I bought jewelry and changed my mind 10 mins later brought it back and she tells me jewelry is unreturnable when that is not the return policy online it was sealed and unopen. I had to drive to a different claires to return them bc the worker refused to return it and said exchange only which makes 0 sense thats still returning it????? Hire new workers that know the policy. Green and black haired girl at destiny- not friendly at all and didnt even tell me when purchasing that theyre apparently not refundable

The clearance deals are always the best bargain but Ill think twice before coming back to this location. Watching the manager openly berate her employees for something in front of customers is unacceptable.The employee rang up a water bottle for a customer. The manager starts saying that it was bought and on hold. The employee said she didnt know. In the employees defense, I saw exactly what happened. The item was on top of a box behind the poorly designed open-backed register. Unmarked, unlabeled, not in a box or a bag. A customer picked it up and asked if it was part of the sale on the other water bottles on the shelf. Yup. Or not. Manager starts in that she should have known because it was right there and she shouldnt have sold it (meanwhile the customer trying to buy it was like well Ill get something else) manager waved her off. There were boxes and loose items all over the place behind the register which is in the middle of the store. Holding a paid for item in that mess was not the best move and certainly not something the employee could have, or should have, known.Having worked retail, items that are paid for generally leave the store with the customer, or have a receipt taped to it.My guess is she wanted it for herself but didnt have the time to ring it out yet.

Favorite childhood place to go shop as a kid as well as adults. They do piercings to the ears only and they wear gloves when doing so. Prices range depending on the location of the piercings. Took my daughter there to get her wars pierced and the service was very welcoming.

Daughter loved it! She got some gear for the 4th of July 2023!!

The service here was extremely slow and when I asked what was going on the excuse was that only one person in the whole store was allowed to pierce ears and also work the register. There were multiple other workers that were just standing around the store and unable to help anyone.

The staff was helpful. Store was messy and smelled like a bathroom. They offer a military discount and that was thoughtful.

Why do they allow CHILDREN to get piercings in the middle of a mall with a “gun” that’s been used on many many other people. This is wrong and no one should out their earlobe through so much trama.Cheap earrings. No wonder when I was a kid my ears would itch from the inside out because of the cheap metal they used for the hooks of their earrings.

I would not go back to this store got my ears done the girl messed them up then the stuff they give to clean your ears smells like bleach I looked up what was in it and it has bleach in the cleaning products I will never set foot back into this store my ears was hurting so bad

I got another piercing and it hurts to put both earrings in because they put the holes way to close together on one ear and it hurts so bad all the time
