NOT a client here, I recently 12/7/15 called to get information about infant piercing becouse per other mothers and my babys physician staff its best to take my daughter to a tatto and piercing shop since the health department has regulation for them and its a cleaner, safer environment to get her ears done by a professional vs icing or Clairs at the mall. The employee I spoke with informed me that they do not do infant piecing because they are nit of age ( at this point he should have stopped) he then says in his opinion it isnt right to do that to an infant because they didnt ask for it, which I understand his option but it was just that an opinion and as a mother I can do whatever is like with my childs ears! I dont think it was at all perfessional of him to voice his opinion. therefore I will be seeking somewhere else who are professionals, not to mention my babys own physician said it was ok to pierce her ears after about 3-4 months when she has her tetanus shot.

I loved this place, craigo (artist) kept me calm the whole time during my first tattoo, hes quite the artist and i highly recommend you ask about him, hes really great at what he does, and remember, tipping makes it hurt less
