Did my helix and second lobe piercings (got my first ones done a year ago) quickly! Neither hurt bad at all. They made sure to ask my opinion many times and gave me the final choices. They also recomended to get one helix at a time and pretty grateful I listened!Would recommend!

Very professional service. We were guided by the staff throughout the entire process, nothing ever felt rushed or out of control. Definitely would recommend for babies looking to get their ears pierced.

We were pleased with the whole process including the cleanliness for our 2 month old baby.Impressed with the level of precaution and care taken during the covid time - I have not seen such level of touch free service and care at any place , this is exceptional. She is very strict with her policies but that made me feel more comfortable because I knew that the facility is very clean. Also very knowledgeable on stud placement. My daughter had very little discomfort and we were supplied with all of the after care items and detailed instructions.

So pleased with my 6 month olds ear piercing. I have 12 piercings myself, so I was very particular in going to a reputable and hygienic place. Angel was awesome. I did not adjust her recommendation on their location. We saw the pediatrician this week and she commented what a symmetrical job they did, and how well they are healing. The titanium weekday price was a bit cheaper than having my pediatricians office do them. And in the end, I felt a baby piercer had more experience than a pediatrician doing a piercing every now and again. If I had another daughter, I’d take her here again! Also, super easy parking right outside the office. 10 out of 10!

We had the best experience with Baby Ear Piercing. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and well organized. The studio was super clean and every part of the process was done with safety and cleanliness in mind. I love how there is so much useful information on the website as well. There are detailed directions for after-care as well as so many easy-to-follow how-to videos. My 7-year-old daughter was calm during the whole process, no tears, no complaints of pain. They sent us home with a nice aftercare kit that had everything we needed to keep her earrings clean during the healing process.Angel has also been amazing following up with us to see how my daughters’ ears are healing and helping us figure out what earing metal works best for my daughter’s ears.I’ve been recommending Baby Ear Piercing to all my friends since we had such a positive experience.

Angel treats ear piercing like a craft and, as it turns out.....is exceptionally skilled at it. I myself was very nervous as I didnt know what to expect. And of course I was worried what our daughter would be feeling. Angel walked me through the entire process step by step and put be me at ease with her sincerity and professional demeanor. Procedure and protocol is fantastic but customer service is bad. Everything seemed very meticulously done but Angel was not open to questions being asked. A request to go over the aftercare instructions was met with much hostility. She said all the reading and videos were put together so she wouldn’t have to explain and talk through her masks. I mentioned as a busy/nervous mom it would be great to get a quick overview, she said my request was non-typical and zoomed through the card instructions whilst proceeding to tell me that we made her late when it came to earring selection. She said on a few occasions, ‘you just need to read it’I wasn’t expecting a huge run through, just 2min explanation would have been great given the fee. I had in fact already read the instruction online and was also happy to read and watch the videos at home but it always helps to cover any questions in person. As a busy mom I also wasn’t sure I was going to get a lot of time to read slabs of text.This level of dismissal happened on multiple occasions unfortunately.1. At the very start of the session she told us we hadn’t properly read the entry instructions2. I called in advance to ask what earring were included, on the phone she mentioned there were ones available for selection in the $218 range. Upon entry she asked us if we wanted yellow gold or white gold earrings (outside $218 fee). When it came to selecting the earrings I asked which earrings were included in the initial booking fee and she was frustrated and said ‘you haven’t paid anything yet’. Felt like she was annoyed we didn’t go with the more expensive white or yellow gold options.Overall she’s clearly very skilled at what she does but has minimal empathy for the customer

I can’t recommend this place enough! I took both my 8-month-old and 2-year-old here and had the BEST experience. Angel is kind, professional, and very knowledgable. She made me feel at ease (especially with my teething 2-year-old) and was very organized. She was great at instructing us during each of my girl’s procedures, and they did so well! They both cried a little at each piercing (which is to be expected), but Angel was quick to let me walk around with them afterwards and they were both fine.The whole studio felt clean and Angel was very careful about ensuring everything from the showroom area to the procedure area was sanitized. She has ALL the information you need to know before, during, and after your appointment on her website. Reading everything before the appointments definitely made it easy to know what to expect. She also provided us with all the aftercare we needed, along with physical copies of instructions.Thank you, Angel, for such a wonderful experience!

Angel is amazing. She pierced my daughters ears on her first birthday. They healed beautifully and are perfect. She gives you everything you need for the aftercare. Love the jewelry too. We picked the classic 18k. Thank you Angel!!

Took my 5 month old daughter to her and she was amazing. Very clean, informative, and made me and my daughter feel very comfortable. She opened up everything right in front of me and explained what she was doing the entire time. Well worth the price and she had a lot of jewelry to choose from. I will be sending other family members and friends with kids to her.

Angel knows what shes doing. When you watch her, you can tell shes done this a million times. She marked the perfect spot on my baby and was done with it in a jiffy.The place was extremely sterile (I was joking with my husband that it looked like a crime scene since everything was covered). Angel minimized touch surfaces and also gave really good aftercare instructions. Highly recommend this place.

Got my 6yr old pierced here with Angel. Ive gone to a bunch of piercing studios since I got my first ear piercing when I was 18. Ive only gone to studios that clearly knew what they were doing. My favorite studio in a different town was run by a retired nurse who successfully identified my friends mild metal allergy and handled another friend who is hyper prone to fainting, and with those high expectations Angel did not disappoint. Her energy is really good for kids, and she was very patient when the decision to pick out the perfect first earrings was taking forever.The price is not cheap, but it is all inclusive. It has a very nice care kit with soap, sea salt and even a bottle of water. She threw in extra backings and explained very clearly the care instructions. Please, if you love your child go to a studio like this instead of getting stabbed with a piercing gun at the mall. Angel took great care in making the alignment really symmetrical, and for something that will be with my child long after Im pushing dasies, I appreciate that care.She does use the earring for piercing because she says the hollow needs are just too much for most kids. Given the look on my daughters face after being stabbed, I understand. I am a little bummed because I know you can get a cleaner hole with a hollow needle, but well have to wait and just see how well it heals.Thanks Angel, if I can convince my son that earrings are cool well see you again!

Too expensive, we are dealing with babies here, so its impossible to keep time, she asked to cancel the appointment and reschedule for being 10 mins late. We paid extra $$ to make it work. Not worth it, any local store or you pediatrician office does ear piercing for better price.When I think about it, the service they offer is unique of its kind. Helping people in the bay area. So editing my review. Good luck

Nice place!!! I just went back with my second baby to get her ears pierced. It was a good experience for my daughter, the owner is professional and sweet, the place is very clean. She gave me all the products to take care of her ears at home.

Definitely not your ordinary Claire’s #sorrynotsorry to Claire’s but if you are taking your babies that you love so much, you want the best for them to get their ears pierced . Its just has to be with someone professional and knows how to handle clean and precise way! Someone you can trust, that knows what they’re doing, this place is definitely IT! Thanks Angel!

A fantastic ear piercing experience for my daughter, the owner Angel was very informative, patient, and gentle. The earring selection was beautiful and there were a lot of choices from gold, medical stainless steel, and diamonds. We even received a little go bag with all the products to take care of her ears. The best part is that she is certified which gave me piece of mind instead of going to the nearest mall.

She is very by the book. It is expected that you read everything on the website ahead of time and that you read all signs before even moving inside the piercing studio (for example, don’t open the door, only she can open the door). Also don’t ask many questions (i.e.: when asked “do you use a piercing gun”- she said is like asking a dentist what tools you use). Piercing studio is like a house (just to manage expectations). We are very satisfied with the end result, hygiene, and procedure but this is not the most customer centric, friendly and warm experience. Also agree with other comments that it’s very expensive for what it is, but for a baby I guess you would pay more.

I just got back from the getting my nose pierced by the amazing and talented Angel. I walked in very nervous and scared since i read and watched so many video and reviews on nose piercings in general. I walked in with my mom and she was so knowledgable in which ring would fit best and which ring i wouldnt have an allergic reaction to. We (my mom) signed the papers and before we knew it she was placing a colored dot on my nose and the first dot she made was in the exact spot i wanted it. Before I knew it she had the needle in, out, and the ring in. She was so fast, efficient and just perfect. I would recommend her to all my friends and I will be back for my ears (double and cartilage) over the summer for sure! Thanks Angel!!!

I was able to get an appt very quickly for my forward Helix and reopening my nose.Angel took time to go over each procedure how to clean and what to look for. She responded quickly when I called a few days later with a question about my nose.I was so happy and confident with my experience I returned a month later for my Tragus. Already making plans with 2 friends to go in for our Daiths.... cant wait. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANGEL!

Good to see they have 14/18k gold options. The piercing though is too small almost needle like so doesnt really fit regular indian gold jewelry. No numbing gel used and photos are not allowed.

My LO felt so comfortable and confident being able to choose the pace and Angel being honest about every step of the process. Highly recommend!!

Easy ear piercing for baby. She explained exactly what to expect, and the whole experience was good.They take a lot of precautions for covid-19! Appreciate the effort in keeping everyone safe.

I love this place. I went in with old piercings that were closed over after my ears became hyper-sensitive to various metals. I thought they would need to be re-pierced, but the owner just opened the old holes. It was far let painless and very successful. I now know what metals will work best and I can now wear great earrings again.
