Our experience was amazing. Ivette was the associate who helped me and my daughter. We got ear piercings. Ivette was friendly, patient and explained everything in detail. She shared in some fun banter with us and it felt less transactional, like we made a new friend. She is so personable and deserves to be recognized. I’ve gotten 8/11 ear piercings I have here and it’s always the best experience I have!! I usually don’t go in with a set position in mind but the piercers know exactly how to compliment the rest of my piercings with the placements of the earrings! I love the sterilization and the welcoming personalities the staff has! Definitely will be coming back for more piercings in the future!

Horrible service, severely understaffed. Waited half an hour to return some items and people kept skipping me and when it was finally my turn the girl tells me they’re closing and they can’t help me out. Even if it was gonna take five minutes they still refused. Gave me attitude too when I asked politely. The girls working are super rude and don’t care about how they talk to customers. One of the girls also miscalculated the price on one item and charged the customer the wrong price that was higher than it should’ve been. Very bad at their job. Would not recommend. Charged me $80 for 10k gold that didn’t even have diamonds or anything on it to be that expensive.

Their jewelry is absolute GARBAGE!!! Spent $40 two separate times to fix a broken chain, they make you think youre getting quality merchandise for less money...GO ELSEWHERE!

Ive been eyeing this Bismark heart anklet for quite awhile but couldnt justify spending the money. Was admiring it again and the sales associate told me about a credit option that gives me 6 months no finance charge to pay it off. That I can do. Happy early birthday to me!

The piercist did not use her equipment correctly and got the earring stuck in the piercing gun. The cartridge was hanging from my daughters ear for ten minutes while three employees tugged and pulled at it. Dont come to this place. Go to a professional.

I had a Wonderful experience this past week. I had pierced ears from when I was 12 years old, Im now 64. From neglecting to wear my earrings my holein 1 ear closed, and I decided to go have it pierced again. Im a Registered Nurse and a big chicken getting needles, so I warned Kyle and he was an Absolute Angel. What a nice Gentleman he is. Before I knew it, I wasnt nervous anymore, done and on my way. I bought a nose ring from here. They told me it was 14k solid gold. It was not. The hoop began to tarnish and my piercing got infected.

Be careful buying gold here....purchased a chain for my son sold as 14k it is gold plated. I paid 250
