Booked appointment meant nothing. It was still first come, 1st served. Otherwise, the employees were friendly and they had cool merch as always.

This store is so busy on the weekends. The staff is hit or miss, some are good and some arent so good in overall performance. Prices are a little more than they used to be but still ok. They do ear piercing and the staff that does it is very nice.

The older lady had a bad attitude for no reason. I left earlier than expected just to get away and not feel like I was bothering her, she probably shouldn’t be training your new hire.

They were very friendly and nice both young ladies in there. My son had his ears pierced for his bday. We were greeted when we walked in. They explain the sales. When I told them what we wanted they immediately took care of us explain the process n the different earrings. She took her time with him, made sure I understood what she was doing. Made sure I understood the contract. Measure his earring right before she pierced it. Afterwards she made sure i liked it. And she even suggested I video tape it. Great job ladies.

The clerk was super rude. Obviously, she was ready to get off. And they want like 70$ just to pierce your ear with cheap stud earrings. I found another establishment in the galleria who did the same piercing, same earring for 29.99.

I just got my ears pierced at Claires by a beautiful young woman named Sierra. She was super awesome. I would recommend anybody go there to get their ears pierced. 1st of all the ear piercings free; youre just paying for the earrings. Secondly theyre very clean and hygienic unlike other places Ive been to. Last bit not least theyre bery moderatlwy priced. Also they give you a free bottle of cleaning solution and a lot of other places dont do that.Sierra was so nice. She put me at ease and made me feel at home. If I was this girls boss I would give her a raise because thats how sweet she is!

We brought my daughter to get her ear pierced and we stood in line to get the service done. Once the service was done we had to get to the end of the line and pay for he service. This is poor customer service and totally backwards. We weren’t purchasing anything else just paying for the service

Got both of my helixs pierced and the piercer was nice and quick she was awesome and rocked piercings of her own. She told me go girl. I Hardly felt the piercing gun. I Would totally ask for her again.

The woman doing piercings on Sunday, July 18, was very rude and had an attitude. Really threw off the vibe so we’ll be going else where for an ear piercing.

My grand kiddo had her ears pierced. The nice lady who did them was so nice and made us feel comfortable

They carry little cute things for young girls and teens. Im a grown mature woman, therefore, I look for fine jewelry.

Place complete joke tried to get step daughter ears pierced and the white girl refuse to allow me to get her ears pierce because she assumed Im not legal guardian. Place needs to fire that low life

They changed the age limit.. Your baby can come at 2 months if they have shots.
