I love the jewelry don’t like the agreement your warranty only covers if I can bring it back to you no lost or stolen. You guys need to have a full warranty any other piercing place has one. Feels like I wasted money

Literally, will never go anywhere else for jewelry. The customer service here is beyond. You don’t get that kind of service anymore elsewhere.
