Banter by Piercing Pagoda

Im so happy to say that I bought my first one from Banter this week and LOVE it!I went shopping at a mall because I wanted to see if I could just buy one instead of ordering it online and then having to wait as I was going to a holiday gathering at a friends house last evening. A friendly salesgirl at Banter asked me if it was for someone else or myself. When I told her it was for I myself she asked if I am new to wearing toe rings, as she had a few recommendations for a beginner. I was intrigued by a double row cuff sterling silver midi/toe ring and so I purchased it for 15.00, a great deal for a small product.I found a bench to try it on as I was just too excited to wait and see how this beautiful piece of jewelry would look on my toe. It was hard for me to hold in the joy I felt seeing it on my toe. It was basically the coolest thing EVER! Comfortable too as I was not sure about that as Im new to toe rings. After I finished my trip I went back to the girl at Banter to thank them for their help and they both told me it looked so good on me! Life basically didnt get better than that.I have attached some pictures for you to see. I may decide to purchase more in the near future so Ill gladly reach out if I have any questions.

I never realized how busy these locations can get! Went to get my childs ears pierced and it was a great experience. (I also got another earlobe piercing for myself ;).) The staff was friendly, made my child very comfortable, and completed the service quickly. They also had some very quality jewelry. I am very satisfied with the jewelry that we used for our piercings because its hard to find earrings that dont irritate my sensitive skin. My child had no pain afterwards and they are healing wonderfully. Thank you so much! I wish I would have got the staff members name so I could personally shout her out! This was on the lower level location of Springfield Mall during the weekday.

I don’t remember the workers name, but she did an excellent job piercing my newborns ears. The woman was very thorough and educated in the ear piercing procedure. I was very happy with the result.

I love the jewelry but the sales associates and store manager are not the most pleasant. I was basically forced to buy a warranty when I didn’t want one under the guise that it was “included” with my purchase basically removing the option for me to decline the extra fee. I wasn’t told that it was an additional charge and somehow per the associate and manager as a customer I’m supposed to know that it’s not free because nothing is free. And their excuse is that other customers get upset when trying to bring back items because they have no warranty like that has anything to do with me. I’ve never returned a thing and if something did break I just repurchased it. All I asked was that I was informed of the fee upfront instead of the dishonest sales approach to make their quota. Horrible customer service so I will not be a customer here ever again. Might as well go to Claire’s.

Jill was a big help! She is so sweet, professional, and knowledgeable she was able to pierce my ears and I love them, she also helped my mom pick out a matching set! She’s the best and I’ll be back in the future for another ear piercing from her! She deserves a raise!

I got my second ear peircing here 91 days ago and it got infected so I had to take both sides out not to mention it also spread to my first peircing so I had to take on if them out aswell. I went to the store to get a refund they said they had a 90 day policy and I could have got a warrant (they didnt tell me about either when I asked what happen if it got infected) so because i came one single day late I can get it re peirced. And wasted thirty five dollars that took away a peircing that was supposed to add two

EXCELLENT!My daughter is 9-years old and was nervous about getting her ears pierced. We did not initially plan on getting them done here, but I am extremely happy that we did! The lady was very friendly, helpful, and talked my daughter through the process so that she felt comfortable.My daughter did not even flinch! The piercings went super-smooth and without incident. The earrings were great quality and everyone loves the final result.I highly recommend this place!

I had the best experience here. Kyle assisted me and my boyfriend while we searched for jewelry. He was kind, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He really cared about my opinion while also giving some of his own. He was so patient which I really appreciate. He loves what he does and it definitely shows, physically and internally.

Got my ears pierced yesterday and didnt realize until today when I was cleaning them that they are not in in the same place they are very crooked and now Im going to have to pay more money to have them redone they look terrible

I went to the Piercing Pagoda located in the Springfield Mall. Britney was very helpful and she did a great job with my piercings. Britney, was friendly and professional. I went the next day to Willow Grove mall. I got my other ear pierced. The Young gentleman was busy, but polite and professional. The first one hurt a little, the second one wasnt so bad. Yes, I got four piercings total within a day of each other.

We had a wonderful experience having my 10 month old’s ears pierced. The manager was so kind, great with my daughter, and knowledgeable about their products and piercing (especially babies). 10/10!

All except for one heavy-set girl was very unfriendly and nonchalant. This is from my past experiences of going there. As for the jewelry its way over priced even to be located at the mall. Update: I took these stud earrings to the pawn shop. The man looked at them and tells me they aren’t real when he checked them in the magnifier or whatever. They sold me freaking fake supposed to be real gold jewelry

I recently made a visit just to check out some earrings, the staff were very helpful. Even wished me a Happy Birthday. I love my new jewelry.

I found this place online because I wanted to get my ears pierced. When I got there the lady was so polite and friendly. She was so informative and helpful, and now I’m loving my new piercings.

If I could give 10 ⭐ I would. I wish I thought to ask the mans name that did my 7 year olds piercing!! He was amazing. Very clean and friendly. Definitely recommend them to anyone!!

Nice sales person but performed too many transactions on several customer before performing piercings. Wait had to be 20- 30 minutes.

Got my daughters ears pierced and left in a matter of minutes. The sales people didnt push the more expensive ear rings so that was great.
