Removery Tattoo Removal & Fading

I recently began the process of removing my visible tattoos and chose this office to get started. Luis was extremely honest and professional, walking me through the entire process and setting clear expectations. I purchased the unlimited package on the spot and began my removal journey the same day. Melissa and Marie were great, preparing me for the session and answering all of my questions before and during the procedure. The office is always clean and well-organized whenever I visit. I highly recommend this place.

I had my consultation and first session done same day at Removery and I definitely recommend coming here for tattoo removals over any location! The process was straight forward and staff was transparent with the process and realistic expectations on removal results. The actual laser session took at most 2 minutes (for a medium size tattoo) and wasnt as bad as I imagined!

It was easy to book an appointment. The entire staff was friendly and did a good job at explaining the entire process. I went in for a consult and was able to complete my first session. Everything took about an hour (including the wait time). The office is small and they seem pretty busy. There plenty of parking in the shopping center so that’s always a plus . I didn’t know what to expect but the team made it a great experience! I would recommend.

Been searching for a place to erase some of my eyebrow tattoo. I’m glad I found Removery. Booking for an appointment online was super easy. I came in today for a consultation, and was helped right away. No wait time. Luis was was very thorough with the intake, explained thoroughly the whole process. Marie was superb! She did the initial skin test on the brow to check for skin reactions, with no out of pocket cost. Will return in 2 months for evaluation. I am deeply satisfied with the whole service, very welcoming, and competent staff. Thank you!

Excellent service from the very first visit. Luis was very professional while walking me through my options for tattoo removal. Melissa has been superb as a lazer technician. However, shes the one person Im not so excited to see...Ouch!!! I have to say I do have a favorite out of everyone to work on me and that is Melissa, MSN, BSN, RN, she makes the experience, quick, professional, and A excellent tech all the way around. Marie is amazing! She has worked on me 4/6 sessions. She has great clinical and interpersonal skills and makes my appointments feasible! Laser tattoo removal can sound scary but she never leaves me feeling like I don’t want to come back. LOL and my tattoo is literally disappearing! It’s a process but it’s worth it! Marie deserves a fat raise!

Melissa is great! Im always in and out. Easy to get there, easy to park. If you gotta get it done, this is a great place to do it.

If you are looking to do eye brow tattoo removal this IS NOT the place to go. You will be rushed through your appointment and they will do a very light removal. So that you can schedule more sessions to keep coming back multplie times. This is a complete waste of money, $250 to be exact. The specialist didnt even hold the laser close to my eye brows. Ive done this procedure several times and this was to be my final one. Before I have my eye brows re tattooed else where. After my quick 5 minute session. I told the specialist I didnt feel a thing and I have experience with this and know how it should feel. She proceeded to give me the mirror and there is absolutely no difference in the look of my eyebrow. It was so bad she didnt even take a picture. Which is protocol for all procedures they do. I even gave it a day to see if anything would change and nothing. I called the location and spoke with the manager about seeing if they could redo the procedure correctly. He was completely careless about it. He did not want to redo the procedure or offer a partial refund. So if you are looking for tattoo removal service DO NOT come to this location. They are not professional at all and do not do a great job. You will be rushed in and out with no good results and feel completely ripped off. Also nothing worse than a business with a manager that could care less about providing good customer service, for what you pay for. Trust me. Dont waste your time here.

The level of professionalism and care from the staff (Marie, Melissa, and Luis) is outstanding. From the initial consultation and throughout the process, they are patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. If you choose this place, you’ve made a great decision!

I looove and hate Removery !!! Love because it’s doing so much good for me but hate because it hurts so much 🥴🤣We’ve all had our share of moments where we think something is right for ourselves, so right that we “permanently” ink it on our body. Removery is here for you to fix that!!They have great clean facilities, and everyone is super nice. Marie has been my tech for some time now and she’s very patient with me as I struggle between each laser removal. She gives me time to ice in between, and breaks if I need to throughout the session. They blow cold air on the area they are lasering so that helps with the pain, and we just got to remember, pain is temporary.They know their stuff so I definitely would follow their recommended time between each session, even though it takes quite a long time and pain to get something removed, the progress with each session makes it worthwhileI myself am a tattoo artist and can’t recommend Removery enough at my shop! I give out Removery brochures and business cards to clients who have tattoos they no longer want anymore. If you’re unsure or are shopping between different companies, I would definitely go with Removery. Bigger companies like LaserAway tend to be pricier and I’ve also seen other smaller companies who claim to be more affordable but realistically they’ve turned the machine on a lower setting which makes you come back more often. This makes the amount add up over time even though it may be lower.Removery is an honest company and truly wants to help people move past their mistakes.

To be honest I was not expecting to proceed with the procedure right there and then on the spot. Both Melissa and Luis answers all my questions and walked me thought the process.

Really pleased with Removery! I had been wanting to get some tattoos removed for a while and when I came across Removery I knew I would be in good hands. This location is awesome ! Plenty of parking, very clean, and the staff is amazing especially Melissa. While doing research I was scared by what people were saying but they were going to other places. I have to say the procedure itself is definitely bearable! Also I love that they offer different payment plans. I’ve only had 2 sessions but can’t wait to see results :) 10/10 recommend

I have scheduled an appointment with the Stevens Creek San Jose location for Lazor Tattoo eyebrow removal service. During the procedure, I noticed minimal sensation, which is consistent with my prior experiences. However, after only 5 minutes, I was informed that the service was complete. Upon examination, I observed no noticeable change in my eyebrows. When I brought this to the attention of the specialist, I was informed that the procedure is typically quick and painless. Upon closer inspection at home, I was disappointed to find no discernible difference. It seems the specialist may have used the machine cautiously, possibly to encourage repeat visits. Despite not disclosing my previous treatments, I feel dissatisfied with the outcome and perceive the service as below standard. Consequently, I do not intend to patronize this company or location again, as I am left with reservations regarding the quality of the service provided.

Amazing experience every time I come here! I’ve gone there 6 times now to remove a rather large tattoo, and they are always so warm and welcoming! Melissa has been the nurse to work on my removal and she’s made the process so easy. She’s so reassuring and just really takes the time to make sure I’m comfortable before, during and after. She’s been honest about my journey so far and has been so kind in answering all my questions so far. If you’re thinking about removal and can afford the journey, this is definitely a place to consider!

Had a great consultation today and even got a test to see how painful the procedure would be and I am glad they offered that because I am even more convinced of getting this tattoo gone! Very friendly, and professional. The practitioners are very thorough with explaining the process and how to take care of the treated, area post treatment. I would have liked for them to have been more competitive with pricing. I paid a hefty sum of $1150 to get a tattoo of lips removed. I originally paid 100 for the tattoo. But I opted in for complete removal.

Very professional, they explain to you in detail all the process and give you the price of single sessions, pack and complete package. The results I got to see from other people are amazing.

I visited the office and met with Luis and after looking at my tattoo he gave a real honest opinion that the ink would prob not come out all the way and that at best they could lighten it. I still may consider trying only because of the honesty of this place. Nice clean place and friendly staff.

I had my first session today! I was so nervous but the staff did an excellent job reassuring me that I was in good hands. Their kindness made the experience less scary. I’m so glad I chose Removery! Had my first session today! It was such a nice experience. From the moment I walked in the door Luis and Melissa kindly greeted me. Originally I was only going for a consultation. In this time I felt really comfortable, all my questions were answered, and Luis was attentive and informative. All the right information was provided and explained thoroughly. Once I was ready to start my session Melissa was super nice and comforting given the fact that I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect. This place is amazing! Definitely the best in the business of tattoo removal. My consultant Luis was detailed in his explanation of the process and packages they have, and I felt very confident in going forward with them. Melissa, the nurse who operates the laser, is so thorough and caring during the treatment and I can already see some movement after a few sessions. Can’t wait to see the final result!

Waste of time. I Had previous laser removal of my micro blading, and it wasn’t working. The people at Removery told me they would be able to address my eyebrows, but once I got in there, they told me they wouldn’t work on my eyebrows because they had been done elsewhere. Waste of time.

Was my first time here! I was greeted by Melissa and Luis. They were super nice! Luis gave me a consultation and was extremely helpful answering any questions i had! He also managed to squeeze me in for my first treatment as well. Melissa was the technician who did my laser removal! She made sure to make me feel comfortable and relaxed in the setting. She also explained a little bit more about the laser and overall healing process. All and all I had an amazing experience and I really appreciated the staff here. It can be hard to accept you’ve gotten a tattoo you no longer like, but talking to these technicians really gave me a ton of hope! I left there feeling amazing, and can’t wait to continue my laser removal. PS: the smell and taste from the laser are worse than the pain!

Love this place. Everyone is so kind and friendly, the place is super clean, the tattoo removal equipment is modern and relatively painless (the chilled air blowing during the process is awesome - getting the tattoo was much more painful). Highly recommend.

Time and time again, Melissa and Luis show nothing but the upmost compassion and accommodation for such an uncomfortable procedure. The staff at the stevens creek location is so kind and funny. Very comfortable atmosphere, the Intake guy has a very cool inspiring back story and answered all my questions with grace and straight to the point honesty. I was also shocked that they are the only company doing this posting about the clinical trials. And have locations all around the world. Definitely dont have to shop around removery is the best 👌🏼

The nurses are quite cheerful and they have a professional procedure, a cool space, not having to wait too long.

This is the third Removery location I have been to (Denver, a temporary SJ one, and now this one). I had a really good experience here and love the new location. It’s easy to find with plenty of parking.The two folks at the front desk were super welcoming and friendly, putting me at ease before the appointment. The nurse I worked with was also really great. He iced my skin before lasering to help reduce the pain, and listen to me when I told him I needed to ice longer. I also appreciated that he tried to put me at ease and didn’t get overly technical about what was going on (like the temp nurse I had at the other location which really ramped up my anxiety!). He got right to the point, encouraged me while it was happening, and made the process quick and seamless.I am removing a back tattoo which requires many many sessions so having friendly staff and a nurse with good bedside manners is my number one priority. I’m glad to be working with this team, and am already seeing excellent results. I highly recommend Removery San Jose for you appointments!

Everyone at the Stevens Creek location is friendly and professional and does a great job at managing your expectations and answers any questions you have along the way. I used Removery since I was in Philly. It’s good that I could transfer my credits to any Removery locations. The technicians at this location are also very experienced. The tattoo fades a lot. I can see a huge difference compared to my first treatment. Definitely recommend!

I had my consultation appointment this morning. I had read all the reviews and I knew was going to meet with Malik.As I was expecting he was so welcoming and nice. Not to mention that I was super nervous about the whole tattoo removal process but he immediately broke the ice and I felt super comfortable to open up about my fairly new tattoo on my wrist which just after 6 weeks I regretted. He patiently listened and since I had done a tons of research prior to my appointment, my consultation was pretty much about all the questions I had which he answered honestly.I met with Marie as well . she also answered my questions patiently and also did a test on my wrist.I was so ready to go through my Journey but due to some personal plans I’l rather to start in 2 weeks and I made my first session appointment.After my consultation I feel more comfortable and determined to go through this Journey with them.

Great place! Very friendly staffs and they always try to find the best day that works for u. My tattoo is finally getting out. Before when I use go to another places it was not giving much results! This place is specialized on tattoo removal. I had been at Lazer away and many another places for years and just waste money, time and the worse part is the pain. If u will fell pain and spend money it need to work!!! I went to a place that gave me many blisters and no results!!I am happy that I find the right place!!

I had a consultation with Luis and it was such a great experience. Luis was incredibly warm and supportive and I felt super comfortable during the entire appointment.

Made a 12pm appointment. I arrived early to fill out any necessary paperwork. This place does not keep to appointments and does not your respect your time. Wasted my lunch for nothing. While waiting another patient was taken ahead of me who was 45 minutes early to their appointment when it was still 45 minutes before their appointment. Don’t waste your time with this location.

Melissa does a great job for my laser treatments. They are really flexible with their schedule and I always leave with plenty of information. My tattoos are coming off really nicely.
