Removery Tattoo Removal & Fading

I have attended the Removery on Staten Island only twice so far and I am so happy with an atmosphere and professionalism. The entire laser process is very quick for my little tattoo and the room is always clean and sanitized. I truly enjoy coming there and both laser technicians are amazing, Carmen and Ashley. Love you both and thank you so much for all the fantastic work you do because you make me feel so comfortable and safe in your hands.

Honestly, after my consultation and first session, I am beyond excited for this journey! Ashley is GREAT and explained the process very thoroughly and made me feel extremely comfortable! Loved conversing with her. Carmen did an excellent job with my first treatment and also made me feel extremely comfortable. I cannot express enough how excited I am. Just went for my first treatment and was very impressed. Facilities were clean and staff was kind and professional. I was very scared and unprepared because I was only planning on going in for a consultation, but they were able to squeeze me in for a treatment while I was there. It was really intense for me and I was having a hard time with the pain but they were patient with me and were able to adjust the laser settings to make me feel more comfortable. I went with the unlimited package and financed it at a price that was manageable. Overall, I had an excellent experience. Would definitely recommend!

Carmen at New Dorp Removery was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She made my first time there a comfortable and informative experience. She answered all of my questions and followed up with me to see how I was doing. The treatment was very quick and she was patient. Recommend.

It is always an easy and seamless time when I go into the removery. Everyone greets me with a smile and is so welcoming. The removery makes the experience comfortable and quick. The Staten Island staff is my favorite and just after 3 sessions I see such a difference, very excited for the final finish and will miss seeing them once this tattoo is gone!

Both Phil and Carmen made the laser removal process quick and easy! I was nervous to get a large area of my leg lasered, and they were very informative on the healing process/ how many sessions it may take before it lightens enough to cover it. Carmen made sure I was comfortable in the lasering process and would continue to make sure I was okay after each section she went over. I definitely would recommend the Removery to anyone looking to fade or remove their tattoo completely.

Very great service. Booked an appt for next day. Got seen quickly, and they even allowed me to start that day if the consultation, which I didn’t expect. Quiet office. Very very friendly staff, made me feel very comfortable, and they answered every question about the process before I can even think of one. They even check in with you to see how you’re doing which is very much appreciated. Great place. Only been there for 1 session, got more to go.

Seriously such a wonderful experience here thanks to Phil and Carmen. They were so friendly, informative and truly cared about the process and answered every question I had. I was able to get the treatment in the same visit as my consultation and the overall treatment hurt far less than I expected at such a great price too. I had a great experience at this location. Phil & Carmen are very pleasant. The entire office is spotless. The packages are very affordable.(If you’re from NJ like me, I would NOT recommend is the location in Cinnaminson, NJ. The front desk staff were great, but the doctor wasn’t. He sneezed 3 times without covering his mouth and his breath was not pleasant. He had to leave the room to call someone because he didn’t have an answer to my question.)Luckily, the package deal allows you to go to any location.Although I like Phil & Carmen, I hope I don’t need another treatment. It is quite an expense and is such a long process that I don’t have the patience for anymore. But if I do, I’ll return to this location.

I’ve come to this Removery tattoo several times, and every single time I’m impressed with the level of professionalism, hospitality, and knowledgeability the staff upholds. Carmen and Phil are extremely caring, and make sure to answer any questions you have to make sure your experience is as comfortable as possible. The office is always clean and the laser process is quick and not too painful - Carmen always ices it prior and is great about checking in throughout to see how you’re doing. It is pricy, but that’s just how removing bad tattoos go - good work isn’t cheap and they offer different packages and payment plans to accommodate. 10/10 recommend, super glad I went with this place to get my tattoo removed.

The team members are kind and knowledgeable, professional yet personable. The office is very clean and neat and everything is explained very clearly before each session. I love everything about this company from what they stand for, to the affordability, to their wonderful techs. I am on my third tattoo removal with one being almost completely gone. I have been to a total of 4 locations from NYC when that was the only location near by, to downtown Brooklyn & then bay ridge where I met Carmen & I loved her so much I followed her to Staten Island. She is AMAZING. Love the staff here was very hesitant about getting laser but after talking with them I was feeling much better about the process , the technician was fabulous iced my leg and didn’t makeme feel rushed in any way offered breaks as often as I wanted .The conversation was great helped that she was so nice . Very clean office, everyone is friendly & professional. My first session was quick & they made it as painless as possible!

Time will tell if the tattoo begins to fade, how many treatments it takes, and how the final result looks. I was psyched out after hearing how painful it was from everyone. The zapping took about 5 seconds if that and I felt a small sting at the very end. The sting didnt linger and it has felt like nothing happened a day later. Mary was awesome. Shes very patient and was quick and skilled with her work. She answered any question I had and took good care of me. I will be back for my next treatment before summer. I priced around in NJ and this seems to be the most reasonable. Some others wanted 16 treatments for payment at each one, thats not the case here. Ask for Mary and youll be good. Its really not that big of a deal like everyone says. My tattoo was small.

PicoSure laser really is the gold standard. I had several laser sessions at two different dermatologists to remove a tattoo but the progress was minimal because they were using outdated technology. The sessions with the PicoSure laser at Clean Slate were cheaper, quicker, less painful, and much more effective than the sessions with the two dermatologists I went to before finding Clean Slate.

Hands down the best place to go for tattoo removals. No questions asked. Highly recommend!
