Awesome artists and some of the most genuinely nice people Ive ever met. Took our ideas and captured them perfectly. So appreciative for the time and care that is put into their craft. Cant recommend Jemola highly enough. Superbly talented. The shop is clean and unique. Jealous that I dont live in Syracuse anymore because I would love to have access to a shop like this all the time. Cuse residents, this should be your only shop.

This is an awesome tattoo shop! I love all the artists here. Me and my boyfriend have gotten all of our tattoos here, and some of our friends have also been here a lot getting flash tattoos or custom pieces, some small and some quite large. All of the artists are super friendly and helpful through the whole process. If youre looking for a piercing, Dave is amazing, and the jewelry is beautiful! Highly recommended you check out their Instagram profile @resurrected_tattoo and their artists profiles too! Pictured are pieces done for me and one for my boyfriend by Rob Fay; cant brag enough about his work. You cant go wrong no matter who you work with here, but my biggest shoutout goes to Rob, Julie and Thad who have done me and my friends, and we love their work!

Lets see my son, my wife, and I, all have cotton tank at Resurrected. We have all had great experiences and have been very satisfied with the work the artist have performed. My son just got his third and wife second at this location. I have one and Im looking to add another. Top Notch Artistry and friendly staff. There always seems to be several people inquiring or getting ink or piercings every time I have been in there.

Resurrected Tattoo is THE PLACE to get tatted in Syracuse. I moved here last year and knew I wanted some new ink. I took some time to explore and landed upon this place in downtown Syracuse. I was weary at first because most downtown tattoo places are often highly overpriced primarily because of their location, but that was not the case with this shop. When I walked in the door, the dope girl who works the front desk greeted me instantly and asked to help me. I gave her an idea of what I wanted and what style and she referred me to the artists and their specialties in their books and Instagram accounts. All of the artists are extremely talented, but Thad was the guy I wanted for the style I was going for. Thad was personable and professional and easy to work with. I placed a $40 deposit, set my date and went on my merry way. I sent Thad reference photos of what I wanted and when I returned the day of my appointment, I was STOKED for the work he drew up for me (GoT tat). After that, I knew I wanted him to finish my right arm. I went to him with tattoo idea for my upper arm, paid my deposit and went on my way again. When I returned, my excitement was through the roof because he outdid himself again. I recommend to anyone wanting their work done to give these guys a shot. Finding the right tattoo artists is like finding the right barber, once you find the one, you don’t cheat or you end up with a jacked up look.

I had the best experience with jemola about two years ago. he is so incredibly talented and my tattoo aged/ healed so well. i’ve had a handful of people recently comment on the quality of piece he did, so i had to come back and leave a good review. during the appointment, he was super respectful and professional. for example, he had to put a paper towel down on my chest at one point and asked “is it cool if i put this here?” instead of manhandling me like i’ve had other artists do in the past. thank you jemola for making it a fun and comfortable experience!!!

This place was walking distance from my apartment, so I passed it often. I got my first tattoos and piercings here one random day. Im not sure if they still take walk ins. Ive had other tattoos that were the same level of quality as I received here that I needed to book months in advance for a much higher price than I would have gotten here. This was always a welcoming, friendly and relaxing environment for me, and I love the tattoos and piercings I received here.

I love this shop! Everyone working their was professional, friendly, and supportive. They are all also amazing artists and really talented at what they do! I got tattooed by Ben and my friend by Thad. They were both really great artists. Their shop is clean, welcoming, and friendly. It is also full of beautiful inspiration if youre not sure what you want! Its as much a museum as it is a tattoo studio, so make sure to pop in just to look around if youre ever in the area, you wont be disappointed! I will definitely be back to get tattooed again!

All of the artists at Resurrected are very talented and professional. I have multiple tattoos from Jemola that are over 10 years old and still look brand new. I would 10/10 recommend Resurrected.

Dave was AMAZING! I was a walk in and got my tongue pierced. He told me exactly what he was going to do step by step before he pierced me. Calmed me down so much because I was really nervous. Everything was so clean and everyone was so nice. Hopefully will get a tattoo done here in the future!

Abbie is Amazing, she did my mastectomy tattoo and took into consideration a few request. She knows how to treat her clientele and makes you feel like a friend. Her artwork is on point, I truly LOVE my ink and will only use her now for anything else. Definitely recommend her and this shop.

I’ve been going to RT for over a year now, specifically Julie, and i love the outcome every single time. the atmosphere and tattoo artists are always so welcoming! i only go to dave for my piercings too! he makes the process so seamless! i highly recommend RT!! :-)

I have nothing but good things to say about Resurrected Tattoo! Their facility was very clean and orderly. Theres lots of cool art on the walls. The staff was very knowledgeable and patient with me, as well as very professional. I felt valued and they were more than ready to help me decide on the perfect tattoo. I would recommend Resurrected to anyone interested in getting a tattoo or piercing. The talents of these artists range from old school to new age and everything in between. I absolutely love it here. My fiancè and I get all of our tattoos from Jemola. He is a fantastic artist along with all of the other artists here. All of the artists always seem so excited about all of the pieces they do. They all seem like a family. The environment here is very welcoming! I would recommend any of the artists here!

I’ve been here for piercings as well as a tattoo, and I plan to get more! Everyone that works here is super friendly and chill, I always feel very comfortable. They are all very talented artists as well. Very clean and professional.

If youre into down to earth, talented, and all around good people, this is the shop for you. Everyone is excited and motivated to work here and have done great work on me in the last two months. From touch ups to original ideas, they want to give you the best tattoo they can. Also, if you get woozy, they have great candy.

Highly recommend this place! Really friendly and professional people. Got a cartilage piercing from Dave and he was really nice and talked me through the whole process which really kept me calm when I got the piercing. He even offered me a discount when he realized they didnt have the earrings I wanted.

Ive been getting tattooed here since 2011 and the entire crew is all extremely talented and will give you some of the best tattoos in New York.Their piercer Dave is also extremely knowledgeable and carries only the best jewelry for your piercings.I couldnt recommend them more for your body adornment needs.

Came across them at the Rochester Tattoo Expo last April. I am writing this review now because I just had a tattoo covered up from which Rob Fay (Steakmoss) did the original work. Nice guy and I enjoyed the camaraderie of the business tattoo artists but he did a sub-par job. I thought it would have been a fairly easy tattoo to create and everything looked good before inking but the lines from the image were not evenly distributed from the results. Some disappointment for sure but a better tattoo came of it recently from another tattoo artist. I feel I am now finally allowed to express how I felt about this mishap months ago!

Shop was clean, prices were good, people were professional. You dont have to worry about getting a funky amateur tattoo; they will take the time to do it right. Ben is an outstanding artist and a credit to his profession. Resurrected Tattoo is highly recommended!

Okay so I never really have much for specific ideas, but usually about hand sized and not a lot of detail. So I always just do walk in because, why would I make an appointment for a tattoo that will take an hour or less to do? Well I love the work here, especially Julie, being told every week, about three times a week by the same girl at the desk or over the phone that an appointment would be best because they have absolutely no openings makes me not want to get a tattoo. They’re not cover ups, they’re always small, very little detail tattoos and always told to make an appointment. I go 1 mile down the road to halo and legit have someone already working on my tattoo idea and has just as wonderful work as you guys. I’m just really disappointed that I’ve watched several of my friends walk in with no photos, very large, detailed work that would most definitely take at least 3 hours to do. I do wish to get a tattoo from you guys and hopefully I won’t have to make an appointment.

Great experience with Thad at Resurrected Tattoo for my first ink. An amazing artist! with nothing more than this description: a flag, an anchor and the word POP his vision my thoughts to reality. everyone was friendly and cool space. . Everyone was super easy to worth with and helped me get where I needed to be. The design is perfect and staff is super kind. Jemola is super sweet and great to talk to. He does amazing work and I highly recommend them !

Got two piercings at Resurrected 10 months ago, both piercings ended up inside my ear one with a bad infection (I took very good care of both) the other I had to have taken out by another piercer because it just hurt too much. The piercer who took them out told me that they were WAY too small for ear piercing and probably why they ended up inside my cartilage. Also, when I got these two piercings, I was told that they were gold plated only to find out that they were not - and I was still charged around $80 for each!!!!! I definitely would not recommend for anybody to have a piercing done here.

Just got my nose pierced by Dave today. He was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, explains everything throughly and was very professional! I’m definitely going back. Overall great experience. Highly recommend. Thank you!

David pierced my daughters septum. He was very friendly and professional. His aseptic technique was exemplary. Very happy that my daughters first piercing was done here and I would recommend David to anyone.

Went here last weekend for a Smiley piercing but the piercer Dave advised me he wouldnt do it on me because my body would just reject the piercing due to the amount of skin I had in the place where the ring would go. Of course I couldnt leave without getting something and he waited patiently and helped as I tried to decide what to get pierced ... I ended up getting a Septum Piercing and he talked me through the entire thing. VERY professional! I definitely would go again.

Brought a friend in for a birthday gift, in the midst of filling out paperwork he received a FaceTime from his sister in another country, volume wasn’t up and he was by the door. Some guy peeked his head around the corner and told him to turn the volume down rudely. Not to mention the music was blaring and other conversations were going on. So I politely told the woman at the desk we are good on the tattoos, she replied this is a business, I get it but it’s not like him momentarily coming in the sign the papers disturbed any business that was going on. Not one person I encountered was personable walking into that shop.

Jemola was super professional, efficient and made me feel completely at ease for my first tattoo. Studio was immaculate and had a great vibe.

This place botched a simple paper crane tattoo. Basic line work. The lines were faded, too deep, and shady. Not clean at all. I had to get it redone somewhere else. Dont go here!

Staff and quality were amazing. They took me as a walk-in on a Sunday afternoon. This is not a discount tattoo parlor. This is quality and you will pay quality rates, but you will be glad you did. 10/10 would recommend.

ONLY place I will get my tattoos done. Ben K and all of the artists there are extremely talented. Ive been going there for years and wouldnt consider getting work done anywhere else. Always a clean and sanitary place too! Never disappointed.

Great place the guy that does the the piercings is a nice knowledgeable guy very friendly and he listens to what you want cannot wait to go back. Piercings By DAVE he did my septum and a repierce on a hole that closed hes very gentle no pain at all😉😉😉😘😘😘 well maybe a little pressure! Lol

Stop there a couple weeks ago to get my teenage daughters ears pierced, turns out they were still pierced when she got them done in the 5th grade. They could have charged us to do it again but they did not.. very friendly helpful people highly recommend

Im 13 today I went and got my helix pierced I was really nervous when I walked in it was a nice atmosphere it had really good vibes I was a walk in and was welcomed in very quickly Dave was my piercer and was very experienced and helped calm me down with breathing exercises and the prosess was very quick and painless I 100% recommend this place to anyone a lot of my friends want their helix pierced and I have recommended it to all of them and they are planning appointments for it it is a great place and I recommend it you wont be disappointed 😃

They are the experts in traditional and old school art work, they do an excellent job and their artists are actual artists and not just tattooers. Highly recommended. Very fair prices too

Upon arriving on my appointment date, my phone broke, and I couldnt access my email, which made receiving the picture of the tattoo I wanted impossible... Ben, the tattoo artist, offered to draw out what I had in mind...In a way, he seemed excited to draw something out rather than doing a flash tattoo... When he showed me what he drew up, I was speechless.... it was a lot more beautiful than the picture I originally had in mind... Ben is a true artist and i really do feel that me not being able to access the picture I originally wanted was fate... after he was done my wifes exact words were, Out of all the tattoo pieces you have, Bens tattoo is the MOST BEAUTIFUL... The shop itself is extremely clean, the staff is very friendly, and there is an overall positive aura about the shop... I already have in mind what I want to get next, and Im definitely going back to Resurrected Tattoo!!

No way are these people artists, more like local trash scaring your body for life. Employees are rude and incompetent. BEWARE ... I think this is more for people who are drunk and dont care what goes on their body.

These people have no clue what there doing at all got a tunge piercing and they put the wrong size bar tunge got swollen over the bar and when I called they said I was playing with it to much so had to go to another shop to get a bigger bar and when they put the two together you could see the difference in the size and when she switched a lot of pain went away wow for there prices they should know what there doing.....😑
