To whom this may regard,I’ve gotten multiple tattoos from here. I was pleased with there work. I messed up with my last tattoo after it was colored in by an apprentice. Matt messed up my arm and left me with permanent skin damage. Tasha is a great artist and I would recommend anyone to go to her. Be wary of of Matt and do not let him color your tattoo. If you want to color your tattoo let Tasha handle it. He has no remorse to the damage he done to my arm. I will never get my tattoo done by him or go to that establishment if he is still there. No other tattoo artist will touch my arm because of him. I went to California to get this retouched by professionals and they wouldn’t even redo the work. I gotten my other tattoos done by her other artists and they did a better job then Matt did. As this picture shows the skull is where I have skin damage. He should not be able to ink anyone else.Warmest

Went here to get both sides of my nose and my nipples pierced. When I scheduled the appointment, it said that a woman would be piercing me but when I got there they didn’t have any female piercers available. I had already decided that I was going to get my nipples pierced that day, and the piercer seemed friendly, so I felt comfortable letting him pierce me.My left nose piercing wasn’t even with the right one and he messed up both of my nipple piercings. The left nipple piercing was pierced completely wrong and the right one is crooked. If you’re gonna offer a service, at least know how to do it properly.

I came here with my two year old daughter to get her ears pierced. The staff was great, super friendly and they made my daughter feel so comfortable.The piercer was patient, talked us through each step, and thorough with aftercare instructions. The piercing went smoothly, with only a few tears shed. My daughter was even thoughtfully given an aftercare bag that included a few toys as a reward for her bravery. Definitely recommend this place for kids piercings!

Natasha and her staff provide a great environment and atmosphere for people to get tattoos and piercings. Schedule a consult talk over your idea, send them some photos to provide a reference and they will work with you to see your vision come to life as art work on your body. This shop is conveniently located in Springfield near the mall. Natasha created a whole sleeve tattoo for me over 2 visits. In February I went for the first time to get tattoo’ed and got some trees on my forearm. I’m from Montana/Colorado and used to cross country ski with my dad every weekend growing up in the winter. Sometimes we would even go at night when there was a full moon. Hiking and just being in the mountains is a great experience for me and I love how this tattoo turned out! Already thinking about what to get next. Thanks Natasha for suggesting the waterfall!!

I went last week to get my first tattoo and was very nervous. Matt made sure that I was comfortable and explained everything in detail to reassure me. He reviewed after care multiple time to ensure that I fully understood how to care for my tattoo, and so far it looks great. I would 100% recommend this shop to friends and anyone looking to get a tattoo. Thanks again to Matt and all of the wonderful staff!!

This place was amazing and gave off a really good environment. They didn’t have me in the shop all day which I love it was a quick process. shout out to Jayden who did my piercing he was super patient with us and make sure I was comfortable the whole time. They gave really good instructions on how to clean my piercing and when it was safe to change it I definitely recommended this place to everyone I knew.

I went into the shop to get my nose ring changed. When I first walked in the person at the front seemed annoyed by any question I asked about the jewelry. They went to the back to ask the piercer my questions. When the piercer brought me back he didn’t ask me anything about the jewelry I wanted. I wasn’t expecting the process to be painless but I was very clearly uncomfortable while he tried 3 or 4 different times to get my new jewelry in. When he finally got it in, the ring didn’t sit the way I wanted it to on my nose. I nicely asked if they had a smaller size and he said they did, but next time I should bring my own jewelry in. I understand that people have some off days, but I’ve gone to several shops and this was the worst experience I’ve had.

My daughter had her belly button pierced here. The man who did the piercing was 35 minutes late but everything went well. The price was very good for the area and includes the jewelry. The places closer to me were WAY more than this.I do recommend this place.

I first came to Inkiadore in 2022 and was seen by I believe Zaira, who was extremely pleasant and we had a great experience. Fast forward to this weekend, which was a totally different experience. We walked in and stood at the desk for a little while before someone came to speak with us. No greeting of any sort whatsoever. We were extremely disgusted when the only woman there was audacious enough and yelled out a racial slur when speaking to who looked like a guy who also worked there. That was extremely tasteless and wrong but she seemed to be just fine and unbothered. The lack of professionalism and customer service overall was very weird and disappointing and I think you all should definitely do a better job with that. Yelling out the N word in what should be a professional environment when you aren’t even Black to another person who isn’t either was just strange behavior. Do better!

Daniel was awesome he helped me out and spent a lot of time with me as i tried the different options they recommended. he did an amazing job making sure i was a happy customer highly recommend daniel! also he gave me a better deal than from mattress firm.

We went get a conch and a belly piercing. When we entered the first thing I noticed was the cleanliness. The employees fingernails were filled with dirt. After that we went to get the conch first he sanitized the ear. He took a needle which was not in a packet. Then he dipped the needle in a bottle of Vaseline. He jabbed the ear with it, in the most violent way. I have 13 piercings but none of them were inserted that violently. Next he took a q-tip and violently started circling it around the fresh piercing. It was bleeding and it filled 5 q-tips. It was still bleeding so I asked him do you have a saline solution to clean it. He said NO.For the belly piercing it was the same experience except that my friend was in so much pain as he took a cotton and sprayed alcohol on it. He rubbed it around the piercing pulling it and pushing it which make it bleed a lot. She was in so much pain that she grabbed his hand to stop. After that she stood up and then started to leave when he brought out another cotton to clean it again. I understand you have to clean it but he was not gentle at all. She told him to stop and I said to please let me clean it. But he said “let me do my job”. Then he put a patch on the piercing as much as I know you are not supposed to cover the piercing.After all that the cashier accused my other friend for not paying for a piercing when she didn’t even get anything done. So he asked her to show her ear and asked the employee. To which she replied “i already had it”.The customer service was absolutely awful. They made comments on us saying “it looks like you aren’t here for emotional support you look more scared ”. When me friend asked if she’s getting it done on the bench he replied “where else do you think”.Please do not get it don’t here there are better places.

This place is very professional, clean, and the artists are great. I received two tattoos and nose piercings for me and my teenage daughter. I plan on going back for another tattoo soon.

I came in for a nose piercing with my friend who came in to get his seconds done. Before I got the piercing he told me it would hurt very bad, which made me more anxious about the endeavor. Once he pierced my nose it took about 1 day for it to fully sink into my face because they gave me too short of a bar, causing me to go to another shop and get it done correctly. My friend who got his seconds done got the wrong jewelry as well.

Some of these comments left quite the impression on me and I was expecting to walk into an establishment that was fun and professional. However, neither of those things are true. Two women running the front desk were not at all welcoming, looked and sounded annoyed. My cousin and I made appointments days in advance to get pierced and we thought things would be fine. We were told that the piercer we booked with was not available and would arrive “soon” which ended up being an hour and forty five minutes later. Even when the piercer arrived, things didn’t get better. She didn’t apologize for being late, she didn’t greet either of us, and didn’t look happy to be there. You would think we dragged her out of her house suddenly to pierce us. I was looking very forward to this experience with Ink’l.Adore but it was just annoying from start to finish. We asked for a discount since we waited for so long and all they could say was “sorry” and a shrug.

Tahsa is a VERY talented artist. I have had a lot of work done by her and cannot wait to continue working with her. Clean shop, great attitude, friendly staff. I highly recommend this shop!

Awesome experience!! Ive been there before for my 5th tattoo! My 11 yr old wanted her ears pierced for her birthday, so we went!! Great experience. Asking her would you do it again? She says yes, it didnt hurt as bad as i thought it would. :)

I visited this place 3 weeks ago because my tragus earring had fallen out.To be concise, the taller younger guy with curly hair didnt know what he was doing.I brought in my earring for him to reinsert it into my ear, as I wasnt sure if the hole had closed.However, he ended up creating a new hole by forcefully stabbing the earring in.Despite me telling him it was hurting, he insisted it was almost in.When I removed the earring, I discovered I now have 2 holes, and they werent made by a needle but by the earring itself. THEY STABBED MY EAR WITH A EARRING I COULD HAVE DONE MYSELF.Their unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge in their work is evident, so I wont be returning!!#1 is the hole they stabbed with an earring#2 is done professionally somewhere else and it was suppose to go thru that hole not make 2 holes

TLDR: This place was amazing for piercing my 6.5 year old daughters ears. Brisa is an amazing piercer, professional, kind and gentle! HIGHLY recommend for any piercing. I cannot review for tattoos but considering the quality of the piercing I have a feeling their tattoo artists are equally wonderful. If I could give this place a 10/10 I would!Read below for the whole experience!I took my daughter to get her ears pierced today. She has been begging me to get them pierced for two years and I decided to let her get them pierced before school starts in a couple of weeks. We chose this place on a recommendation from a friend who took her 10 year old here for ear piercing. When we arrived the place was packed. Several people were waiting in the lobby but everyone was being mindful of social distancing and wearing masks. The lobby is clean and inviting, I think they even sell coffee. Yes like any tattoo place; there are some interesting items on the wall/funny sayings and adult language, but nothing my kids have not heard me say already! we waited a bit and then we were greeted by Brisa. She was the only one working and she specializes in piercing. She got us checked in and apologized that there would be a wait as it was pretty busy! Despite how busy it was and working both the front desk and doing piercings she was friendly and patient. You can tell she loves her job!We waited for a little over an hour but it was absolutely worth the wait! Brisa was professional, patient and friendly, she put my daughter at ease and explained everything that she was doing. She was so kind and gentle. She also marked the place where they would go and measured each side to ensure they were perfectly centered and even. My daughter didnt even cry for either piercing. I expected some tears and some hesitation when the process needed to be repeated on the next ear but she was fine, no tears! I was shocked This is the same child who the day before had to be held down to have her finger pricked to get some lab work done at her pediatricians office. I was skeptical that she was going to go through with getting her ears pierced today but she did it and I think a large part of the reason was Brisa! If you or your little ones want their ears pierced GO HERE! You wont regret it!

Everyone at the studio was so welcoming and fun! I felt very at ease. I went in to get my nose pierced, and my piercer, Jayd’n was very knowledgeable and explained proper care and answered all my questions! I will definitely be referring my friends here in the future! Thank you!!

Never experienced more atrocious customer service or even piercing service in my life. Came in for a navel piercing and was very concerned on how the jewelry didn’t even appear to be properly sterilized. The piercer took WAY too long to get the needle through, and I’ve had 12 other piercings where that wasn’t the case. Wishing to remain anonymous after reading how the owner responds to other people’s valid complaints… I strongly recommend going somewhere else if you would like to be pierced by a professional!

I found this place online and came wanting to support a woman-owned tattoo shop, which Id hoped would have an uplifting atmosphere. Big mistake. Echoing others comments, the front desk staff are rude and standoffish, treating customers as burdens -- that was red flag #1. And I learned that the actual artist who would tattoo me (Inki/Tasha/whatever her name is) is different from the trainee who I had to consult with and whod create my sketch; and that I wouldnt have an opportunity to engage directly with my artist until shes inking my skin, which was red flag #2. And from there, the red flags kept coming. They didnt let me clear on my final designs before my appointment, which they moved twice to accommodate their artist -- then they got sassy with me when I asked them to correct the text Id requested; they were clearly annoyed at the idea of working with me to create an image that I as the paying customer was happy with. The final red flag was when my artist kept me waiting over an hour for our scheduled tattoo appointment. Her staff kept saying shes coming soon and after 1.5 hours, I finally listened to my gut and left with a headache despite some discount they tried to bribe me with to stay. This entire process required multiple visits, so I wasted multiple days on their nonsense, all in hopes of supporting a female artist who clearly didnt care about me or my needs. I ended up going to another shop and having a phenomenal experience where they made me feel much more valued and empowered than this mess. I wish I wouldve read more reviews from others and listened to my gut sooner. STAY AWAY.

I have been at different shops and I have got my fair piece of ok tattoos and not so ok tattoos but when I was recommended by a good friend of mine to visit Inkiadore I was just blown away! Her artistry is just amazing and talent is something that you can rarely find.Since the first tattoo I got with her I knew that I would be getting more and not only that but she would be my artist. My tattoos are almost 10 years old and they havent fade or have even been retouched which can only show you the quality!If you are looking for a friendly expert that will give you honest advice, will be focus on what YOU want and make sure your tattoo is how you invisioned then Inky is your artist.

I walked in for belly piercing and I am honestly scared that my piercing will get infected because of the fact of how poorly the piercing was done. I was bleeding so much and I am pretty sure you’re not supposed to bleed that much. The worst part was how aggressive the piercing person was with cleaning the piercing. The piercing didn’t even hurt as much as how much it hurt when he was being soo aggressive with it.

I got my belly button pierced here on Saturday 3/9. I originally booked an appointment with Inki for a navel piercing, we arrived promptly on time. There were two women up front who were very stand offish. Not friendly. Handed me a tablet & told me it was a waiver & to upload my ID. Didn’t explain what the waiver was for.. thought that was odd, I am one of those people that reads everything that sign so again I wasn’t tripping. They don’t have a big selection of jewelry and knowing what I know now I suggest if you ignore the reviews (as I did) I would suggest you bring your own. If you get the jewelry from them it is likely it will be too small. I’m not sure if Inki wasn’t there or what but I ended up getting pierced by Jayd’n. I understand things happen but communication is important, no one informed me of any changes.My piercing isn’t crooked so that’s a plus (according to the reviews) and looks quite nice. The piercing as I stated is too small, but I expected this after seeing the jewelry and had already preordered a better quality and longer ring. The jewelry is also not implant grade titanium .. so there is that but again that’s cool for some people, not for me.I will say my best friend owns a very successful tattoo shop in Baltimore (doesn’t offer piercings), her family owns tattoos shops, my family owns tattoo shops. Blah blah lol so I really wasn’t tripping about a lot of thingsI’m giving the establishment 2 stars for lack of overall cleanliness (there was food ALL over the front desk and lack of overall organization for the front desk) that’s the first thing the customers see so it should well be clean lol . The lack of customer service skills in the front desk associate also was a negative for me, could have been an off day for her (we all have them) but again that’s the first official face of the business and should present accordingly, but whatever.Saving graces were my tattoo artist, he was an absolute sweetie, the art in the shop/ the look of the shop. It’s a BEAUTIFUL shop, the Frenchie (what a cutie pie) AND they were watching baddies lol they obviously know the vibes 🤷🏾‍♀️I believe in second chances so maybe I’ll try again (not for a piercing)

I had a previous experience at this establishment that was great, unfortunately my return experience was not as great. I believe some of this was due to my previous artist no longer being there.I followed instructions to submit art for a tattoo,after several days I did not hear anything back. When I called to follow up, I was told to come into the shop. No problem I live close by. When I arrived, I was greeted by a very standoffish person at the front desk (again let it go figured maybe they were having a bad day) I was accused of lying when I told them I texted the information because they did not receive it I pulled up the message and asked if the phone number I sent it to was correct. They confirmed it was but no apology for the rude behavior. We get things resolved and book the appt. for the next week and pay my deposit.2 days before the appt. I still have not received a final sketch or anything from the artist I was booked with. My previous artist LingLing had communicated with me prior to my appt and conducted herself professionally. Figured they would just take the time prior to my appt.1 day before the appt. I was called into work for an emergency planning committee to provide international aid and was told I would need to be in my office on the day and time of my appt. for planning and coordination As soon as I found this out, I called InkIadore to reschedule.Matthew Burke stated because it was 24 hours before my appt that I would need to pay a further $50 deposit. This was after I explained the situation with my job and that it was outside of my control. There was no sense of sympathy or understanding or an offer of transferring or refunding my deposit.I have several tattoos and have worked with different artists over the years, the way Matthew behaved was unprofessional and quite frankly was not the experience I previously had at Inkladore.

I absolutely loved the atmosphere of the shop! I went in to get a belly piercing and was attended to immediately. The piercer was kind and swift. She marked where she was going to put the piercing, laid me on the chair, and quickly put it in. Didn’t hurt at all! It’s been almost a month and my piercing is as cute as ever!

I had a good experience getting pierced here, the lady who pierced me was very kind. However, there was a very limited amount of jewelry you could choose to get pierced with (very few gold options), and I did have some trouble with the piercings after. I took care of them like I normally do, but the jewelry for my forward helix was not big enough to accommodate swelling and the jewelry started to sink into my ear. Additionally, the curved barbell used to pierce my daith was not a horseshoe or hoop so the barbell was a little longer than I would have liked and was a bit uncomfortable, I ended up having to change it myself. those were the only two problems I had, but the people there were very kind and im sure if id asked them to change my jewelry out for me they could have, I just wanted to get it done quickly so I did it myself.

Meggie was a lovely tattoo artist! This was my first tattoo so I was very nervous, but she set my mind at ease right away! She was attentive, promptly responded to the changes I wanted to make to the design, and let me know exactly what she was doing throughout the process. Beautifully unique interior and friendly staff made this a 10/10 experience ❤️

Such behavior is deeply concerning, particularly when directed towards potential clients.Clear communication and respectful conduct are foundational to any service-oriented business. It is disheartening to see these standards not upheld in our recent interaction. As consumers, we place great importance on businesses that prioritize customer satisfaction and maintain professionalism in all circumstances.While we had hoped for a more positive experience, I feel compelled to share our feedback to caution others considering your services. Ive come here for a few piercings and have always had a great experience. Very clean, courteous and professional.

For the first day of the new year I wanted to do something special. I googled tattoo shops in the area and stumbled on this place. Good review after another, I decided to give it a shot.Since this was going to be my first tattoo, I researched it throughly. From the cleanliness of the place, to the type of ink, surrounding location, staff, licensed documentation - I was impressed byInk’l. Adore.The best decision I made this year.I worked alongside Cameron, who was friendly both on the phone and in person. He sat with me to figure out how, where and more importantly, why I wanted my tattoo. He sat with so much patience as I pondered for 45+ minutes on my tattoo idea. I had something in mind when I walked in but during our engagement, his vision made it better. He still incorporated what I wanted but added his expertise when he felt necessary (location of the tattoo, how long it will last, etc).Humble man. Willing to listen to your ideas. The place was clean, presentable and inviting with beautiful art displayed around the venue.Tattoo artists across the world can learn something from him. It’s not about the price or the pain of a tattoo, it’s about the purpose. Definitely a piece I will admire for the rest of my life. I’m coming back here for my second, third, fourth etc.

We technically made appointments but they were last-minute so we could almost be considered walk-ins. We were taken care of almost right away and the piercings were done really quickly and professionally. We were probably there 15 minutes. The studio has a really welcoming and cool, artsy vibe.

I took my daughter here today for her first tattoo. The young man working the reception desk was very courteous and attentive. Tasha was my daughter’s artist and was very professional and sanitary. Their prices were very reasonable and my daughter’s tattoo came out perfect. I will be going back to get work on myself.

When we walked in we weren’t greated at all. There were 2 people sitting at the check out area, the guy asked for our ID’s. The girl who pierced my nose came out introduced herself and walked us to the back. She was super sweet and explained the entire process to us. Marked the placement of piercing. The piercing barely hurt, when she was done she explained cleanliness to us. Love the place, but whom ever is at checkout should try to atleast great the customers. To make us feel more welcomed. Besides that, its a great place and will be going back for another piercing.

This is the one of the most professional, innovative and creative tattoo shop I have ever graced. THE staff is so helpful friendly and make you feel very comfortable. I loved how the surroundings were so awe-inspiring. Right away I felt like I was in the right place Belle was a very attentive tattooist friendly and kind and she did a fabulous job. I have since recommended this place too at least a dozen of my friends. I even recommend it to people I meet w/ tats or piercings. I love this place.

I love that the guy who did my piercing did it quick and it didnt hurt as much as I thought it would. The seating was also really nice and comforting.

We came in- to check on my son’s helix piercing due to being swollen.You have to wait awhile to be acknowledged and to get service of any kind.I don’t like they the front staff vape inside the shop.There’s a very cute puppy French Bully so be careful walking around the shop. Lil pup is tiny.

They didn’t use real silver on my piercing, the piercer used such a big bar for the jewelry, he also pierced it crooked and too low to my actual belly button. my piercing is starting to reject. he also pierced it so slow it was painful

Tasha is well known in the DMV area with her flawless skills and goofy personality. She can make your biggest tattoo and piercings dreams come true. Shes very fair with her pricing and makes everyone feel like family. I love her creativity and her workmanship - She will be my only tattoo artist. Love you Tasha!

AMAZING!!!!! I love Tasha, and her work. At this point she has done like 7 of my tattoos, and now she is the only person I will let tattoo me. She is quick, super accurate, and for some reason she never hurts me! The shop is such an amazing vibe. I cant wait to go back and finish my sleeve. She has also done a few piercings for me, and of course I was happy with those too! I recommend her to any and everybody looking for a tattoo or piercer!

I loved my experience here and my tattoo artist, Natasha did an amazing job. I was done in like 20 minutes and I had a spine tattoo! There was a lady that came in and she posted her review on here speaking on how she waited a long time, and how she asked for a certain jewelry that they did not have and was upset with the service. My sister and I were there and saw everything; she came in with her headphones on and with sort of an attitude and they were very busy helping everybody else out and assured people they would help them when they could. Olivia, who was working the desk is deaf with a hearing aid, and she made that very clear to the customers and told her as well. She got upset when she could not hear her properly and walked off essentially “mad” she had to repeat herself I guess. They did not have the right jewelry, which is okay because they are not going to have it all. She was a very rude customer and treated the workers with no patience or respect. Everyone who worked here handle the situation very well; my experience here was amazing and I totally recommend coming here for piercings and tattoos. You do have to have patience considering they have many customers and want to perfect their work, but they are reassuring and apologize for the wait!! 10/10

Came here as a walk in after calling ahead. i got a vertical lebret and a bridge. both of which were crooked. i pointed out the vertical lebret being crooked in the store, the piercer told me once the swelling goes down and the jewelry is downsized it’s not going to be crooked. and then the piercer made a weird insulation that the person i was with thinks they’re a piercer despite the person not having said anything to her. i let the piercer know i understood what they were saying but the entrance wound was it’s supposed to be and the exit wound is clearly not. the swelling has gone down since, and surprise both piercings are still crooked. i called them to ask what they can do, they said they can take it out and pierce it again. i don’t want to get it pierced by them again for obvious reasons and asked if i can get my money back. they said no. looking at their other low rates and responses, i see that i should’ve went somewhere else from jump. anyway im gonna call that $150 a donation and go to a better piercer without an attitude

My friend Lucy and I went here to get nose piercings together. I messed up my registration online and had not actually made an appointment. Olivia who checked us in was accommodating and took me as a walk in despite my mistake and it being a busy Saturday. She registered us quickly and explained that she was deaf and might have to ask us to repeat ourselves. She was wearing a hearing aid and could lip read well, so we had no problems with communication. She is an apprentice who took us back to a small room where I would have my piercing done. She explained the process to us, asked us if we had any questions, and was very kind and helpful.The shop atmosphere is bright, clean, and organized. As a nurse I recognized that the owner has a keen attention to detail. Her cleaning and piercing supplies were well stocked and labelled. After my piercing they moved us to another table for my friend Lucy. They clearly follow strict cleaning procedures and gave Lucy what I imagine was a freshly sanitized table rather than re-using the table where I had my piercing done. The shop owner did our piercings. She was experienced and had a great sense about where the perfect placement was for our nose piercings. She shared how to care for our piercings and gave us a small baggie with cotton swabs and pads dipped in alcohol. She recommended saline spray wash, which they conveniently sold at the front (but we werent pushed to buy and were told we could also get it at any pharmacy). Olivia collected our payment was composed despite being very busy, and our process for checking out was smooth. If I decide to get another piercing Ill be coming back here. Thank you guys! We had a blast. :)

I absolutely love this place, I had gone in to get my septum pierced in june and fell in love with the atmosphere. Yesterday I took my twin sister in to get matching tattoos together, it was her first and my third, she was very scared and had lots of questions. Ling Ling our artist was so sweet and helped so much in calming my sisters nerves. Ling Ling was so gentle and light handed that I could have fallen asleep, the owner overheard me telling my sister who she was and shes said INKIIIIII which made my sister laugh thus helping calm her nerves. I will, for sure, be coming back here!!

I have been pierced and tattooed by the owner, Natasha, more times than I can count . It is in a great location with plenty of parking 7.

There were a couple of problems that occurred but the primary one will be described following. I arrived for an appointment I put down a $50 deposit for. They did not have my appointment in their records and had fired my tattoo artist (understandable). BUT It took them 1 hour to tell me that, which is outrageous, it made it seem like the manager in particular was not trying to solve my concern. The manager then requested I wait for another 90 minutes for her to complete my tattoo. This is now 90 minutes AFTER my original appointment.Because I had other things to do that day I requested my money back. The manager then became defensive, saying I would be waiting even longer if I worked with my original tattoo artist so I cannot complain about the time I waited. I then asked for my deposit back and the manager then wanted me to wait again until she finished someone else before me. A positive note, the artists that seem to be reporting to her, seemed to be trying to help me, but she seemed to be even make that difficult for them.

Ling Ling worked her magic and sauced me up the most fire tattoo I have. Environment was calm and the staff were pleasant and funny. Definitely coming back for more.

Got my septum and lip piercings done by Inki. The whole staff is great and fun to be around. Music is loud, so that may be a negative for some people, but I highly recommend for anyone looking to get pierced!

Fifth tattoo for me, but first time getting one at InkI.Adore and Ive already got 2 more that I cant wait to get done here! Scheduling was easy over text message, didnt have to wait long, and I love the overall vibe of the place. Belle did an absolutely amazing job with specific handwriting written by someone else, but I love her other work and cant wait to have her do something original, too. 💯 recommend!

They used the wrong piercing on my tragus, and stuck me twice. My ear was literally growing over the piercing they used because it was way too short. Wasted $50. Would not recommend.Edit:I had to get it professionally removed and was told that I was stuck twice and that the wrong piercing jewelry was used, i was shown a comparison of what the tragus piercing was supposed to be. Regardless of me cleaning it everyday like I was supposed to this still happened because the incorrect jewelry was used.

Inki was a phenomenal tattoo artist. She took a drawing that my grandmother had done years ago as a charcoal drawing and turned it into an amazing shaded tattoo. She translated my vision for the drawing into an awesome tattoo. I get tons of compliments on it. She did the work really fast compared to other tattoos I have had that were less complex. She is very talented. She gave me ample breaks to recover when the pain was gettin a bit intense but not such long breaks that I was there all day. She estimated 4 hours but it only took about 2 and a half of dedicated work. I will now go back here for all my work while I live in the area. She can go very complicated and very simple designs and makes them look amazing. Thanks.

This place was amazing! They were so patient and wonderful with my 5 year old daughter and her first ear piercing. Then we had to come back because an earring fell out. They were super quick to take us back and again were so patient and kind. They also helped me with my own piercing free of charge. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

I got a rook piercing on Wednesday. They advertise that they open at 10am, got there at 10am and no one was there. I Waited for 20mins before their business opened. I walked in and was greeted rudely by a lady at the front desk. She took all my information and then called me back to this side room. I told her I was waiting outside for 20 mins and she said the iPads were not working and she had to go and collect them from a store. She marked a spot on my ear and I was fine with it then she told me to lay back and face the wall. She didn’t clean my ear with anything, and proceeded with the piercing. After she placed the earring in she wiped it with alcohol. This is my second time getting my rook piercing done, the first time round I got it at a different place and they were very clean and hygienic. Almost instantly after I left this place, my ear started to hurt, then throb, then bleed and I could see pus coming out. My ear is still swollen and extremely painful to even touch. I keep my piercings clean and apply saline religiously. I’m 1000% certain I’m suffering right now because she did not clean my ear prior to piercing. Honestly don’t even know if the jewelry was clean. Will not be coming back here.Edit - Response to owner - I did not call your business before I arrived. You must have me confused with the two ladies who were also sat outside your store, waiting for you to open your doors and they must have called you asking why your business is not open. And your staff member who pierced my ear was rude. Not smiling or showing any sort of customer service skills and showing signs of becoming irritated by simple questions I would ask is considered being rude to me. I tried so hard to be polite and kind thinking she might be having a bad day and maybe I can make her smile but no, I got nothing back from her.And you are so right, I do not have the ability to see what is going on behind my back, but just because I loose my sense of sight when I am looking at a wall, my other senses still work perfectly fine. I did not FEEL any sort cleansing liquid on my ear or Feel her cleaning the area before she pierced me.And lastly, no my ear did not begin to ooze pus immediately, it took 2/3 days before I noticed that. It was a gradual process, that all started from poor practices allowed at your store.To all people reading this - I have had piercings done before and this place just does not meet the hygienic standards to pierce ears. The owner is Stuck up and rude as you can clearly see from the review replies. She does not care about her customers and will fight with you if you give any critique instead of acknowledging it and trying to improve.STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! I came here to get my first nose piercing done. Before I went, I asked them if I could get it done with a hoop. They said it was fine as long as it was real gold, and they suggested I can get a hoop from the Piercing Pagoda.While the young piercer was really nice and the piercing looked great in the beginning, I ended up with a bump that kept returning. After a few months of continuing my cleaning regimen and even going to the dermatologist, I went back to see if they had any solutions for me.The first time I returned, I had texted to make sure someone would be there to help me. They confirmed, but I had to move my schedule around so I could make it before my trip. I went and no one was there. Called, texted, no answer. I waited about 45 min before leaving. Later I got a response apologizing but the owner had an emergency — which I understand but at least leave a sign or something.I went back again because I was desperate to get this resolved. The younger piercer was there and basically told me to keep cleaning it. I asked if I needed to replace it and she said there was no need. I left, but not relieved. I ended up going to another piercer from a different shop a few days later. He replaced it with a surgical steel stud and now the bump is completely gone.Pro tip: NEVER get an initial piercing done with a hoop, no matter the material. Or at least double check the gauge size (I didn’t know anything about that and they never told me when I asked if the hoop I got was fine — turns out it was much thinner than the piercing gun’s, which is why it kept moving around and irritating my nose). Hard lesson learned, and I wish the professionals here warned me against it.EDIT: I just saw that the owner is trying to claim that I was allergic to the material and they recommended that I change my hoop. 1) It was NOT an allergic reaction, as the hoop gauge was too thin and kept spinning around in the piercing hole. Gold and surgical steel are the only materials I can wear. And 2) they never recommended I change the hoop at all LOL in fact, they never recommended I do anything at all per my initial review. Not sure who they’re talking about.

Meggie was incredible and I cant recommend her to enough people! She listened to what I was trying to convey with my tattoo and brought to life something I couldnt be more proud to have on my ankle. She was also very patient when I had a change of design the week of my appointment and was super accommodating with it. Also, she was such a great person to chat with while getting my tattoo done, and I barely felt the pain of it which was so nice given my tattoo is on my ankle. Cant wait to go back for my next tattoo!

The place I got my first tattoo from had closed and I wanted to get another tattoo. I read the reviews and this was the place. I had a consultation and then a week later went for my tattoo. The artist was great the only issue I had was that it felt like she was heavy handed at times. I would definitely return to this facility in the future. It’s clean and the people are nice.

We love the vibe and immediatley felt welcome and comfortable. We did not have an appointment so we expected to have to wait or set up an appointment for another time. However, Belle took care of us right away! She helped my daughter with the final design details of the tattoo she wanted and after a very short wait (we didnt mind at all as there are comfortable chairs and couches to lounge on), Belle got to work on my daughters tattoo. Belle is an gifted artist and she is very professional. The details on the tattoo she did are amazing! I am so glad I took my daughter here for her first tattoo. She had a great experience. I highly reccomend Belle and InkI.Adore.

Based on the one-star reviews alone, it is terrifying to me that this shop is allowed to give piercings at all. These piercers do not get professional training and yet still charge professional prices, which is concerning considering the amount of nerves and blood vessels present in the areas they commonly pierce like the nose mouth and face. The lack of anatomical training makes me believe that you would be better off getting your piercing at a basement frat party. At least then you would have the same result without spending an arm and a leg. Warning: if you get a bad piercing, they will not comp you, nor will they admit fault. For complex piercings requiring a semblance of reliable training, it most likely will result in a crooked placement or infection and dont expect them to know how to avoid important nerves or vessels. They commonly forget to use hygienic care before and after the procedure and often forget to go over aftercare instructions, which is very important for a mouth piercing like the one my sibling got in which they completely mangled their face and proceeded to ask for full payment. Unprofessional business owner does not take criticism well either, so if you are upset with your service and would like to call and complain, be prepared for a fight with the owner and staff. Love, someone who does not think you should stay in business.

Scheduled an appointment for my daughter’s birthday to have her ears pierced. Waited 15 minutes past scheduled appointment for someone to take our information.Asked for the inappropriate music volume to be lowered to better hear the assistant, and was told the piercing would not be happening. When asked why, it was demanded that I leave the shop.I have multiple tattoos and have been to many shops in many states/countries and have never been treated so rudely.Would not recommend.

I am so embarrassed by what I just experienced at this establishment. I booked a consultation for medical tattooing. I called ahead and arrived early. I was asked about specifications for the reason for my consultation, while still sitting in the waiting area, and I told the receptionist I wished to discuss the matter in private. Two minutes later, this same receptionist escorted me to the back medical tables, but I again, asked if there was a private area in which to discuss my needs. The private area she escorted me to was occupied by another technician/tattoo artist, busy setting up a medical tray for another appointment. It was there I learned the receptionist was, in fact, the person who handles all consultations, but would not be the technician performing the services. I inquired if it was possible to discuss my needs with the tattoo artist directly. She kindly said yes, and went to the front desk to get the tattoo artist who was sitting there upon my arrival. This is where things went sideways, and I can only determine I came to meet this tattoo artist when she was having a terrible day.She came into the not-so-private area, hands in pockets, and bluntly says, Whats up? I immediately felt on the attack. I looked over to the other tattoo artist and I, again, said I was hoping to have a private area to discuss my appointment. She said the other artist was setting up a tray. I began to stammer the reason for my visit, but just could not stomach the lack of courtesy and respect for what is a private matter for me. After, probably 30 seconds of me not saying anything at all, I gathered my items and apologized for wasting their time. I apologize for wasting your time. I dont think Im a good fit here. I am so sorry.The woman doubled-down on her attitude and said, Mm hmm, I think you should leave. She followed me through the tattoo parlor, then asked if I needed help with the door. No, I dont think so. Is it locked, or something? She yelled, No, I just want to make sure you leave. There were four other people in the lobby area, along with the receptionist, at this point.I am leaving, I said.Good, get the F*CK OUT out of my store.All I can say is, I think my instincts were correct. I would never trust this woman to work on my body in a permanent fashion. And, if you have a private medical matter for which you want a reconstruction, I would implore you to go elsewhere. I think she knew she had an audience, which was precisely the reason I was reluctant to speak, and let her stunted emotional regulation get the better of her. She felt insulted and embarrassed, and decided to lash out. I think she behaved like a petulant child, and I dont understand why she thought my requests were out of line.I paid for child care for this consultation. I have also been excitedly discussing for days with my husband that I might actually have my breasts back.

Came in for a nose piercing, a day or two later I was in so much pain I had to go to a different piercer and they told me that whoever did my piercing used very cheap jewelry and that you’re not supposed to use the certain type that she had used because all noses are not one size fits all. It was too short for my nose, results in the jewelry practically sinking into the piercing and causing so much irritation, I had to get it professionally removed before my skin enveloped the whole thing. I was super upset and definitely regret getting it done here. They also did not clean or prep my skin in any way before piercing and did not bother going over after care at all, they kind of just poked me and rushed me out. Horrible. I read their other one star reviews and saw a few other customers had the same exact issue and the owner blamed it on “their skin healing differently” instead of taking accountability and valuing customer service which evidentially is non-existent at this establishment. 0 stars for customer service, 5 stars for defensive owner.

My artist was Nasara and it had to be one of my worst tattoo experiences yet. they were practically silent the whole time, and i think they were under the influence of something because they kept looking like they’d fall asleep. it took her upwards of two hours for a simple line work design. i have my whole forearm covered and it did not hurt as much as this little tattoo on the back of my arm. they went in so deep i have the worst blowout i’ve ever seen. the whole tattoo is permanently bruised looking due to the blowout. only went here because i was told she was an apprentice so it would cost less. i gave my fifty dollar down payment and was told i’d have to pay around 75 total. it ended up being over 100 dollars. please save your money and find reputable artists. i hope the main tattoo artist keeps a better eye on what their apprentices are doing. so bummed.

Absolutely amazing. Done so quickly and everyone was so nice. I really felt welcomed as soon as I was in the door all the way till I left. And the beautiful lady that did my piercing was so nice, and helped find the perfect spot for my piercing on my nose shape.

I went and got a consultation first and then scheduled my tattoo for a week later. All the staff was cool, everyone was attentive in making sure I was or had been helped when I first came in. The consultation was a painless process. Natasha was the one who did my tattoo we messaged back and forth during the week to make sure of the idea of my tattoo was good and that we were on the same page. When I came in for my appointment, everyone was professional and chill and friendly. They all worked together to set me up and make sure where I wanted to tattoo and that I was satisfied with the look etc... The appointment was for an hour I was out in about 30 minutes. Definitely plan on going back and getting more tats from Natasha. I do recommend her and her shop if you are looking for a good place to get a tattoo done.

Very pleased with the stacked ear lobe piercings I got! Zaira was very nice, careful and gentle. They allow you to bring your own jewelry (you just have to come early so that they sanitize them). I paid $62 (with taxes) + tips, for two ear lobe piercings. She also gave me advice on other piercings. They dont ask for deposit when you book an appointment.

Really cool atmosphere. Everyone there seems super nice and chill. Amazing piercer, I was helped by two different women there, first appt I had my nose done. But I accidentally pulled it out while washing my face and couldnt get it back in. (Corckscrew stud) and they put it back in for only $10 and no wait. I 100% recommend especially if its your first time getting a tattoo or piercing done because its a smaller shop so its no busy and overwhelming.

I have been going to Tasha for almost 3 years now and I refuse to go to anyone else even after moving all the way to Alabama. A very close friend of mine told me about her and after seeing the work she did for him I finally decided to get my first tattoo with her. I was super nervous for my first one and was a total mess but she helped put me at ease. Since has done all of my tattoos and has done a phenomenal job on them.Her shop is every friendly and welcoming and she makes the experience that much better. She not has done my tattoos but she has tattooed my whole immediate family and my aunt and cousin. She is our trusted family artist. It has been so amazing to watch her business grow and change over the years. I get complaints from people all the time and asked where I get them done at and I am proud to say Ink’I.Adore by Tasha. Can’t wait for my next session!

Loved the shop and the decor. Got my nose pierced and clearly was given the wrong sieve jewelry. Returned the next day was the jewelry was now sinking into my skin. When asked what I should do, the piercer had no clear recommendations and suggested maybe putting in a longer bar. When asked about stud size she deferred to me as if I was the professional! Super nice staff but not worth it. I had to pay $50 to visit another spot and redo their job since it was not completed correctly. What a shame!

Does this look right to you? While they were healing, two people told me they were uneven and too close to the original holes and when I tried to put in another set of studs, they were so close, they were not only touching, but pushing against each other. I contacted the store and told them Im unable to put in another set of earrings and the right earring looks way off. I was told it was because my first holes are uneven. Additionally she said that the technician put dots and asked if that looked right. I told her that I agreed because I didnt know because Im not the professional and the last time I got holes put in my ears was when I was 7. When I go get my eyebrows done, she doesnt map it out and ask if thats right- same with my hair colorist and any other professional....anyways. I asked if they could do the holes right- even at a discounted cost and I was told no. Im going to let my holes close up and get another set of holes put in.Edited to add: my original piercings are perfectly symmetrical. As you can see, the second piercings which were done at your establishment, are uneven. One is far to the right the other right next to the other hole. Yes, it has been 3 months. I have been very busy and reached out as soon as I could. I have no intention of arguing over my review. This is my review with pictures. Nothing I stated was false. You want to get defensive? I offered you a chance to correct the piercings; You tried to blame my prior piercings which are perfectly symmetrical. I dont intend to go back and forth with you over my review. You can see one piercing is almost on the edge of my ear....

I recently got my nose pierced @ inkiadore. My piercer was super friendly and knowledgeable! She gave great aftercare advice and the process was easy. While the wait was a little longer than I expected, it was definitely worth it & Id return for any future piercings.

I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to get piercings. I went in to get 2nd lobes and re-do my first set from when I was a child. Everyone was welcoming and professional. Everything was clean and sterilized. I felt great with the whole experience.

I arrived before my scheduled appointment and was seen right away. The shop is very cute! The esthetic and vibe is relaxed but professional. The scented candles smelled really good. I got my ear lobes pierced. The woman who pierced them made sure I liked the placement and was very efficient. I will definitely be back for a tattoo in the future.Update: I was not too impressed with the follow up. I ended up getting a bad infection and had to get the piercing removed. The piercer saw me right away when I texted about my problem. I had followed all cleaning rules. But when I did get it removed by my piercer, she said, oh yeah this is on very tight. She was the one who originally pierced me. She did apologize but I was super disappointed. I dont think Ill be back after all. Upon arrival the second time, three staff members were sitting around the front desk all non challant as if they were on their lunch break. It just felt a bit unprofessional. Best of luck to the business but they wont be seeing me again.

Got a full sleeve today and I couldnt be any happier. She made me feel comfortable during the whole process and my sleeve looked 83939028 times better than what i envisioned. It is my best looking tattoo and all my friends want to see her. I would 100 percent go back on future tattoos and is totally worth the wait to book her.

Have been here a few times and everyone here is so nice and helpful! we asked if meggie could do our tattoos and unfortunately we had a time restraint, but she accomodated us to a date we could do and even stayed past closing to make sure everything was done as we liked! i also had to go back to get a small fix on the tattoo and she did it super quick and at no cost, overall a great and comfortable place with magnificent people. 💗

I came in to ask them to change my nose stud into a ring i brought in. I guess they never seen this nose ring before and not only bent it out of shape to the point it can be trashed bc i cannot use it anymore, put the nose ring in and out of my nose around 20 times leaving me bleeding and when i finally had enough pain and just asked them to out a L stud in the 2nd piercer left my nose all bloody and acted as if it was an inconvenience when i asked for tissue paper to clean my nose. They gave me attitude when all they had to say was they never used this type of ring before. Ruined my jewelry and hurt my piercing. I could have done that myself. Never again. worst experience of my life

Let me start off by saying Im very picking about my piercing and who does them. Natasha(Assuming her name by the reviews) was very nice and I really liked her! The only thing that turned me off about her was that she smoked while I was there filling out the disclaimer so it smelled terrible while I was there(after she same back inside). I am a former smoker so I understand that smoking is a habit, but I would recommend looking into vaping so you dont scare off any customers. I came in today to have my dermal re-pierced after it had rejected. She was unable to get my other dermal top off to replace the jewelry(I dont know if thats her fault), so that really disappointing me. She successfully re-pierced my second dermal and Im happy. 3 stars for her wonderful personality and ability to pierce, I just dont think I will come back.

I was with Meggie and she was absolutely amazing. i got a 999 on my leg and was super nervous, but she was super genuine and sweet she also was super respectful and all around a good artist! i definitely recommend her.

I went with my friend to get her rook piercing, and we were told there would be about a 20-25 minute wait for piercings. The lobby was full, so we were happy to wait our turn. However, we ended up waiting for over an hour. Then, when my friend was getting her piercing, it took the piercer almost 10 minutes of fumbling, clamping and re-clamping to get the jewelry secured with no explanation of what was taking so long. I understand the piercer was having a busy day, but it seemed like she was inexperienced with the tools. The shop was welcoming and clean, however this was the worst piercing experience I have witnessed.

This is the only shop i’ve gone to since i moved to the area. the shop itself is incredible, great energy, even better staff. belle has done 5 tattoos on me and they’re all fking incredible. there’s no judgement or bad vibes here. they make sure you’re in love with your piece and offer a free first retouch on all tattoos. this place is sick. go here.

Tasha was wonderful! I took my 1 year old in to get her ears pierced. Tasha scheduled extra time (so make an appointment) and told us to bring food to calm the baby down after the first ear was done. The whole process took about 40 minutes. I am so glad I took my baby to someone that was calm, patient, and had experience with kids of all ages.

I am so, so happy that I found Natasha! Her salon is so cool, hip & relaxing. You feel good being there. SHE IS AN ARTIST!! I had a black, blob of a fading dragon on my back. I gave her creative freedom and she ran with it and transformed that into a new, beautiful, dragon. I am so happy that I found her. Will never go anywhere else..

I got my septum piercing here and they made the experience worth it. The piercer walked me through it, explained any concerns I had and they were all very nice there. The service was great overall. I haven’t had any issues with my piercing as well the healing the process is going very smoothly.

I went in one day and got my industrial piercing done with a young lady who was working at the front desk. I had never gotten an industrial piercing but did some research beforehand and wanted to give it a go. The first thing I was a bit worried about was how reserved she was when I was leaving just asking if we knew how to clean a piercing and handed me a card with instructions. She also has just given me the piercing just asking me if the placement was good. The next day it hurt so bad which I expected and the next day it was covered in blood but didn’t hurt that much so I wasn’t worried. About a week later my ear hurt and as I cleaned it as instructed it almost seemed stuck. I was very worried so I searched it up and turns out my ear was probably not the right fit for an industrial. I was confused because I thought the piercer would let me know and honestly should have. I was so upset but called and left a voicemail. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and come in and ask them for advice because I knew they had a no refund policy and even though it stated it was open online, it was not. I was very disappointed and hurt because the pain was so immense and I just wanted to see what I could do. I had spent about $80 on the piercing and had to decide to close the holes and as I removed the piercing it did in fact cut into my ear. I never leave bad reviews but this one really made me upset. They should not allow these inexperienced piercers to do work and charge regular price for it if this is what the result is going to be. I went in as a walk in. I loved the vibe of the place, it really helped calm my nerves. Feels homey and the staff are super friendly. I got my cartilage pierced by Zaira, she was super professional and I definitely recommend her!!! Its been about a month and i have had no issues with my piercing , I absolutely love it:) thank you!!

One of the piercers are very inexperienced up in here and it shows. do yourself a favor and read the low reviews because they all have something in common. Now I have to dedicate some time and extra $$ to get the piercing corrected.sorta regret my nose piercing. went in on a sunday and the female piercer was sort of withdrawn, quiet, & not really up for discussion of my first real piercing in depth like I had hoped...I called in before showing up to express this. I thought of it as shyness and didnt mind. she was also doing checkins/checkouts so I understand being somewhat busy. BUT when you have medical questions and want to speak with an experienced professional about metal in your face, shyness should definitely take a backseat for the sake of the service. My nostril bled SO MUCH and kept bleeding when it was time for check out. I was simply given an alcohol soaked cotton swab, aftercare card, & sent on my way. I said have a great day but no goodbyes or care tips or anything..just moved on to the next customer with her head down. I honestly felt like they didnt give a damn at all and there was no proper care given for the whole procedure. Piercing was crooked/not where we marked it to be, bled too much, and there was no real conversation about the procedure.Edit: the tasteless & petty response to this review drops the rating down to 1 star. this place has potential but I still regret my crooked piercing to this day 6+ mo later. good luck!!

Brought in our 10 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. Fantastic experience. Cameron took the time to talk through everything with my daughter, placed the piercing spots with a lot of care, and generally behaved like a professional. Very clean, gloved, used a sanitary needle, and educated all of us on how to care for it afterward for the best healing. Great spot, highly recommend.

My daughter (5), sister, and I all had piercings here today. Zaira was very friendly and helped calm my daughters pre-piercing jitters. I had my targus pieces. I had to go back 4 times to get it put back in. The first earring she put in was so tight my ear was swollen for weeks. The last time i went to get the earing put back in after only having it in for 4 days. I brought the earring back I purchased from there shop the 3rd time. And the reason I brought it from them is because the one i brought there the girl said it wasnt long enough. The female that was helping me took a picture of it then called the female who put it in my ear the third time. She said she remembered me buying it but thestream wasnt from there shop. So I told the female that was helping me the 4th time. I guess i have to spend another 20 dollars because I dont want my hold to close. Totalling 100 dollars. I total her I would be doing a review because this is right. I wasnt belligerent, loud, or obnoxious. The black female (i dont know her name)who wasnt even helping me, she was doing a tattooon someone said youre threatening us with a review. I dont want you to buy our earring and get out. I was appalled at her customer service after I has spent so much money in there on one piercing not to mention they basically said I was lying about the earring that I purchased there. I never once complained the 3 prer times i came to get the earring put back in or having to buying a new earrings. I wouldnt recommend this shop to a enemy ​totally unprofessional and there work isnt good. Also I waited 45 minutes.

Disappointed to say the least. Barely greeted upon entering, after driving 30 minutes from Maryland and then chastised due to an error in THEIR system. Natasha was not willing to accommodate me or my best friends, but decided that her time was also wasted and that we don’t have to get the tattoos after admitting that their system had double booked me and my friend for the same time. No apology, no willingness to right her wrongdoing. Please save YOUR time and energy, and go where you will be respected.Update:This response is very distasteful and unprofessional. When we walked through the door, you barely greeted us (rude). Before you realized what the issue was, you were rude and not accommodating at all. Your system didn’t mismatch the client information..that’s user error. And instead of wasting 15 minutes trying to figure out who’s fault it was, you could have just got started. The money was THERE! Even if a deposit wasn’t made, to assume that a client, who showed up for the service, was not able to “afford” the service and to blame them is tasteless. You have no class and you clearly have no respect for your own business we attempted to support. Our review of you is based on your character and how you little your care about customer service. And then you put the customers name in the review...ghetto. You don’t even deserve any of our business. I will never refer you to a single soul. I am willing to bet that those 5 star reviews are ones you did yourself because you have an awful attitude. Take some time and study up on good customer service, Pooh! I had my Tragus done here about two months ago. It was legit the WORST experience of my life. I have never had a piercing hurt so bad. They put the needle in, took it out, put it back in and took it back out. Something that should’ve taken 5 minutes at most took them 20-25. They said they could pierce it with a hoop because that’s what I wanted but they couldn’t figure out how to put it in or even close the hoop. I had my friend with me and she was going to get it done as well but they scarred her so bad she backed out. Do not recommend.

I got my nose pierced here about a year ago. Now that I know more about proper piercing technique and have worked with better piercers I can say for sure that my piercer was not experienced and did a bad job with me. I got a piercing bump a couple days after (not usual for me) and it wouldn’t go down even with salt baths so I went back to ask what I could do. The girl who had done my piercing didn’t even know what a keloid or piercing bump was and had to ask around. Finally they told her to fix the jewelry so that it gave me nose more space to swell and go down. She didn’t get it right and had to go in and out of my nose about four times, which was very painful and made the bump worse. I’m not even sure that they used proper jewelry because after that it still wasn’t healing well until I switched out the jewelry. I do not recommend. Please go somewhere else for piercing and check with the Association of Piercers as a guide to make sure they’re at least qualified.

Although so simple my nose ring crisis was solved! I visited with my sister before and love the vibe of the shop! It is very welcoming and decorative. I definitely look forward to coming back again.

I got my Tragus and wanted my nose ring changed to a hoop. The person who originally did the change I would not recommend. I do not know her name but I had about a 22 gauge in my nose and put a 16 or an 18. It was more painful than the piercing itself, which I got March of 2019. It bled and the next day I couldn’t hold off and went to see another piercer. He said there looked to be tissue damage. Long story short I started freaking out and contacted inkiadore via Instagram. She responded quickly and asked me to stop by. I did and she was SO PROFESSIONAL, as she always has been. I wished she could’ve done my piercings initially. The girl who did it the first time is probably the same that every one is saying is inexperienced and fumbling. She did the same with tragus. So I give her 1 star but the owner 5.... she rectified the situation quickly and was very patient with me. Thank you again for seeing me today!Edit: 3 weeks later and I had to have my Tragus piercing removed. The piercer said that she used a labrae piercing for my Tragus! Now I have no experience with piercings, but I knew something was wrong by how she fumbled. Long story short, the jewelry didn’t account for swelling so now I have what looks to be some scarring. This was not the you g lady who owns the shop.... I need to say she is awesome! But I do not and would not recommend the younger girl to anyone. Go with your gut. I should’ve been patient and asked for the owner. ☹️

Ended up getting Hep C from this place, had to get two shots. Didn’t even know I had it till I went to doctor and they did blood work. Hope they take their job seriously this time. Too much back yard barbecue hanging out going on, very unprofessional which leads to lack of hygienic care.

Hardly spoke to me, the person who drew the dots wasnt the piercer, and I dont think the tray/jewelry were kept sterile. Id never been to a piercer before and didnt know what to expect, but I shouldve walked out when they seemed uninterested in talking to me about what I wanted done.

I came in for an ear piercing with Brisa. The place was clean, especially near the piercing area. I was very nervous and she made me feel very comfortable. It was a quick process I was practically in and out the door.

I got all my piercings here and my first tattoo and i love them all never had any infection or complications and the staff is super nice, and fun. deff goin back for my 2nd tat soon

My friend and I came here to get piercings, ear and cartilage. The piercings options were pretty good but the piercer had an attitude and didn’t know how to handle her customers well.

Went here for a coverup yesterday and honestly.....I am OBSESSED with my new tattoo. She executed my look to perfection. I want all my tatts to be very girly and dainty and she did just that. I’m done with tatts but if I ever get the urge, I will definitely return here.

Ok so i gave this place 5 stars over the summer but im giving them 1 star now because of the aftermath of getting my piercing done.What really turned me off to this place was how clueless the piercer was about dealing with swollen piercings. I got my medusa, labret, and tongue done. The jewelry was way too short and the piercer didnt have adequate jewelry to accommodate the swelling. My lips swelled like melons and i ended up going to several body shops to find body jewelry that could accommodate the amount of swelling i had. Basically i discovered the hard way that if you have big lips in any way, your piercer might be clueless as hell about making sure he/she has the right jewelry for your anatomy.The thing that grossed me out and i realized this after the fact was that the jewelry the piercer had on hand had been sitting in a drawer completely exposed to the elements, non sterilized and in no packets whatsoever. I lost $170. I did give a good tip but ending up shelling out another $100. I had another piercer tell me how bad my piercing had been done. I ended up taking all three out. I have a scar from the medusa but i stronglyrecommend that you avoid this place and take your money elsewhere .The only reason i gave the place a 5 star originally was the piercer helping me through the piercing. But i hell i went through afterwards, thats why Ive downgraded to 1 stars.

Im sure they are good with tats and ear piercings, but they put my daughter in the EMERGENCY room the same night they put a clamp on her tongue and RUPTURED a BLOOD VESSEL. She was in pain and sick for over a week and on meds. When the bill finally arrived the girl said she wasnt paying it as she had already replaced a piercing before? WTH does that have to do with her current screw up? I give notice since they wont return my calls, I have the hospital bill with date on it (the SAME date you ruptured her tongue) keep an eye on the mail box.

In five consecutive days at 4 hour sessions, Tasha tattoo’d my entire upper back with a snake/ sword/flower creation, my lower back with mehndi and a jeweled coverup, my left thigh with medusa/ gorgon, tarot cards on both inner forearms, and a chest redo of symbols. How awesome can one artist be? Tasha us the best my family has worked with.

Never got an answer.Couldnt even show up to her own place of business at a time she chose, or respond via the methods {text} she specifies?Yikes. Save yourself the time we wasted, and choose someone else.
