Staff is super friendly and nice and they actually take the time to explain to you and get more out of the sales.

I bought the earrings that were supposed to be more expensive and better for my daughters ears for them to heal faster because my daughter has eczema and keyloid skin and the earrings broke in half. I shouldve just gotten the cheaper ones. Mind you that I had to purchase three sets of earrings. Places like this doesnt like to compensate you. It would not be a problem and I would just forget about it if it were just the one or two times but when you start to experience unprifessionallism so many times, you feel like at some point you need to take action.
