Went in for a new tattoo but didn’t have an appointment. Hazel hooked up a touch up/ repair that I’ve been putting off. She did excellent work, I will definitely be scheduling an appointment with her in the future.

I came in for a touchup on a fine-line tattoo that another artist originally did over a year ago. The tattoo I had touched up is a dainty snake on the side of my wrist. The outline of the snake was blown out and the scales healed blurred together, but Hazel worked her magic and completely cleaned up the tattoo so that the lines are clean again and you can actually see the detail of the scales. Her attention to detail is incredible and you can really tell that she enjoys what she does just by her work ethic. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone, so go check out my girl Hazel!

Hazel did my fine line tattoos and did such a great job Im obsessed! Shes a perfectionist and takes her time to get it right. She even did a touch up for free! The studio is super clean and has the best vibe, Ill definitely be back for all my tattoos!

Be aware if you use Rovie he might rip you off he was supposed to do a two sessions of ten hours @1200$ a piece total of 2400$ he did not finish and wants to do more sessions

Ink mind studios answered very quick, the process of scheduling went smoothly (which is hard to find nowadays). The studio is very nice and clean.I scheduled my tattoo appointment with Crystal, she is amazing!, very professional, creative and made me feel super comfortable (I was very nervous since this was my first tattoo), however, she applied my concept perfectly into her design and I loved it!. Thank you! Definitely will come back :).

I got my first tattoo done here with Crystal (CholaGoth) and had a great experience :D! The overall atmosphere in the place was really friendly and they were very accommodating.Crystal was super easy to talk to and did such a great job on my piece, I would definitely come back for another :)

So me and my best friend decided to do matching tattoos and after she researched where to go for her first, we picked Ink Mindset. We booked an appt, was super easy to do over the phone, then sent the deposit via Venmo, which was confirmed within 20 minutes of sending it! Day of, we walk in and after filling out the paperwork, the woman at the front desk offered us waters while we waited for Gabe to get set up! Super sweet!Now Gabriel was our artist and he was freaking amazing! He let us just banter and be silly while he worked and was super friendly and personable too. Were so happy with our artwork and we will be coming to Gabe for as long as Im in San Diego! He made sure we were content with our artwork as he went, he made sure we were comfortable as well and asked all the questions needed to make our tattoos perfect! Seriously, such a dope guy!! Request him if you come here!!The shop owner stayed late with him since we werent done until after closing and he was super chill as well! Seemed very proud of the business they had and was very humble with our praise! This blew our experience out of the water and we are absolutely happy! Thank you guys!!

Got an AMAZING tattoo the artist did great here but don’t even bother trying to get the touch up thats promised. My artist has dodged me multiple times and when he does reply he says to come in at that moment and when I mention I cannot & if we can shoot for a day in the future he goes ghost. Great tattoo, terrible customer service!

I got my nostril pierced here about a month ago and it developed an irritation bump despite cleaning it 3 times a day. I went to a different piercer to get it checked out and was told by a very reputable piercer it was pierced not only in the wrong spot but at a completely wrong angle and I will have to take it out in order for the bump to (hopefully) go away. Make sure to do lots of research before choosing a piercer because I did not and now I’m paying for it. Super important for piercers to be trained fully before attempting piercings. Very disappointed

A tattoo saved my life.We all know that feeling of losing a loved one or a best friend. We my best friend Chico passed away in January of 2021. The pain I felt in side was on I could not explain. I’m the type of person that I need to feel the pain to release it. I went to InkMindset and had an amazing tattoo done of my fur friend Chico, my service dog. I suffer from PTSD and panic disorder and losing him was devastating. I knew there was pain in my soul but it wasn’t a tangible pain. I couldn’t physically feel the pain. I sat in that chair for 8 hours, at times I was falling asleep. InkMindset and all the amazing people there help me in the grieving process by giving me the chance to put a physical pain to the emotional pain I was feeling. Now I get to walk around with a beautiful memory of my dog and I don’t have the dark void that was living in my body. The released it for me. I can’t begin to thank everyone for the amazing kindness and beautiful art that they created for me. They gave me my silver lining in the dark clouds. Tattoos are beautiful, but for a lot of us they are therapeutic. Thank you for saving my life that day. I don’t know what May have happened if I didn’t get to change to emotional burden in to a physical pain that I could heal from and walk away with a piece of my baby that will live with me forever.

I had gotten tatted by Skull- she is so sick and INCREDIBLE for someone who just graduated from their apprenticeship! Skull did such a very emotional and loving tattoo piece on me of Aang and Appa. I will forever love this tattoo.

Just got done with my 2nd session with Rovie. Came out top notch! Cant wait to finish. The guys are very professional and very talented. Clean shop and the staff are easy to talk to. If youre looking to get a piece done, I highly recommend Ink Mindset Studios.

If you want to pay for a tattoo to be done right by artists who truly know what they are doing I can assure you this is a one stop shop. Dont easy your time dealing with so called artists who say they can deliver bit thier portfolio says they cant...dont be talked out of your dream tattoo becauae the so called artist isnt comfortable enough to pull it off so they try to steer you in another direction thats more comfortable for them. You are better off leaving it up to those whose work speaks for itself.

I highly recommend this studio for all of your tattoo desires! I personally can’t think of any other place where I’d rather get my ink from. Everyone’s energy is on point with good conversation, professional and sanitary. Nothing but talent under this roof! It’s the only place I go!!!

Ink Mindset Studios has been amazing! The staff, especially Rovie have gone above and beyond. Im always greeted with kindness and respect. The artists are extremely talented and Im so grateful I found this spot. I have had 3 full day sessions. The shop is clean, energetic and welcoming. Check out IG since they highlight all the artist. Thankfull to everyone Ive met there.
