I’m super grateful to Nikole. I had an existing tattoo that I didn’t love from another shop , and she sat me down and made me feel heard. And then we scheduled an appointment for her to add to and correct the tattoo I had and she did such an amazing job. She really transformed it and didn’t break the bank either doing it. I got both of my eyebrows pierced by Bri here and she was so funny and sweet the whole time. She was very attentive to any and all of my needs and was considerate of my preferences. Over all a immensely great experience. Would absolutely recommend to my friends looking for a professional and friendly place to get body modifications.

Our daughter wanted her ears pierced for her 7th birthday. She was excited and a bit scared it would hurt. Bri handled her emotions perfectly, and our daughter was surprised at how little pain was involved. Thanks Bri for a great experience!

Genuinely the BEST place Ive ever gone, I refuse to go anywhere else! The employees are 1st class, everyone is super respectful and kind, and they do some really dope work. Kats an amazing artist and Im really impressed at how her work turned out. Shes insanely talented, her attention to detail is second to none, and shes the sweetest human on top of it. I have had 2 tattoos and the start of a sleeve done by Rae. Not only was she wonderful, sweet and professional but her artistic eye and ability are amazing. I had a very specific idea for a sleeve and so far, she has nailed it. I can’t wait to finish it.

I scheduled to have a tattoo of my children’s names wrapped as an anklet with Gina. This Tattoo was a nightmare. I had to return three times to make it look good. The first time, she had none of the names spaced out correctly, so she had me come back, and she tried to fill it in with flowers. Hotmess, to say the least. It looks like a child practiced on me. This was supposed to be a particular tattoo representing my love for my kids. I tried to see if someone could cover it, but no artist wanted to attempt to fix it. It has been almost three years, and every time I look down at my ankle, pure disappointment overcomes me. It was my first time getting a tattoo; I will never go there again.

Ive had several piercings done here and its always pleasant and professional. Have and will again recommend to friends, co workers, and so on

I made an appointment for a septum piercing and I was super nervous. The piercing didn’t hurt whatsoever but I got super dizzy seeing the sight of my blood and my dramatic self nearly passed out and Bri too care of me. She was amazing and made the experience great. I totally recommend coming here!

Awesome atmosphere and great artists. Rae has done phenomenal work on me and I will keep going back. She even took time out of her day to talk to a friend interested in starting in the industry. Highest recommendation!Side note: since I read another persons review; as someone who works in the hair industry I completely understand how important it is to keep your appointment & just how difficult it can be to fill in that spot if someone cancels. Tattoos aren’t haircuts so I’m sure it’s a hell of a lot more difficult to pencil someone in for a tattoo than a cut or color! Deposits are set in place for a reason & I will always happily pay the deposit & make darn sure to make my appointment.

Nikole’s expertise at permanent eyeliner is outstanding! She is through when explaining the process and what to expect while in her chair. She prepares you for the after care and books a follow up appointment for any touch ups that may be needed after it’s healed.Her personality shined while on her chair. She is a very kind, caring, and knowledgeable body art specialist. She used clean technique which was a big deal to me. I have recommended and will continue to recommend her services to anyone interested! She truly is the best!!!

Awesome studio. Kris did a fantastic job piercing my daughters earlobes. They had a nice variety of earrings to choose from, and she made her feel very comfortable during the process. The shop is immaculate, and her room was thoroughly prepped and sterilized. She clearly explained the aftercare protocol and answered all of our questions. Great experience. Definitely recommend! The ladies working this shop are all so talented and professional that I don’t even know where to start! I have gotten 3 tattoos and 1 nose piercing there and while I am usually pretty awkward around new people, I instantly felt at ease there. They genuinely love what they do and convey that in the quality of their work. 100% recommend and will most definitely be a repeat customer!

Yo! This was the dopest tattoo spot Ive been too so far! My wife and I struck out on 3 separate occasions to get a walk-in appointment. We called up and GINA (ask for GINA) gave us a time she could squeeze us in. Parking was a little tricky, but theres a vacant lot right across the street. There werent any no parking signs, so we parked there. GINA immediately greeted us and was super patient in ensuring our tattoo designs were to our exact specs and that the positioning was perfect. Overall, Id give Arch Nemesis AND GINA an 11 out of 10.

Morgan was my piercer at Arch Nemesis and she has done a few of my piercings. She is knowledgable and friendly. I bought my best friend with me to get pierced and I also brought my little sister on a separate occasion. Each time Morgan delivered and provided great service and made the overall experience amazing. I always recommend to my friends to go to Arch nemesis to get pierced by her. Also she has helped answer a lot of my after care questions. I highly recommend her.

Obsessed with my labret piercing I got from Morgan today!! She was professional, knowledgeable, and perhaps best of all, precise! Booking through the website was easy, the establishment was clean, and there were plenty of high quality jewelry pieces to choose from. Overall great experience.

Nikki is the absolute best there is. She knows her stuff and is fabulous. My experience was very pleasant with very little pain during the procedure, and literally no pain whatsoever after. My tattoo is beautiful and everything I wanted. I had to wait to get the artistic work of Nikki, but it is well worth the wait!!

I’ve had a few tattoos done here and the gal who did my tattoos was awesome. I recently went back and she didn’t work there anymore, so I scheduled with someone else. I paid my deposit and scheduled my appointment. I couldn’t get the day off work so I sent a message to see if I could reschedule. It was a week out and the artist replied that “ I was take food from the mouths of children.” She can keep my deposit. I’m not about to let someone that rude even begin to tattoo me. You can feel the negative energy in there. No thank you!

Very professional and was great with my 10 year old daughter, who got her ears pierced here. Very helpful with aftercare and a followup to replace earring posts when needed.

I have to give a shout out to Amanda. This was one of only a handful of piercing shops that would pierce my 7 year olds ears. I called about 20 different shops. Only a handful would pierce an under 16 year old. Most wanted a passport and a waiver printed off from online and filled out before they would even see us.Arch Nemesis was different. Amanda pierces any age, even infants. All I needed to bring was my id and a birth certificate. Amanda was great. She was gentle and patient. My girl was nervous about the pain. They both did great! Definitely recommend Amanda for all things pierced. She was laid back and very nice!

My daughter was so excited to get her first earrings but was a little nervous when it came time to actually do the piercing. The ladies at Arch Nemesis did a fantastic job of making her feel comfortable and walking her through the process. She loves her earrings and we couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this shop!

Rachael is my go to artist she does all of my work and is hands down the most amazing person. She is so patient and really listens to what you want to get done. She has done a majority of the work I have had done and I am going back for more. Arch nemesis has such a unique vibe! Love the whole thing!

First of all, the shop is BEAUTIFUL and CLEAN! Amazing artworks and calming greenery all around. The vibe in this shop is the best I’ve ever been in! I had the pleasure of getting tattooed by Kat, who was eager to help me figure out the perfect design for my tattoo. You can tell she really cares about her clients and her work. She created an amazing tattoo and made sure to inform me about aftercare and the healing process. I will definitely be going back for my next tattoo.

From the initial call I made to the front desk to the follow-up message assuring me if I needed any additional work, I was more than welcome to come in, this was quality customer service and artistic ability, alongside professionalism. I scheduled my consultation with Kat and she completely understood what I wanted, sketched out a design, and even incorporated a minute detail I asked about the day of the tattoo. She was super kind and made sure I was comfortable going in and during the whole thing. Her work was amazing and Im so happy that I went with the size she recommended, it fits my arm perfectly. I cannot stress how much I loved every aspect of it, I am very tentative when it comes to tattoo shops so this was truly a wonderful experience and piece of art. Im already planning out the next tattoo I want.

While I will say that these tattoo artists truly have lovely work, the shop itself is darling, and I LOVE an all women staff, my review isnt going to be the best…but it will be honest.In April, I decided to get a piercing for my birthday. Id done research on Ashley vs Vertical Labret and chose to do an Ashley as I felt it would be pretty and complimentary on my face.I went in on April 26th and when I arrived, the piercer helped me choose my jewelry, which was $115. We go to the booth to do the piercing and she mentions to my friend that because I have small lips, this piercing should have less issues with swelling.I loved it. And she was right, I didnt really have issues with swelling, however…Less than a week later, the post to the jewelry busted in half out of nowhere. I immediately contacted the shop and they said to come in, but the soonest I could was the next day (non driver.) They told me to flip the post upside down and make sure it stayed in until my appointment. I had to secure the post in place with a breathing strip because nothing else would work, and the post scratching my inner lip made me worried, but I did go get it “fixed.”This time, the piercer told me that because of my very full lips, I should not be using the push in jewelry, and then proceeded to just replace the one that had broken rather than asking me if I would be okay with one that would be more secure. If she knew this about my lips, I wish shed said she originally instead of letting me spend over $100 on jewelry that wouldnt last, and also to make the comment about small lips if my lips are so full they break jewelry.Nonetheless, I went home and ordered a piece that was threaded and ideally wouldnt have this issue again- and before it was delivered a few days later, the second piece of jewelry from Arch Nemesis broke the exact same way the original had.Because of this needed jewelry swap multiple times before I should have changed it even once, I was worried for the healing timeline.It has been nearly 7 months and my piercing has never fully healed. Daily, it has bled, wept, and looked awful no matter how much Ive cleaned it and been gentle with it. I also recently noticed that the angle of the piercing does not allow jewelry to lay flat, so my jewelry is perpetually sticking out. I have plenty of friends with this piercing and I have others of my own, this should not have been my experience.Ive taken the piercing out to allow it to heal and while Im bummed, I do want others to consider elsewhere before moving forward with Arch Nemesis for piercings. When I took my jewelry out, it burned and now that its out, there is a hard bump inside of my lip, which isnt normal. I spent a total close to $300 for a piercing that barely last 7 months and caused a lot of physical pain, and cant recommend that.

I recently had my first tattoo experience with Kat at Arch Nemesis, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. First of all the shop is gorgeous and femme owned, a comfortable place for people of all identities to feel relaxed. From my consultation appointment, where they took great care to make sure that the drawing I created will be translated exactly as I had to drawn it (including keeping the imperfections which I loved so much, because it was ME). I love that they give clients complementary pasties for any rib cage or chest pieces. What was the most impressive thing was that she made so many stencils in so many sizes of my design, and did not force me to settle for a larger design, instead coming to a shared decision of going ultra thin line with my ability to touch up later. All in all Kat made me feel completely in control of the experience, and I will certainly be going back to Arch Nemesis when I am in town for all of my tattoo needs.

I just got my very first tattoo and was recommended Arch Nemesis by a co-worker. I scheduled a consultation with Kat who was so wonderful sitting down with me and helping bring the vision in my head to life designing my tattoo. On appointment day she was so welcoming and comforting, answering any questions I had. She did a wonderful job with my line art and I am so happy with it! Highly recommend!

I got a tattoo done with Kat in February of 2023 and she was fantastic! A our consult, she was super friendly and understood exactly what I was looking to get done. At the actual tattoo appointment, she had multiple designs in various sizes for me to look through and decide what I wanted. She was incredibly helpful when it came to best design and placement for what I wanted. Kat was communicative, professional, and did an amazing job! My tattoo turned out better than I had hoped for and Kat did a great job of explaining the aftercare process. My tattoo healed perfectly; I love it so much and would highly recommend seeing Kat for your next tattoo!

Amazing experience! I brought my twin 6 year olds to have their ears pierced with Morgan. She was patient and explained everything to them. Even when the second twin decided not to go through with the second piercing she was patient and didn’t make her feel bad whatsoever. Someone else might have made her feel like that wasn’t ok. Great experience and I would highly reccomend!

I highly recommend Kris and everyone at Arch Nemesis. Kris and everyone there are friendly, professional, and experienced. Found them through a Google search. Ive searched up piercing shops previously and dont know why they never showed up in my search. Im very happy I was able to find them. I knew what I wanted going in, Kris gave me exactly what I wanted, and it turned out better than I expected. I got a total of 6 piercings in one sitting. Shes very skilled at what she does, very sanitary, and the experience wasnt that painful, just a slight pinch. Ill definitely be going back if/when I have plans of getting more done!

I was in the shop a few months ago for a septum piercing. Overall, had a wonderful experience. From setting up my appointment on Arch Nemesis’s website (the introvert part of me was thrilled), to an inviting environment in the shop, to a great piercing. 10/10 would recommend this shop to anyone! The piercing room I was in had a curtain, which I loved. Bri was the one who pierced my septum. She walked me through everything and was super kind. I got my first tattoo with Kat and had a fantastic experience. She was responsive and created an amazing design based on my reference images and ideas. Arch Nemesis was very clean and well-organized, and Kat checked in with me throughout the preparation and tattooing process to make sure I was happy and comfortable. Ive had a nose piercing done here and a tattoo. Everyone Ive spoken with or worked with is incredibly nice, professional, and good at their jobs. Kat did my chest piece for me and was very communicative with me about the design and the expectations for the day. Her design is amazing and I love my tattoo. Will definitely be coming back to this shop for future tattoos and piercings. 10/10 recommend.

I love this shop! I came here after having a bad experience at another tattoo shop that shall not be named. The other shop swapped my nose stud out for a ring that was too small. Despite me double checking with the other shop, they insisted the ring was the correct size (it couldnt even close all the way). I went through months of painful infections before going to Arch Nemsis. The women there are amazing! They explained why the other ring didnt work, provided accurate advice on how to get rid of the infection, and ultimately helped me switch to a nose ring that actually fits. Ive been to see them several times since, and each person Ive interacted with has been amazing. The most recent person to help me swap out my jewelry was Kris, and she was great - so helpful and fast! I HIGHLY recommend going here.

Every time I walk into the shop, everyone is always so welcoming and personable.My tattoo artist, Kat ensures that her process of tattooing is clean and everything is disinfected before she starts. I’ve been here so many times and I never had any complications.Kat has amazing line work and pays attention to detail. She is very patient whenever I can’t decide where to put a tattoo, or if I want to add more color. She’s the most understanding artist I’ve met, who won’t judge you for wanting a tattoo of broccoli or your favorite Pokémon.I recommend this shop to all of my friends!

I absolutely love getting my tattoos done here! The staff is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! The building is very nice and clean! I have had two tattoos done here, and would highly recommend them to anyone! Kat did the tattoo on my spine, and did an amazing job! She is very friendly and easy to get along with! I cannot say enough fantastic things about Arch Nemesis! I had my first tattooing session with Nikole a week ago, and the entire experience, from beginning to end, has been nothing short of amazing. She has been so thorough with listening to my ideas, taking time to thoughtfully draw out the design(s), and meeting with me to ensure that I am happy with the art going on my body. Nikole, along with the entire staff, have always made me feel so welcome and well-taken care of in the shop from the moment I walk in. It is very clean and well-organized, and they are sure to use the best products to care for their customers. I have been to a lot of tattoo shops, and I can easily say that this is the one in St. Louis that I will be frequenting from here on out!!

I got my belly button pierced here by Bri in 2022. She was super nice. However, she pierced my belly button when I did not have the anatomy for it. I even expressed concerns that I’ve seen people get the skin above their belly button pierced rather than their actual belly button. I left with my stomach pierced. I wasted a lot of money to end up with a scar and no piercing.

Loved getting my lobes pierced with Bri today. And the front desk girl was really pretty and sweet. Pain wasn’t bad at all!

Recently had some work done there by Rae. She helped me design a tattoo in memory of a dear friend. She took my ideas and created something truly beautiful and meaningful to me. I love when people ask me about it and they always compliment her work! Will be getting some more ASAP

I highly recommend Bri for your childs piercings. We had a bad experience at the mall and it took a long time for my daughters ears to heal before trying again. Bri explained how they do piercings different and do not use a piercing gun. My daughter was very nervous but Bri immediately made her feel comfortable. She said it did not hurt as bad as the mall. Her ears have healed perfect and now she wants more done:)

I got three minor tattoos done all in one session by Kat. It was such a great experience! I had trouble deciding placement for a little bit and Kat was super patient. She also made sure I was comfortable and did a great job especially since I have a tendency to have muscle twitches. Definitely going back and hopefully I wont flinch involuntarily as much!

I’ve spent a lot of hours in Avacyn’s chair working on my sleeve and all of the artists and staff have been nothing but kind and friendly. I got my first tattoo from Avacyn and she made the experience so easy and fun, and I get compliments on all of her work literally daily. Fantastic people and amazing vibes, highly recommend!!

Absolutely the best tattoo experience Ive ever had. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and safe and my tattoo artist, Kat, did everything in her power to make sure I was as comfortable as possible while getting a multi-hour tattoo. The pricing was super fair and it ended up exactly how I wanted it! I live 2 hours away but this will definitely be my new tattoo shop for everything in the future. I cannot express how amazing they are and I would trust them with any new permanent addition to my body.

I had my septum pierced by Morgan. They were polite and the piercing went very smoothly. This was my first piercing outside of having my ears as a kid, and it was a great experience.

Great experience from beginning to end. Super responsive when I had questions and walked me through every step of my piercing. Everything was properly sanitized and cleaned and Ive never felt safer in a tattoo/piercing parlor. Miranda was super quick with the piercing and gave clear after care instructions, even encouraging an impromptu after care check in a month. Ive already scheduled a tattoo there and will definitely return when Im ready for another piercing.

Had a jewelry swap for my nostril piercing with Arch Nemesis and it went very smoothly. I have always had issues with infections when having hoops in, so I love that they offer D-rings as an alternative to make it look like youre wearing a hoop without actually wearing one! Havent had any issues with infections since. Thanks you so much!

This place is awesome. Used online booking for a piercing appointment with Miranda. Im not sure if everyone who works there is female, but ladies, this shop is the most inviting Ive ever been in. I moved up here a few years ago and have been looking for a new tattoo shop since then. I found it with arch nemesis. The staff was incredibly Proffessional and the shop was extremely clean and sanitary. Their artistic talent is off the charts as well. Shout out to Gina. They have an all female staff that was very welcoming as well. I will never go anywhere else. I have already sent two other people there and many more to come. Love you guys!

I went in with a request to brighten up a 20-year-old tattoo and add some detail. I told the artist Manda. The only thing I wish I could change is the shading around the first tattoo. I had never been a big fan. I asked for two dragonflies to partially cover up this feature. She was confident that she could do what I asked and I was excited about her planned design. Her next appointment wasn’t for two months, so I paid the deposit and came back then. The tattoo was on my upper right shoulder, so she began to work, and when she stopped to take a break, I looked down and noticed a considerable amount of black ink on my shoulder. I looked at her and said is that permanent and she said yes, that’s what you wanted. I couldn’t believe what I saw and went outside to take a few breaths. I returned and said I did not want to go any further. I got my stuff and tried to leave, and she became hostile along with the rest of the staff and threatened to call the police. They said I had to pay money since she had worked on me. Even though what she did permanently damaged my body. I would not pay so they called the owner. I waited for the owner to come; her name was Nikole. I told her I didn’t feel comfortable with Manda or anyone else there after the incident; she said if Amanda didn’t work it out, she would take care of it. She seemed to understand and offered to make it right but did say I needed to pay for her artist time spent. I felt she was genuine and would take care of the issue from this point. She said to wait for the tattoo to heal and then make a plan with Amanda and if she couldnt come up with anything that she would take care of me.After two calls, the tattoo artist said the owner would take care of the mistake from there because she was not able to. She never even gave me a new design. Then the owner emailed me and asked me to give her time to review information and pictures. I did.Nikole happened to respond during the week my grandma died. I could not respond and didn’t check emails for about a week. She then emailed me within that time frame, saying she now assumed I didn’t want to proceed and stopped communication. I emailed her and said I had lost my grandma and wanted to move forward with correction. I waited two weeks with no response.So I filed a complaint with BBB and the attorney general. That’s when she finally called me. She said she was not liable because the tattoo artist was an independent contractor and she no longer works there. In other words she thinks she is not responsible and she is no longer holding to her word.(verbal contract) Beware of the next person allowed to work there. There is no standard of work or code of ethics at this shop from what I have experienced. Nonetheless, this matter will be going to court.In summary this business allows a tattoo artist to make a mistake and does not take responsibility for the issue. Makes the customer feel like a criminal and then drops the ball on a promise to correct. I waited almost two months before writing this or filing a complaint. Hoping this women owned and ran business would ring true to the standards us women live by. Unfortunately it was one of the worst experiences I have had as a consumer.Lastly, I had a friend with me the whole time who witnessed the consult and the mistake. ***The first picture shows a tattoo consult, and the second is what is permanently on my body.

I have had a piercing and a tattoo done here, and both have been great experiences. I always go back for any jewelry swaps, and highly recommend the staff to many friends.

The artists here are great but I’ve been here twice and each time the way management interacting with their employees is just the most off putting. I would not want a boss to act like that toward me and this is just what I witnessed the few hours I was there each time as a customer. The manager needs to take a step back and look at how they’re speaking and acting toward other humans. I even got directed some of that energy, and I understood the reasoning behind it what she wanted, but this does not change how each time I was there the interactions I saw tarnishes my experience. Super disappointing from such a cool place.

I have been searching for a new tattoo / piercing shop since I moved to the area. I was drawn to Arch Nemesis due to the fact that they have an all female staff. Once I walked in I was greated by one of the nicest receptionist Ive ever encountered and then got some piercings done by the lovely Miranda. Piercings were exactly what I was hoping for and the price was excellent. The entire shop was very clean and the vibe was exactly what Ive been searching for. I cant wait to make my next appointment for a tattoo consultation.

Kris was so nice and helpful with my curation. I came in not knowing what to do with my ear piercings and she helped narrow it down and gave great suggestions. I will definitely be coming back :)

Bri is the best piercer around! She’s done my tongue and my dath piercings. She also pierced my daughter’s ears! Highly recommend.

Arch Nemesis was amazing! They fit me in when a different shop cancelled on me last minute and were so welcoming and professional. Clean environment, good communication, and a relatively painless lobe piercing. Very happy with my piercing! Will definitely return.

Got my nips pierced by bri. By far the best experience I ever had. She made me feel so comfortable and was quick and barely hurt.

While all of the piercers are friendly and accommodating and the overall vibe of the shop is great, they do not use best practices when piercing. My rook and helix piercings were both done improperly - my rook was done too far back in the ear and they used an externally threaded barbell (which hasn’t been the standard for decades). My helix was pierced crooked and, since the post that was used was too long, has since gotten even more crooked while healing.This was odd to me, since I got my second lobe piercings done there in July and those were done well with no issues. For simple piercings this shop is okay, but for more complex cartilage piercings I would not recommend. I wish I would have known the proper standard of care for piercings before I went to this shop.Edit: just had to get the jewelry in my rook taken out completely because it was pierced too far back and giving me migraines. I thought I could will it to heal properly, but no amount of hope will make a bad piercing job heal the way it should. Seriously, don’t come here unless you want to waste time and money.

I got my first tattoo done with Avacyn! The entire tattoo shop was incredibly inviting and I appreciated that all the artists were so supportive of each other. Avacyn was an absolute delight and made me feel comfortable from the first consultation. She was very patient and she listened to all the edits I had to her design and the tattoo placement. My tattoo ended up taking longer than expected but she stayed late to make sure that my tattoo was just how I wanted it to be! I will definitely be going back to her for any of my future tattoos!

I had some work done by Valencia. She did a color forearm piece thats about 6 inches in height. The color is still super vibrant. Healed really quick; quicker and way better than all my other ones. Really clean shop and stations. High quality tools, equipment and products. She went the extra mile to make sure my tattoo sketch was exactly how I envisioned it and made adjustments I requested. My design definitely exceeded my expectations; she took my idea and made it simply amazing. I couldnt be any happier with my whole experience! Super cool shop, awesome talented artists, all in all great experience. Ive already scheduled more work to be done.

Amanda did an awesome job on a colorful tattoo for me, and helped fix up an old tattoo by going over the existing lines and adding color. She was friendly, and super informative throughout the process and about aftercare. The shop overall had a welcoming & non threatening vibe. I’d be happy to go back!

Getting a tattoo wasnt a decision I took lightly; Ive been to shops on 5 continents and even when I respected what I saw, I never felt compelled to do it. It took finding an artist I could trust with a vision to create art reflective of my personal experiences and I found that at Arch Nemesis. Tattoos, piercings, and scars are very personal in nature, so success in the industry requires businesses to be both adept at their craft, and worthy of your trust. For some, the experience is causal while for others, it requires vulnerability or discretion; often theres a level of intimacy reserved for only doctors and lovers and the fact that its less taboo now than it was decades ago hasnt changed those factors. What I found is a world-class jewel, worthy of attention in any metro area and those fortunate enough to live in St. Louis have yet another reason to be proud of their city.

The studio has a nice environment. It is wonderfully decorated and has a sense of personality due to the artists artwork. The studio is very clean and orderly. All of the artists are very friendly and social. They will talk to the clients and make them feel welcomed. There is also a great sense of comradery between the artists, and they love to have fun with one another. I would highly recommend this tattoo studio above any other.

Go see Gina at Arch Nemesis! Her artistic talent is unrivaled, and the time and care she takes with her work is second to none. Gina has given me 5 tattoos (including a full sleeve) and I couldn’t be happier with the final product! I know that it can be nerve racking getting any sort of permanent tattoo on your body, but that’s why I recommend Gina. She will go above and beyond to make sure you get what you want and even exceed your expectations. If you’re looking for something that your friends will see and go, “WOAH! That’s awesome where did you get that!?” You can tell them, “Gina at Arch Nemesis, she’s the best around!”. I have several friends and family that are either scheduling appointments or already have scheduled appointments just simply from seeing her work on me. So, act now, she books up quick!

Bri did my best friend and I’s first ever eat piercings and the experience was nothing less than perfect. Prices were fair, the shop was comfortable and safe, and everybody was so nice! I’m not local, but if I was, I would definitely come back!

I just wanted to give a shout out to your piercer, Amanda. We brought my 8 year old into the shop yesterday afternoon to get her ears pierced. Unfortunately, after the first poke, kiddo re-evaluated her decision and there were tears and the adamant decision to not get her other ear pierced. Despite the tears and the panicked kiddo, Amanda was wonderful. She was so kind and understanding and reassured kiddo that she didn’t have to do anything she didn’t want. I’m sure a crying kid isn’t the most fun patron to serve, but didn’t feel like we were judged for kiddos response and kiddo’s decision was supported. So we have a sweet girl rocking one purple earring and although it wasn’t the experience I had hoped for, I could not have asked for a better customer service experience. Thanks so much, Amanda!

The shop Kept my money and I never got a tattoo!!I would give them a 0 star if I could!I wanted to support a woman own business but It was the worst experience Ive ever had a with a tattoo shop.The tattoo artist Kat was rude and disrespectful.

The only place in STL I’ll ever go again for tattoos. Avacyn is my artist and did a great job designing and tattooing a half-sleeve I’ve always wanted, and the end product is better than I ever thought it would be. The shop is incredibly clean and professional. All of the ladies who work there are friendly, funny, and interested in each other’s work. The overall vibe is fantastic. Can’t recommend enough!

Live in Denver and flew to St. Louis for the Stanley Cup parade. Have been a Blues fan for 24 years and always said if they won the Cup I would get a tattoo. Got an appointment quickly and Valencia was awesome in helping me come up with a design. She made me feel very comfortable and I couldnt be more pleased with the result. The tattoo is healing great and there is hardly any redness after only 6 days. Highly recommend Valencia!!

I know reviews are subjective, but this is the most friendly, professional, and talented shop I’ve EVER been in! It’s nice to feel like my input gets to be paired with stellar service and results! This is ONLY place I will ever go again, and that knowledge is incredible!!!!

Professional artists who care about their work and their customers. I recommend it for piercings and tattoos, but each artist has their own strengths. I came in for 2 piercings, and my artist Amanda did my piercings, but she is good with anime art as well from what I have seen. She also does really well in bold lines and colors, but there are other artists as well. They have an Instagram, facebook, and maybe a Twitter for the store if you wanted to check out everyones art and their work if you are interested they have a website pertaining to whatever you want done.

This is a super safe space for all your body art needs! The people here are so lovely, kind, and just all around rad as hell. Highly recommend!!

*EDIT TO ADD*Nikole reaches out to me and got me in for an appointment. She took into consideration everything I want and the finished product is amazing!I can’t give a review based on any work done here because I never even got passed the consultation. I scheduled an over the phone consultation for June 9th (I’m from out of town) in order to get an appointment for early July because that’s when I’d be in town. The consultation got approved and the artist made contact with me via text saying she’d call at the time I had requested for the consultation, great. She never calls. The next day I reach back out and she said she had been busy at that time and would call later that day and gave me time, okay great. She never called. I waited two weeks and reach back out to her still hoping that I have time to have the consultation and get in on the day I’ll be in town even though it’s last minute. She said she was tied up at the moment but would text me later that day to make sure I was available. She never text me back or called. So at this point I’m not considering getting a tattoo here if they can’t even do a consultation when they say they are.

I have nothing but good things to say about Arch Nemesis and plan on going there for any more ink I get. I have gotten a couple of tattoos from Katelynn already. She does stellar work and always has flash up for grabs on her Instagram. Every artist there has an amazing portfolio and they are all worth checking out. You can get tattoos, piercings, microblading and tooth gems done at Arch Nemesis. Their environment is super clean, professional, and well decorated. And, theres friendly/hilarious conversations happening all the time. I highly recommend them if youre in the market for anything they offer. You wont be disappointed in this female owned business.

Katelynn Rhea, a tattooer here, was recommended to me by a friend and since their opening on Jefferson, myself and three of my other friends have had multiple appointments with her. Katelynn is an awesome person to sit in a chair for; shes fun to talk to and takes a lot of pride in her work. Her style and coloring are amazing and her pricing is very fair. I doubt that Ill be visiting any other tattooers in St. Louis besides her. If you want a quality piece go visit Arch Nemesis and book an appointment with @katelynnrhea on instagram!

I got an industrial piercing at Arch Nemesis, and staff were professional, and very welcoming! Piercer took her time to make sure the piercing placement was perfect. I highly recommend coming here for any piercing!

Everyone here is lovely. Cant rave about them enough. Aaron is my go-to artist for pretty much everything but everyone in the shop feels like family. Aaron has done my sleeve, thighs, and collarbones. Madison did my eyebrow microblading. In my opinion you wont find a better shop in the whole damn city. I drive all the way from OFallon. Theyre worth it.

Very Unprofessional. Not sanitary and the workers are rude. The manager acts like a 12 year old asking a friend of mine to take down her bad review when they made her wait an hour past her appointment time then saying they “forgot about her” and completely messed up her piercing. They had a terrible experience and the manager refused to do anything after they explained their whole situation. I will never be going here and neither should you

Insecurities are hard. One of my top insecurities is gone. I am free of all that negative self talk. As I finally have normal and beautiful eyebrows. My eyebrows had been microbalded in 2016… Microbladed eyebrows are supposed to fade. Mind did not. Additionally they were highly uneven.So in 2022 I trusted Nikole to fix my eyebrows. And damn… she not only fixed my eyebrows but I walked out of her shop. Walking a little more taller. I walked out feeling better about myself. I wish I would have had this done way sooner. Thank you. Thank you for making me feel pretty again. Thank you because I get to look in the mirror and not pick myself apart. Thank you. Nikole is truly an artist. Thank you for devoting part of your career to making people feel whole again.

Very unprofessional. Asked my friend to take down their bad review. Wouldn’t give a refund for making my friend’s nose bleed. Did not sanitize anything. Did not get seated until an hour after our appointment was supposed to be - they even told us they forgot about us even though we went to the desk three times. They are harassing my friend who left the bad review because they won’t take it down. Terrible service - would not recommend.

They do real good piercings but are way to expensive 225 for a piercing is high was told a different price on the phone and charged differently at counter
