Hi I recently got a tattoo at this tattoo shop. And my experience was really good. The tattoo artist Jason is very nice and cool person to work with. And based on the type of tattoo somebody wants he gives great ideas on what will look good. Me personally I wanted my birth year tatted on my arm instead he told me to get 2 k tatted and the K in old english style looks very cool and crisp on the arm. Overall the staff is friendly and professional as well. And their pricing of tattoos for the quality of work that Jason does I would say is a good deal. And I recently went for a touch up on the tattoo back to him after a month which he didn’t charge me of which was a plus.

Went here to get an additional four piercings, three lobe total, one helix. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. Had my piercings done by Tony, who was super personable and you could really tell he was invested in providing the best piercings possible, and answered any and all questions perfectly. Would definitely return! Shout out again to Tony :)

Very happy with our experience! I was visiting from out of state and happen to come across this shop. Everyone was so kind and thorough. I got a tattoo by Yasemin. She was kind and had such a good hand. The pricing was great. My mom and niece got their ears pierced and the piercer was so sweet as well. Informative, clean, nice. Thank yall for a great experience while taking care of me and my family.

I just got my septum done TWO times. I had him check my anatomy and he said I was fine. I got it done and he said he wanted to do it again. Told him if he thinks that was the best thing to go ahead and do it. When he did the second one you couldn’t even see the balls. Took it out in the car because it was hurting. Very upset. $88 down the drain

Terrible customer service. The first time I had a piercing changed, I had no issues, but last weekend I went in as the weekend before I bought a tragus earring and paid to have them put it in, but it was way too long, so I went back. The first associate I talked to said she would never put this long of bar in a tragus. She got the manager and they offered a discount on jewelry but I’d have to pay to get it put in again. I cannot change it myself and I’m in a sling from surgery, but this was their only offer... I walked out and will not be going back as I shouldn’t have to pay to get it put in for their mistake. I cannot support a company that doesn’t support the customer when it’s an associate’s mistake.

Been to bjp for every piercing, the only time I tried this location it ended up crooked and having to be fixed by another piercer at a different shop. The expirence was also very rushed unlike my expirences at other locations where they would mark where they wanted them, see if everythings even & where you want it. After reading your reviews and seeing the ratings 10/10 wouldnt go to this location again. Auburn location has been great tho 👌 👏

David is a really rude piercer , he just poked my nose made me bleed and told me he couldn’t put my nose piercing in and then when I walked away he told me to go back to the other piercer. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL

Got some piercings done for myself (youll just have to guess which ones are new!) and my kids cartilage. The piercer was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient with my kid who was super nervous about getting his first cartilage done.

Had some piercings done. Everybody was super professional girl up front of very helpful. The girl that did the piercings was awesome. Will definitely go back such a great experience

Good experience until i met Ryan who was rlly rude to me told me wait couple minutes to get my piercing and he was taking forever (10-15 min). Not happy…

Bro do not get pierced here...dude is super rushy and only about the money, tried giving him the benefit of the doubt and went back two times months apart just to get the same result. Crooked and blown out piercings, goto a real shop if anything it cost the same or is cheaper! For the uneducated most tattoo shops normally have a better more qualified person who does piercings! The guy works both locations southcenter and auburn stay clear, Short Hispanic or native dude with some form of bite piercings. Bro needs tobe let go 💯

The piercer David was nice but the whole place seems really unprofessional. Starting of with if you want to get a piercing you need to sign a form saying they can do anything possible without experiencing any legal action and that theres no refund. before you even get the piercing you have to sign this which is suspicious.anyways I got my snake bites pierced and he used pretty short bars which left no room for swelling. One of my piercings was beginning to embed so I came to the shop and asked him if I should switch it (this was less than a week later and his first response was who did you get this pierced with, like dude its ur own work.) And he said come back if it gets worse then he will switch it, that same exact night it fully embedded and I had to go to the hospital to get it out. thanks David

Ryan is HORRIBLEEE!!!! He did a piercing for me and it got so infected! I went to him and he literally kicked me out of the store with no remorse. HE DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOU DONT GO!

This is such a horrible place. Rude workers and bad customer service. Everyone please go to another jewelry store for your own good. They are very expensive too. Also Ryan was so rude to my little 5 year old about what jewelry he should get.

Friendly staff, clean, reasonable prices. But the people working the desk were very wrong about the wait time. I was a walk-in for a piercing and they told me it would be a 20 minute wait with the chance to get in sooner and I ended up waiting a full hour. Probably best to make an appointment.

Piercers make you feel really comfortable, they dont talk too much while the actual needle is going through which helped with my anxiety cause some will talk through the whole process making me super nervous... the girls at the register were patient and rlly nice. They gave helpful tips on the healing process of each piercing I had questions about. This is my third peircing im getting there and all were done correctly.

Horrible customer service here. Many of the workers are racist and islamophobic. They also delete reviews that talk about the disgusting behavior. Please do come here if you are poc or Muslim. Find an alternative, because this place is horrible.

I had a great experience here. Noelle ( if I’m spelling that right) was quick, gentle, and knew what she was doing. She checked my anatomy to make sure I was good to go with an Industrial piercing (which is exactly what a professional piercer is supposed to do). She’s got a chill vibe and I was very satisfied with my piercing. 4 weeks later and things are still great just gotta keep it clean!

Just got some work done by Jason. He was a pleasure to work with and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Will have to remember him next time I want some work done

Axel was so kind! Super easing going energy. Axel was patient with my partner and I as we had a lot to look for today. They even double checked my nostril size for me! They grabbed a different hoop than I asked but their choice was even better than what I initially wanted. Very very sweet and knowledgeable. Best experience Ive had here before! We will definitely be back. Axel is amazing!

Better selection of jewelry than you’d expect, very courteous staff, and highly clean and professional piercer. I came in with an emergency stuck double flair septum that the piercer took out painlessly for me!

Was told 30 minute wait time. Ended up being a 55 minute wait before I was serviced. Incompetent staff ignoring customers upon walking in, overpriced piercings and major lack of staff. Do NOT go here if you at all value your own time, it will be wasted. AND the left ear piercing is at an angle vs the right is straight. Overall terrible store and experience, highly advise against shopping here

Huge shout out to Ryan the piercer! Went in last week and he had just dealt with an extremely rude customer. I was next up, and he was unfazed and professional. I’ve received over 10 piercings and have my other nostril done, he pierced my nose with such precision and care! It was one of the best piercing experiences of my entire life, so painless, so quick and it’s healing perfectly would go back again! Very kind staff in the store:)

The guy who did my septum was pretty nice. But he pierced my nose wrong. He hit my cartilage and it was extremely painful. I was told it wasn’t even supposed to hurt that much and it felt it try to pierce through my cartilage.It was EXTREMELY PAINFUL.I wish I would’ve known and read the reviews first.. he was nice but he didn’t do it right. Even told us to use saltwater to clean out piercings. I am in so much pain.It was very disorganized too. We were told to wait 20 minutes only to wait like a hour.People kept cutting and they didn’t do anything about it.

They did an amazing job piercing my daughters (17y.o.) noes! Super friendly and informative and made sure to tell us how to care for the piercing.

Unfortunately, Ive had two piercings done here that did not heal properly. Ultimately, I had to remove them both after spending the money to have it done. This last piercing was a second nose piercing. I went back in at 3 months because it didnt seem to be healing. They told me to give it more time, which I did. Went back in a month later and they said the same thing even though there was a visible bump near the piercing. Ive had several other piercings and tattoos done at other places and never had had a problem. I would not recommend this place.

I want to write an addition to my original review as I am still dealing with the consequences caused by an upset piercer.I went in the get my navel pierced, it was my first body piercing and I wasnt very knowledgeable. I talked to the piercer and everything seemed fine, she did seem a bit irritated and I have no idea why, she marked me with a pen and did the piercing. An hour later I was walking around and bled through my shirt, I went back and she helped clean up the blood but I had to get a new shirt. I feel I should also mention that I said it looked weird and she flat out told me she did it wrong on purpose, I then tried to go to dinner with my friends but I couldnt sit straight for about a week.A few months go by and I notice the jewelry is basically falling out, I go to another piercer to ask him about it and he tells me that I was pierced too shallow. I wait about a year and another piercer thinks its healed enough to pierce me again, a few months after the second piercing the jewelry gets bumped and goes back into the original hole causing me to bleed all over yet again. I am now working with a body modification specialist to try to stitch my piercing closed since there is too much scare tissue for it to close anymore. This whole thing has been a bad and expensive experience for my first piercing and could have all been avoided had the piercer done her job correctly and not been upset and taken it out on me. She shouldnt be allowed to work at any piercing or tattoo shop because what she did was flat out wrong on so many levels.This is for a piece of jewelry I went in for: I didnt want to go in to start but I needed jewelry. Although the employee was kind of knowledgeable she wasnt that nice. I felt a bit rushed and she didnt make it very clear where the jewelry I needed was.

I have 14 piercings and this is the worst place I’ve ever been to. The piercer is RACIST and UNSANITARY I will never go back again DO NOT GO HERE

Pierced gave me a septum, however, the piercing was crooked as hell. Asked the piercer to redo it and he wouldn’t. Asked a couple of different opinions and all said it’s crooked. They refunded me the money after trying to blame the crookedness on swelling. but wouldn’t want to give me f’ing gloves to remove my piercing myself. Bad service altogether. Don’t go there unless u want crooked piercings.

Everything was done so perfectly. I had to schedule my nipple piercings appointment for the next day since the piercer was booked for the day, but they totally let you pay ahead and get all the accessories you need.Bobby is also a master of his art; he made a recommendation for the jewelry along with placement and size while also giving good reasoning for the decision, we went with it, and I was out in like, ten minutes. Hes quick and precise with a needle, so I highly recommend this place piercings.

The guy that pierced my septum was nice, but he pierced it wrong. he pierced my cartilage which hurt worse than i thought and came out crooked. i called the next day and told them the my septum piercing came out cooked and they said it’s bc it’s a “fresh piercing” and i’d have to wait 6 months to check to see if it’s not cooked anymore. not only that they were being rude as hell on the call with me. it’s been about 5 months now and i’m planning to take the piercing off. i don’t recommend this place at all

I got my first tattoo from here 4 years ago and they were great with talking to me about everything thag they were doing! I got #4 here and still the same professionalism! I also had to get my cartilage taken out for an MRI and they told me all about being able to get them back in after taking the retainer out. Overall amazing place and I will continue to come back :)

I went there to buy myself some new jewelry for my nose and then some guy came up to me and said my kind wasn’t welcome there (I’m black) and I really didn’t appreciate that I think his name was Ryan. I am NEVER going back that is absolutely disgusting please don’t shop there go online or something ew

I wouldn’t get my nose pierced here if you have a wider/ethnic nose because they won’t know how to pierce it correctly. I recently went to another shop to get the jewelry taken out that I got from this store because it was cheap & infecting my nose. The piercer told me they pierced both sides of my nose in the incorrect spot (I got them done at separate times) & that it should’ve been higher. So I had to take both sides out & now have to wait 3-4 weeks to get my nose pierced again. I’d only go back here for earrings because at least those don’t tarnish after a couple months of wearing it.

Ive had a good and bad experience here. They do all kinds of pirecings and tattoos. They do walkin appointment for piercings, are friendly, and reasonably priced. They did a good job piecing my daughters industrial but I went in to buy a new earring for my treagus and was given the wrong piece of jewelry for it by one of the sales people and then the piercer put it in and didnt say anything. It was the wrong size for my piercing and hurt really bad as soon as he put it in. I ended up having to go somewhere else to have the jewelry removed and had to buy another earring that was smaller. My ear immediately stopped hurting as soon as I took the one out that I bought from here. So if your getting a piercing done here its okay but if your changing your jewelry be careful.

Got pierced here, and tattoos done. Jason is my artist, the only one Ill see, and he is always friendly. Raquel is my favorite piercer, with a great attitude and knowledge of the body. She makes me feel confident in trusting her. I took my girlfriend to get her ears pierced with Raquel, because I knew she would make it a great experience, and she did! Thank you to the great staff that are always helpful and positive!

I been to this place numerous times for body jewlery and peircings, This review isnt about the peircers because their chill but this one day i walk in and ask the tattoo artist (idk his name but it was a bold white guy) if i can get a touchup on a name on my arm, he barely even looked at my tattoo and said they dont do touchups on names at their shop and as i was walking away he was asking someone if i was mexican?? I dont understand why theres name tats posted to represent the shop when i was shot down the moment i asked.. and i dont understand why my race/ethnic background would have anything to do with a tattoo consultation....

Raquel is amazing with piercings! I have gone there twice and got her both times to do my piercings. Great attitude and outstanding customer service. However, the wait at the counter was a little long. Not sure how the tattoos are here but the piercings are A++.

Awesome experience, piercer was very friendly and took time out of his day to squeeze me in for a navel piercing. He talked me through the whole thing and did it so quick it was over in a second, perfect line up as well!

Every visit has only been pleasant. The workers are informative and helpful.This morning I woke up with the ball that keeps my piercing together missing. Not only did they replace the entire piercing with a slightly roomier hoop, but they refused payment for it.I will be visiting them again.

I got my piercing the 29th of may &’ it was my first piercing (besides the ears) &’ honestly i enjoyed the whole experience! it didn’t hurt , it was a sting which i didn’t mind tbh ! staff were amazing &’ i want to thank ryan for helping me with my nerves &’ made me feel comfortable! i bought saline solution there too for my piercing!

I really like this place. Not as big of a selection on body jewelry as the one in Auburn but they still have a decent amount. The workers are generally nice, Ive only ever meet one rude employee and this is the only place I get my jewelry. Some stuff can get pretty pricey but they are good quality. Only gripe is that I bought a cute snake for my tragus and its eyes fell out like a month later, I can still wear it but I am bummed.

Just got a tattoo there. I am happy with the results, even though well need to do a touch up(not a problem!) I was just a little iffy about the customer service, not too great to be honest, didnt feel welcome at all when I tried to schedule an appointment last week or when I did a walk in today. Not condemning everyone, of course, some of the people there sounded pretty friendly.

Omg where do I even start! This place was so welcoming and patient with me. It was my second time getting a piercing but the first time I was a baby and now I’m 13 so I was nervous. I came in the day before to ask questions and the lady at the front was so nice and understanding walking me through the basics of the piercings I wanted. I wanted double cartilage aka double helix. I came in the next day and the lady remembered me and asked if I settled on what I wanted. She went through the steps of the process and was very nice in general. Shout out to Ryan btw for being an awesome piercer I highly recommend him! He was so patient and understood I was nervous. He calmly explained what was going to happen and said it would be over very quick. He did the piercings very quick and gentle. It didn’t really hurt at all. I wanted to take a break in between the first and second but he gave me a heads up saying it would be better to get it right after so that the adrenaline didn’t wear off. It was very quick and almost painless. My sister and step dad were right by me and were more scared then me tbh. He was very gentle with cleaning the piercings after. Overall the place was amazing and made my piercing experience a breeze. I highly recommended to get piercings here! I don’t know about the tattoos they do but I’m sure they do wonderful tattoos! I didn’t even have to wait! It took like a minute after the papers were filled out! Again I highly recommend this place and will be coming back for my 8 other piercings!

Brought my teen in to get a septum piercing from Ryan today...we were super nervous but he was very friendly and very little pain during and even after! Quick easy and looks great. We were a little tight on cash or I would have tipped a twenty at least! We were in and out quick and easy with minimal trauma which this nervous mom appreciated! We’ll be back...thanks!

The worker Chelsea is really awesome, she is very helpful in every way! She helped me get what I needed for my piercings as well as for my gauged ears. They are clean and have pretty good prices! They always do their best to accommodate you in every way!

I got a tattoo there and I very much love the result BUT the customer service needs A LOT OF WORK. They discriminated my sister because she was bigger than I am. They asked us what we wanted (there was three of us). One cherry, strawberry, and one are coordinates. My sister that was wronged wanted the coordinates. A guy named Jason said out loud that he was going to take his time and over price her to his coworker. My sister obviously heard it and was hurt. It was noticed that Jason and a female artist kept going back and forth on who was going to do the number tattoo. After my tattoo got finished and as I was paying, my sister got into an argument with Jason. Jason was shouting at my sister across the shop. Saying thing to dismiss what my sister had heard. If she misunderstood, why do you have to shout at a customer across the shop? Why didn’t you approached her and apologize? We were still customers and Jason didn’t handle this in a professional way. Definitely not coming here nor recommending this place ever.

The guy that did my piercing was rude to me. I let this slide because I wasn’t in the mood for conflict. However it’s months later and I’m realizing my piercing is extremely crooked. Bad experience and bad results.

I came to get a tattoo done by Jasmine. I told her what I wanted, some initials that spelled out hyyh across my knuckles. Thats what we agreed on and thats she printed out. When I got home I realized she tattooed hyhy. Not what I wanted. Now I have to get it laser removed so that it can be fixed. I will take some responsibility and say that I wasnt really paying attention while she was tattooing me, but she refuses to take responsibility on her end and claims its not her fault and refuses to give me any kind of refund. I was even willing to come back to her to let her fix it once its removed but now thats out the window. I will not be coming back here and she will never be tattooing me again.

Just got a matching tattoos with my wife. Jason Peckman was the artist. We love the tattoos, couldnt be happier. Jason was super polite & professional. I would recommend him for all your tattoo needs. Oh & what a great price too.

Got my very first tattoo!!! Great experience with adrienne i was so nervous but he explained everything and it was so easy for me!!! I recommend Adrienne to my friend and she had her tattoo from him too!!! Highly recommend this place and Adrienne he s great artist.

Went with my cousin to get a nose piercing and piercer didn’t open everything in front of us, made us wait outside. we wanted to make sure tools were new and sterilize but we aren’t sure. my cousins piercing started bleeding so much, and mine wasn’t put in right cause the end of it poked the inside of my nose. not sure if it was a good idea.

I have been in several times to get my nose piercing back in and I have always gotten great service. Everyone is really nice and helpful. Today Noelle helped me and she was very helpful. The piercer is super nice and very good. Check them out.

I always come to BJP to get my body jewelry . The price is right. There is a very good selection. The staff are generally always helpful and patient. Shopping for body jewelry can be extremely needy and it always great to have someone who is knowledgeable. Today I was helped by the owner Kim, whom Ive never met before and didnt know who she was when she was helping me. It was a real treat and fantastic reflection of company image. Charles cashed me out and it was a fantastic experience. Ill be back for sure and I always spread the word! Thanks!

Went here originally just to get a new dangling earring and my sister decided she wanted to get her ear pierced. I did it as well since we had had promised to get them done together. I went in and had changed my mind on the placement of my new piercing, Ryan was very nice about it and didnt even make me pay the extra $5 for changing the placement. I thanked him and he even answered all my questions. I asked him about after care and asked him what kind of soap would be best, he said any would be find. He didnt try to push any of the after care products on me either. Ryan was very nice and professional.Edit: Things suddenly took a turn. My right ear lub suddenly started to hurt so I started cleaning it more often. Still hurt, I decided to use a hot towel which worked in getting the swelling down but now it hurts again.I have no clue how to take out my earing now that its stuck inside my ear lub, called the store explained everything to the woman and was told to come in. I asked if they would be able to help me. As a way to reassure myself that everything will be okay. Women suddenly sounded annoyed and said Youll Have to come in. So the piercer can take a look. This put me off and made me worry more, as you can tell Im not coming here to get it removed.Keeping it a three since Ryan was still nice and helpful.

Tattoo artists think they are inkmasters! Went in for a dollar coin sized tattoo on my wrist with very little detail and they said $180!! Dont go there unless you have a lot of money to spend on ink.

Come here a few times for cute jewelry for myself or friends. The folk who work here are really good at helping me find exactly what Im looking for, and for advice with piercings and the like.I have never gotten pierced here, but the pierced have also helped me out with healing piercings!

I must say that, the employee by the name of Rebecca made my night Wednesday Night (10/14/2020). She was super extremely helpful, she put my dye on hold for me THAT I COULDN’T FIND IN STOCK ANYWHERE ELSE!! I notice she also handled the traffic coming in, and the store looked busy close to close. She managed customers, she remembered my over-the-phone hold, and was communicating with me, the customers, and her co-workers confidently. Rebecca I appreciate you, and who ever is a higher up, needs to give you a raise for your kind, genuine costumer service. THANK YOU!

David the body piercer at SouthCenter mall normally does my piercings, he is the very BEST! Unfortunately he was not in this past Sunday, so I went to Factoria Mall instead to see their body piercer Shelby. Shelby was absolutely amazing and did a great job! I also want to acknowledge Shelby on the floor at Southcenter, she is so helpful and gives great customer service! The Manager Rebekah is so fun, upbeat and very helpful. She has helped me on several occasions (great service). I would highly recommend David and Shelby, they do a great job (the Best), love my piercings!

David (aka Bobby) is absolutely terrible! The worst experience! Went there to buy new jewelry and paid for a jewelry change on my tragus , it literally fell out the next day . Went back a few days later to pay for the same thing again and was told I needed to pay a stretching fee on my piercing I’ve had for years that only had no jewelry because they didn’t close all the way when changing . When I complained about the stretching fee was told I could either get a refund or pay it . Paid it then felt like there was complete unnecessary roughness and force David (aka Bobby) put the new one in. Left the business feeling assaulted, NEVER AGAIN!!!

I dont recommend this place for getting a piercing or jewelry. Ive been stopping in here since I was about 15 and had pierced my own lip and needed jewelry for it. Back then it was a good store with helpful/very nice workers. Not anymore. Recently I stopped in to get jeweled balls for my barbells. Wore them one time and FOUR of the jewels came out right away. It has one jewel then many around it. I had gotten a few other things while I was in there and I didnt notice until I got home that the lady (dont remember her name) gave me one wrong set of balls. I had asked to get the red, green and light blue jeweled balls and I saw her put them all in the little basket but I wanted to look around a bit more so by the time I get home I open the tiny little bag (that you cant see through. I dont know why they changed the little bags because you used to be able to see everything that was in them) and I was missing my green ones. Instead I saw the red ones, blue ones and plain silver ones you can literally get at any piercing store. I also love when I walk in there an am completely ignored by the workers whod rather be chatting to each other. Too busy to notice a person standing right there thats willing to spend money on the products they sell that apparently break easily. I understand theyve been using a bunch of different people but the first thing you should tell your worker is to be respectful. I have stood at the counter for 20 minutes before without a worker saying a thing. Ive even gotten mean looks from some before. Well that will definitely be the last time I ever go there. Bad/lazy workers (that cant even give you what you buy apparently), slow service and cheap products. I used to love this place but its gone down hill and Im not gonna waste my money here anymore. I get better jewelry from Amazon for a better price. I might not be able to find the same jewelry but at least it wont break/lose pieces so fast. Im so fed up with this place. Dont go there.

My girlfriend had been wanting to get studs for her lip piercings and had some scar tissue/swelling so she needed longer than standard on on side. We had tried a few other places before finding Body Jewelry Plus. We walked in and were greeted by Charles. He listened to her request and suggested some neometal threadless studs. She was unsure of them at first(and even broke one unfortunately!). We went back and Charles got it all sorted out, even took it a step further and helped us press fit the gems when he didnt have to(they werent in her face obviously, thats unsanitary.) we went back a few days later to get a size larger because her lips were irritated and he convinced her to finally get her septum done. The procedure was fast, painless, sanitary, and the paperwork took less time than the piercing. Ryan did the piercing for her and I quote he was wonderful, the piercing went smoothly and beautifully. Went in to find a replacement barbell, the young lady that helped me did a wonderful job helping me figure out the right one I needed since I couldnt remember what size it was. They also have a very large selection to choose from and the prices are very reasonable.

Another Review for Jason... Me and my boyfriend arrived 30 mins early for a tattoo he had scheduled a week prior with Jason. Me and my boyfriend continuously looked at Jasons work, and thought it was really good. Once we showed up 30 mins early he decided to show up 10 mins before the appointment extremely unprepared. He then decided to inform my boyfriend that “she will be doing his tattoo” he didn’t give a formal introduction to who this women was, or ask if this was okay. She did an amazing job, but Jason needs to work on his professionalism by far. Also he didn’t give her a pass down of the tattoo at all he had just sent her a picture of it without any of the notes he made on the tattoo that my boyfriend wanted included. She had to reconstruct the elements that he originally wanted which took 45 mins past our appointment time. Not her fault at all of course! Shame on Jason.

I paid to get two piercings done, the employee messed up and only placed one piercing to clean. Rather than apologizeing and suggesting alternatives to there mistake, I got tolled I would not get all my cash back because the peircer had waested time setting his supplies. I got charged 20$. Not only was I supper upset that I did not get what I wanted, but I had to pay for an employees mistake.

I always change my nose pierce here and they were fine. Then today i came in to change from a hoop to a stud and the lady who did it had no skill at all. It was super painful and then it got swollen and red and I got so mad. She did not even apologize and was acting weird like it was my fault that she could not get the stud in. Then I ended got my hoop back! Left there with the same hoop plus pain and a bump on my nose!

Minus 1 for the young girl (with long blonde hair) behind the counter. She doesnt know how to multitask, how to read and understand their contract nor was she warm. She didnt give us a wait time, she didnt explain the process and she didnt tell the piercer we were there and ready. Four points to David for his professionalism, quick work and his friendly, mild mannered way.

Just got nickeled and dime for things I later realized I didn’t need. Extra charges only $10 more but they probably do this all day. I should have known. Both girls not friendly and when I said to my friend “just forget it let’s go”. Then they were nice. They have another racket between them.Go to somewhere more reputable like the piercing place on Bellevue way in Bellevue.

I bought a septum clicker and the jewel fell out within a week. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and said Id try them one more time. I told the associate working the counter about the issue I had and she said shed never had a problem. I decided to try a new clicker without a jewel, and it wont even stay in. It will click into place but its so loose it falls right out. I will never go back and Ill make sure to tell everyone else I know to avoid this place like the plague.

Got my septum pierced here by a guy named Jim he made me feel comfortable and gave me good advice (a lot) on how to take care of my new piercing the process was quick. I dont see how some people are saying its so bad.

Came in to get my nose re-pierced because they had good reviews, ended up coming back because the Piercer was phenomenal! If you’re feeling uneasy about going to get a piercing I’d recommend going here.

The only reason why this is getting a star is because of the girl who checked me out. I have long nails and a hard time putting in my jewelry. I paid extra to have assistance. The piercer was so rude and said he couldnt find my hole... made me bleed and stretched out my hole. I went downstairs and the part that took me the longest was taking it out of the bag. He had no customer service and no idea what he was doing...thanks for the Gaiged nostril buddy.

Its not horrible but the store is not wheelchair friendly, also some weird old lady prayed at me and started talking about her dead son or something? Not the stores fault but weird that it happened anyway.

Was really disappointed. Bought some really cute plugs that were decently expensive, but they fell apart not even a week of wearing. And the other pair, the girl gave me the wrong size. And its nonrefundable. Super bummed. Will never buy jewlery here again.

Customer service was horrible there. The piercer, Ryan, gave me such an attitude and then when he changed out my piercing was so rough with it like he was doing it on purpose. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I went there at the end of February to have my nose piercing changed and I had a continuous hoop put in and the part where you bend it to open got stuck in my nose and the piercer denies it was his fault that it happened. I thought they could do something as simple as changing a nose piercing but I guess not. Please dont go there to get anything changed or pierced.

Shelby is great!!! Fixed my nose stud for me it was constantly sinking in she changed my stud to a longer length and it feels so much better THANK YOU THANK YOU would do 5 stars but she wasn’t my original piercer

I recently got my counch pierced here, a week later, it was infected and swollen beyond belief. I had to have it surgically removed because there was no way to unscrew the earring. Do not recommend going here.

Got a tattoo from Jason. I love it, was quick, he has a light hand, and I’d recommend to a friend easily!

I really want to enjoy this place cause its convenient but so far I keep getting the wrong sized stuff. I got some wooden and metal guages and nothing was sized correctly. Then they say non-refundable so youre stuck with product that wont work.

I had Adrian tonight he’s very patient pays attention to details and places he thinks he’s missed. If you have something with detail or a lot of detail he’s the guy to go too!! Thank you again and definitely will be returning for more!

Just got my lip ring jewelry switched out from a ball to the new push in thing at the shop. i felt like he was rushing and because of that he sliced my lip with the jewelry or something. then broke the jewI part that picked and paid for so i had to pick a differnt one.then once he did get it in and done as he was cleaning I looked in mirror and it was sticking way out still. had him look and he had to have me lay back down and finish pushing it in. like ug.maybe since i was the first of the day for him and he just got in but. there was no reason to rush. the place was empty and I told them multiple times I was in no hurry. hopefully was just one time thing.I like the place to get jewelry but wont go back to get stuff changed or pierced.

Came in Wednesday to get my brother and sisters ears pierced, was told by some white girl that I couldnt since I wasnt the guardian. Told me to come in with a written out note saying I had temporary guardianship and thats what I did the next day. Came in and was told by some other employee that it wasnt the case. Huge waste of my time. Wont visit again.

Inexperienced in customer service. Tattoo shop talked us out of our tattoo. Overheard shop girls say people in the sterilized room are sick. Overpriced at $150 an hour. Dont go here.

Went in with my girls we each got something done, I got my nipples pierced by Raquel she was sweet and very professional made it quick and it wasnt painful at all, its very clean environment and decently priced for the job and jewelry included.

Jason did an amazing job on my tattoo n was really cool and kind to me and helped me settle down as this was my first tattoo I recommend him!

This place has a good selection and the prices are lower that most stores (but not lower than online). The staff is all super nice, patient, and helpful. They also have clothes and some random other stuff, like incense and hand towels.

Was interested in getting a tattoo while in another state. When I asked a question in regards to information, I got nowhere. Very sad they dont have great guest interaction

Don’t come here. The bad reviews are right the piercer David isn’t professional he didn’t use any clamps and i had gotten a bridge piercing there and it’s crooked
