Awesome place that is VERY clean! Friendly people and ANDALA RAE is an AWESOME Soul and AMAZING artist! Highly recommend to any and all looking to get body art!

Although text conversations about booking were professional, the overall experience and appointment did not turn out this way. The original appointment had to be rescheduled to a day later after hours - which was not an issue and the reason given was completely understandable - however, upon myself and my friend arriving for our appointment, we were asked to verbally confirm our age as above 18 and never asked to show ID. Additionally, we were not asked to fill out any paperwork because our artist, Brie, “didnt want to bother with it.” The tattooing itself went fine, and we were both happy with our finished products despite the awkward experience, but before cashing out we were asked if either of us wanted a bandage but told that we didn’t actually need one. Despite our artist saying we “didn’t need” bandages, I was bleeding quite a bit and my friend was also experiencing some bleeding. Bandages were then applied without gloves and we checked out. While some of these concerns may seem nitpicky, we were most concerned about the lack of identification verification and lack of paperwork. Two stars for a satisfying end product, but overall we’re definitely not going to be rebooking with Brie or Infinite Art again.

The shop itself is so modern and inviting and impeccably clean as soon as you walk in!I highly recommend Jacob Martin as an artist, his art is incredible and hes a joy to work with, unlike so many unfriendly or awkward artists Ive experienced before. Ive been going to him exclusively for 3+ years for my whole sleeve and I get asked regularly in public where I get my tattoos done at! Cant wait to finish this sleeve and start another!5/5 ⭐ Would highly recommend!

Jacob was excellent in accommodating an unfinished tattoo, while I was in town during the holidays. Very friendly and professional. Comfortable and clean environment and I left very happy with the final product.

The owner did my daughters memorial tattoo years ago and still looks beautiful! It was worth waiting for and looking so hard for a great tattoo artist to do it. Monk was excellent, may have him do my next one too if hes into it or even still tattooing anymore that is.

I went there for a last minute walk-in when walking past the building, and Im glad I did! Ethan did such a great job on my tat, and now my brain is ticking for more ideas! Awesome place, seriously!

Just got my first ever tattoo done by an apprentice named Sarah! Had a super comfortable experience and she was so willing to work with me to make my tattoo perfect even though it was just a practice tat! Lines are super clean and she seemed super knowledgeable on all things tattoo! :) Love love love it!

This was my 4th time here this year, and as always it was awesome. The gentleman at the front desk was super nice, and my artist was the best. She always checks in throughout the process, and my new tattoo turned out amazing! I cant wait to come back for my next one.

Dominic did an amazing job on our tattoos. He was very kind and made us feel welcome and comfortable. He delivered exactly what we wanted and is a very talented artist who clearly knows what hes doing. Overall its an awesome place, very clean and cool-looking inside. Service was friendly and efficient. Came in from out-of-state for tats and we were able to quickly set up 2 next-day appointments. Would highly recommend.

I’ve been going to Dom for almost 4 years now and he never disappoints! His ability to take your idea and draw it into something that’s his own unique style is amazing, and I love every tattoo I’ve received from him. It’s also never awkward in the shop and the conversation flows freely, which is helpful when you’re spending so many hours in the same place. The shop is always clean and organized, and I’ve never had any issues with scheduling an appointment. 10/10 would recommend!

I would have loved to get a tattoo here, I went in to get set up with an appointment. I was told I would have to get in touch with an artist via a no call number (text only). I followed exactly what I was told and have gotten nothing but crickets for 3 weeks. I tried reaching out to two other artists via info found on the social media and still crickets.

Great experience in the new building! Logan absolutely nailed my tattoo. He really paid attention to the details to make sure that it was great. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get a tattoo!

Ive gotten all of my tattoos (so far) at Infinite Art. I really like the atmosphere and the artists are very talented. There are artists at IA that do every style imaginable and I would definitely recommend giving them a try! If you are on the fence about getting your first tattoo, just do it!

Shannon (540) has been my artist for almost a decade and she is absolutely amazing. Her attention to detail and customer service skills keep me coming back. The overall aesthetics of the shop is trendy and hip and everyone is always so down to earth and welcoming. I so love my tattoo therapy sessions. Thank you Shannon for always being awesome!

Was told to text Logan he never texted me back for a simple dragonfly tatto oh well guess he’s to good for that I’ll find somebody else. Got my first tatto in Florida no issues whatsoever to bad Toledo doesn’t have tatto artist like Florida what a shame he couldn’t even text me back

Stopped in to discuss a tattoo and was able to get it done the same day. Gen drew up a great design and I love the end result! The price quote she gave me was very reasonable. Definitely will be back for more here in the future.

I just got my now second tattoo from Ethan. I have a few others from different places but I would say that Ethan is my new favorite. Genuinely loves what he does and it shows. He takes the time to give his professional opinion and takes his time. Amazing job and I love both of my pieces. I will be returning for sure.

Love Sailor Woody! Ive been going to him for over 20 years. I drive all the way from Akron to still go to him. Had an arm piece that took several sessions but it came out absolutely gorgeous. I have no problems making the road trips for topnotch artwork and I would gladly do it again!!!

I have been going here for years. Shop is clean and very professional. All the artists seem great, though I have only been tattooed by one of them. You will definitely want to check out their portfolios and pick someone with a style you like. Quality artists so pay the extra money, tattoos are forever.

Cannot say enough about how great this place is!

Had a tattoo done by Bradly and it was one of the best experiences i have ever had. I have three tattoos all done by different artists and he was more engaging and involved than my other artists were. he talked to me through the entire thing and gave me a great product. he was constantly on time for our appointments and finished in a timely manner.

I now live in South Carolina and wait until visiting home to get tattooed because this place is the best. 540 recently did an AMAZING job on a watercolor style flower for me. I trust no one else to do color like her, and I was expecting to pay more than she charged. She was also very flexible when it came to fitting me into her schedule. I highly recommend her to anyone.

Brian Finn was excellent!!! He did a great job!! My daughter and I got matching tattoos!! And we love them. Hes very clean and professional.

Sarah, the tattoo artist, was very great with my 18 year old daughter in explaining how to care for it and how to breathe through it.

Ive been coming here for about 15 years. It is the only tattoo shop in town I will go to. My favorite artists are sailor woody, and Dominic but Ive been going to them since their Toledo tattoo days in point place and airport highway. The other artists are also very good and professional in their own right. I highly recommend Infinite Art.

Do to the artist’s personal problems he was not able to do my tattoo the following week or a month later and they are unwilling to give me 100$ deposit back. He left a status on facebook that people need to reschedule, because he is overwhelmed. It was not a nice message, but it had a link to reschedule on his facebook page so I did as he stated he needed. I got a call a day later from the Office manager asking if she could reschedule me. I informed her I already did. I get another call from her a month later saying the artist needs to reschedule my second appointment, because he was going on vacation. I have no personal connection to this artist, so I decided he is not the artist for me. They are refusing to give me my 100$ mandatory deposit back. One reason for their not giving it back was because I rescheduled myself the first time, according to the office manager. I think this is bad business and really bad customer service. I do not recommend leaving Athertan a deposit because he will keep it, even if its his problems that he can’t tattoo you. Two thumbs done, bad business ethics

First tattoo. Called to make an appointment, artist was late showing up. No big deal, but when she came in she brushed past me, very rude, and only spent 5 minutes speaking with me. I brought in the design I had spent weeks working on; artist told me she would not place it where I wanted it on my body because “If I got fat or when I had children it would look bad.” Rude and presumptuous. Took my design and then asked me to pay $20 so she could change it to something she liked. Was extremely disappointed. Went to a different shop the same day and got the tattoo I want in the place I wanted it, and had much, much better service (and quality of tattoo ... well done and much less expensive, by several hundreds of dollars). I called the parlor back to cancel any future appointments with this woman; the next day she called and harassed me, texting me over two dozen times, demanding to know why I had canceled because she “had children to take care of, her art was her livelihood.” As someone who is also a freelance worker I can completely respect this, but the whole situation was handle extremely unethically and unprofessionally. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Best place to get a tattoo! I walked in and was acquainted with Brian Finn. AWESOME dude! I showed him what I was looking to get and he drew it out and gave me the tattoo that same day. Cant wait to get my next one here!

I literally have never been disappointed like how i am now. I went to this place and got my vary first tattoo that I was so excited to get. But it’s unfortunately turned out a nightmare. I regret having it the same second I got home and looked at the mirror. My tattoo was one word only and it’s not big at all. It costed me 80$!! . And the artist made it too thick when I clearly told her not to do that before she gets started! She also didn’t make it black! It turned out dark green! And it looks like an ink that someone pour water over it! So unprofessional!! Not worth the money!! The worst part that this is going to last on my body forever! Don’t go there and do the same mistake i did!

I have gone to Gen for all of my tattoos and she is absolutely wonderful. Shes always is so kind to me and does a wonderful job on my tattoos. I highly recommend her and this place.

This place had rave reviews from several friends in Toledo, so I decided to make an appointment for my first tattoo. Two of the artists I emailed to make an appointment with never even replied, so I stopped in and met with Drew. Discussed my ideas and made and appointment. When I went in for my appointment he was extremely rude, the design looked terrible, and when I asked for other ideas he said you dont see me knocking on your door for my tattoo ideas---- so I left. This was extremely devastating too, as I had been looking forward to this for months.

I see Brian Finn he has has done all but 1 of my tattoos he starts at $65 and if you get more than 1 at a time the second one is less expensive. He does great work.

Had a great experience today at Infinite Art with Mike Fairman!! He did an amazing job, made sure my sister and I got exactly what we wanted, and gave us a great shave with that Bic 😉... (dot dot dot lmfao)

I am originally from the northwest ohio area and I have moved from there to maryland and to columbus. And every time I come back to visit family I get a tattoo from Tony touch. His schedule is almost never open but I make sure I get my appointment at least 2 months in advance. Hes a busy guy. I understand that. His work is super awesome and I plan on getting many more tattoos from him in the future. On top of that I have never spent more than $200 for a tattoo with him. Not that I get huge back peices or anything. But I do get medium sized tattoos, around 9x5 I would say. I suppose it depends on the job.I do agree with the review that says that the girl at the front desk is not very nice but dont let that deter you from the shop. Also if you come in and you know that artist is there, they might be willing to see you and give you a quote.

I just went there today because I am looking for a place to get my tattoo done at. I wasnt too happy with the girl at the front desk, she wasnt very nice. I asked her how much the tattoo i wanted was, which is a photoshopped example, and she showed an artist, and the price was super high! $300 for one butterfly on my shoulder. and the one i really wanted which has quite a few butterflies would be WAY too much i think. I thought around maybe 700 at the least. She asked me my age and when I said 17 she automatically said you have to be 18 to get a tattoo and completley dismissed us. im just trying to find place so i can know who i wanted to do my tattoo when my birthday comes around. and im not going to get anywhere with people like that.

I had used their tattoo shop for years and I started getting a tattoo done I already paid for it it was supposed to be a half piece going to my elbow and he didnt finish the tattoo and when I went back the owner told me that I had to pay $100 more each session how is that a business model I have been going there for at least 10 plus years now I have to have it covered up with a tattoo that is at least two or three times the size by a different artist a different place and pay more money because they did not only not finish the tattoo they also cut me so bad and slice my skin to the point that I am scarred from their tattoo

Ive never been tattooed anywhere else. Clean, sterile, good atmosphere, cool music, chill artists, great artwork, quality tattooing. Great location. Nothing bad to say.

Brad is an amazing artist & a great guy. I cant review the other artists but in my opinion, based on portfolios, Brad is the best one there.
