Ken did all my tattoos when I was younger and so happy I found him again to give my husband the experience in the future!

Trevor did my tattoo on my wrist and it is so cute I love it so much! I love how they worked with the humane society and did donations from these tattoos was the biggest reason I finally said I want to get a tattoo! One where people can see it! Id definitely go back for more pieces!! Loved the shop it was definitely a comfortable place to be in and loved the old rotary phones😉 overall 10/10 would do it all over again!

Its hard to imagine a tattoo shop being described as cozy but at independent body art thats what we found. What started off as just a spur of the moment thing led to some amazing ink. Place was clean, comfortable, and affordable. We went for some walk in tattoos. And our artist who was calm yet fun to relax around was named Daniel James and he made me and my wifes time all the better.Best part besides the great ink was you get to go into your own room in the house! Yes the house is a tattoo shop. So you have plenty of privacy. And they keep it so clean!If you want a great experience in a comfortable environment look no more. Great quality people work here and well definitely be back.Thank you independent body art.Big shout out to Daniel James!

Great place and the artists there do amazing work

I had a great time in the chair, and am very happy with my ink. Trevor was stellar, there werent even any awkward silences! Chilled out vibe, fun atmosphere. Definitely going back.

I am so disappointed with the professionalism and overall work I received. As someone who has never had a tattoo, I expected a higher level of professionalism. The artist was very short and provided me with little information on what was going to happen.Prior to the appointment, I met with the artist, reviewed his work and sent emails detailing what was wanted. He assured me it could be done.Upon arrival he completely distregarded my feelings. His sketch was crude and he took liberties with my design once it was already tattooed on my body. Instead of getting the realistic tattoo I wanted, I got an unsymmetrical, poorly shadded, bubble cartoon image.I understand my friends and I are young college age individuals that wanted something he probably thought was cliche, but we were still paying costumers and if he couldn’t follow our ideas or want to communicate he should have sent us somewhere else.If you don’t want to pay a fortune to have to get a tattoo fixed or have an amateur take liberties with what is going to be permanently on your body, I would take your money elsewhere!

Myself and my sons get all of our Ink done here. Ken and Asher are great people and do fantastic work! Definitely two thumbs up!!!

Made an appointment at 1pm. Showed up at 1 and then decided to help every walk in before me. Dont understand the point of making an appointment if it isnt honored.
