I went into the shop for the first time to get my belly button pierced, and it was a great experience. I got pierced by Daniel. Dude was pretty cool and very friendly. The piercing itself was quick and not as painful as I thought it would be and perfect placement. I love the fact that Daniel took the extra time to tell me how to clean the piercing and when to change it out. I’m so sad that I didn’t get the name of the person who check me out but I’m definitely coming back for more piercing and would love to get tattoo by them too. All in all a very friendly environment.

Daniel is an awesome person! if you are thinking about getting your ears pierced get it done by him. I got both of my ears pierced by him and he did a great job. He’s very professional and kind you can tell that he cares about his customers and is passionate about what he does. He is also very knowledgeable and likes to engage with his customers for a better experience. Totally recommend him to anyone 10/10

I first became a fan after a great nostril piercing experience with Daniel. My nose healed and I look super cute, thanks! Id been thinking about getting another tattoo for a while. I knew I wanted to add to my collection; but I couldnt get the right vibe when I walked into shops. Daniel (and the rest of the staff) was great I showed him a picture of what I was thinking. He then designed something specific, and way better than I envisioned. The shop has a great atmosphere! I spent a Friday there getting my tattoo done and I felt like I was just hanging out in the neighborhood with a bunch of friends. Will be getting more ink and definitely only come here from now on.

My brother and I went here for the first time to get a tattoo. Kevin was our artist. He was awesome. He does great work! He was easy to work with and the pricing was great ! We interacted with the other staff members as well and they were very friendly and accommodating.

I was determined to get my belly re-pierced this weekend. Before I chose Way of Ink, I went to another tattoo shop that was closer to home. The piercer had bad vibes and I didnt feel comfortable getting pierced by him so, I hopped in my car, Googled other shops, called Way of Ink to see if I can walk in and they took me with no problem!Shout out to Daniel for making me feel welcomed. He is a very nice guy and I appreciate the fact that he took the time to thoroughly look at my anatomy and told me what to expect with my piercing. He was quick and gentle. The piercing barely hurt.Im definitely coming here again for my next piercing 😊

My brother and I both came to get a nose piercing and we really liked the experience. Daniel was nice, very informative, and funny as well. His humor really lightened the mood. He saw I was a bit tired and gave me a bottle of water and candy for the road. We both will be coming back again!

Got a daith piercing here last week. Walked in, was lucky enough that Daniel, their piercer was there. The whole visit was great - fun atmosphere, great conversation, cool decor. Daniel and the girl working at the front both rocked. Absolutely perfect job on my piercing and its healing up great and already helping my headaches.

Way of Ink was recommended to me by a friend when I mentioned wanting to get nipple piercings and Im so glad I came! Daniel was very kind and professional. He gave me an idea of what to expect and always let me know what he was going to do so I wasnt surprised. I felt lightheaded after my piercings (my fault, forgot to breathe lol) and he gave me some candy and constantly checked if I was alright. 10/10 experience and I definitely plan to come back for future piercings and tats.

My son and I decided to get nose piercings and I’m glad we found this place! Daniel was super nice and was very professional while informing us all post op instructions. Highly recommend, very reasonably priced, we were in and out!

The piercer was amazing! my only problem is i don’t think i had the proper anatomy for a belly button piercing (my belly button closes when i sit down) and i probably should have been recommended a floating navel, i may be wrong but looking at it now it appears to just be a surface belly piercing. still a great experience and id probably go back.

Came in as a walk-in and they were able to take me right away. Danny did my tattoo and he did an AMAZING job! He was extremely friendly and made me very comfortable! I absolutely love my tattoo and Danny even let the people with me take pictures at different stages so I could see it (it was on the back of my neck, so not visible to me). He gave me exactly what I wanted and was very quick getting everything ready for the tattoo. He was also very quick with the tattoo, in a good way! Overall great experience.It was my first time getting pierced and it went well. Loved the vibes in the shop, very no nonsense and retro.There was 3 of us, two nose peircings and an industrial. Both nose peircings were done in about 10 minutes and the industrial was about 15. It was very straight forward and aftercare was explained to us.I forgot his name but our piercer was very kind and knowledgeable. He made us feel like he cared more about us as people than he did our money, otherwise we wouldve walked out of there with multiple peircings.Bro was very chill and the process was smooth. Very fear free.We are definitely going back for more holes once these heal.

Got my upper helix done here and I love it! Daniel explained everything clearly and got the piercing done in around five minutes. I will definitely be coming back here for more.

Went in for a piercing but wasn’t quite sure which one I wanted. Daniel was very patient with me and explained the pros and cons of each. He helped me make a decision on which was best for me. I was walked through every step. There was a point where I almost freaked out (love piercings but hate needles, weird right?) Daniel played motivation music of my choice and we got it done and I love it ! Daniel was super personable and friendly. I’ll definitely be going back!

I did a walk in for double nostril piercings and Daniel did a really great job! Super knowledgeable and helped fix up some piercings I had from another shop that didnt heal up the way they shouldve. He made me feel super comfortable and explained things in a detailed way that Ive found to be pretty rare in piercing/tattoo shops. Me and my friends will be coming here from now on for our piercings!!

I’m assuming it’s because they (I didn’t see any ladies at all so you’re lying) didn’t hear you in the front, cause no one in their right mind would have themselves pierced by you. In the past month Daniel did three tattoos for me. The first two were simple lettering and the last one was a fairy. He did a fantastic job! The fairy is stunning! He went above and beyond to make the design I brought him work exactly how and where I wanted it to be. The lettering is also very good. Daniel is very nice, professional, and respectful. The are no small jobs for him: I feel like if its important to you, its important to him. The experience was so sweet, so Ill be returning back and bringing friends. Thank you, Daniel!

DANIEL DELIVERS!! Words can not explain how happy I am as a result of Daniel’s work as a tattoo artist and as a person. I called Way of Ink, around 1pm the day after thanksgiving, in the hopes that an artist would be open to seeing a walk-in client that day. Daniel answered the phone immediately with an eagerness to get me in at a time that was convenient to the both of us.I had some time to spare before my appointment, so I decided to drop by the shop in order to possibly meet Daniel and check out his work before I went ahead and got my tattoo. He personally showed me his work and was very kind and patient, which I completely appreciated— especially as a fellow service worker.Whenever I came back at 5 for my same-day appointment, Daniel and I had a full consultation at the start of the appointment. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in our conversation. He made me feel extremely confident in the design I chose and his ability to carry out the design I chose, which was a fine line piece of work.I came to Daniel that day under total distress after losing a $200 deposit after having an awful experience with an egotistical instagram tattoo artist out in Baltimore that morning. He truly saved the day for me, and he saved my experience in getting my first major tattoo. I was a bit shaken up from an upsetting day, but Daniel truly made me feel so much better emotionally and physically by just being beyond pleasant throughout my entire experience at Way of Ink.It is abundantly clear that the owner, as well as every other Artist that I came across throughout my visit, really loves their profession and cares about Way of Ink’s client’s and their business as a whole. I will definitely be coming back to Daniel for any future artwork because he is truly a treasure in this endless evolving industry.

Came here as a walk in to get my ears re-pierced around 2PM. Fairly quiet but was greeted by Daniel who stepped out from doing a tattoo just to do so.Told him what I wanted, let him finish up with the tattoo (10-15 minutes tops), and got the piercings. Daniel was quick but not rushing, informative, and overall great experience.This was my second time here (tattoo first time) and I have had nothing but great experiences both times. I almost never write reviews, but I had to! The owner is one of the nicest people I’ve met! My septum piercing healed beautifully, and when I needed to get one of the ends replaced, he replaced it with no charge. I recommend this place completely for all piercings.

Daniel was professional with light banter. I got my lower lip done today and he told me the procedure step by step during the process. I didn’t realize how the tipping process worked so I wasn’t able to leave him a tip at first. He told me it was fine and just leave a review online. Such gesture shows how sweet and admirable he is. So far this year I have visited Way of Ink twice. Daniel did a tattoo for me and then touched it up for me on a second visit. This is my third tattoo and overall my experience here has been the best experience I have had at a body art/piercing studio ever. Daniel is extremely polite and very accommodating for his customers. I highly recommend this place for anyone. They also carry body piercing jewelry which is a plus.

I went in as a walk in for a palm sized tattoo and Dan did an amazing job. Very professional and nice dude. I enjoyed working with him and definitely will come back in the future for more pieces by him. The lettering on the tattoo is crisp and neat and looks phenomenal. The price is fair and well worth it for a great looking piece to last for years to come. The shop has a fun atmosphere and definitely a great sense of adult humor.

Very painless 3rd ear piercing. Positioning looks fantastic and even on both sides. Swelling has already gone down and mostly healed by 3rd week!

If you are a energy person then the vibes are so good here! I called for a nose piercing and they told me to come in the next hour. I arrived and was greeted within seconds by Daniel. I went in to get my lobes re-pierced. I have a terrible allergy to metals so I had to use glass plugs and pierce at a larger size than what’s typical. Daniel was so understanding and accommodating, and he was so kind and made sure I had all the info I needed for my intentions of stretching my ears. Tattoo shops can be rough and rude by their nature, but Daniel was such a gentleman, and treated me liked a lady. I will for sure go back to him for any future piercings. 100% recommended him.

Came here for a few tattoos by Daniel. I heard about this place through a coworker. Coming in, everything looked clean. Daniel is a busy man multitasking with piercings, tattoos, phones, and walk-ins. But he does it all respectfully and professionally. He handles it all! Had an industrial done by Dan on my left ear. Professional and informative. Shop is clean and completely professional. The bobbing head people and animals are a little creepy though.

Dan is the best! Any time Ive gotten a piercing done elsewhere, it has been a bad experience. But never with Dan. He has even done damage control for me on the work of other piercers. He is very kind, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, understanding, clean, and detail oriented. He knows his stuff and gives good advice. He is also very available any time I call and is always able to get me in quickly. He positions piercings meticulously and his work is quick, relatively painless, and doesnt give me issues (cant say the same of other places Ive been). Ive seen him for my Medusa, labret, nostril, tongue, and also to help with tongue piercings and dermals done elsewhere that were giving me trouble. I highly recommend Dan for piercings. I wont see anyone else.

I went in with my brother and I got my tongue pierced which I must say was perfect! My brothers ear piercings look amazing too and the vibe in the environment is beyond amazing! Went in with a group of cousins. The man working there (tall white guy, hella face tats) tells us to be quiet the second we walk in. My cousin wanted to get her belly pierced. The guy wouldn’t allow anyone in the room with her and slammed and locked the door behind him. Even after asking if she could have anyone in the room with her and saying she was uncomfortable he wouldn’t let her and was being very rude. We ended up leaving without getting anything pierced. This was our first time coming and I’m very disappointed with how that guy acted with us. He was very rude and disrespectful with no consideration about my cousins comfort. Probably won’t be coming back to give this place a second chance

Daniel is always so kind, polite, and knowledgeable! I swear I always learn something new from him each visit. We have conversations on sterility, after care , needles etc (nurse here, so I love talking about that stuff ahaha ). I’ve come multiple times already for piercings and every time I leave satisfied asking when I can come again for my next one! I know I can trust him because he once refused to pierce a part of my ear because my anatomy would not allow the piercing to heal properly because it’s too small! As much as I was sad I couldn’t get it, I was happy that he was honest and didn’t just do it for the money. Since then I just knew I wanted him to do all my piercings ! You want to know how good he is ? He once complimented the lining up of my triple lobe asking who did it .He might not have remembered since he sees so many clients. But he was the one who pierced them ! Complimenting his own work unknowingly 🤭. Hehe. Anywho, I will continue to come here until I no longer have space for ear piercings ❣️

Love this place. I Needed my daith piercing changed which takes like 5 min to do and I went to another shop Inkd and they literally told me to make an appt for an hour and a half later when I was already there. I would have even waited but they seemed to not want to service me. So I called Daniel at Way of Ink and he already knew my frustration and told me to come right over and he will take care of me and he did. The piercer (Daniel) was a very kind man who did a great job positioning my piercing and making it as clean as possible. I’ve been going to Way of Ink for 12 years now, for both tattoos and piercings, and there’s a reason I continue to go back! Everyone is very helpful and friendly, and they are very reasonable and willing to work with you and your budget.Daniel is wonderful! Making an appt here was the easiest tat appt ive ever made. i emailed them with my inquiry, they got back to me in like 1-2 days, emailed me almost immediately with every response after that. Kevin was my artist and he was was dope as hell. he did an AMAZING job on my tattoo. it was my first leg tat and he ensured me if the pain level was too high for me, i can take any breaks as needed. he was really down to earth, great convo, actually interested in you as a person. the shop was so clean. good vibes all around. i will 100% be coming back for more pieces!

I came here after my nose was reacting negatively to a new piercing (bump would not go away) I received from a piercer at a different location. My original piercer was unhelpful about my concerns, yet Dan swooped in and addressed my issue as soon I was walked in. Dan was so kind and thoughtfully answered all my questions, replacing the piece and giving me helpful suggestions for cleaning. He even recommended that I come back for a quick follow up to see how it responded. Thankfully my bump is completely gone and the piercing looks great! Dan, thank you for saving me a doctor’s copay!

I went in to get my nose repierced. Daniel did an amazing job of making the environment comfortable and was very polite and nice. he also did perfectly lining it up with my piercing on the other side.

The place has a really nice vibe to it , especially the bathroom. My piercer was really great and focused on doing the piercings correctly. He was also very friendly and gentle and talked you through it. If you’re getting a piercing I would totally recommend this place!

Daniel did my septum piercing and was reassuring the whole time. he provided me with information on how to take care of my piercing, and answered all my questions. i will be coming back for more piercings and for any tattoos that i want in the future. overall im very satisfied with the service provided!

Stormed out of this place with anger do to the treatment from the tall man. i walked in with 4 of my cousins to get piercings and the first thing he tells us is to lower our voices and be quiet. the girls and i were just asking each other what we wanted to get done and he’s telling us to be quiet!?? so one of my cousins goes into the room and another cousin follows to be in the same room with her for moral support and the tall dude SLAMS the door and locks it with such force my cousin who was getting the piercing done felt very uncomfortable. she asks “can i please have one person with me?” and he goes in the most creepiest voice ever “nooo only you are getting the piercing done.” the tone in my cousins voice was so frightening she was scared and felt very uncomfortable that we all just walked out and left. we come to your business as paying customers and instead we get a creepy vibe? absolutely not.

I got my tattoo done by Daniel today as a bday present from my daughter. Daniel is AWESOME. He makes you feel relaxed. He not only knows what he is doing, but is so very humble. He also did my daughters tattoos and Im so very happy with them. Have been telling everyone looking for a place, go here you well not regret. The shop is also very cool. They all are so welcoming. Everyone greets you with a smile. Please check them out, you wont be sorry you did. You pay for what you get and let me just say, this man does beautiful work.

I can’t say enough good things about Way of Ink. Customer service is great and the vibe is fun yet professional. Daniel is super talented and a genuinely nice guy. Infact, I want him to be my bestie (😂). I 💯 recommend him for piercings. I haven’t been inked there, but I’ll go out on a whim and say I’m confident they’ll do a brilliant job. This is my new go to piercing and ink place.

The people leaving bad reviews on their piercings are tripping. If it’s not healing right it’s because you aren’t doing after care well enough. I got my septum and navel here last summer. I have seven piercings now, but my best ones were at this shop :) The piercer knew exactly the right spot for my septum, I couldn’t even feel it.

Got my eyebrow piercing back in 2019 and ever since Ive gone here for every one of my piercings ( nose, septum, and labret,). Daniel is always nice , and very informative. Great placed to get piercings at.

I had such a great experience at this shop! I saw Daniel for my first tattoo, and not only was his work exactly what I hoped for, but his knowledge and manner put me totally at ease while I asked a million questions before and during my appointment. Honestly, Daniel is the best tatoo artist professional I have ever dealt with in my lifetime. He is the epitome of exemplar customer service and so humble too. When you speak with him, he will give you a background on tattoos i.e., dragons, lotus and more. These guys study the history and significance of tattoos -- it is more than just putting a tatoo on your body. I witnessed Daniel conducting several pierces, he is great at this skill too. Hes big about hygiene which is very important to me!!!Note: They adhere to the state laws on piercings and tattoos, no kidding!! If your kid turns 18 next week then WAIT until your kid turns 18 years of age; do not bring them in a week before asking for an exception to the state law. They are doing the RIGHT THING!! I will be back and highly recommend to this place to folks with patience and positive energy.The restroom is cool and creative too!✌🏽😊

Walked in here hoping to set up an appointment for getting my tattoo journey started. The whole vibe was not right from the jump,it seemed no one wanted to talk to me, I got greeted by silence for about 20-30 min, after which I decided to approach the front desk and inquire. Guy gave me less than a minute of his time...our memorable conversation ended with “you don’t even know what you want” after which he stalked off to the back room with a beer bottle in his hand.Customer service is horrible here.

I got my ear pierced here on October 29, 2017 (first picture/hair up) and 4 months later it is just fine! (second picture) The man who pierced my ear was very experienced, he walked me through the entire thing and the jewelry they used did not cause me any problems. He also gave me multiple options so I could pick how high or low I wanted my piercing. I will definitely be back for more piercings!! Maybe a tattoo!

Daniel made me feel comfortable and safe as soon as I walked into to the shop. Best piercing experience I’ve ever had! This is the place to go for piercings!

Daniel was great! He’s pierced my nose and I also got my first dermal done by him! Will definitely be coming back for another piercing soon.

The last time we came, my boyfriend got a tattoo based off of a drawing I did. The artist did a perfect copy and everyone loves the piece--commenting that its the best one on him. We are planning on going this week to get more because the artist was professional, friendly, and very skilled. 5/5 stars because I trust this shop and their quality to be branded on me!

Super rude and unprofessional I wanted a simple delicate belly piercing. I pointed at a small jewelry piece because my belly button is small and he said “you’ll never be able to wear a piercing like that because you’re huge” Im 120 pounds and I’m 5’7 ft tall. I asked if I could possibly change it later on and he responded with “I’ve been doing this for 30 years”. I asked if i could have the copy of my military ID back and he said no. Also he was rushing me and I had not even been there for 10 minutes 😂😂😂 the vibe was disgusting lol

Highly recommend Way of Ink for all piercing needs! My cartilage piercing closed up, and I needed it redone. They were quick and professional in answering all of my questions and doing the actual piercing. I was in and out in 15 minutes, and I am very happy with the work they did.

True customer service is lacking in this place but I read what they had to say about getting tattoos and I respect this shop because they dont have time to BS and they are serious about what they do and they care about what they do.So I went in because I got my helix pierced at a terrible shop in Fredericksburg and my piercing would not heal and I changed my jewelry twice. 3 different piercer didnt want to help me figure out why my piercing was healing. I explained what happened to the piercer and he switched to the right jewelry and gave me the right aftercare instructions. The guy was very professional. I was in and out in no time at all.My best advice is to know exactly what you want going in and be prepared to pay the price for your piercing. It is your body, make the investment and ask questions if youre confused about anything. Id suggest calling beforehand, ask questions, so that you dont waste your time and theres as well. This is one of the cleanest and relaxing tattoo environments Ive ever stepped in. The location is right off I-95 and so easy to get to.

I had reached out to the shop about a week ago for a nose piercing and the staff was very quick to respond. I had a great experience with Daniel and would recommend this place to anyone looking for ink or piercings! GREAT SHOP!

I came in to get to two sleeves done but ended up only get 1/4 of what I wanted because the tattoo guy, Duong wasnt very engaged in helping me craft the art. I got a cross, sun, and stars, and decided not to come back. I felt like if he just took the time to talk to me about it, it wouldve been great. He acted aloof and not interested. But the tattoo wasnt bad, it just wasnt really customized.

Went here for a nose piercing and left with a crooked piercing and was criticized the entire time. The piercer is rude and makes unnecessary comments about your appearance. He is unprofessional and assumes that since he’s the piercer, he’s always “right” when he isn’t always right. Do not go here, I am very unsatisfied with my experience.

Terrible customer service! Today is Fathers day, I called the shop right before opening to inquire about an appointment today. The gentleman who answered discusses the days schedule with another man while Im on the phone. He very says very nicely sure we can take you at 4:30pm today for our last appointment. We discuss it would be myself, my husband and daughter coming for small matching initial tattoos for Fathers day. We arrive at 4:15, the shop looks busy. We walk in and everyone seems clueless as to the appointment I made earlier. A few minutes later a young man walks out, says Im just finishing up a tattoo and Ill be right with you in about 30mins. Sure, no problem at all. In the meantime another gentleman has us send him the tattoo through email, he prints it out then takes back to the young man. ( I wish I knew his name but I guess he doesnt do introductions well) Time passes and the young man comes out again and says can you come back tomorrow. I have another tattoo to do. Hmmm where did that tattoo come from being you were just finishing up? I politely state no, as this is my only day off, we live an hour away AND the appt was made as a Fathers Day surprise. He walks away frustrated. Then another gentleman still there working starts complaining to us that we may need to come back that this is fathers day and we both have children (mind you he just told my husband 10 mins earlier he has no kids) Original young man returns to tell me he is not able to do it that we need to come back, it doesnt matter that we drive an hour to get there cause he has to drive an hour to get there to work. My advice, have some empathy. You have a job, please do not compare your choice to drive an hour to work to my choosing to make an appointment at your business. Then on top of it try to make us feel bad that we are cutting into your fathers day because we made an appointment for our fathers day. You shouldnt have opened if you didnt want to do business today. You are a business, act and treat people like they matter. Your tattoo client that just seemed to come up out of nowhere should have been the one asked to come back. Do better In how you handle these type of situations! I feel better knowing I will take my business elsewhere and not patronize a business that makes me feel like an inconveinance to them.

We went to this shop to request Duong for a memorial tattoo of our sons handprints that my husband and I lost in December. Not only were they insensitive to the nature of the tattoo, but it took them over 3 weeks to get back to us to set up an appointment and on the day we called to see when we could come in, he kept pushing the time further and further back. Needless to say, we still have not gotten our tattoo of handprints that we allowed them to copy, and we will be going elsewhere where they are more professional and compassionate. I’m sure his work is great but the customer service couldn’t be any worse and I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve gotten 3 of my 5 tattoos here. The artists are great and so is the customer service. I am planning on getting another tattoo in the near future.I am sad that the guy that did 2 of my tattoos is no longer working at the shop, but that will not deter me from coming back.

Got my septum done here in 2018 and it was pierced nowhere near the right spot and got infected right away. Few years later I went and got it redone properly somewhere else and was told this place was know for the piercer doing stuff like this.

They will way over charge you, i got a piece done for my son, no shedding no color just outline $180. Yesterday I went to get coordinates and I love you underneath and they wanted 150. I love the piece for my son she did a good job but i wish I would have looked elsewhere.

Just got a piercing there and Dan was super nice, helpful, and professional! Just his positive attitude and presence made it such a lovely experience. 100% recommend.

The piercer was very rude and unhygienic. (Unfortunately dont remember his name) He did not listen to what I had to say and told me in his 20 years of experience that he obviously knew what he was doing and that I should listen. He did not show me jewelry options or that he picked it out nor that he even was putting them in; I thought he was just checking/taking out the piercings that were in there and before I knew it he had replaced them with his choice. He also did not tell me about any of his cleaning methods or if/when he cleaned it or if there was or wasnt any kind of after care. Wish I trusted my gut and walked out after his first rude remarks or stopped him when I figured out he was putting his new ones in. Now Im stuck with an infected piercing. I would avoid the piercer. The rest of the parlor/tattooist were very nice.

My wife found Way of Ink via on-line reviews. After meeting Chino and seeing his work, she decided to trust him with her cover-up tattoo. It is incredible. So much so that she is now about 80% complete with an entire sleeve of his work and hes working on mine, as well. Chino is THE MAN and is an exceptional artist. I use the word artist on purpose because thats EXACTLY what he is.As for the shop as a whole, its great! Light, clean, and everyone who works there remembers you and makes you feel like a friend when you return. We have found our shop, we have found our artist and we wont be going anywhere else.

I feel so bad because I forgot the piercers name, but he was great! He explained everything to me, was kind and made sure I was cleaned up. The whole process took less then 5 minutes because obviously he knew what he was doing! I am super happy!

I have a 15 years old nose piercing and took ring out for two days, they wanted my to pay $50 to re pierce my nose as if Im stupid. I wouldve paid for mind to help me put the ring back in, I explained that I never took it out or put it in. So putting the ring in is new for me.Thanks

I got my septum pierced here over a year ago and it still hasn’t healed, come to find out the piercer put it in the wrong spot. The man who pierced my septum was very rude and completely had no business piercing me. Do not go here

A very professional clean tattoo shop. All pieces are one of a kind and drawn for the individual not just a copy from the internet. The wait might be several months. But to have a one of a kind piece of art that is with you forever isn’t that worth it. Better then year’s of regret. Duong is a master with cover ups also.

I agree with a few of the previous post - customer service is worse than Walmart! The employee running the front desk is very rude, he stayed on his phone the entire time I spoke with him, got smart with me when I asked him a question, and wouldnt even look me in the eye. If you want a quick touch up or a piercing and are willing to accept this type of arrogance, this parlor could possibly be for you! However, if you want to find a professional, customer friendly parlor where the employees do not make you feel like you are bothering them, this is DEFINITELY NOT the place. As somebody mentioned earlier, I guess they are making so much money, they got arrogant enough to forget how to run a business or treat customers. Or maybe they never knew!! In case the employees didnt know, your best form of advertisement is word-of-mouth. Ill make sure the USMC in the Northern VA area stay far from your place!!!PERSONAL NOTE to the front desk employee who caught an attitude with me.....youre not as tough as you think! Keep believing that you are safe talking to people with that attitude and youll get a stern wake-up call son!!

Go elsewhere. Had Jake touch up a tattoo I had done years ago and now that it’s healing, my tattoo is RUINED . First, he added shading that I did NOT ask for nor was it included in the picture he showed me before he started my tattoo. I had 3 sessions, the last session I guess he was rushing to get to another client because this portion on my back looks ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Half of my back is SIGNIFICANTLY darker than the rest of my tattoo, it almost looks like I have a black blob on my back. Ughhh I wish I could sue these guys. I Especially since this is not even the guy I made an appointment with. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

DECEIVING, LACK OF INTEGRITY, VERY EGOTISTICAL, Contacted the shop on a Saturday told the artist what I wanted, Monday I brought a few pictures in which he disregarded also at that time I asked if he could get me in and when he said towards the end of the week, I stopped back in on Wednesday because he drew something up, needless to say he missed the target, Thursday he had something new and it was good enough that I wanted to get the work done, the guy said may be Friday no later than 4 on Saturday he said he would call. I went in Saturday at 330 and he was doing nothing but said he had a tattoo to do and he would call me, I wanted to be polite so I said that is cool and I would wait for his call, waited until 7 and I called the shop and asked if he was actually going to have time for me and he said no, I liked the drawing enough to see if he would sell it to me and he wanted $100, after all the deception I decided to cut ties and go to a more reputable shop, if they give you the run around find a different shop, very disappointed I dont understand why the guy wasnt trustful in the first place it would have been fine if he told me he didnt have time at least I would have considered giving them another chance in the future but at this point a man is only as good as his word and their word and work isnt worth the time or money stay clear of this trashy place!

I came to get my ears pierced and the piercer was very quick, and told me exactly what I need to do for aftercare. I highly recommend this place. Do not get your ears pierced at the mall-they do it the wrong way. This place knows how to do it correctly.

GF went for an industrial and they determined her ears werent good candidates so she got a second set of regular piercings. They used a needle instead of a gun. It was pretty quick once it started.

So check it out. I went to this place 09/10/2016to get the rest of my skulls filled in. A very clean and friendly shop. Their artist Daniel did an excellent job on my shading. I will be coming back to get my sleeve finished.

Instead of working with my idea guy just flat out denies me basically cause it was too basic and it might confuse people and then mocked it with people in the store . last time i checked you get tattoos for yourself and if the one person does recognize where its from its a nice experience.

Not only have I heard HORROR stories from this shop, they post this on Instagram during a pandemic. Can’t handle the heat and delete my comment then block me. Only to post about it being a joke. Idk about you, but I wouldn’t want to go to a tattoo and piercing shop that questions the validity of masks, even in jest. Seeing as I’ve had friends tattoos severely scar and get nasty infections from septum piercings gone wrong prior to this pandemic. I’d suggest taking your business literally anywhere else.

The worst customer service I’ve seen so far. The Filipino tattoo guy was high. I went back and forth to get an appointment set and they were unclear about the timing and despite they offered payment through credit card they acted inappropriately when I asked to pay with credit card. Won’t recommend it.
