Kim has done 4 of my tattoos, 2 of which were dark cover ups. My go to artist for sure! I will travel from LA to SD any day, any hour to get the best work done by the best! My most recent cover up is still a work in progress so I will post a photo once it’s complete.

Kim is a phenomenal artist, absolutely love her work. A great time to converse with her while the tattoo is being done too. I have had the pleasure of having 2 tattoos done by Kim now, both of which I love, and I for sure will be going back for more! Overall, I would recommend her to anyone. The cost of her hourly is worth the work, her lines, shading, and colouring is amazing.

My husband and I love Kim Rubi. We have gotten several tattoos from her. She definitely has talent. She also has a gentle hand which is a plus since I hate needles. So happy to see that she went from working in a shop to becoming her own boss. We both definitely recommend her fall all types of tattoos, she is skilled in Asian, American Traditional, Realistic, etc....anything you show her she can make happen. Kim is also talented at freehand drawing which is extremely important especially when placement needs to be thought out. Not to mention she fun to be around she has a GREAT down to earth personality which makes the whole experience very relaxing. She also works with you and understand your tolerance and pace. I enjoyed working with Kim and Bell so much.. They are both very professional.. Kim is an amazing artist and her lines are crisp. She really takes pride in her craft. She was very patient with me while I tried to figure out what I wanted and even offered some artistic advice on what she could do. I plan to get more tattoos from her very soon.
