I started my tattoo removal journey in march of this year after having to wait about a year after my consultation because I was breastfeeding. I came wanting about 100sq in removed and they have the best prices out there because you pay for complete removal and not per session. I have been so impressed with the professionalism and cleanliness of the facility and staff. Kereena is very knowledgeable and eager to help ease the healing process. I have seen a big difference in my tattoos and enjoy watching them fade over time. I absolutely recommend them for price and quality of service!

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while because I’m so happy with how my tattoos are fading… Since my ink is from different places, I’m grateful for the package deal that doesn’t require me to pay for each session individually, as some of my tattoos are fading faster than others. The environment is very clean & welcoming. Kareena is the best! She’s been my technician since day one, and I appreciate how comfortable she makes me feel. She’s super quick yet precise, and I’ve seen significant results with as minimal discomfort as possible. 10/10 recommend! :)

The Removery team is knowledgeable and always provides great service. They demonstrate my progress by taking and showing photos each visit and my two tattoos being treated are fading nicely. During treatment they ensure I’m comfortable throughout. And my appointments are quick and easy.

I love the staff there. They are awesome and really concerned about their clients.I’ve had 3 treatments on my knuckles. The ink is lifting but I think I’ll need additional treatments to get the design to where I can have the symbols reworked again. I’ll know in 10 weeks once mybody absorbs the broken down ink.

I paid for the package to have my tattoo removed (not paying per individual session) almost four years ago. I only went once then found out I was pregnant so had to take two years off to have the baby and nurse. I was worried there was some fine print somewhere and they would stop treating me after a number of treatments or an amount of time, but Ive had 10ish sessions (probably 60-70% removed) and no one has ever said anything about stopping or it being good enough. I want my tattoo completely removed and I have hope that it will actually happen one day! Theyre also so fast and relaxed there. No one gives me the side eye or complains about me bringing my little kids. They cant come back into the room with me so they sit in the lobby for about 60 seconds until Im done. I wholeheartedly recommend them if youre on the fence about it!

I moved to Salt Lake City from Chicago and was nervous about changing technicians with the move and my tech Kinzie was amazing! She is kind, attentive, and makes the process as comfortable as possible. The tattoo I am getting removed is large and colorful and Kinzie was great about keeping me updated about the progress and why she used the settings she did.All the staff here are awesome and I have zero complaints!

I’ve been getting some tattoos removed over the past year, and Kereena has been helping me through the process. She is an amiable and friendly person who’s is very good at creating conversation to help distract me throughout the appointment(it’s not the most pleasant feeling during the laser process).The location is sterile and the technicians wear gloves the entire process. I like that they record the progress each visit to see the difference. I’m a tattoo artist, and I recommend this company to all my clients and coworkers.

My experience with Removery has been great! A friend of mine was getting some tattoos removed and I asked where she was going to have them removed. At the time she was visiting two different tattoo removal companies and she preferred Removery. I decided to set up a consultation and had my first removal session that day. Staff has been friendly and professional. Most importantly the tattoo I’m having removed has faded a ton after just 3 sessions. If you’re looking to get a tattoo removed I would absolutely recommend visiting the team over in Salt Lake.

I’ve been coming to removery for a little over two years now, Kereena has been a huge help and every time I go in although it’s a painful experience most times the staff there really make it enjoyable to come in and say what’s up! Super friendly staff! I’ve seen excellent progress on my tattoo removal as well, I’ll almost be sad when it’s done cause I can’t see these people I call friends anymore. I have been getting 3 tattoos removed and so far, it’s coming along great! Sure it does hurt, especially on a back piece, but I’m really loving the ongoing results every couple of weeks after a treatment. They were very friendly and knowledgeable, I even had to drive 2 hours to go here and on my second trip, 2 months after my first, they remembered how far we had come from and asked how the drive was. I just had my 3rd session but Ill post pics of the start and how it looked 2 months after each session. Couldnt recommend them more.

Fantastic experience with scheduling and consultants. My consultant was informative and knowledgeable and kind. Only thing I would suggest is a little accommodation for tattoos in covered places for people coming from work or other obligations, such as dressing gowns or paper gowns.

Very pleased with Removery! I’ve had several sessions to remove these hand tattoos and I’m definitely seeing progress. Laser isn’t as painful as I anticipated. It’s a bit of a time commitment as you have to wait a couple of months between sessions but it’s what’s best for your skin and healing. They take great care of you at Removery, I highly recommend if you’re needing a tattoo removed!

I purchased the unlimited package Removery had available for my size of tattoo in 2022. I’m so glad I did! It is totally worth saving up and doing it correctly when one begins their tattoo removal process. Being committed to the removal/healing process is intense, but it is worth it. I started to see results at about the 6th visit. Black and grey, purple and red colors to be removed. So it was a complicated mix of dialing the right frequency to remove the color. (Results may vary due to color of tattoo and color of skin). With my complicated mix of colors and several layers to bust through, I am very happy with my results and where I am in my healing process. Much care is taken, so I don’t blister and if it does it isn’t awful like last removal in the early 2000s. McKenzie is very knowledgeable and doesn’t push past what is best for the skin and its healing process. Definitely know McKenzie will take time and see one through to full removal of their tattoo. I appreciate McKenzie and all the help received at Removery on 21st so much!

I’ve been working with the Removery team for almost three years. I was diagnosed with breast cancer about 3 months after I started the tattoo removal process. The Removery team has worked with me all along. Ensuring the removal does not interact with Oncology care, and pausing treatment on my tattoo when treatment on my body ramped up, they also provide free radiation tattoo (dots) removal. They’re kind, professional, caring and their office smells like a spa! If you have a tattoo you regret, give them a call, you will love this team and the results they provide!

I had a good initial consultation with Removery to remove a small tattoo on the back of my arm. They quoted me $340 per session or $2,700 for a full removal package. That seemed pretty pricey so I got a quote from my dermatologist at Ogden Clinic. They’re charging me $100 per session using the same laser as Removery. Save yourself $240 per session and go to Ogden Clinic! I just finished my first session at OC and it was a great experience.

I’m three sessions into my tattoo removal process with Removery. I have one large black tattoo and one color tattoo and I’m so shocked at how quick the appointments go, how great they are about pain management and how fast my tattoos are responding to the treatment. My color one is barely recognizable already! They are so wonderful with scheduling, making sure you’re not compromising your skin or the efficacy of the process and give you great information and follow ups. Their financing options are amazing too (that’s what I’m doing). If you have a tattoo you hate, honestly don’t hesitate!!

I am in the process of removing a few larger tattoos and a few small ones. Kereena is always so friendly and thorough. Everyone there is kind and bends over backwards to make sure you’re informed/comfortable/ and well taken care of.

If you’re looking to get your micro blading removed I would recommend joining the Reddit forum “micro blading removal” and doing extensive research on other options and other people’s experiences. Some include this facility.Going into my micro blading removal journey we did go over the possibility that the ink can fade red, pink or yellow so I knew what to expect, but I was also informed they are able to target the red ink with a 532 laser setting after they target the brown/black with the 1064 laser setting.We did a spot test and then did my first session 2 or 3 days later. My eyebrows were visibly red and immediately after that session, in person, with my partner present I asked “can we target the red at my next session?” I was told the tech would ask the clinical team, they came back in the room and said we had clearance to do that so I booked my next session 8 weeks out.When I arrived to my next session, I was told in the room as I’m sitting in the chair that they said we actually cannot do that this time and we need at least one more 1064 setting session. There would be no reason to tell me this unless I had already been given the expectation that we would be targeting the red specifically. This happened a third time as well, the tech specifically asked the clinical team if they thought a third 1064 session would fade the red and in writing they said yes. You will see from the pictures that it did not fade and in fact looks more red. My picture after my third session was taken 4.5 weeks after the session. So in all, I spent $750 for my eyebrows to look the same as they did after my first laser session, and look worse than when I went in the first time.Let me reiterate, I was aware they could fade red, my issue is I was given the confidence that they would target the red specifically on multiple occasions only for that to be changed in person and I feel I was mislead and wasted my money. My eyebrows were so clearly red after each session. I’ve sought advice from a dermatologist and a laser studio out of state, both of which advised me they would have targeted the red after the first session. I will be going to a different facility that set up an actual plan with me so we can target the red thankfully, as I did not trust to continue coming to removery, only to be told at each session we have to do yet another 1064 setting.I already talked specifically to the laser tech about my problems with this entire process, and was given the run around and told things like “well I had checked with the team if we could continue treating you not about treating the red” to which I responded “then why at my next session would you say there was a change of plans?” And then it was “okay maybe I said that but it was misinterpreted” and “most people only get 1-2 sessions then get the micro blading redone” and I was so clear I was never getting this re-done from the beginning. You can see from my pictures as well, there is no fixing the issue I have with getting MORE micro blading considering how red the eyebrows are.Let me say for a third time, the possibility of red eyebrows was discussed from the beginning, but I was told if that happens they can target the red. Otherwise, I would never have had this done or continued with sessions after my spot test.All in all, I can’t speak on their regular tattoo removal but I do not recommend them for micro blading removal.

If you got some ink you want gone dont waste your time or money getting destroyed at one of these other bootleg places. At Removery they got the latest and greatest equipment and she doesnt leave you all blistered and scarred. I also definitely recommend using Painless Tattoo numbing cream about 2 hours before the session as it greatly takes the edge off. Thank you guys!

After months of hunting, I found myself in the very capable hands of Removary for my tattoo removal. I explored all the options in the valley- and when I say all I mean all! I found Removary to be my number one choice because…a) they have the most experience specific to tattoos. There are lots of laser people but not necessarily tattoo people- you don’t want a laser hair removal professional messing with your tattoo.b) they have the best laser on the market -but do your own research here the laser makes a HUGE difference and can dramatically impact your experience & resultsc) their prices, though seemingly steep at first, are very competitive. Knowing they have locations around the country was also a perk because if you relocate or have an extended stay away, that’s doesn’t need to impact your treatment schedule.Overall super happy with my choice- I’m confident in the treatment I’m receiving and feel cared for while there!

Ive been visiting Removery for over two years. They make a painful process as painless as possible! Great laser work from McKenzie especially. The front desk is always polite, prompt, and friendly. My tattoo has broken up considerably and is mostly gone. However, there are still a few stubborn spots, so Im thankful that I purchased the complete removal vs 5-10 sessions. Overall Id recommend!

I did a consultation at a medical spa before coming to Removery and it felt so cold and kind of stuck-up and judgey. At Removery I almost feel like Im just visiting a friend at work.While the actual removal process is pretty painful, its very quick and they do a great job at helping you feel comfortable. I also love that that offer complete removal packages so I dont have to worry about ongoing, mounting costs. Ive been going for over a year now and have never had a bad experience. If I had known how easy and affordable tattoo removal could be I would have started a LONG time ago. If youre considering removal, dont wait. Go to Removery.

Wonderful service!I cannot believe this is a result from my 2nd session!This tattoo from the photo, is one of the four tattoos that I am removing. This specific one, was one of my two darkest and biggest tattoos, and I honestly cannot believe how fast it is fading! The whole thing was shaded, it was done really dark since it was a cover up from the bottom one that it is now visible.I am extremely happy with the sessions and the fast progress, I thought it would take at least 5 sessions to see a difference due to how dark they were.The place and the ambience, is very welcoming and professional. I like that every time I arrive, they are already waiting for me rather than have me wait at all. They are very professional and attentive to their patients needs, they make us feel like we are their only focus.I recommend this place 100%

I go in every 3 months and the appointment is always quick and easy. I’ve seen a lot of results . My tattoo is mostly gone and barely visible with no scarring. Definitely recommend Removery!

Removery is THE ABSOLUTE BEST in the business. Every time I come I feel very well taken care off and the tattoo fades quicker than I thought it would.

I scheduled an appointment for a session. They told me they were going to charge me two times more than what I’d paid in another state before moving here using a far inferior machine. Then when I got there, they told me I’d have to come back for the removal after I’d taken off work to have it done. Total scam and waste of money. Save you time and money and go anywhere else.

I have been coming to Removery for tattoo removal treatments for about the last year and a half. I recently relocated to Salt Lake City, Utah. Last Friday, I had my first session since my move. I went to the Sugarhouse location. Everyone was super nice and professional. The shop was clean and beautifully decorated with lots of gorgeous plants. McKenzie did my Removery session. I have to say in my 1 1/2 years of treatments this was by far the LEAST PAINFUL and most enjoyable! McKenzie did a phenomenal job! She was very thorough and explained everything she was doing before she did it. I had a great experience and very much enjoyed my visit. After reading some reviews and looking at several places, I decided to go to Removery in SLC to get my tattoos removed. I’m so thrilled that I did. The pricing is excellent, they offer financing with 12 months no interest, and they are EXTREMELY fair when measuring for pricing. The other thing that is so excellent is you pay for the full removal and if it takes more sessions than expected, you do not pay extra!!! Most places I have looked at were pay-per-session, so this was a HUGE plus. All of these perks aside, the staff is friendly, the place is very clean, and the process is very quick! If you don’t go here, you are making a mistake!UPDATE: I am still a huge advocate for Removery is SLC. There have been several times where I was late or needed to reschedule and they are really willing to work with me. In a recent event, they even offered to stay after hours to get me in. My tattoos are nearly gone and now I’m saving up to take care of another one on my back. This is well worth the cost, time, and effort if you want any tattoos removed.

Ive been in for four treatments already with the goal of a complete removal. My tattoo is fading so nicely!! I still get compliments on it even though it is significantly lighter than it was before. Appointments are only 15 minutes or less for my tattoo size! I recommend this to anyone for the experience and the price

Dallon seems very knowledgeable about the removal process and was very patient with all my questions. He let me know what to realistically expect, as some colors are more difficult to remove than others. I havent started the process yet, but plan to very soon!*Update* I had my first treatment on 7/9. Kinzie was awesome! She explained the process before she started, and warned me before she treated colors that might react a little more painfully. They didnt, but I attribute that to her expertise! Aftercare was thoroughly explained, and the aftercare products bag very thoughtful, even the dum dum sucker (though I am wondering if theres some subliminal messaging 😂) Bottom line, great experience. Looking forward to next sessions.6/22/24 update: Making progress! I knew going in to this that tattoo removal wouldnt happen overnight, so Im nearly two years in with treatment. Had #8 on the first of three areas and I cant believe the difference from when I started. My tattoos have lots of color, and they are large and poorly done. Im ashamed to display them, but with the help of the dedicated staff at Removery, my dream to be able to wear sleeveless tops is well on its way to reality! McKinzie is the absolute best!

This has been my fourth session, so I think I can leave a pretty insightful review at this point:First off: progress will vary from tattoo to tattoo based on a ton of factors. My progress has been better than expected. Right before my 4th appointment, lines were already fading and breaking up.The sessions are quick (I have a smaller tattoo), the staff is informative and friendly. They actually care about doing things right and giving you the best possible results. Don’t rush the process!

I’ve been going to this Removery location for over a year, and it’s been a great experience. The staff I’ve met here, Dalin, Karina, and Mckenize, is very professional and kind. My laser technician has always been Karina, and she has done a wonderful job. She’s efficient and focused when lasering, but doesn’t rush the process. She always ices the area before lasering, and checks in to see if I need breaks throughout the session. She also remembers to ask important questions like how I’ve been healing, if I’m on medications, etc, and she answers any questions with knowledge and expertise. She definitely knows what she’s doing. In general Karina has always been friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. She’s also a good conversationalist which makes the time pass by quickly. I’d definitely recommend seeing Karina to get any tattoo removals. As for the technology, I’ve seen so much progress! My tattoos are fading faster than I expected, and a few are almost gone completely, it’s been well worth the money, and discomfort. Everyone here at Removery has made an intimidating journey as simple as can be. Thanks to Karina, Dalin, and McKenzie for giving me a great experience with tattoo removal! If I get any future removals I will definitely return.

I have only had great experiences with the staff here. The consultation was quick, from getting me in the day after I submitted my request for a quote, along with the entire time spent determining costs and discussing the process. I was pleasantly surprised to know they had financing options, which I would have known prior, had I read the entire website. The guy who set me up was so chill to work with and set me up on a payment plan with ease.They were able to do my first session that same day and now after my three sessions, there is visible fading already.I have no idea why, probably because they folks here are just great, but I actually enjoy my visits to their office. I seem to have fun chatting with them, they remember me even though I am in only every two months... Genuinely great folks working here!I have another tattoo I want removed and I know where I am going to get that done at. The prices are steep, but reading reviews from less expensive shops, it seems that good removal aint cheap, and cheap removal aint good.

Ive been coming to Removery for over two years now, working on removing a very large and very dark tattoo with multiple colorations. Kinzie is my laser tech who has been completely awesome to work with throughout my visits. With such a large and complex tattoo Ive been working to get rid of completely, Kinzie has displayed the knowledge required, and has always explained her game-plan for getting the best results. Id say Im about half way through the journey now, and have made great progress with Kenzies help and expertise. She really goes out of her way to keep discomfort to a minimum. Honestly my last visit I barely even felt anything during the treatment. The staff working the front desk are always friendly and make sure I have everything I need. The entire clinic is clean, smells great, and a very nice atmosphere. If youre considering finding THE place to either lighten or remove your unwanted tattoo, I couldnt recommend this place, and Kinzie any higher.

The nostalgic experience as the laser crackled on my neck like sizzling bacon took me back to memories of my childhood having breakfast with dad just before school. As I concentrated on slow and deep breath work to endure a treatment not much different than throwing Joe in the Volcano. Was there new incense burning in the office?! Nay, it was the sharp scent of my smoldering flesh stinging my senses. My thoughts were drown by wonder regarding the carcinogenic vapor that was now deep in my lungs. I felt alive. Unlike my dad, I’ll be back for another round after I go out for milk and cigarettes. 5/5

Everything has gone better than expected. Everything they explained to me at the begin is what happened. There is some minor pain I would consider it along the same lines as a small rubber band snapping.

I’m getting all 10 of my tattoos removed and am so excited about the progress after only 2 sessions (see photo). I love that they have packages so I was able to get all of my tattoos done with one of their bigger packages. I’m also so surprised at the cost and quality. I did have some very small blistering only on one tattoo and it seems to blister each time, but none of the others blister. Can’t wait for them to be completely gone! I definitely recommend this place especially over places that might charge per tattoo per session. Plus, there are locations everywhere so if you decide to move you can just find another Removery.

I had my eyebrows micro bladed. Unfortunately, the technician did not know her color theory and my brows turned out the wrong color. McKenzie at Removery is doing laser therapy treatments to remove the ink from my brows. After my second session, I can see a difference. McKenzie came highly recommended by my daughter who is having tattoo removal done. If you need any type of tattooing removal done, make an appointment at Removery. After only 3 treatments, my shoulder tattoo is almost gone! Parts of it have completely disappeared.The staff is always friendly and have always been on time for my appointments.The treatment itself does hurt more than getting the actual tattoo did, but it is over in about 2 minutes. After each treatment, it’s a little tender for a few days but not bad.Worth every penny!!!

My tattoo removal has been a process, but one Im very happy about, its definitely helping with my self confidence having this done. Plus the staff here is so down to earth and accommodating,. Just here to say that it works. If you’ve been hesitant about this working, just know that it does work. That being said, you have to be patient as it can be a slow process. Additionally, my favorite people are Dallin and Karina-sorry if I spelled names wrong!! They are friendly, kind, and very helpful. I also really like Removery because you pay based on the size of your tattoo… after that you keep going until it’s gone no matter how many times it takes. I am on session 5 and both of my tats being removed are already disappearing. This works!

I have only had one treatment so far, so cant speak to the quality of results, but I am happy with the price, number of treatments I have been quoted, etc. Treatments are quick, the laser barely hurts at all, and they even give you everything you need for your aftercare. They are only open a few days a week, but the fact they have Saturday hours is a huge perk for me. Definitely recommend.

I went in for my first tattoo removal session 2 weeks ago and all I can say is this process is going to be much easier than I thought thanks to this amazing company. Tricia is so awesome, she makes you feel comfortable at a time when you don’t know what to expect. The pain was minimal, it wasn’t even as bad as getting the tattoo applied. Keep in mind the tattoos I’m having removed are on my neck and throat so I was definitely expecting more pain, but it really wasn’t bad at all. The healing process has also been so easy, there hasn’t been any blistering whatsoever. I have had a very positive experience with Tricia at Removery in Cottonwood and can strongly recommend them!I have had 4 sessions so far to remove a small tattoo behind my ear.Regarding the removal process: it is incredibly quick (for a quarter-size tattoo) I am only in the session for 5 minutes and the actual procedure only takes a few seconds. It’s not a pleasant feeling, but it’s worth it. There’s a coldness that feels like freezing air being blown on your skin, and the laser feels like intense Pop Rocks on your skin.Regarding the service: I have been so pleased with the process. They gave me a custom quote based on size and color of my tattoo and the different payment options make it feasible to spread out the cost. Tricia answered all of my questions. The appointments are easy to set, Tricia is always ready and on time. She goes above and beyond to share before/after photos and respond to texts about how it’s healing. My tattoo won’t take as many sessions to remove as originally planned, so they will refund money if it is removed in fewer sessions.I genuinely look forward to the appointments because Tricia is so kind and good at what she does. I Just started, and so far so good! the receptionist Donald is very friendly and great at explaining the whole procedure and the Dr. Karina was very understanding and was great at informing on specific things and my after care routine. I’m so incredibly happy with my overall experience at Invisible Ink. There was no typical “sales pitch” during my consultation, only facts were discussed with a genuine willingness to help. My consultation with Laurie was a great, pressure free experience... then bounces in Tricia, to tip my already fantastic experience over the edge. I have a large tattoo covering nearly my entire upper arm, which also contains just about every color you could imagine. Needless to say, it’s a complicated piece. It’s so important to work with a person who genuinely cares about their work, and Tricia truly has a unique passion about what she does. During my treatments, she takes the time switching through different laser heads and fine tunes a countless amount of wavelengths. It’s so interesting to watch the effort she puts into her work that I’m too distracted to even need any sort of pain management! I also love that they take photos before and after each session. Watching my tattoo progressively fade into nothing is so exciting. I’m like a child trying to go to sleep on Christmas Eve before each appointment. I just wish I would have found these guys and started my tattoo removal journey sooner!

I have had one session for one tattoo and 2 sessions for another. I cant say enough good things about the staff. The laser technician, Tricia, is absolutely darling! She makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Its like chatting with an old friend and I have only met her twice! She has a great memory and remembered so much I told her on our first visit. My tattoo on my shoulder, that has only 1 treatment so far looks amazing! She was able to get almost all the black out in the very first treatment. I look forward to my next visit in 8 weeks!

Best experience ever hands down. This experience could not have gone any better. Came in for a consultation with Dallon and I was able to get my first session done with Kereena. First of all, Dallon was and Kereena were so helpful, so informative, and so approachable. They broke down everything for me and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Dallon was a pleasure to talk to and he really made sense of everything for me. Kereena was excellent at handling the laser and made sure I was comfortable during the session. I’m grateful I had both of them for my first session and am looking forward to hopefully seeing them again for following session. If you want: 1. a great job done 2. place where you feel welcome 3. An overall great experience this is the place to go hands down.

Great experience! All staff was warm and welcoming! Tricia was very excited and confident in her work, which put me at ease. I had blown out ink removed from a tattoo that was going to be difficult. I am so impressed with my results!

I had the best experience! I had shopped around and made an appointment due to the courteous communication, they answered so many questions before I even walked in the door! Everything was explained in full, but not in a sales pitch way. I never felt overwhelmed or obligated or pushed into making a decision. AND, they started the process that day! It hurt less than getting the tattoo and it took less than 10 seconds. I LOVE the staff and actually look forward to my appointments because the girls are so great! Second treatment in and Im seeing progress!

Im currently getting 6 tattoos removed and it has been such a breeze. Yes it hurts but they are extremely diligent and make sure you are taken care of! I have heard all of the horror stories of getting a tattoo removed but none of mine are having any issues. They are super clean and I always feel like they care about me. I would highly recommend coming here for your removal!!

Ive been going to Removery for four years. Ive always loved it but I was BLOWN AWAY by Kinzie today! She was so knowledgeable and comforting. She took her time, giving me many breaks and ensuring my skin was cold and numb. It was the least painful apt Ive ever had. She was also a total sweetheart! It was so easy!❤️

The office is beautiful and welcoming, the consultants were so kind and informative, and the pricing can’t be beat! I decided to do my first session same day, and they were able to take me back within 10 minutes, which was so surprisingly fast! My laser technician was so personable and knowledgeable, and I was comfortable during the entire process.
