I’ve been lucky enough to get walk-in tattoos and scheduled appointments at Liberation. Perfect atmosphere with incredible artists. Genuinely good people at this shop. Flash and original ideas are plentiful. Can’t wait to go back.

68 years old and this was my first tattoo. My experience there could not have been better. Absolutely love the tattoo that Marshall did for me. Super friendly guy and the shop has a real laid back vibe about it. Recommend very highly.

The only tattoo shop I care to go to in Springfield, MO. Bright, clean, safe, and most importantly, an inclusive space. Jerika and Marshall are wildly talented and professional and have curated the sweetest spot downtown. It’s such a calming zone, there’s a slight chance you might even take a snooze while getting tattooed. Support these artists and their passion! Bonus: twin peaks bathroom.

I’ve had several pieces done by Jerika and I’ve been happy with all of them! The shop is clean and inviting. Both artists are so welcoming and fun to talk to. I will definitely continue to get work done at this shop, best in town in my opinion!

I can’t say enough good things about this shop. If you want that classic tattoo experience, this is the spot. Marshall, Jericka, and Q are top notch artists. Best place to go in springfield, everyone here will treat you with care. even if you’ve never gotten a tattoo before they will walk you through everything and make sure you’re comfortable. all that combined with the fact that all 3 artists here are incredibly talented makes this hands down my favorite shop in springfield

I have many tattoos from both Jerika and Marshall at Liberation Tattoo, and love every single one of them. I’ve been going to them both for about 10 years now! Not only are they immensely talented artists, they’re also great people. Always so happy to work on ideas with me and genuinely stoked to get to do them, and are always gracious, empathetic, and kind. I feel safe getting tattooed here and proud to wear their art. I live in NYC now, but I always make sure to get tattooed by them when I’m in town and would honestly follow them anywhere. I’m also excited about their new super talented apprentice QB! You can trust anyone here. This is truly a great shop.

Jerika and Marshall go above and beyond to provide quality service for their clients. Jerika has been tattooing me for the last 7 years. I receive compliments on my tattoos all the time. Her lines are clean, straight. She takes my visions and creates master pieces. I recommend this shop to everyone.

Spontaneity day accomplished! Marshall was awesome and created this on the fly from a black and white random towel tag I brought in. He went above and beyond all while making this (the biggest tattoo Ive ever gotten) a fun and quick experience. I love it so much!! Will absolutely be back asap.

I’ve been going to Marshal and Jerika since I was 18 for the majority of my tattoos. By far the most welcoming experience I have ever received from getting tattooed and some of the most beautiful work I have on my body. Only place in Springfield I recommend people to go to.

Jerika and Marshall are some of the coolest people I’ve been tattooed by and Liberation Tattoo is one of the chillest places to go to get some gorgeous tattoos. I’ve been going to Marshall since he was at Eternal and he’s one of the most zen dudes around. Love all the work done and can’t wait to get more.

My friend and I went in as walk-ins on Saturday, and we saw both Jerika and Marshall and had a blast! Amazing work from both, and we had a great time chatting to both of them throughout. Efficient, affordable, great atmosphere! I have no complaints at all, and I will definitely be coming back for future work from them

Liberation Tattoo is the best shop in Springfield! Absolutely outstanding quality tattoos and customer service. The artists are extremely skilled and have decades of combined experience. They make you feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. A great place for your first tattoo or your 50th tattoo.

I cant say enough good about Liberation. My first tattoos and had three done at the same time. Absolutely beyond my expectations as to cleanliness, professionalism and incredible design and detail. I priced and previewed several places first but Liberation just hands down blew everyone else out of the water. Couldnt be happier and already planning on my next one.

Jerika and marshall are the absolute best in town! i’ve been going to them for about 8 years now and they’ve done most of my tattoos. they’re both so friendly and so great at what they do. as long as they are tattooing, you better believe i will be getting tattooed by them.
