Staff was so professional and great with our kids and their friend getting their ears pierced. They went through the whole thing thoroughly, Bella and Georgia both did the piercing simultaneously so it was less scary for the girls. We had a 5, 8 and 9 year old. The girls love their earrings and I’m really impressed with the staff doing the paperwork, piercings, and managing many other customers. They were so great. Definitely recommend.

Georgia and the staff were very friendly and helpful even though the two of us came in 10 minutes before closing to get our ears pierced.

The staff at this store are brilliant! I had my daughter’s birthday party here and it was amazing! Georgia and Karen were great with the girls! The store decorations and setup was beautifully done!!! Couldn’t have asked for more!! Thank you for making my daughter’s day a blast!

Georgia is terrific. I had both a lobe and a cartilage piercing done by her recently and she is professional and helpful, and did an excellent job. Highly recommended!

If I could give this a ZERO, I would. I had a second and third hole pierced. First, the piercer went through my cartilage on her first attempt. This wasn’t necessarily her fault, but it was painful. We made the decision to pierce in a different area. After a few days when the swelling went down, I noticed that in my third hole, I had two different size earrings. I do not live in California, so I wasn’t able to go back to this store. I eventually found one in Chicago, they said they couldn’t help me, that I had to go back to the original store, or buy a new pair of earrings.These were all stupid solutions. I contacted customer care. After a month of emailing, they have now told me my ears are pierced as is and they can’t help me. I’m not trying to blame the person at Claire’s, but she did put two different earrings in. Obviously this was an accident, but for a large company like Claire’s to say there is nothing they can do after I bought an $80 pair of earrings is absolutely unacceptable in my opinion. I did not pierce myself with the wrong earrings, therefore, I should not be responsible for purchasing another pair. Claire’s should be replacing the earrings for me, that is if they had a good customer service program. Which they don’t. I should have trusted my gut and gone to a professional piercing place, where this would not have been an issue. I do not recommend this Claire’s location or the Claire’s store in general. What a terrible experience from start to finish.

Went to Claires to get a piercing for my daughters birthday. Upon entering the site, we were not greeted by either of the two employees who were at the register. There were no other customers in the store at the time. If you know Claires its filled with different trinkets, diaries, accessories(necklaces, earrings, key chains, bracelets, etc.) and other cutsy girlie treats. The store was clean and organized. After intentionally walking over to the employee requesting service, we were finally greeted, given the piercing disclosures and prepped for service. Another costumer walked in and yet again, we were asked to wait while the employee assisted the other customer. Although the employee was kind, the service couldve been a little better. 🙄

Beware, Regular ear piercing Costs $80+

We came on to get a “first-timer ear piercing” Dane was so sweet and helpful. He made the experience absolutely perfect, comforting and wonderful! THANK YOU DANE!!! ♥️✨✌🏼

The service here was outstanding. Drea (I hope that is her name) was so kind from the moment I entered until I left. I went to get some piercings and she was so knowledgeable about everything. She was professional and had a beautiful smile the whole time. I enjoyed my whole experience here and will be returning.

Really like this place. For awhile, I couldnt find it and gave up looking for the store. However, I stumbled upon the store by accident and was excited to see it. Great selection of earrings and bandanas at affordable prices.
