The Salt Box

Im currently in the process of getting 9 tattoos removed with Marianna. She is so kind and extremeley knowledgable and always makes me feel comfortable during each session. I couldnt be happier with the results so far. I cant believe how fast they are fading!

I have chronic sinus and respiratory infections from two deviated septum’s. I’m also in the middle of detoxing from mold toxicity in my blood and brain. Today was my first session and I honestly feel a difference already. I feel like the salt has already started clearing my lungs and sinuses. I’m going to do this as regularly as possible. The owner is a very kind and knowledgeable person! The overall experience was pleasant, simple, informative, relaxing, and affective!

Mariana was very professional and friendly. She answered questions I had. While I’ve been to other SALT rooms… Larger spaces… There’s a real advantage to being in a smaller space and having a greater concentration of the salt ions to breathe in. I was there for upper respiratory, sinus, lungs… I could lounge on the bench inside the salt box, or I could sit I did both during the 20 minutes. There was beautiful, calming music in the saltbox to listen to during those 20 minutes. Thanks, Mariana for making my experience so pleasant.

Great and unique experience! Marianna gave us a really good overview of what to expect in the session and the origins of halotherapy. The session was really relaxing and my nasal pathway is so uncongested.

Following my first ever salt therapy session at the Salt Box, I did not feel any different and was skeptical but decided to have a few more sessions just because I understood it might take more than one to help with allergies. After the second session, my headache was gone and my sinuses felt better, less congested. Finally, after the third session, I could breathe so much easier and wasnt as tired anymore! I will definitely come back to this place for couple treatments a week each time my allergies flare up.

I had my first experience at the salt box today. And I was so hesitant with how iffy my lungs have been. Let me tell you... I was SO relaxed throughout the entire experience. It was my first experience with the purified salt. And within minutes I could feel my sinuses relieving and my lungs opening up. Would definitely go back! Very clean atmosphere. The owner was very pleasant and informative. Would highly recommend.

My 5 year old daughter had terrible allergies. She was missing school often and had to take prescription strength allergy medication. Her allergies were so bad she would be sick in bed with headaches. We started this at the recommendation of a friend and I cannot stress the change it had on her life. From the first time she went she said: I can breathe better. Her snoring stopped and she was sleeping better. Today she does not take medication and both my kids go. I highly recommend trying it out- you will feel the impact right away.

You have probably used or heard about Netti pots, a sinus rinse, but this is like a Netti pot for your whole body. The super fine, almost dust of the salt feels like its cleaning your airways, nose and lungs. The setting is peaceful and just 15 minutes felt like a nice relaxing nap. The hot weather was bothering me and I think The Salt Box really helpped. Thank You and I will return soon.
