I went to Lydia for a wax as I am going to Florida for family vacation for Thanksgiving. She was quick, nice, professional, and incredibly precise. She took her time and for the most part, it was painless as she was that good at what she does. So much so, I will be definitely scheduling future appointments with her! I love the service and results every time I visit So Narurdal. I have been doing the Procell treatments to reduce scarring on my face (from a car and many years ago). I had done everything in the past include dermabrasion,, chemical peels, and laser - and so far this has had the best effect on erasing and scars and redness on my face. I also have been using So Natural for permanent make up, lip color and eyebrows and they do the best work of any clinic I’ve gone to in the past 15 years! I had my eyebrows done about a month ago and went in for a touch up visit. The light color needed to be darkened and Rachel took care of it. She makes you feel very comfortable. I first came to So Natural in 1994-95. I had been on a bad car accident on 1988 and due to numerous scar thru my eyebrows, they no longer grew. I went for 7 years drawing them on, sweating them off, showing them off, swimming them off! Very embarrassing. One day I mentioned it to my husband. He said Get it done. So I contacted So Natural and cried when she was done! They were beautiful. I had EYEBROWS!! I took a shower the next morning and they were STILL there!! I cried and cried and went out and told my husband! Look I still have eyebrows! Now I want to come back and have them refreshed. I’m so glad So Natural is still there.

It could not have gone better!! She spent time during the initial consultation to get a grasp for what shape I wanted. On the day of the procedure.... she may have been more of a perfectionist than me!! She made sure that everything was exactly how we wanted it. She uses a cream to cut down on the pain and just puts you at ease throughout the whole process, she has a great personality and is so easy to talk to. We chatted like we had known each other for years!! Angela truly takes pride in her work and will not settle for less than perfect. All of the staff I interacted with were equally friendly and inviting. I highly recommend this place and I will continue to go here for my cosmetic needs.

I absolutely love my eyeliner. I went with my grandmother for eyeliner and she also got her eyebrows done. It was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very nice. I had to reschedule a last-minute appointment and she was super flexible and offered me one just a few days later which I really appreciate it. Their prices are very reasonable. I actually found Lydia on Groupon. I had received 3 types of waxes from her on July 15, 2020. She is very welcoming and has a wonderful demeanor. She is quick at waxing and does her best to make it as painless as she can in sensitive areas. The establishment is very clean and famine. I met with Cheri at So Natural for the first time in May. I wanted to get my upper and lower eyeliner done, but was so nervous about it. I had been referred by a previous client. Cheri explained the procedure, and said she was very conservative, as am I. After all, this is permanent! When she finished with my eyeliners, I was SO pleased, when I went back for my checkup I had her add a little bit more!I had also been thinking about getting my eyebrows microbladed. I am a fair-skinned redhead, so never had any eyebrows. Again, I was nervous, but had more confidence in Cheri. When we finished, she thought they would be too light but I was satisfied as it was. Then when I went back about a month later for my follow up, I actually had her make my eyebrows bigger. Everyone who knew me comments how good they look, and if you hadnt known me, youd never know they werent all mine!I am so happy with what she has done, and would highly recommend her to anyone!

These ladies are amazing. They have been doing permanent cosmetics for over 30 years, before getting permanent eyebrows were even a thing. They are extensively trained. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to tattoo/microblade something on my face. It’s become a popular thing these days and many people who are doing them do not have the training needed. I checked out color enhancement for my lips and was thoroughly happy with my experience. Surprisingly, running ink over your lips is not as painful as you might imagine. They carefully selected the color, based on my preferences and skin color, and I have been pleased every morning when I wake up. No re-applying to see my lips. No worries about eating and losing my lip color. Its been awesome. Im so glad I did it! From small to NOTICEABLE lips. I wouldnt go anywhere else for this treatment. Also, side note, love the brows. As a blonde, same issue. Now I can see my eyebrows as well! Love love love!

The proposition of finding the right artist, someone who really knows what theyre doing and has the talent to make it beautiful is scary. This is permanent makeup, eyeliner is probably they most difficult makeup application to learn and for most of us its impossible to get it perfect every time or even half the time. So after spending a lot of time searching the web I decided on So Natural. Angela does amazing work. I have my brows microbladed and upper and lower eyeliner. It probably cuts a good 10 minutes off my morning and every day I have perfect liner and brows that I dont have to worry about smudging through out my day.

Sabat is amazing with brows. She pays attention to your face shape and really creates a brow that goes with YOUR face in particular. In other words, its not just one-size-fits-all. We also spent quite a bit of time on the color. I found that people tend to want to make my eyebrows darker but I like them a little more natural-looking and I am 100% over-the-top happy with what she did for me!! As a blonde, I love waking up with brows on my face. Love!

I found this place when I purchased a Groupon for dermaplaning and a facial. The ambiance was peaceful and serene. My facial was nothing short of amazing. Jamie is not just in this for the money. She has showed that she cares about my skin health. I really enjoyed my professional and detailed deep cleaning facial with microdemabrasion. It was geared towards my needs of my skin. This is my 3rd visit to this business for a facial. I will definitely be back and I also purchased my daughter her 1st facial to be done by Jamie, their esthetician.

My friend recently had an awful experience at So Natural: she got serious infection after the facial cleaning service and had to go to ER for treatment. However, the store calls this a less than desirable result. This is pretty undesirable and unprofessional behavior.

My eyebrows are beautifully hair stroked & the eyeliner is precise.I had a previous eyebrow procedure done before going So Natural bc I purchased a groupon BIG MISTAKE!! You get what you pay for, bottom line.You should not have to go back 3 & 4 times because the ink is not taking! My eyeliner was done in 1 procedure with Angela. I chose to go in for a follow up visit to elongate the top liner.I was shocked at the difference of professionalism, sanitation & knowledge.Do your research, paying less is not best.I absolutely LOVE my permanent make up!!:)

I am about a year overdue on this review... Angela is literally a miracle worker!! I got my (very tiny non-existent) eyebrows microbladed januray 2018 and it was one of the best things I’ve ever done. I was freaking out, like so nervous about getting something PERMANENTLY done to my face! I have to say, once angela drew on my new potential brows and showed me in the mirror, I started crying, they were so perfect and fitting for my face, better than I could ever draw on (which is what I was doing before they were microbladed)! This is an art, just like tattooing, no measuring necessary, she’s just that good!!! Not only were they the perfect shape but they looked so real, every little stroke was a different size different length, so much depth to them they looked unbelievable! I’ve since gone in for a touch up and they’re amazing as ever! They nurses are great too if you’re worried about anything don’t be- you will know instantly when you walk in, it’s beautiful, it’s so clean, and everyone is sooooo nice, including the wonderful lady at the desk who made me the perfect cup of coffee and brought it back to me while on chair. Just amazing!!!! Everyone!(I did my research and this is the best place I found. The best work, the best technicians... I’ve had friends go other places and unfortunately theirs don’t look as good as mine, just saying!)

I spent a lot of money for micro blading. The lady I had didn’t measure or anything to make user they were even. She free handed it and talked to me about buying things from her and her daughter not related to So Natural. Made me uncomfortable being told to buy into something and not putting care into what was supposed to be permanent. The Micro blading hurt, it was not done with care, in the end it didn’t stay permanent. Waste of money I have to find another place now to get them redone. I would not spend my money at this establishment. I hope if you go here your experience is better than mine was.

You have to just stop in- you won’t want to leave! You can tell the entire staff love being there and love getting take care of you. The hardest part is deciding where you want to start! I couldn’t decide, and started with a massage, which was excellent. I can’t wait to go back!

I cant be more devastated with So Natural. I went there on 6/17 for a simple facial. The room smelled molded during the service and the masks made my face itch during the cleaning service. Guess what!! I immediately had TERRIBLE infection on my face and neck after the service. I had to go to ER because of the rashes all over my face!!! I ended up getting a shot in ER and 3 difference medicines for a week. PLEASE DONT GO THERE.On top of that, HORRIBLE customer service! They refused to do anything to help -- no apology, no refund, nothing. I am shocked...

Rachel explains everything and gives you all options to make the best decision. I will be returning for additional services.
