I couldnt have had a better experience. It was quick and easy. Im a big baby when it comes to needles but the person piercing me was incredible with distracting me. Also, not to mention, he got the placement on point for my piercings. I was getting my seconds and he was very clear and calm. My piercer was Tyler. I will definitely keep getting my piercings here! Incredible.

I’ve had my daith pierced by Kayla, and my rook and conch pierced by Eric—I will always come back to Iris for future piercings! I never feel rushed, my questions are always answered, and the help I’ve gotten from Drew and Ryan at the front desk is top notch. I love all the jewelry options Iris offers and can’t wait for my new piercings to heal so I can come back for more!

IRIS is a clean and pleasant place, with an excellent selection of good quality jewelry. The employees are helpful and not pushy. Freddie helped me select my earrings and let me take my time. Kayla, who performed my piercing, did a great job of putting me at ease; the pain lasted for less than a second and I have had no problems at all with healing.

I always get my piercings done at Iris, they are always so kind and professional. I took my daughter in 04/27/24 to get her 2nd and 3rd holes done and Bailee was our piercer. She has helped me a couple of times before and I think she is just amazing. I could not recommend this studio enough. They have a fantastic selection of jewelry also.

The store is simple and nicely set up, everything is very clean and tidy. The staff was all really polite and helpful, and followed up with me after my appointment to make sure everything was still going okay. Every step of what to expect was explained to me, and it was quick and less painful than giving blood. I will definitely be returning for all of my future piercings, excellent experience. My piercer was Bailee and Alycia helped me with jewelry selection and the check out process.

I couldnt be happier with my new daith! I had a bad experience with my previous piercer that resulted in pretty serious complications, so I was really careful in selecting this new studio. IRIS came highly recommended by a trusted studio in my hometown so I decided to try them out. My experience was excellent! From the minute I walked in, everyone was so kind and helpful! They checked my anatomy and did a quick consultation with me and then helped me pick from their gorgeous selection of jewlery! Kayla did a great job answering my questions, explaining every step of the process as she did the piercing, and I absolutely love, LOVE, LOVE this daith- its my new favorite piercing! 2 weeks later, its healing super well! I havent had any pain or complaints! Ill definitely be going back soon for more!!

Wonderful experience! Staff took time with me to make sure I’d be really happy with my choices. Everyone was super knowledgable and friendly. Excellent follow-up communication. They do a great job coaching you through any nervousness, lots of good techniques for reducing discomfort.

This place is phenomenal. Amazingly friendly staff, and super professional! I had a trainee do my piercings with the help of a senior piercer if course, and she did awesome! They follow up with you to make sure all is well, and they even helped me get longer jewelry in when the swelling was too much. They are now healing wonderfully. 10/10 would recommend!

The environment was clean, sanitary, and highly professional. My piercer was very educated and calm. I was a bit nervous and she made me extremely comfortable. I will definitely being going back for my other piercing needs and jewelry! Their selection is amazing 🤩

I have been coming to Iris for years for all of my piercings. This is my absolute favorite shop! Everyone is so nice and helpful, & knowledgeable! Eric was awesome, he pierced my 10 year old son’s ears and made him feel comfortable and not scared at all. He pierced my lip immediately after, it was a great experience! I actually feel really comfortable when going there, which is huge for me as I am socially awkward 🤣I will be returning for all of my future piercings!

I went yesterday to get my spider bites (two piercings on the same side on my lip) done, and my piercer Tyler was so kind! Everyone at the shop welcomed me and made me feel a little less anxious about my visit. Tyler was quick with my piercing, and answered all the questions I had AND checked up on me to make sure I felt okay. I will be going back for more! Plus, the prices are not bad at all!! Came to get my ears pierced without a lot of knowledge about it and luckily ran into drew and eric working. both were super friendly and helped me with everything. Due to metal allergies I require gold jewelry. After calling around and visiting several different studios only to be disappointed I went to IRIS. They were friendly, helpful, had a wide selection of gold jewelry and most importantly had the gold post I needed for my piercing. They were able to get me in same day, the studio is clean and well organize and the staff was very friendly. I will definitely be coming back.

I have been coming here for over 15 years and I don’t even live in Utah anymore but wait until I visit to get any piercings done. They are AMAZING with styling, picking jewelry, and of course beautiful piercings! They are very clean and professional every time and their jewelry selection is beyond beautiful. Drew was so helpful, patient, and friendly and an awesome hype girl with jewelry choices! Tyler was excellent with my piercings, quick and pretty painless, perfect placement. Everyone was very knowledgeable and were sure to make helpful suggestions and give advice to make it a great experience even after you leave. I have wanted a nose piercing for years but was nervous for various reasons until I went to Iris Piercing. From the first contact to check out the jewelry, to making an appt on their website to the actual piercing, it was painless and easy. Tyler was informative and kind. Not to mention, a piercing wizard that pierced my nose with zero pain and within 15 min. I am so happy with my piercing! I’m already planning to go back for some additional ear piercings. Highly recommend Iris Piercing if you are considering a piercing, you won’t regret it!

Honestly this place is beautiful, they have beautiful jewelry, but it is insanely expensive. Ridiculously, insanely, expensive. Etsy has just as amazing stuff at like a tenth the price. And the stuff on Etsy is handmade from small businesses too. I forgot my earrings one day on my way to work so I stopped here to see if they had anything affordable in a pinch. All they had was a pair of labradorite plugs. I’m 16 mm.. They were 160 dollars!! There is absolutely no reason a pair of 16 mm labradorite plugs should be 160 dollars. None. That is when I remembered why I hadn’t been there in ten years. It’s not 1995 anymore y’all. There are other places to get body jewelry now. Thank god.

I’ve been nervous about getting another piercing so I brought my daughters, a few nieces and my mom to hold my hands. Iris welcomed all of us and helped calm my nerves. The piercing is fabulous and the experience is one I’ll always remember! Thank you!!

I am so pleased with my whole experience at IRIS. i dropped in to get my anatomy checked and Eric was super professional, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions and concerns. i immediately booked my appointment with him because of how awesome he was. the actual piercing experience was clean, comfortable, and exciting because of Eric— he carefully marked where my jewelry would sit and let me make adjustments as i saw fit. when it was time for the piercing, he communicated very clearly and calmly when to take a deep breath and when to expect the pinch. it’s been two weeks today and i haven’t had any issues, it’s healing flawlessly so far and i’m so in love with my bridge. go see Eric, he rocks 🤌🏽

Eric helped us out and was super nice. He provided such good service, was very informative, and made it feel like we could reach out any time. I’ve always been quite happy with my experiences at Iris because they have an easy appointment system and provide a lot of support through the whole process.

I came in for a septum piercing and the guest piercer had stuck the needle through the middle of my nose but made a mistake and could not follow through with the piercing. I was very understanding and patient as piercers are humans too. I came in the next day and the piercer wanted me to reschedule again. In hindsight most shops offer the service for free or a refund but IRIS did not offer this. I decided to call up another shop and they evaluated me and were shocked by the hole that the guest piercer at IRIS made. It was too high, on thicker cartilage than it should’ve been, not centered, and the hole was uneven. The other shop completed the piercing with no issues. The receptionists at IRIS were kind and I have no issues with them. I’m very disappointed.

I’ve got two nostril piercings from here, and both times all the employees were very kind and welcoming. Tyler pierced me both times and they turned out great both times, with minimal swelling and he was very polite. Couldn’t reccomend more, great experience and kind people.

This was a great piercing experience! Tyler was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He made the process very comfortable. My friends and I went to two other places in town, and walked out feeling unsure. As soon as we walked into Iris we knew this spot made sense for us. Ever since I learned what an industrial piercing was, I had always wanted one. And after research around ear acupuncture (inspired by the Daith), I decided to go for an anti-tragus as well in hopes of helping to alleviate motion sickness symptoms. (I know this isn’t a guarantee but I felt it was worth a try.)I finally made the decision to make the appointment, but knew the it had to be done only by the BEST!Iris in SLC has a reputation of being the best. If you want your piercings done right, this is where you go.Both the industrial and anti-tragus piercings are anatomy specific, meaning not all ear shapes will be successful with piercing/healing them. Tyler was very respectful, asking permission to touch my ears during the consultation, and extremely thorough to see if I’d be a good candidate. Lucky for me, my ears would be no problem for both!When I asked about a star shaped jewelry piece, he was open and honest stating that it would be a better piece to wear after healing rather than the initial jewelry, to ensure my ears wouldn’t be irritated by the points of the star, which I didn’t think about.The whole appointment, he was very informative, patient and professional. The facility was very clean. Tyler made sure I was made aware of, and confident that all of the instruments were sterilized by showing me before using them.He set clear expectations, explained each step, and what was going to happen next. The piercings were quick and fairly painless and he checked on me to ensure I was doing okay throughout the whole thing. Not once did I feel rushed, or like things were taking too long. It was a perfect pace.He earned my trust very early with his experience and expertise, explaining things he does to ensure I have an effective and efficient healing process.I am in love with my new piercings and chosen jewelry!! I went in and got my Rook done today by Carlos and it was 1000/10! From the time I walked in everyone was nice and showed me the jewelry I could pick for my piercing. I appreciated that they had quality jewelry for all price ranges. The actual piercing was very quick and really not painful. Carlos explained everything very well from start to finish. Their infection control was clearly top priority and I felt very good about my choice to come here! I ended up paying about $100 with the jewelry, actual piercing, aftercare spray, and tip. I will be recommending this studio to my friends as well as coming back for any other piercings!

Iris has an incredible staff that helped me choose what I wanted and made me so confident and comfortable with my choice. The actual piercing was easy and I felt that they went above and beyond to show me how safe they were being with sterilization and the process. I could not recommend them enough for any piercing. I’ll be getting more.

I highly recommend it. Took my daughter here to get her ears pierced. All the staff were genuinely happy and excited for her. They are easy to talk to. My 7 year old had her ears pierced here and everyone was an absolute gem. They were all so welcoming, excited and gentle with the whole process. Tyler put her at ease and explained everything. She didn’t flinch, bleed or cry :) she is still beaming hours later that she got her ears pierced and I couldn’t be more pleased.

I LOVE iris!!! I have been about 6 times now and every time is such a pleasant experience. All the staff are so kind and understanding and I never feel judged for my lack of piercing knowledge.I have also had three different piercings that had some form of bump or infection (pierced at other shops) and they were able to fix all of them by simply swapping them out for better suited piercings. Other piercing shops I’ve been to have not been able to help with my piercing problems and leave me feeling judged that I wasn’t able to perfectly heal my piercing.Iris has always been amazing I love going there I have an amazing experience and their jewelry is stunning and the quality will last you years if not your whole life!

Went to get my septum pierced, the needle went through but for some reason the piercer had “lost the hole” and wasnt able to put in my jewelry, just sending me on my way after piercing a hole through my nose, no tips on how to take care of it or anything. The piercer didn’t even tell me sorry. Plus it was pierced too high in the wrong spot and was insanely painful after everyone had told me it wouldnt be. Do not recommend this place for your septum.

I just got my daith done here and it couldn’t have been a better experience! The studio is beautiful and they have such amazing jewelry to select from, they are so diligent with keeping things sterile and making sure that you are happy with what you’re getting! Highly recommend

As always Iris is amazing. I received four piercings in one sitting a couple of weeks ago. Both my thirds, a rook and a flat. Not only was picking out jewelry easy and fun with the help of the workers, but my piercer also was amazing. Made sure she explained everything she was doing and talked me through the whole process as she was doing it. Piercings are healing great!

The ease of scheduling online was great. I had some initial questions and was able to send them via their website and they text me and we chatted back and forth. When I went in for my appointment they were all so helpful and nice. I got my nipples re done and they are healing up great and the jewelry is beautiful!

I received awesome help from employees picking out jewelry and styling my piercings. I got vertical stacks and two piercings on one ear to match the other. This was a very different experience from the old days at the mall with a piercing gun. The studio is clean, the jewelry and tools are sterile and the piercers are experienced and professional. Jennie, a visiting artist from the Denver studio, was amazing and took the time to explain everything, and gave me time to view and approve placement, etc. I never knew that my ears are shaped so differently! When I got home I was concerned about the placement of one piercing (knowing I will add one more close to it later this year) and she had me come right back and she re-sterilized and fixed it perfectly. I love how my piercings look and feel. Everyone I encountered at this studio was knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend IRIS and I will definitely return.

My daughter and I got our ears pierced back in December. Its crazy how long you have to leave them in for before you can change them out. Nice part is you do not have to twist them all the time. You leave them alone!Employees were very nice and helpful! We had a great experience. Just be prepared to pay a small fortune going to a piercing studio. I had no idea what the cost would be compared to just going to the mall. It was however a much better and cleaner experience than going to the mall!

This review is so late but I had to do it anyway! I had my septum pierced out of state on a trip and hated the jewelry that I picked out for some reason, so I went to Iris and Tyler helped me out. He helped me pick the exact ring I was initially hoping to have after being pierced, which was so much more affordable and dainty looking than the one I got. He anodized it for me to the perfect color, and then changed it for me and was so so kind and gentle with my fresh piercing! He even dabbed the little tears that formed in the corner of my eyes hahaha. This shop is lovely and Tyler and everyone there were so kind!

Three of us ladies celebrated our birthdays with Iris. We had a wonderful time. The service was amazing, professional and quick. I highly recommend Iris.

Drew was fantastic at helping me decide on what to do for my ear (styling appointment for orbital, helix, and upper lobe). They didnt rush me and soothed a lot of anxiety. They ran the whole cost of piercing, jewelry, etc. by me and made sure I was okay with cost.I have had keloids form before (piercings from different place years ago) and Drew also emphasized that if I had any issues with my healing, to come back in and have them take a look because they want my piercings to heal successfully.I think Bailee pierced my ears and it was a very relaxed, serene environment. Its been a week since my piercings and everything is going super well. Minimal bruising, no bleeding at all, and I still feel like I could go back to IRIS and ask them anything.

Chelsie is amazing! I got two flat peircings and a second lobe done. Pain was minimal and quick and healing is going so well. Stunning jewelry to choose from too.

Got my second nostril pierced here and my first nostril’s jewelry changed out by Bailee. It went fantastic! Bailee explained the whole process to me as it was happening and made sure that I felt comfortable. The jewelry I got is so cute too! I’ll definitely be coming back for my next piercings.Edit 3/10/2024: I took my nostril piercings out a while ago for work and I was so devastated. I came back to Iris today and had them both redone by Eric, who was absolutely phenomenal. He also changed out the jewelry in my septum and added some pieces to my coin slot which I’m so excited about!Jezi helped me pick out my pieces for today and hyped me up the whole time I was there, thanks to Jezi I was super comfortable from start to finish.I 🖤 u Iris, thanks again for the great experience!

I seriously love this studio. I’ve had three services done here and every time my experience is great. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. I especially appreciate that it is a safe space for LGBTQIA+ folks, as both my partner and I are members of that community. Really positive experience here recently - had an earlobe re-pierced after having a prior piercing close. Everyone there was friendly and professional and very calming. Their jewelry offerings are extensive and beautiful at a variety of different price points. Their individual piercing rooms are extremely clean and I couldnt believe how minor the discomfort from the piercing itself was. I will definitely return at minimum to buy more jewelry in the future, and may even get another ear piercing someday given how relatively painless the first one was!

All my life Ive been self conscience about my nose. I have never liked it but recently i was talked into getting a septum piercing and I am so happy I decided to get it done! Kayla did such a wonderful job. She took her time making sure my piercing was properly aligned and was so friendly. I felt very comfortable and it was the least painful piercing Ive ever gotten done. Such a night and day difference from a professional place then the other pop up shops throughout Utah! What a phenomenal team! I went in for a below-the-belt piercing about a month ago and it has been one of the best piercing experiences I have ever had. Tyler did my VCH piercing, and he was wildly knowledgeable, considerate, and very professional about the whole process. I drove about three hours from out of town just to ensure that I did this piercing with someone who was A.P.P. certified, and honestly, I would make the drive a hundred times over again, even for just a simple earlobe piercing. Love the shop and everyone I interacted with there. 100000/10 experience.

Easy online scheduling. Super welcoming studio. I let Ryan pick out the colors of all the earrings I got because I tend to be indecisive and they did a fantastic job. Eric kept me calm while I got 2 lobe piercings and a cartilage. Recommend this studio to anyone looking for piercings. You all rock!!

About one week ago, I had an impulse to get a nose piercing so I did my research overnight and came to IRIS Salt Lake. It was a great choice and setting up an online appointment was a breeze. I originally had set up to be pierced by Chelsie but arrived early to my appointment and got pierced by Eric instead. Fantastic experience, Eric helped me choose a pretty stud along with right placement. Plus everybody in the gallery made the whole process a breeze. So far it’s healing properly!

I have visited several highly competitive piercing shops in Salt Lake City, but IRIS piercing is undoubtedly at the top of my list! Their staff is incredibly accommodating and have been very responsive to all of my questions and text messages. I appreciate that they provided transparent pricing and exceptional customer service. They even custom ordered an item for me from one of their out-of-state locations. I had been searching for this exact piece for over a year with no success, and they made it happen in under two weeks! They have a huge variety of high quality body jewelry, as well as professional expertise in consulting clients with what will complement their current piercings, style preferences, and anatomy. We brought our 5 year old to IRIS to get her ears pierced. The entire staff made her feel comfortable and safe, and her piercer Samantha made her feel like the big girl she is. She explained how to care for her piercings and how important it is not to let her friends touch them. She talked my daughter through deep breathing and gave her the time she needed in between ears. Will definitely be coming back.The shop itself is gorgeous, clean, and well organized. They do not accept appointments and work on walk ins only, so you may be waiting a little while. But totally worth it.

The staff at IRIS are awesome. I got third lobe piercings and was nervous about hitting cartilage, but Drew in the front gallery listened patiently to my concerns, offered advice, and even prepared different jewelry options for me, depending on what the piercer and I decided to do based on my ears anatomy. The piercer, Bailee, was kind, calm, and professional. She took her time to get the placement just right to avoid the cartilage on both ears, and her expert piercing technique ensured the pain was minimal. Im thrilled with how my piercings look, and they seem to be healing really well so far. I highly recommend IRIS for a great piercing experience!

We had a great experience here, we set the appointment got in about 7:15 and they sat us down and walked us completely through the process, also was very professional about it. They have high quality piercings however just too pricey for us. We really liked the experience here and would recommend anybody to go.The piercing we chose and the piercing itself was definitely in budget and normal just like any other place, but however you do have the opportunity to choose a higher end piercing if allergic to fake jewelry.

Loved how clean and fancy this place was. And my piercer Carlos was amazing. It was smooth and painless to get my septum and he was very knowledgeable on the anatomy and the best spot to pierce on my nose. He helped me understand what size jewelry would look the best on me and was very thorough on the process during and the aftercare. I love the way he interacts with his clients. My friend an I went to Iris for the first time this week. We had ppts at 7 and 7:30, we showed but 10 min before 7 and STILL we didnt get seen by a piercer until 8pm. They kept taking walk-ins before us. And no body acknowledged the fact we waited so long.The price is also pretty ridiculous. The place is nice and sanitary but as someone who has gone to many different piercing places, Iris is way over priced. For a Tragus piercing with a simple stud and a cartilage piercing it was $176! You can definitely get the same quality of piercing with a much lower price somewhere else.I Would give this place only one star but Eric, my piercer, was really nice so if you do make the mistake of going to Iris, ask for Eric.

I have had my helix piercing for excatly a year now and I could not have choosen a better place for it! It healed so so well, almost never bothers me and looks so good! I will be going to Iris for all future piercings.

I went to IRIS all the time the first few years they were open. Then life happened and time is fake, and I realized it had been ten years since I had went. Throughout the time away I always suggested this studio because of the fond memories and beautiful work/jewelry. I finally scheduled an appointment with Kayla and Chelsie to get something re-pierced and I couldn’t be happier. My boyfriend and I both had gotten piercings done this last Saturday and Ryan helped us with our jewelry choices and recommended me with a jewelry piece that would overall be a good fit considering I was getting my Medusa pierced and since I already have a septum piercing I for sure needed something that wouldn’t get caught onto that during the healing process. Rafa was the one to do our actual piercings and I appreciated how he took his time and informed us on everything that he was doing as well as being very detailed on the aftercare. I was going to get pierced by chelsie but she didn’t feel comfortable doing it so she asked her co worker Tyler if he felt more comfortable doing it and at first I wasn’t really wanting a guy piercer nothing against guys I just didn’t feel comfortable but Chelsie said he had way more experience then she does and he’s super kind so I let him pierce me and Chelsie stayed in the room with me so I felt more comfortable knowing she was right there and honestly it was the best experience of my life! I got my navel pierced here and they were amazing!! My piercer was great, talked me through everything, and was super respectful! At the end of my appointment I suddenly started to feel faint and all of the staff were quick to help me and make me feel better fast. You can tell they really care about their clients. Definitely will be returning if I get more piercings, I’ll remember to eat closer to my appointment haha.

Feeling bamboozled by this place. They have so many earring selections online that are less expensive and then I get there and it’s 200$ for one piercing it’s ridiculous

My experience at Iris was absolutely great, 10/10 would recommend, even with accidentally showing up late due to booking my appointment in central time. They were all very welcoming and helped me pick out jewelry. My piercer Bailee was amazing and patient, she made sure to walk me through step by step during my appointment. I had my septum pierced and I love it! I live in Missouri and I’m definitely coming back whenever I’m in town to visit my parents again.

I booked an appointment to get my ears styled because I have heard good things about this studio and it had good reviews. I ultimately enjoy the jewelry I bought but feel like the service wasn’t great. I walked in and was greeted but didn’t know what I was supposed to be doing and felt like I wasn’t given and direction or explanation of what was happening despite being the only person in there. I have a good amount of piercings so I’m familiar with piercers and studios but was hoping to work everything together. The answers and comments I received felt vague and not genuine (like how the target employee tells you the pants you got are cute but like probably doesn’t care). I didn’t know if I was supposed to be picking piercings, jewelry or even just wandering around. I just felt awkward and out of place. Bailey was my piercer and they were very nice and talked to me the whole time but my experience in the front was not what I was hoping for.

IRIS was wonderful, and I highly recommend coming here for your piercing needs and desires! The staff was so fabulous as soon as we walked in the door! Drew, Ryan, and Tyler helped us today, and they were all AMAZING. Drew was immediately so friendly, warm, and welcoming!! Had been wanting to get my nipples pierced for awhile and was nervous about choosing a good/ trust worthy place because I had heard too many horror stories. I got a double helix and two lobe piercings (one on either side) - the jewelry selection was so cute and there was a lot of variety! I had an idea of what I wanted going in because I checked out what pieces they had on their website and IG but it felt like they definitely had more in the shop (which was a nice surprise!)I’m a few weeks out now, my pain is very minimal! Everything looks really good, there hasn’t been much bleeding or even swelling.Another aspect I appreciate about being pierced at Iris is the follow up text messages! They’ll follow up with you and make sure everything is going alright. I didn’t have problems, but if I had it would have been super easy to reach out.If/when I decide on another piercing, I’m definitely going to Iris again!

I had wanted to get my nips pierced for many many years. Finally took the plunge! Drew and the team were so welcoming and helpful in deciding on jewelry. The store is clean, bright and beautifully decorated. Very sparkly. The other customers were attended to in a timely organized way. The place was infused with peace and wonderful people. For the actual piercing experience: I have many large tattoos, gauges, several piercings and suffered from endometriosis. Basically, pain is no stranger. The nips are a whole other unique pain experience! I screamed both times and held my SOs hand! Luckily no one else heard since the rooms are very private and sound proof. If you are considering this, do note that swelling can cause them to appear crooked for a bit. I followed the care instructions exactly, pain and swelling has subsided and they look beautiful and perfect! My SO and I are so happy. Sorry, no photos! ;)

I rarely give a full five star review, but the folks at Iris SLC deserve it. Bailee and the entire staff were awesome and walked me through everything and were super helpful and friendly. I absolutely love that they are appointment only, it makes the process so much more comfortable when you have your own dedicated time slot. The entire process of working with them was super easy, from online booking, to being able to fill out all their paperwork online, and all of their documentation was very clear and concise. They gave me a little info card when we were done with all the information I needed. I would absolutely recommend them and would gladly go to them again.

They were so patient as I picked out all my pieces (I didn’t have an apt but they helped me for 30+ minutes anyways), were very informative and helped me decide on what pieces looked best together. Had them originally pierced at Claires (I know) 15 years prior but they had gotten messed up and long story, I took my earrings out. They were expert! I hadnt had earrings in for about ten years and they fixed my existing piercings without re-piercing a new place. Thank you!! Walked away with some luxe high quality earrings as well. The ones that you bequeath to your children because they last a hundred years 😉

She made me feel very comfortable and talked me through everything she was doing. I got my nipples pierced and wow kinda painful but she did it quickly and did such a great job. 10/10 recommend! Me and my friend came for some ear piercings and had a great time. We had Robby do daith, helix and conch on us. He was quick and hes super experienced. He was very calming and informative. Hi, I am very happy with the treatment I’ve received from the IRIS staff. From the assistant ( Kayla- Drew) to the piercer Samantha everyone was very nice, respectful and very professional. I had piercing done at different places before and not good experience ( will never go back ) , where here at IRIS was so simple and easy yet done proper and right and if I ever want more piercings I won’t go anywhere else anymore.BTW the prices are not bad either and the jewelry is prettier.Thank you .

It was my first time to get pierced at IRIS, was a bit anxious because of my experience in the past with a different place that made me go back 3 times just to correctly have the placements the way I wanted them. So I told everything to Carlos who was my piercer. I had my fingers crossed when I came there hoping I would be happy the first time, and I definitely was! Carlos made the placements perfect! For both the 2nd and 3rd on my left earlobe! I’m very ecstatic on how it turned out! Wayyy better than I imagined! I highly recommend Carlos to anyone going here! As a person who has only had basic ear piercings, I was incredibly happy with the entire experience—before, during, and after.The degree to which the entire studio took safety precautions and COVID safety regulations seriously was incredibly professional yet gracious and kind.Chelsie’s assistance in determining the piece I would be happiest with and all the extra help and services she provided made me feel at home.I didn’t feel pushed towards any pricier options, only the details and differences between my considerations. Chelsie provided fantastic help especially with first time nostril piercing recommendations. I also want to thank her for her patience with my back-and-forth indecision and how accommodating she was.Carlos was not only excellent in determining, recommending, and making sure I had the exact location I would be happiest with.Carlos also answered all my questions and more—both as a professional and treated me like we were good friends. The process was explained before and during the piercing. I also felt the aftercare conversation and the most important details were easy to understand and equally as friendly. An amazing experience with Carlos, altogether.Overall, I know exactly where I will be going for any body modification, assistance, and anything else from now on—altogether, they’re absolutely worth at least a 25% - 30% tip, minimum.

I recently got a botched septum piercing done, and I didnt know what to do or how to go around it. I decided I wanted a second opinion before making any changes. This is where Iris comes in. I was able to connect with them in less than 10 minutes, to which I sent in pictures (via text message) to gain a second opinion. The individual I communicated with was extremely helpful and even invited me to come into the studio the same day to get an in-person evaluation. I was helped the moment I walked into the studio, which was very professional, clean, and inviting. My piercing was inspected, and I was given great advice and options on what to do. I ultimately decided on removal. Bailey helped me out with that. She was very nice, answered every question I had, and was extremely efficient. I really appreciate the care and interest Iris took into my case and will definitely be returning for any future piercings! Great thanks to Bailey and the Iris team, youre running a great place!

I have taken many friends to get piercings , and never have I seen someone treated like burden during a $700 dollar transaction .My friend , very clean cut , was rushed through the process of selecting jewelry and piercing placement , then told she wasn’t allowed a friend with her when there were multiple people taking friends back with them .I’ve been getting tattoos and piercings for 13 years and have gone with many fiends to get their first piercings and even in the trashiest low end places I’ve never seen anyone treated like thatI think this actually my first 1 star review ever

He was very knowledgeable and helped me with choosing my jewelry.Once we were ready, I met up with my piercer Carlos. He was great! Really made this experience easier: very professional and serious about my safety . He talked me through the piercing and let me go at my own pace. It was a quick and easy process. Both Ryan and Carlos gave me a lot of information about after care. I left really satisfied and happy with my gauges! I’ll definitely be coming back and referring other friends.

I got my earlobes and tragus pierced at IRIS a year ago — it was a big moment for me. I’m in my 30s and this is my first time getting my earlobes pierced? Unheard of. That experience went great, but I’m posting a review now because I reached out for help knowing what size post I needed to get the jewelry to fit right and coming in for an appt wasn’t an option for me.I sent a message via chat and Sam was so kind and patient working with me. Sam offered knowledgeable advice and helped me feel comfortable moving forward.I would gladly and eagerly recommend IRIS — especially for the generous, continued support they happily provide even a year after my appointment.

Chelsie did my double nostril piercing & she was amazing! She explained her process & procedures so I always knew what was going on which meant a lot to me because I was nervous! She took her time with the placement and didnt rush me when it came to how I felt about the placement. Chelsie made my experience feel safe, effortless, & fun! The staff in the lobby Ryan & Kayla were also top tier with their friendly greeting & helping me with selecting jewelry! I will definitely return to Iris for any of my piercing needs!

It was my first experience here, And it was a spontaneous trip after Enso was out of jewelry that would work for my nose piercing. I walked in and was greeted immediately, they asked me what I needed and before they took me back to do my jewelry change, they let me know the exact total that I would be paying at the end of my appt, change included. THAT was so helpful! The jewelry change was successful and I appreciated the communication.

Walked in about 15 minutes early for my appointment and was immediately greeted by the front of house, making sure I was taken care of. Being a bit early, I was shown around to all of my jewelry options for my piercing and even some of the options that could be custom ordered for me. I eventually had the pleasure of being pierced by Sam and could not have had a better experience. Would highly recommend anyone to this shop. Everyone I interacted with was absolutely pleasant and professional.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here . Sam was super incredible and informative as well as professional . Making sure my time there was safe with being sterile and making it easy to follow what was happening to the entire process.Sam also made sure I knew how healing would happen and that they would set a reminder for later to come in for a check up on the piercing as well as letting me know they were there to help with any situation that may arise .I definitely recommend Iris as well as any of the staff there for your needs . This is definitely my go to studio from now on.

Everyone here seems really well educated and experienced in a way that makes me feel like Im in good hands. They make sure you have all the information you need to make responsible decisions about your piercings and can take care of your piercing after you get it. At the same time, its done in a way that doesnt at all mess with the experience! I also really really appreciated their diligence with their COVID precautions. I felt very taken care of and safe getting pierced here, and Ill be going here for any future piercings I think. Definitely at least to get my jewelry shortened once that time comes!

I booked a nostril piercing online, which was very informative and easy to do. When I arrived, Chelsie greeted me and walked me through the entire process. She is beyond a professional! I explained that I work in a corporate environment and I will need something subtle....she was able to help me narrow my choices instantly and help me pick just the right jewelry. She will be a major asset to any company she chooses.Every step of the way, I knew what was happening and what to expect. Chelsie was very upfront about what was going to happen and very empathetic. I struggle A LOT with needles, and she put me at ease. It hurt, no doubt, but she was so fast that it was minimal and over quickly. Even when I felt faint afterward, she made sure I was okay before I left the shop.Overall, a stellar experience and I am so glad I chose Iris over another local studio. Very clean, very transparent and clear every step of the way. They use high-quality jewelry, which was a huge concern of mine due to past ear piercings not reacting well. I had clear aftercare instructions and expectations.I highly recommend Iris if youre looking for a piercing, whether ears or other body mods. Theyre professional, clean and welcoming. I got my breasts pierced by a beautiful human named Sam (Samantha, just to be clear) who was incredible! It was a 10 minute appointment that turned into an hour because she was so great!Not only did she pierce me quickly, and effortlessly, but she made SURE I was completely comfortable, and had no problem laughing at my dumb jokes! What a champ! LolShe was great, professional, and funny! I would recommend her for all of your piercing needs! I’ve had my ears, nose, breasts, and industrial all done there, and I won’t ever go anywhere else.Also, the entire store is clean, and all of the women, men, and people who work there are great! I had the day off and last minute scheduled a piercing at IRIS. Kayla was the sweetest human and help me pick out some jewelry. They have some of the best pieces here and what makes this place stand out is that you get a high quality piece when leaving. I had a hard time decide between two pieces, they were two of Kayla’s favorite and they looked so good together. I had to just do them both!! I decided on getting a conch and a helix and my ear looks so good. Carlos was my piercers, he was super friendly and knowledgeable. He took care in making sure my piercing were exactly where I wanted them. The process was quick and easy. I can’t recommend this place enough. I don’t want to get pierced anywhere else. I went in for an ear styling and a daith piercing. drew was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, helping me curate a stunning collection of gold jewelry suited perfectly for my style and anatomy. carlos replaced all my old jewelry and did my daith piercing (it virtually painless btw!). he was gentle and professional and checked in on me frequently to ensure i was ok. i bought their aftercare product and i’m still shocked at how easy and painless the healing process has been. 10/10 best experience and i’m already dreaming up my next piercing.
