This is the best tattoo shop in Toledo. Very friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere. Had 2 arm tattoos and very pleased. Staff makes sure everything is how you want it exactly before beginning. Booked online and got a response the same day. I would highly recommend.

I had a walk-in session with Alex for my first tattoo and had an amazing experience with her and all the other artists there. I came in with a friend who was getting a tattoo the day later at another studio and was very nervous. All the artists were nice, understanding, and helpful to both myself and my guest. Alex was incredibly professional and comfortable to be around and I’d go back to her again in a heartbeat. The overall shop was clean, cozy, and welcoming and I can’t wait to come back.

Got a tattoo with Chris, he is very friendly will work with you to make sure you get what you want and does amazing work, will definitely be getting more tattoos by him. The place is clean and a great atmosphere all the staff is friendly.

Dawn at Art Bound Studio is amazing and her line work is impeccable! This is the best tattoo studio in Toledo by far! The shop has been newly remodeled and is clean. I drive an hour (from Fostoria, Ohio) just to make sure that Dawn does ALL of my art work AND she responds to my messages in a very timely manner. I have been her client for 2 years now and have gotten almost a complete arm sleeve. I have gotten SO many compliments from others on my tattoos and I would highly recommend this studio!

I absolutely loved this place. The vibes are amazing; all the artists are professional but also chatty and love to get to know their clients. Madison did an AMAZING job on my two pieces based off of the Life is Strange game series. Despite not being familiar with the games herself, she took the time to do some research to make the pieces unique while matching the vibe i was going for (im terrible at explaining lmao and she was so patient with me). Id recommend this place to anyone that wants a chill environment while getting tattooed 💜

Came all the way from Pennsylvania to have Dawn do a color floral piece on my forearm. It took three sessions and each one was an absolute pleasure. The vibe in the shop is like hanging out with a group of your friends, everyone heckling each other, checking out each other’s work, telling stories, so fun! Kris is the best tattoo artist Ive come across to this big of a job hes completing a cover up on my chest piece and his skills are unmatched my tattoo was so dark and he was able to cover it with a beautiful design cant wait for the finish piece once its finally done he very flexible on schedule and is very reliable he gave me such a good deal on my piece cover up and hes very understanding.

BEST TATTOO SHOP IN TOLEDO!! I got in touch with Dawn to do a scar cover up. We texted back and forth bouncing ideas and tweaking designs. She worked with my schedule and got me in for not one, but THREE tattoos! My dragonfly scar coverup turned out beautifully with some fine line detail and a little watercolor to bring it to life. I’ve just received my first tattoo at Art Bound Studio by Dawn (the owner) and I am absolutely in love with it. I was nervous going in because I’ve never experienced getting a tattoo before and had no idea what to expect or how it would end up turning out, but after getting there and talking with Dawn about the process I felt automatically calm and comfortable because of how kind and caring she is. Before getting started she applied the tattoo outline to my skin in the place that I wanted it so I could see how it would end up looking just in case I might not be happy with it, after that we got started and I am in LOVE with my new body art! I am so grateful to have found this amazing studio and all of the amazingly talented artists inside of it. I could not be happier with my new tattoo and how it all turned out.

Art Bound is awesome! I have been to so many shops over the years that I cant even name them all. I finally found a shop that I fully enjoy. The artists are all great, friendly vibes, good conversation and amazing work. I had Dawn as my artist and she did an amazing job. I wanted a piece for my daughters and only had an idea. Artbound is the best tattoo shop in Toledo Ive been to. I have had several tattoos done by the husband and wife team at Art Bound. Megan and Tony are accommodating and willing to work within not only your ideas and thoughts, but within your budget. From simple lines to 3/4 back piec and cover up, they have completed almost half of my tattoos. I was able to message my artist with an idea and inspiration pics and the outcomes far exceeded my expectations. The studio is elegant but laid back and everyone is very friendly.

Dawn is an amazing artist, and I recommend her to anyone getting a tattoo, or if you’re looking for a new artist. Scheduling an appointment was very easy as well! Dawn responded immediately, and we got everything set up in no-time! The shop itself is super clean too! Not to mention everyone in there is very friendly, but still professional. Dawn also makes awesome homemade cream to apply on your tattoo, and will give you a cup for free to use during the healing process. It’s available for purchase, and I think I’m going to stop by today and buy some!

Raven has been THE PIERCER and tattoo artist for my family for years. I went to get my nipples repierced recently that I thought had closed but Raven was able to just put jewelry back in saving me almost $100 dollars.Shes always been honest and fair in pricing. Her move to Art Bound is a solid studio upgrade from her previous shops in town. 10 out of 10 do recommend.

I couldnt be happier with what Dawn was able to do for my arm piece! Every time I look at, I cant help but smile. She did such a great job with the full color. One of the best tattoo shops in Toledo by far, which is great since I live nearby. Online booking was super easy, and Dawn was so quick to respond, and super patient with my wild ideas. The atmosphere is absolutely amazing. The girls are so kind and funny, I couldn’t stop laughing. I was nervous when I first arrived but they very quickly made me feel welcome and comfortable. I can’t and won’t go any where else for tattoos now. Alex is a phenomenal artist, she made my tattoos come to life and she made them more beautiful then I imagined.

Staff is very rude and act standoffish as if they are too good for your business. Had saved up about $3000 to get a full sleeve that I’ve been wanting for a long time, all very appropriate tattoos nothing of profanity or offensive images and the tattoo artist and owner acted as if they were too good for my business. The owner conducts very poor business practices and is a jerk all at a time where our economy is weak, and people are not getting as many tattoos or unessential purchases. You would think they would love to take on a full sleeve. Took my business to another tattoo parlor in Toledo, and they were thrilled to do my sleeve and very appreciative and booked an appointment with them.

I got my piece done around 2 months ago and the amount of compliments I have gotten on it already are insane! I have had multiple people ask me where I got it done and who did it. Alexandria did my tattoo and it was the best experience by far, she joked around with me and talked to me about music, I would 100% come back, it’s a very friendly and fun environment! I highly recommend Alexandria and art bound studio in general!

Saw Nolan Moore for my tattoo and his work is EXCELLENT! I got a poem I have always wanted but his black and gray realism is breathtaking!The photo of my tattoo isnt very good but his lines are absolutely amazing! On the day I had an appointment my car needed a jump to get there and couldnt find help so I was heartbroken I couldnt get there but the owner drove all the way to me to give me a jump!! (I live in east Toledo so it wasnt close!)

I received a tattoo on my forearm from Dawn and it is perfect. Was looking to get a heart with all my deceased family members birth flower around the heart. She drew it for me and it was perfect. I get a lot of compliments everywhere I go. I am fromGenoa Ohio and I booked my appointment by emailing Dawn and she got right back to me. The shop is very clean and everyone is very friendly. Best tattoos in Toledo! I went to Megan to get a coverup of a small piece on my wrist. She gave me an awesome watercolor/geometric design that is also an abstract rendering of a photograph that I really like. I asked for a ludicrous combination of elements and she did it beautifully! I’m going back to Megan again in a few days for an entirely new piece. Highly recommend!

Clean, friendly, and very professional. This is one of the few shops Ive been to that is very comfortable. Woman owned most of the artist are women also. Megan did an amazing armband and feather freehand for my wife. We will be going back soon.

If youre new to tattoos, this is a perfect place to be introduced and fall in love with them. The artists feel like a group of siblings who take interest in each others work, and they make you feel right at home. This is the best tattoo shop in Toledo! I found them on tik tok after searching for shops in Toledo Ohio.I booked online with Dawn (which was super easy) and having her as my artist has been amazing! We are working on a full leg sleeve and the progress so far has exceeded my expectations! All the tattoo artist there are amazing and the atmosphere there is so laid back and fun which makes getting a tattoo a breeze and go by so fast!

I recommend Megan 1000% I went there because I was having a tough time finding someone who felt confident doing cursive writing on a hand. And talking to her on the phone I could already tell she does her work with confidence. I called made an appointment that night she got me in and her husband did my fiances tat. She did a free style on my hand/ fingers, my grandmas exact writing on my arm, and another on my other hand/ finger that was an idea I sent to her, that she made even better. Nolan did a fantastic tattoo for my twin sister and I! Very impressed. His lettering is phenomenal and its actually pretty hard to find tattoo artists that good at it. I reached out on the website and she texted me a couple days later.She was patient during the collaboration process as I knew I wanted something new but I couldn’t make up my mind. She was totally understanding and even offered me an out if I wasn’t satisfied with her drawings. I never felt like just another job, you know? It was such a cool, low pressure experience on the front end.Once I showed up, her shop was orderly and clean. She definitely takes covid protocols incredibly seriously.My tattoo looks amazing and it was at fantastic price.
