Chantalé is amazing! She has done four tattoos for me now and I am obsessed with all of them. I have also seen Miguel’s work and it is absolutely incredible. It is a very friendly environment and always a great experience!

Miguel’s attention to detail is unparalleled as a tattoo artist. He will take his time and dedication to make sure his art represents the quality of his work, not to mention how picture perfect his portraits are. A true master of his craft.

Ive been to a number of tattoo shops across the country and over in Japan, and Rock Bottom Tattoo offers the most personable yet professional experience I have had by far. Miguel completely caters the experience toward you, in that he worked with me one on one in the beginning when we went over what I wanted and confirmed selections. He was able to quickly draft up the stencil while we got to know eachother and listened to music. Miguel worked fast and at the end, offered a fair price. Again, and I cant emphasize this enough, my experience was unlike any other I have had. I emphatically recommend Rock Bottom Tattoo!

Miguel was awesome. My wife and I were here on vacation and wanted a tattoo and found him. He got us in no problem and his private studio is great. His prices were great and he was very professional. I will definitely be back to get work done by him if we make it back. Make sure you check him out if you want some ink.

Going to the Rock Bottom shop is an experience you should definitely have. Miguel is very talented and organized when it comes to putting the finishing touches on your tattoo. He was able to work with me even though I wanted two tattoos and they came out stellar!

Rock Bottom is an amazing private tattoo studio downtown SD. The artists are amazingly talented and the vibes are impeccable. I got a tattoo by Chantale and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. I will definitely recommend this shop and I will definitely be back soon!

Stopped answering questions. Caused my 1st tattoo to scab badly (without picking the scab and doing the appropriate hygiene). Now I have to get it touched up a month after getting it. Will not come back. Will not refer. I rather pay double for a touch up than go back for a free one with him.
