I love it here! Beautiful studio filled with wonderful people who truly want you to have the best piercing experience. My partner and I have visited multiple times for different services and have nothing but great things to say! Dustin + Jake are chill and fun, but super professional throughout the piercing process. That makes it easy to be relaxed and help things go as smoothly as possible! I’ve had lots of piercings done and redone over the years. They’ve never been particularly quick or low-pain until I started coming to see these folks. Dev hasn’t pierced me, but they are really helpful and kind up front!Being able to text the shop with any questions I have about my piercings, jewelry, or just to help plan for future services is also a huge bonus for me. It’s extremely helpful and convenient! I’ve checked out multiple piercing spots in the valley. I’m consistently the most impressed with ENSO. Every time I leave, I’m already looking forward to the next time I can come in for some more fun stuff. :)

Fantastic staff! Friendly knowledgeable and fast. The studio is extremely clean and welcoming with a fresh vibe. I came in to get new jewelry due to a mishap with a ball on my industrial. I was educated on internal threads versus what I had which was external and the difference between surgical steel and implant steel. They really make sure you are fully informed about your body jewelry and how best to take care of your piercings. 11 out of 10 🖤

Brought our 7 year old daughter in to get her ears pierced for her birthday. She was understandably nervous. The Enso team did an amazing job of making her feel comfortable. It was an amazing experience from start to finish!!! Dustin and family have earned a new loyal customer!

Absolutely love this place! They always take care of all my piercing needs. I had two piercings I got elsewhere that were done poorly and these guys helped me get them back to a place that I could keep them. They’ve pierced me a couple of times and it’s always been a great experience with the staff and the selection of jewelry.

I came in for a septum piercing after a different studio had messed mine up. I was treated kindly and was pierced quickly. The staff were very friendly and made it easy to be comfortable. Highly recommend this location, and I will be returning for any future piercings.

Very clean very fast and professional.My husband had a stuck dermal we had been trying to get off for months. The man( sadly I didnt catch his name maybe Dustin)was able to remove it painlessly in 2 seconds!! We will be back. The lady upfront was very nice!

Ive visited ENSO several times now for different needs and they always treat me respectfully and kindly. Ive never had a piercing go wrong or haywire from them. One example, I got my nose pierced a few months back, and came in to replace the long stud with a shorter one. A few days later, I realized it was too short, to the point where the top of my piercing sunk beneath the surface of the skin on my nose. I dont think anyone realized this would happen. I went in to see what we could do about it, and Jake had me fixed up within just a few short (relatively painless) minutes.I recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a clean, safe, highly-skilled, professional piercing experience. Always a great experience at Enso. I have been in several times with my wife so she could be pierced and buy new jewelry. The staff is always very kind and helpful and whats most important, they take pride in their work. Their new shop is extremely clean and well maintained. In light of the pandemic, they dont accept walk-ins. Everyone who enters must wear a medical-grade mask and use hand sanitizer. This way, everyone stays safe. Dustin is extremely skilled at what he does. I would highly recommend Enso for all of your piercing needs.

Such an awesome store! Staff were so friendly. The location was extremely clean and COVID safe. They explained everything they were doing.My only concern is I couldnt find the price beforehand and it was on the expensive side but Dustin made me and my sisters feel so comfortable and he was so nice and professional!!!Had another great experience with the front desk and the piercer!!!

Jake was so nice and so good at what he does! I went in a while back for a belly button re pierce because I thought it had healed. He was able to open it back up and only charged me for jewelry. My friend who had hers done for the first time said it was fast and well done. He explained everything so well and made sure we all felt comfortable and informed.

Super clean friendly and professional when i got my eyebrow done. Bar is the perfect length it doesn’t stick out weird and a love how they had more than just basic silver eyebrow jewelry to choose from.

We went to ENSO for our daughter to get her first piercing. The whole experience was wonderful. The staff helped select a perfect first set of earrings, they were kind and funny, and the piercings were fast and expertly placed. My daughter has been saying she wanted er ears pierced for about a year. We told her when she was 5 she could make the decision. Today on her birthday she said she wanted her ears pierced so my wife made an appointment at Enso. What a great experience!The young lady who pierced my daughter’s ears was so nice to her and really made her feel comfortable. She did a great job with the actual piercing too, very even and painless, not even a tear. I’m pretty sure I was more nervous than my daughter was hah. The piercing artist was also really patient with my daughter’s questions about her gauges and other piercings.What a great shop!

Love every piercer I have worked with here and the jewelry is beautiful! It’s a good idea to call ahead if you are looking for something specific as far as jewelry goes as they are sometimes low on stock, but they are very communicative and will let you know when they will have more of specific styles.

Im so glad that Enso exists. Dustin and the Enso team are all incredible. Ive visited a couple times on my own, but just took my 6-yo daughter to get her ears pierced and Im so glad I went here. Dustin took such good care of us and he (and his assistant) made us feel so comfortable. My daughter barely flinched and was so happy with the whole experience.(After hearing the horror story from her cousin about their mall piercing saga, Im so glad we opted for Enso and they gave her such a smooth and non-traumatic experience.)

I took my 5yo and 7yo girls here to get their ears pierced. Fantastic experience, 10/10 would recommend.I got my own ears pierced at Claire’s when I was 5. They gave me grief for 20+ years until I finally got them re-pierced at a professional piercing studio. You can Google endless info on why mall piercings are a bad idea. I knew I wanted to take my girls to a professional piercer. It’s more expensive but absolutely worth the investment. This is a permanent alteration to my daughters’ bodies and I wanted it to be done right. When you think about it in those terms, it’s a no-brainer. My brother’s girlfriend has gauges and lots of piercings, and she recommended ENSO. I’m glad she did!BOOKING was super easy! You can just do it all through texting. They were upfront and honest about pricing before I booked, and told me exactly what to expect during the appointment. Excellent communication.LOCATION is fantastic! Soooo clean and really fancy feeling. They even have a brand new kids room. My kids loved it and it helped them to relax before their piercings.CLEANLINESS AND SAFETY is clearly a priority here. Everything was sterilized after we chose the jewelry. Lots of COVID precautions taken. I felt very confident about it the cleanliness procedures.STAFF was awesome. Really friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Devvan booked our appointment, did our paperwork when we arrived, and helped us select the jewelry. Dustin was our piercer. They were both lovely.

Dustin is the absolute best! Top notch at his craft and a solid human in general. I have had about a dozen piercings with him so far and wouldn’t go to anyone else. He has also pierced my daughter’s ears. On my latest visit, Devyn (sp?) was amazing and curated my earring stack. They have a great selection of jewelry. Couldn’t be happier or more grateful for this team!

Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, they go above and beyond. You can tell they care about what they’re doing, this is the most comfortable I’ve ever felt in a piercing shop.

I got a forward helix piercing done here and the piercer used a post and ball WAY too small for the piercing to be able to correctly heal and my ear got too swollen and almost devoured the entire piercing. I went to a different shop to get help changing the jewelry and the piercer was SHOCKED that anyone would use that small of a post for the kind of piercing I had. She said if I had waited any longer to get help that I would have had to go to the hospital and get the jewelry surgically removed. Very annoyed.

ENSO generally just feels like a shimmery little spot. I’ve gotten two helix piercings from this studio, and both were great experiences. It is clean, they have gorgeous & very high-quality jewelry, and the staff are kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. The energy is all-around good, and I felt safe and like I was in capable hands. I would trust Dustin with any piercing—what a lovely person!Prepare for the jewelry to potentially seem expensive unless you’re used to high-quality stuff. But I’m glad I paid the higher price for my most recent one—it’s got a unique elongated shape and a stunning color and is even more amazing than what I could have hoped for.

Excellent staff, they were awesome. They were great to answer all of my questions and help me pick out the jewelry. I was quite undecided on what I wanted to get so the owner Dustin came out and suggested piercings for me that would look best on me. The studio is extremely clean and organized. I will come back here for any additional piercings I ever do.

I’m using my husbands account since mine is being dumb. Everyone was so sweet at the shop. Dustin did an amazing job. He really took his time and wanted to make sure what I thought. Even when I thought it was even he kept wanting to double check they lined up. The piercing was so seamless and smooth. I’m so happy and can’t wait to go back to downsize.

Dustin and crew are amazing!!! They have created a very welcoming and supportive environment. After getting three piercings there, I brought my 75 year old mom to have her ears pierced and she loved it. Additionally, their cleanliness procedures are incredible and everything is so well sanitized! I’ll definitely be going back for another!

My 75-year-old mom was discouraged because she hadnt been able to get earrings in for the last year. She was ready to go to the mall and get her ears re-pierced. I convinced her to let me take her to a nice studio that might be able to re-open her existing piercings. The folks at Enso were so fantastic, starting with scheduling the appointment up through the way they interacted with Mom. She was fascinated with the tattoos, piercings, etc on the staff and they were amazingly patient and good-natured with her questions about it. They also explained what they were going to do to get her earrings to go in again. The studio was clean and bright, making both of us comfortable and confident in our choice. Mom hasnt stopped talking about how great the experience and the folks were at Enso!

He was extremely patient, kind, and took care of our daughter. He explained after care, and made her feel extremely comfortable and the whole experience was just awesome! Kenzi and the entire staff were helpful, knowledgeable, quick, and very friendly!I opted to get a nostril piercing done here using a triple bead cluster and it is a beautiful piece of jewelry. Kenzi walked me through the entire process, narrated each step, spoke to me about complications from a culturally informed and educated lens, and was very detail-oriented and thorough!Highly recommend as the next shop to visit for your piercing!

Would give more then five stars if I could. Receptionist was amazing. The place was very clean and pretty. I feel bad I cannot remember the persons name that pierced me but they did amazing and I have had my nose pierced a few different times in my life and I usually bleed a bit. This didn’t bleed at all and is healing so nicely. They made me feel really comfortable and had great conversations the whole time. Will be back!!

Got both of my Daiths done here about 2weeks ago now and the experience was great. Very welcoming and helpful as well as knowledgeable and professional. They offer drinks and snacks for their customers to help them with any shakiness or dizziness that the customers may experience and are very caring about their customers well being. I was extremely shaky and lightheaded after the immense adrenaline rush that I had from getting both of my ears pierced that I needed to drink some water, my piercer Dustin was happy to provide water and make small talk to make sure I was all right before I left. I recently returned to see him because I injured one of my ears and it caused the piercing site to get infected he cleaned it up and set an appointment for me to return again to double-check the site and make sure that it is healing. Again he was very helpful. I definitely recommend getting piercings from here.

Overall positive experience. They set up an appointment through text, got me an appointment the day after I reached out, they answered all my questions, they had a beautiful selection of jewelry as well as high quality basic jewelry, the space was clean, and the I was done very quickly. The front desk person was welcoming and helped me feel informed, my piercer was kind, skilled, and did a great job.I got my septum pierced and it didnt hurt hardly at all and still doesnt. With a big tip, jewelry, and after care solution, it cost me ~$100.The one thing that soured the experience was when I was checking out, the front desk person, myself and some other patrons were talking and having a very pleasant conversation when a voice from one of the rooms said First of all, keep your voices down. We had been talking for less than one minute, we were not yelling, and we were in the process of giving these people money. Im assuming it was another employee speaking, and it just felt completely inappropriate to scold people in this way.I understand the importance of having a working environment that allows piercers to focus and do a good job. I have no problem with respecting their need for a quiet space to do such delicate work, but if they dont want people to talk while they are there, they could put up a sign or have a policy that people need to read so as to avoid scolding and alienating people who had previously felt comfortable in the space. It was such a bummer to see a group of younger queer people visibly shrink themselves down and feel embarrassed when they should have been able to speak and feel comfortable.Because of this, I am torn on whether or not I can recommend this studio to people.

I’m a returning customer because I like this piercing studio! I came in about 2 years ago for my auricle piercing. At the time, everyone was very nice and welcoming. They were very careful with their COVID-protocols too. About a month later, my piercing got swollen/almost-infected-ish because I had not been consistent with the after-care and could have bumped it during my sleep. They helped me with a check-up appointment almost immediately after I texted them and helped me clean up my piercing. No judgment at all and I felt immediate pressure relief at my piercing site. About 1.5 months after that, I ripped my earring off while blow drying my hair in the middle of the night, and they make an appointment for me the day right after. They helped me put my earring back in with no issue and I did not have anymore incident after that. I was really happy with the support I received from ENSO and have been back for a down-sizing and to buy saline spray.A couple days ago, I came back for another ear piercing and brought my friend with me for her piercing as well knowing how good they are. Once again, they didn’t disappoint. They helped us with our 2-people appointment, and I had a good experience. Our piercer was very nice and friendly! I also like that the don’t use clamp here to hold you ear.Overall, I highly recommend ENSO and will be back for sure for my future piercings.

After some not-so-wonderful experiences at another piercing parlor, I was referred by a friend to ENSO for my tragus piercing. From the moment I entered the building I was treated with kindness & patience. The people behind the counter were helpful & informative, & Dustin, my piercer, was AMAZING!!! He was gentle & informed me of exactly what he was doing & why. It was the best piercing experience I’ve ever had, not to mention the least painful! I’m convinced that it is largely due to Dustin & his process.Afterward, Dustin answered all of my questions & gave me detailed instructions about after care. I’ve never been so impressed with a piercing studio! I cannot recommend ENSO highly enough!

Wow, I just took my 6 yo to see Dustin @ ENSO for her first piercing ever. As a parent its important to me that my child is treated with love, respect and has a clean safe space. Dustin was very nice and carried a humorous conversation with me while I was a smidge nervous to get my ear hole punched.I spent $113 for the piercing, wound care + jewelry and tipped. Enso is awesome! I’ve had my second lobes and septum done here, both by Jake. Very clean and professional, and Jake always makes you feel at ease!! I trust them totally with my piercings.

I went in because my helix piercing that I had gotten done at another place was looking infected and not healing well at all. The staff were so helpful and helped identify the problems and switch my peircing to a better quality one. Within days all problems of the peircing was gone and now it healing 10x better. Theyre now the only peircing place Ill trust

The best piercing experience I’ve ever had while getting a body piercing. I felt so comfortable there, and it was my first time. I absolutely love my philtrum piercing & jewelry. But the customer service is what’ll keep you coming back.

I got my nipples pierced with my mum here and let me just say, would not ask for any other service than this. They made me feel so beyond comfortable and each person was eager to talk and teach you. Literally the best shop for my first piercing. Most definitely going back to get more piercings!!! They also do checkups free, just because theyre more concerned about you being happy and healthy then getting money, which I so loved!!!

I took my daughter for her 10th birthday, after a scheduling snafu at another studio we scrambled to find somewhere we could go on short notice. They were so kind and worked us in at the time we needed. The piercer was so relaxed and put us at ease. He was obviously comfortable working with kids. The studio was very clean, professional and comfortable. They had a nice selection of quality earrings to choose from. Would highly recommend for anyone of any age!

Had a great appointment for my daughters septum piercing. The process fromBeginning to end was fast. Everything was explained to us in detail & we felt very comfortable there. The piercer was great to work with & we are happy about our experience.

My bestie and I got our noses pierced here on Friday 3/24/23 and we had a great time! This was my first time getting a piercing in over 10 years and the lady who took care of us gave us much appreciated information and opinions for every aspect and some info we wouldnt have even thought of. She was very thorough and the atmosphere was relaxing.

I can’t say enough good things about this shop. I had my nose pierced somewhere else and the stud that was used was too short so it was sinking into my nose. The man who helped me was so kind. I wish I had gotten his name. He had a top knot and was so gentle/kind. He removed the old piercing so gently and helped me find the perfect new gem. I won’t go anywhere else in the future.

This was a fantastic experience! I had my septum done at a different shop and didnt have a good experience as the procedure was done incorrectly and it wasnt acknowledged by the piercer. I went to Enso to have it checked out and the entire team was just amazing, helping me out and rescheduling a new appointment for me. I believe the owner performed the procedure for me, and this time around, it was a completely different, positive experience! I am thrilled with the outstanding customer service and will never go anywhere else!

I’ve been here a few times for new piercings, jewelry changes, and to stretch old/closed piercings. Fantastic experiences always, Dustin’s a great piercer who will take his time and answer all of the questions you might have. ENSO is just a great place all around, with good jewelry options and I love that they’re in the neighborhood!

I had such a good experience here. The atmosphere is very easygoing, the inside is decorated tastefully and it looks clean and welcoming. The person at the front who checked me in was very kind and friendly, they helped me and my friend pick out septum jewelry for our piercings. I never felt rushed or like they were impatient with us in the slightest. When we went into the piercing room with Dustin, they immediately made me feel at ease. It was clear they knew what they were doing and are good at what they do. They were very warm and kind as well. They explained what they were doing along the way and the process was quick and very sanitary. They changed gloves multiple times, had sanitized instruments, etc. Im very pleased with my piercing and am happy I chose to come to Enso to have it done. Thank you!

Wonderful experience! This was my first facial piercing and they made me feel very comfortable and explained everything very well. Got me in and out fast without making me feel rushed. Great people and I will definitely be coming back!

Excellent piercing studio! Very clean with great sanitation standards/practices. My piercer (sorry, I forgot his name) did a great job with my lobe piercings. His placement was perfect and he helped me feel at ease with the whole process by talking me through what to expect. Ive already recommended Enso to several friends and highly recommend them for anyone else looking to get piercings done.

Such a great experience! ENSO is beautiful on the inside and the staff is SO friendly and knowledgeable. I knew that I wanted my nose pierced but had not idea of what side, the location (forward vs. back), the jewelry, etc. They were so attentive, gave great advice, looked at my face and shared their thoughts --which I SO APPRECIATED!! Kenzie is who did my piercing and she was very personable, told me to be picky, had me look at the location multiple times prior to piercing, she then provided thorough aftercare information, follow-up information, answered all the questions I had, and told me they could provide recommendations for locations at east (as I live in DC) if I wasnt able to make it back to them at ENSO in 2 months for follow-up. Fantastic service and I will definitely be going back for more piercings in the future!

SOOOOO AMAZING. They got me in the same day I called to schedule. I got my nose piercing here and it was quick and painless. I’m obsessed with the jewelry I got and the jewelry that you can purchase is so unique. The studio is soooo cute and the people are very nice and know exactly what they are doing.

He was knowledgeable and relaxed throughout the whole process. (His apprentice Devin I think? Was so amazing as well!) It helped me relax and feel at ease too. I Watched his sterilization process and watched him open new packaging which was a huge thing for me making sure everything was sterile. The jewelry is amazing quality and worth the price.Overall an amazing experience from start to finish. I will say finding the studio when you’re not familiar with the area was a little challenging. But nonetheless the conversion from a house to office space was beautifully done and adds to the character of this great studio!

We took our 5 year old to get here ears pierced here and we had such a great experience! Dustin was awesome and made out daughter feel comfortable and excited! Will definitely be back if we want any other piercings!

I’d like to start by saying that this place is great for people who have gotten a piercing to the one that they are about to get at this establishment. Not someone, like myself, who hasn’t. While the staff was great, I received some rather poor advice on cleaning my Septum piercing, which was to… forget that it existed, and clean it in the shower at most. This led to it being extremely irritated and painful, until I started cleaning it, which went against my piercer’s recommendation. The pain immediately went away and it feels a thousand times better. That being said, this place is also very trans friendly. I requested to use my preferred name, and it was immediately accepted and used, which was amazing. Overall, I don’t see myself returning here for future piercings, but if you have a lot, and are knowledgeable about them, this may be the place for you.

I’ve come here for multiple piercings and have a wonderful experience each time. Today I got 3 piercings done and had such a great experience. I do live out of state, but this place is worth going to when I visit my family. I’ll continue to refer people here to Dustin and the wonderful staff!

I got my septum and my nostril done here (two separate appointments). Both times were just the best experience I could ask for. They were o friendly and knowledgeable. Whole experience was awesome. Dustin is really nice and an amazing piercer. I got my septum pierced from him and it didn’t really hurt at all while he was doing it, and it never got sore or painful while healing. They were sold out of the type of jewelry I wanted and I almost bailed, but Dustin took the time to dig through their stored inventory and found one last piece of the jewelry I wanted. I will be back and definitely recommend.

We have had 2 great experiences here with kids piercings. One 9 year old and one 6.5 year old. They were great with the kids, fast, friendly and no infections! Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved my experience with ENSO! Kenzie was so incredibly sweet and walked me through the whole process of getting my nose pierced. I was incredibly nervous and she was so patient and understanding. The rest of the staff was very professional and courteous as well. We met with Kenzi. She was absolutely amazing. She took time answering any questions we had with no pressure. She made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. After the piercing they offer water or soda in case you get light-headed or dizzy. They allow you to rest as long as you need before standing up or leaving. They offer free follow-up appointments to switch out jewelry, do a deep cleaning, or help out however you need. They are always available for questions or concerns. We felt really good knowing they keep the building clean, sanitize their implant-grade titanium jewelry, and are certified and trained for blood-borne pathogens and CPR. All around, we loved the experience and felt safe and comfortable.

Got my high nostrils and vertical labret done here today by Jake. Fantastic environment, light and inviting. Everyone was very kind and excited to have people in to get their body modifications. Jake was very kind and patient with me. I have a very hard time getting pierced, and this was the smoothest experience yet! Jake was so fun to talk to and really made me feel safe. It can be hard finding a place where one feels comfortable getting something like this done, especially being a women.Each piercing was done beautifully and they couldnt be more straight. I got my nose pierced here this week and I genuinely mean this when I say— this was the most fabulous piercing experience I have ever had. Everyone was so friendly and kind, and beyond that, so knowledgeable and clearly dedicated to what they do. Generally, when I’ve gotten piercings in the past it’s a very “get in, get out” process where there’s very little thought put into making sure the jewelry going in your body is not only something you love, but something that will react well and is the best of the best and the safest of the safe. Such was just not the case here. I was educated on what the jewelry was made of, why it was the best choice, and I was informed and checked in on during the piercing itself. On top of that, all I felt during the piercing was just pressure. Again, not an experience I’ve been lucky enough to have had previously. If you are thinking about a piercing, forget literally any other shop in this city exists, and head over here.Y’all are so wonderful, keep it up!!!

I will never go anywhere else for a piercing! The studio is very clean and welcoming, and everyone is super friendly and honest. Even as a frequent flyer, they always take the time to talk through and explain the entire sterilization and piercing process to make sure there are no questions left unanswered. Being able to text in to schedule appointments or ask questions is super convenient as well. The jewelery selection is fantastic and they have new orders come in frequently. ENSO employees were super fast and very helpful. Great customer service. My piercer, Dustin, was ready and able to answer any questions I had about my piercings and was very understanding when I got nauseous and felt like passing out. He just had me sit down until I felt better. And the piercings were done so quickly!! I felt hardly any pain at all. After my piercings were done, I was able to talk to Tara to get all the things I needed to take care of my piercings as they healed.

I was recommended Enso by a friend and I am SO GLAD I LISTENED. Enso is such a cool place. It feels like such a safe space and I love that about it. I got my nose pierced by Kensie and they were an ABOSLUTE gem. Loved them. And when my nose was looking a little gnarly from being irritated and me not taking care of it exactly like they told me to, I came back and they helped me a new piece that was better for how I handle it and did not make me feel bad for not totally following the rules. I came back to see Kensie, but when they were out, Dusty was there an d helped me just the same. He told me how to get rid of my soreness and also did not make me feel bad about it. Every person that works there is SO kind and SO sweet and even more knowledgeable. Ill literally never go anywhere else!

Took my 5 year old daughter to get her ears pierced and I got my conch pierced! Devon and Dustin were amazing with my daughter, so kind and patient. She was so nervous but powered though. I got a helix and lobe piercing done and he was very fast and organized so that there was minimal pain involved. Id never heard of them before; I found them on the APP website and then researched the heck out of them. When I contacted them, Tara was great at answering my questions via email and took care of my reservation promptly.We drove down from our home in Wyoming for our appointment with Dustin. When we arrived, we were greeted by a red-headed girl (Im sorry! I wish I knew your name!). She instantly made us feel welcome and helped schedule an impromptu piercing during this same visit for my buddy. She was super friendly, and her own piercings were pretty awesome!The shop was clean, modern, and VERY busy. When it was our turn to go back to the piercing room, Dustin introduced himself and made us feel at ease. He has a great sense of humor and definitely knows what he is doing. His piercing was quick but not rushed, accurate, and as painless as could be.If I were to own a business, this is exactly how I would want it run. The whole operation is professional, friendly, fun, and safe. I would absolutely recommend ENSO to anyone, and I look forward to returning to see Dustin and the gang for additional piercings in the near future. After going to multiple piercing studios in SLC, a friend recommended ENSO for my septum 4 years ago and I haven’t gone anywhere else since. Dustin and his team are so professional and helpful, the studio is always spotless and sanitary, they are very inclusive and welcoming when you go there. They take care and do maintenance on your piercing for as long as you have it. When my septum piercing wasn’t healing properly and was very red and irritated, it had to be taken out to allow it to close and heal for a few weeks, and they did the second piercing for free. You can tell that they truly enjoy what they do. I love supporting a locally owned and operated business, and I can’t recommend ENSO enough.

These guys were AMAZING! I needed jewelry change in my helix piercing, I booked an appointment through text, they were on time and SO professional. They gave me a clean mask when I got there and for whatever reason I started to cough so bad, it was so embarrassing, but they were so professional and nice to me about it. Dustin and Tara are heroes. Tara is hilarious and so helpful and caring. Dustin makes you feel like youve been friends for years and he has tons of experience. His consults are very informative. I think they have an apprentice or an additional piercer or something, Im not sure.The shop is bright, blue and pristine. IMMACULATE. They have all their jewelry (all local/reputable vendors) on display when you walk in. Tara is always happy to answer questions about prices, material, what not/to get, etc.They only do piercings and body modification by appointment, but you can do same day appointments. I scheduled my lobe correction a few weeks in advance, but while I was there, there was a girl that walked in asking if she could get pierced and Tara, shes so sweet oh my lord, had her make an appointment for that same day but later that night. Its not to be dicks or anything, they are just SO popular and SO good at what they do that they are always slammed with customers and have to regulate their services with appointments. They give you super quality jewelry for fresh pierces, they change out your old jewelry for you, they do everything. Theyre lovely, only shop Id ever go to for piercing, mods, jewelry, everything.

Safe, clean, professional! I was so impressed with ENSO. I’ve had a bad lobe piercing causing me grief since I was a teenager, and they were incredibly helpful in exploring the problem and offering solutions. I can wear earrings again! I’m also really appreciative that they took all the appropriate precautions for COVID. Their jewelry selection was top notch and I really liked the appointment process. They were super fast to respond, got me in quick, and worked with my schedule. Will absolutely be back!

My piercing experience with the shop was pretty great. I liked that you could make an appointment and could get in pretty easy. The shop is clean and Dustin was amazing. It would have been a 5 star review, except nine weeks after my piercing I thought I would stop in and get some new jewelry. Two staffers were at the front desk and both refused to help me. One asked that I make an appointment to come in and buy earrings. I had my original posts with me so I knew the size and the exact jewelry I wanted, all I wanted to do was pay for them. In all honesty, I would have been ok with an appointment had they not been so rude about helping me and explained why they wanted me to have one. In the end it tarnished my opinion of the place and I would personally have a hard time going back.

Opened 20 minutes late, no apology no discount. He could be really good in reality, but part of business is promptness which is a epic fail. He could have saved it to get a 5 star but double down and crappy customer service

Don’t walk away…run away. Pierced my lobes so crooked a blind person could have done better. Now they won’t let be browse merchandise without an $80 non refundable deposit thus MAKING me their garbage quality jewelry. Was treated horrible by everyone except one person. Try to up-sale you on everything. This place is trash. There are so many better piercers in Utah. Try Koi. Nice, fast and friendly and you don’t have to wait two weeks to get in. Yeah COVID is over why make customers come one at a time. Horrible horrible business probably worse than the mall (who is trust more)Theses guys are garbage

From the moment you walk in our experience was super amazing!! The girl upfront super friendly really explained in detail all the different piercings and sizes as well she made sure you sanitize your hands before touching any jewelry, that is super awesome cause you know right away they care about bacteria. We had our nipples done and the guy was so super casual didnt make us feel uncomfortable in any way. I loved that he explained very thorough on how to properly take care of the piercing itself. The whole experience was amazing overall! I highly recommend this location.

Really bummed. They did my daughters piercings so well. They were going to be our go to piercer.I ordered a replacement piercing for my daith that I have had for 5 years. I received it in with documentation and need help switching it out because my piercing is at an angle.They will not switch out my piercing for me because of liability not knowing where the piece came from. So I called a place that is just up the street from me and theyll do it. No problem. They just lost a lifetime customer here.

Highly recommend these guys, I would give them 6 stars if I could! They’re very conscious of cleanliness and making sure you’re comfortable with what is going on.I went in wanting to get a Daith piercing and to switch out jewelry for a rook piercing. They let me know that the rook piercing I had done at another place (had it for almost 2 years) was making its way out of my ear and wasn’t fully healed.He suggested we take it out and let it close up and get it redone in a few months.I really appreciate that he said something instead of simply switching out the jewelry.Goes without saying that the Daith piercing went great and is healing nicely! I’ll definitely be recommending them to my friends and family!!

This is the best piercing and jewelry business I have ever visited.I have my ears and nose pierced, I went in to purchase some jewelry for my nose piercing, having had issues in the past with metal allergies that have kept me from wearing anything in it. They provided excellent, personalized care in my shopping, to include an impressive knowledge about piercing and piercing care, as well as recommendations that would fit my piercing and my nose. In this process, the standard they hold for cleanliness and sanitization is phenomenal. They wore sterile gloves and masks, and selected jewelry with sterile instruments that allowed you to hold them up to your face in a mirror without any risk of touching them. As I am new to the state, I was curious about how a facial piercing may be perceived. They offered nuanced and thoughtful feedback and helped me pick the best piece of jewelry for my new workplace. To top it off, upon making my selection, they sterilized the jewelry and took me to a room that looked like your doctors office to professionally insert the jewelry into my piercing. It had been a few years since I had worn anything in this piercing, so I really appreciated the care they took to make sure it would fit, it was as clean as possible, and that it was something I liked. For example, I was gently warned that the piercing might be a little tight from the years of not wearing anything in it and to take a breathe in and out as it was inserted. They deftly inserted the jewelry, it was totally painless and then gave me instructions on how to care for it for the next few days.Simply put: this place is bright, clean, highly professional, and they have a passion for what they are doing that naturally creates mastery in their field. Trust them, they know what they are doing. Also, their jewelry selection is awesome.

I have been to Enso a couple of times now and both times I have been impressed. The first time, I took my 5 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. Obviously with her being 5, I was a little nervous on how this experience was going to go. To say it went better than I anticipated would be an understatement. Really fantastic piercing shop. The place is clean and sterile and, as a medical professional, I was impressed that they have a cool tagging system in place that allows you to be 100% certain your piercing tools are freshly sterilized in the enclave.I also had a great experience with the person working up front who helped me pick my jewelry. In a totally no pressure sort of way, she offered some excellent alternatives to the jewelry I was looking at and I couldnt be happier with the jewelry I ended up with.Finally, the piercing process itself was extremely well done. I had much less pain than Ive had with other, similar piercings and I also healed much faster.Overall, an A+ experience.

My kids, wife, and myself have all received piercings here. The service and cleanliness is impeccable. There were zero concerns that the piercers were up to the task and I immediately knew I was in good hands when my piercer experimented with different locations on my earlobe until it was just right. Extremely pleased.Typical process is to pick out your jewelry (which is all typically high end), get your piercing done, talk aftercare where they will offer their products (use your best judgement, some product are just fine off the CVS shelf for cheaper), and then pay/tip.Jewelry selection is limited. Fewer options, on the pricier side, but very high quality. While the choices are fewer I feel thats made up for when you come in with the expectation that this is a top notch piercing establishment.

They are the best they stayed in contact with me for a few weeks before I decided to get my daiths done. They helped me feel comfortable and know what to expect. Absolutely the best place to take your kids to get their first piercing. They were kind, informative, clean, but most of all incredibly patient when it was a little scary for my daughter who wanted piercings more than anything in the world but also had a bit of scared feelings of actually getting it done. Brought in a 12 yr old to get his ears pierced and everyone was wonderful! The ladies at the front desk were so accommodating while helping us pick out jewelry and they were on time for our appointment, we didnt have to wait at all. If you are taking your child in to get pierced, Enso is the place! And its perfect if you wanted to get something unique for yourself too. Prices were reasonable, I mean you get what you pay for. Its not the cheapest place but quality and service were amazing! Thank you again, we appreciate it! You guys are awesome!

I got four lobe piercings done in early August. Everything was very clean and relaxing. The piercer was very kind and helped me to relax! I love my piercings and theyve healed very well so far. 10/10, planning to go back to get more piercings done soon!

I was so excited to see Dustins new shop and of course it was beautiful. I obviously had to get a beautiful piercing to match. I got my right nostril done and it looks gorgeous. Dustin is so smooth that its make it feel as if you arent getting pierced. He has done the majority of my piercings and I am grateful to have such a trusted piercer. Enso is a wonderful shop, great experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. I dont think my ear lobes have ever been so clean in my life. This was the first time that Ive been pierced and had verification that the sterilization was completed. Dustin was very professional and clearly knew what he was doing, my piercings were fast, easy, and painless. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

The gentleman who did the piercing was kind and sweet, he has this great calm vibe and you just feel totally comfortable. Quick and skilled, did a beautiful job. I’m going back for more! The staff was super kind and respectful and willing to answer all questions. Not only were they willing to answer my questions, but they were very patient with me. Since I went in alone, my mom wanted to know exactly where I was and what was going on and she wanted me to send her pictures of where I was and the dot where the piercing was going to be before getting pierced and Dustin was super willing to work with that. When I was DMing them on instagram, they were very quick to respond. Amazing place, amazing staff, and amazing service. I would 100% recommend this place!

Okay...this place was AMAZING! Ive never had a piercing, but I really wanted to get my nose done. I heard about this place from a few people and the reviews were good. I decided to just go for it and Im so glad I did!The environment:The couple who owns the place were so nice! They put me at ease, and the shop was nice and clean. We talked and laughed before I was taken back to the room.Price:I was shocked that it was comparable to the cheap shops by my house. Even with a great tip, I was still under $100.Process/pain:I understand now how important it is to have a professional doing it, using sterile/disposable equipment, and doing it freehand. People have talked about how theirs bled, got infected, or was really red/swollen. It has only been about 30 hours since I had the piercing done, and I just have a slight tenderness. No redness, not even noticeable swelling. The piercing itself went fast. I made sure to focus on breathing through my mouth, and before I knew it, it was all done. It was a sharp almost hot pain that only lasted for 3-5 seconds. My eyes didnt even water like everyone said they would. I was super worried about the pain because I have the worst pain tolerance, but it really wasnt bad at all! I was nervous for nothing.My piercing looks perfect. I dont think anyone would guess that it was just done. I credit all of that to Dustin. Im so happy they dont use clamps! The people who get it done with a clamp seem to have more swelling, bruising, and tenderness for a long time. And like I said, I have mild tenderness. Thats it.I know this is a long review, but I hope it is informative for the person just like me who is nervous about getting their first piercing. I highly recommend this place. You wont regret it!

I have been to Enso since Dustin and Tara opened it and before when Dustin was somewhere else. He is the only person Ill let do my piercings. Knows what hes doing, talks to you for as long as necessary to explain the jewelry and what will be done. IMO he is the best piercer in the state.

Dustin and his staff are very skilled in their trade and professional. I have an allergy to most metals. They do allergy safe piercing and have titanium jewelry that is beautiful.

Not only do they offer a fun, safe, and sanitary environment to get any piercing your heart desires but they also offer there wonderful personalities and become your friends. They have high-quality jewelry for very reasonable prices and are always willing to help you out, if you want special jewelry ordered they do that as well. You can basically get anything and everything relating to piercings and adornments from them. They are wonderful and honest and are what good business owners look like. This is the only place I will ever go for my piercings or jewelry!

Took our 8-year-old for first time ear lobe piercings. They were outstanding with her. The service and jewelry are going to be much more expensive at a place like this, and we anticipated that. It is well worth the money to have a professional perform the piercing - not some high school student in the mall. They use high quality flat-back TITANIUM starter earrings, which is much better than most any other alternative. Its not just about people that already have metal sensitivities. I dont want my daughter developing sensitivity because of cheap jewelry. Thats a lifelong problem Id prefer to avoid. I appreciate Ensos commitment to quality service and products. We will definitely be back.

Jake is absolutely the best piercer! He pierced my dermal back in November and any issues I have with it he gives me advice and gets back with me very quickly! I would recommend him!

I took my five year old here to get her ears pierced for the first time. Dustin was so polite and thorough with such a calming demeanor. I had called ahead to a few other places that discouraged me taking my child because the after effects could get complicated. However, when I called Enso, Tara was cheerful and informative and the whole appointment went so smoothly, you would have never known the piercing was new. She experienced no swelling, bleeding or any type of discharge and it has healed beautifully. I can’t recommend these guys enough, their thoughtful and professional methods and procedures make a difference and we will definitely be back!

What a great place! I got my septum pierced by Kenzi (I wanted Dustin, but he ended up feeling ill and went home early). They were professional and took the time to explain every step she was taking. Devvan, the receptionist was very kind and helpful as well! The piercing barely hurt and is healing quite nicely! Really grateful for the experience at ENSO!

Absolutely adore this place, a very fun little piercing studio out on 9th south that has got just about any piercing you could want.I initially came in I believe December 2021 since Koi was still not allowing under the mask services. So, I moseyed on over here, and I’m so glad I did! I got a vertical labret on my lip as well as a venom piercing (two tongue piercings done intramuscularly) and I was super impressed.The jewelry has stayed in nicely and I was able to get downsized for both piercings in about a month. I even had a snafu with one of my tongue posts, and they re-placed it in a couple minutes. Since then, I’ve had zero problems, including with my teeth or roof of mouth, which can happen with any tongue piercing. Cannot recommend ENSO enough!

I recently had my first body mod done here in the form of microchips implanted in my hands. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and it was a much easier and less painful process than i was expecting. I would return for any future work.

Got my nose ring last week here. The actual piercing didnt really even hurt which I was glad about. The alcohol pad rub beforehand actually bothered my skin more than the needle. The staff was helpful as well. The facility was clean and very modern looking.

Theyre both so helpful in answering any and all questions you have. Tara helped me pick out jewelry, didnt make me feel pressured to make a quick decision and asked me what my price range was, which is a big deal! Ive been to other shops and left spending way more than I wanted to because there was a lack of communication. Dustin is APP certified which is important and they only use high quality jewelry which is also very important! He always makes the piercing process as comfortable as possible. I feel like Im just there talking with old friends every time I go in haha. More people need to be educated on the fact that you dont just go anywhere to get a piercing. Im so thankful for Tara and Dustin for creating a space like this.

Ive had only excellent experiences at ENSO Piercing! Dustin has done all my piercings, and I wouldnt have it any other way. He is an expert in his trade, the NICEST, and will give you his honest opinion if you ask for it, which has been helpful for me. The studio is always clean and welcoming. Tara is so fun to be around and so helpful in navigating through the (amazing) selection of jewelry. ENSO also sells and promotes LOCAL artists, which I sincerely appreciate. If you want a piercing (or want to ask questions about maybe getting one), do yourself a favor and just go here.

I got a philtrum piercing with my friend and my experience was great! Staff was very helpful in picking out my jewelry and very friendly! My wait time wasnt too bad either. The only thing that I noticed that would have made the piercing a little more comfortable was that there wasnt any music playing, but its not a big deal considering how clean the facility was and the great service! Dont forget to tip your artist!

Outstanding service and quality here. Dustin and his wife are so kind and patient. They took the time to talk to me about my concerns and answered all of my questions. Even after they helped me instead the healing process and what I can do to help. They have beautiful jewelry, anyone would love! They also provide great prices for all the service youll need. I was able to come back multiple times at to have Dustin look over my pricings and clean them. He was kind and I never once felt uncomfortable or awkward with him. He does a free hand peircing style that I had not seen before. I was VERY impressed by this and how well they turned out. He is someone I would and do suggest to anyone thinking about getting ANY TYPE of piercing ever. Also did I forget to mention how clean and tidy this place was. Everything so neat and steral. Perfect for the environment and what I feel anyone would want in a piercing lounge.

My mom, sister and I have all gotten pierced here and we absolutely love this place! The owners are kind and very welcoming, and create a very safe and comforting environment. One of the cheaper options for piercing in Salt Lake (today I got my nose pierced for $70 with tip- I have the other side pierced from another local shop that was roughly $160!!!!) AND they are awesome people! Not even to mention their beautiful jewelry selection! I will continue to come back again and again!

Not sure how or why this place has 4.9 stars.1st: There wasn’t a wide selection of ring pieces when I went, but what I could not get passed was how rude the piercer and one of the receptionists were. I felt horrible being there. I was rushed into finding a jewelry piece. They were not helpful or informative. There was a lot of sassy and passive aggressive behavior by the two people I interacted with. I was seriously distressed by the lack of patience by the piercer. I asked him to wait a second and he told me in the lines of “no, when I say ‘inhale’ that’s my queue to go in”. He also scolded me for putting a drink on a table when I didn’t know I wasn’t allowed to at first. As I left the store, I wanted to know more about the $400 piece I bought. So I came back in, & the woman told me about the solid gold but then informed me that the information about it was on the receipt like I was stupid to not check the receipt before I asked. (There wasn’t any information. About the ring on the receipt) As if it was such a bother to ask more information on something I spent $400 on? You’d think you’d treat someone with at least decent humanity. I would appreciate to have this addressed and compensated.

The girls are so incredibly sweet and friendly. They took their time to answer any questions and make you feel welcome. Dustin was really quick and helped you feel calm. I love my new lip piercing and am excited to go back.

Great experience! I had a Walletmor NFC wallet put in my hand. It hurt like hell but he did an amazing job! Pics are the next day. Hardly any swelling! Not going anywhere else for piercing again! The staff was so nice and easy on the 👀 ;)
