This location is so friendly and knowledgeable about the removal process. I just had my 4th treatment on an ugly tattoo and I see a lot of progress already. Im excited to see the end result. This place has made it possible to feel confident again about a bad choice tattoo. Theyre always smiling and make me feel comfortable. Gets you in quickly, great customer service, great price for the work needing done. (Affordable) I actually needed an appointment right away to prove to an employer I was in the stages of having a tattoo removed . They got me in the very same day I called. Even printed me out a well crafted letter with an official letterhead of its confirmation and I got the job. My tattoo has been drastically fading with each appointment. Highly recommend!!

Starting off I do drive about 2 and a half hours to this exact location, I have been to one other location thats an hour closer but with the experience I receive at this exact location it is definitely worth the drive! I appreciate the welcoming environment when walking in, Ive been receiving treatment for a little over 6 months, and I truly appreciate Kayla. She is such an amazing tech, and has always made me feel comfortable. Im always super nervous when I go in but she always been super understanding with giving me two stress balls to hold instead of one. I completely understood that this is a process and does not happen over night, and as each session progress seeing my tattoos lighten up brings me such a big sense of relief! I will always recommend this company and exact location to everyone.

Yesterday I came in for a consultation and will begin my laser treatments in July. Amanda was amazing and explained everything really well. She was very friendly which I appreciated as I was nervous. I have been to only only two tattoo removal places: Removery and Memphis laser clinic in Memphis, Tennessee. Not only Removery more flexible with payment options more flexible with emergencies coming up. They are also very nice people and reach you with open arms the minute you open the door. I was going to Alma Med Spa for my tattoo removal on my wrist and with my first treatment with Removery I had better results than the 4 treatments that I had with Alma Med Spa. Recently I asked for my original photos of my 1/2 sleeve and couldnt believe the progress over the past year... it honestly looks like I may be a few treatments away from reclaiming my arm. As always, Amanda and Kayla from the Kirkwood location are simply amazing... friendly, courteous, and professional are a few words that come to mind.2023: Ive been to a few different companies providing tattoo removal and Removery is hands down the best experience yet. For me, its an uncomfortable experience especially when your tattoos simply arent you anymore, but the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel very comfortable. Kayla at the Kirkwood location is absolutely wonderful... she is informative, patient, and very knowledgeable about treatment strategies and expected outcomes. Take it from someone who has been to multiple other laser treatment centers, the lump sum payment/laser for life is the ONLY way to go. When I had my first tattoo removed, the staff wouldnt quote me on a timeline, but gave me their best guess of 8 treatments. 14 treatments later, I still wasnt satasfied with progress and having to reach deeper into my pockets. Removal is contingent on a variety of unique factors, so its best to buy the entire removal package than to pay as you go. Overall, Im happy to have found this place and highly recommend over other treatment centers.

I have only had two sessions so far and I am so very happy with my experience in every way. My tattoos are already breaking up and removing which is amazing! Also, the ladies at this location are the best! They are so kind and helpful. They have so much knowledge and experience. They are always patient with me and answer all of my questions while making sure Im as comfortable as I can be. They make a hard situation easier. I drive two hours to my appointments. I highly recommend this location and staff.

I was very nervous when I began the tattoo removal process but the ladies at removery kirkwood were nothing short of gracious in how they treated me. I am very thankful for all of the reassurance and the kindness with which they treated me. My process is not close to being done but I am definitely happy with the progress.

Came in to talk about a tattoo and different options (removing the whole thing or just a part of it) they gave me a quoted price for each removal and also showed me a payment plan. I haven’t got anything removed here but the lady I spoke with was very educated and actually told me that white ink is impossible to remove luckily before I got white ink ( trying to fix the tattoo). Very educated and professional here. Again I haven’t gotten anything removed but if your exploring your options or wanting someone removed I highly recommend this business !

Did not offer flexibility with payment options other than pay in full or run a credit check and finance- would have liked to pay per session for full package-Also Removery failed to bring up that my tattoo was slightly risen because of scar tissue which another company did. Big concern. Seemed like nice staff but not ideal for something so important. They also offered me $100 off in email and failed to tell me that was only if I started treatment immediately after consultation. A little misleading.

Amanda took care of me this time around and she was absolutely lovely. She was attentive and very thorough. I’m always in good hands here.

The receptionist is very nice. The tech that operates the laser is awesome. She is so kind and makes you feel very comfortable. She makes the process go as smoothly as possible custom to you.

Okay, I’m not a person who typically leaves reviews, because let’s be honest no one REALLY has rime for that. BUT, in this particular case, I feel that it’s necessary.I have a “few” tattoos that I’ve had treated. I’ve been to a removal place in a tattoo shop (had a tattoo treated 2x) and saw little to NO movement with those sessions. It wasn’t the most comfortable environment for what most people feel is an unpleasant experience to start with.I then switched to another well-known tattoo laser removal company. They were clean, mostly professional (the tech drove me insane because honestly they wouldn’t stop talking about elves), and I did see results between sessions. What I didn’t like about this company is that they give you a quote for how many sessions it will take to remove the tattoo and give you an overall price that needs to be paid BEFORE treatments even start. Honestly, it’s taken more treatments than was quoted and I’m still not super excited, and this company that I’m referring to doesn’t follow up with you for appointments, you have to follow up with them. Again, we can be forgetful and that’s a serious disservice to clients.Now, my experiences at Morphd have been COMPLETELY different than the precious two places I mentioned above. Cassie is AMAZING to work with! She’s a very friendly, knowledgeable tech when it comes to removal, and she’s QUICK, so the treatments have been tolerable without any sort of numbing treatment before a session. For anyone that’s familiar with removal, THIS IS A DEAL BREAKER! I have seen THE MOST MOVEMENT in only two sessions for a tattoo that I’m currently fading for a cover-up than I have at any other place I have been to. Cassie follows up with her appointments, reschedules right on the spot, and sends out reminder notifications before your appointments. The environment itself is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Cassie gives you a quote by the size of your piece and locks that price in. You are NOT locked into a contract, and pay per treatment! Another big bonus! I would have saved so much money and pain had I just been seeing Cassie for all of my treatments, it’s unreal.I HIGHLY recommend skipping all of the physical pain, and financial pain with different places and going straight to Cassie at Morphd for all of your removal needs.

The procedure to remove previous cosmetic tattoos was super quick and not overly painful - night and day compared to others what I endured to have the cosmetic tattoos! I began coming to Morphd in my process to remove a Tattoo. I first attempted to do a process called Tattoo Vanish. I am so thrilled I found this place. I had been terrified of laser removal after hearing horror stories of how painful and expensive the process was. The process at Morphd is very very quick and painless compared to the Vanish process. With the vanish process you have weeks of pain and recovery you cannot get the area wet etc. With Morphd I have no pain after with no restrictions. I love the staff at Morphd they have been extremely fair and very helpful with my process. I 100% recommend the office, staff and equipment are top notch. I could not be happier with my progress.

Absolutely the best laser tattoo removal in the metro area. (I’ve been to 3 now). They have the picosecond laser which I loved and it is very evident that the difference between that laser and the old q switch nanosecond lasers is incomparable. Mary was very professional and friendly and gave me actual expectations of the microblading removal, which no one else really seemed to be educated on. I am in love with my results after just one treatment. I will definitely be switching over to them to finish my other tattoo removals. Price wise they are very competitive.UPDATE: omg I’m amazed at how well my cosmetic eyebrow ink has faded after just one session.

I chose this place based on google reviews. However, I got very disappointed. Its been more than 40 days from the end of my 3 session treatment and I got absolutely no results! I wanted to improve the skin pigmentations on my face (I knew I couldnt make them disappear) and paid $480 to Morphd which went straight down the drain! My husband was against this treatment but I went anyway and waited for 40 days since my third (and last) treatment before writing this review, but absolutely nothing changed with the sunspots on my face!I noticed Im not getting any result after my first and second treatment, I asked the technician about how long it will take to see improvements, the only answer I got each time was: This is a gradual process. If you read their reviews, almost all is about tattoo removal, I dont have any experience with that, but for skin pigmentation due to sun damage or age spots, please dont waste your time, money and the pain that you have to go through!

High pricing and the inability of other companies to give me any idea of how many treatments may be needed deterred me from pursuing tattoo removal in the past.I was very impressed with Morphds transparent approach and their knowledge of laser treatments. I am on my second laser skin rejuvenation treatment from Lisa and am already very happy with the results. My skin has less blotchiness and red undertones. LOVE my results so far with the PicoWay laser! Its a very colorful tattoo, which I knew would take some work to get rid of because it is mainly blue, but also has red, yellow, black and green. Even after all the treatments Ive had so far, my skin is still smooth and no scaring...Ive seen what some other lasers do to peoples skin after tattoo removal and thats NOT NORMAL! If its done right there should not be a scar left! So very happy with my results so far and you will be too if youre reading this and wondering who to choose!!

They do a great job. I have a really hard to remove blue ink, they were really able to lighten it, I believe this will be one of my last treatments. Been going every 2 months for a year. Going to wait 6 months and see how light it gets, might be completely gone. Or need 1 more treatment. Very professional and clean

Mary was super nice. She made me laugh a lot and did a great job of prepping me before the laser removal. She wasn’t pushy for a second session either. She also does check ups and is all around just very professional!

The two employees that were working during my appointment were very professional, sanitary, and kind. They were informative and quick, yet thorough. Both women were sweet, personable, and very knowledgable. Pricing was reasonable and the procedure was fast and effective. The facility is fully sanitized after each customer leaves the building.

Andy was very professional, informative, and straight forward during the consulation. They offered great pricing and cheaper packages for multiple sessions. I recommend buying the latter. The treatment itself was only slightly painful but that is to be expected. The technician doing the procedure used a cooling air hose to sooth the area being treated. I highly reccomend using Morphd for any tattoo removals.

I had my microbladed eyebrows removed today by Mary. It was a very pleasant experience with minimal pain. Now, 3 hours later, the treated area is slightly redish and I believe that I will not need another session. I recommend Mary highly!!!! She is a professional!!

I was treated at another place, I should have known better for where it was, and their laser barely worked. The other places had outrageous prices too... Here they had the 2 best lasers and were actually cheaper!!! Super clean / Highly Recommended! My tattoo is almost completely gone- Dont go anywhere else!!!

I am in the process of getting part of a sleeve removed for a cover up, their technician Molly is so precise that she can remove not only entire tattoos, but parts of tattoos as well. I have gotten laser tattoo removal at other places and it doesnt exactly feel good, but Morphd has a cooling machine that blows cold air on your skin that makes the lasering far less painful. This place is awesome, they are very knowledgable and professional.

I had microblaiding done and it was awful ,ever since I’ve tried chemical peels and micro needling to lighten them , nothing worked! So finally I made an appointment for a consultation at MORPHD and they almost totally removed the old ink from my brows in less then 10 minuets !! Finally I’m able to pencil in my natural eyebrow shape again!! I look like me again!!! Thank you guys sooo much!! Also the process was quick, the healing was easy and the staff were so sweet and helpful in answering all my questions !! I went in with a tiny light pink tattoo I wanted to get removed. The technician said it would fade after one treatment and I may even only need one treatment to get rid of it altogether. 2 treatments and a couple months later, and I’m stuck with tiny grey tattoo that is more noticeable than the one I was trying to remove.

I had a great first experience at MORPHD! The team is knowledgeable, makes you feel comfortable, and is attentive. The process was honestly a walk in the park with a little pre-numbing! Morphd is, without a doubt, the best place in St. Louis. Seriously. If youre going to get it done, please get it done right the first time because youll eventually have to call Morphd anyway to fix your sloppily, blue-tinted removed tattoo. My skin looks like I never even got a tattoo in the first place. Highly recommended, 6 out of 5 stars.

Awesome place! They really know there stuff when it comes to lasers. I checked out a few places in town and their lasers did not compare. These ones work good. The atmosphere is clean and the staff is great. Would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting tattoo removal or skin rejuvenation.
