I had the absolute best experience with Stevie! I was nervous about getting a tattoo after losing over 150lbs- that my skin might not be in good enough condition to do anything. She gave me great advice about placement and helped me pick out a meaningful tat to celebrate my progress. She has a great, chill, and friendly vibe. I couldnt believe how quick and painless it all was! Compared to my other two tattoos done on the other side of the state- absolute night and day difference! We found her through a personal recommendation and I feel like I need to send that friend some flowers to thank her! Everything was clean, all safety protocols were followed, and extremely affordable too! Book early because she gets busy- but for good reason! Shes amazing!!!!

Cam is AMAZING. His line work is unremarkable (along with touch-ups) and he made me feel extremely comfortable the whole time. Very friendly staff, fair prices, and Cam is now my go to tattoo artist. Thank you guys for always extending my expectations. Will be coming back very soon

All of the women that work here are extremely nice and have always gone above and beyond to explain every procedure, such as piercings, and tattoos that I have received. I would highly recommend people to come here based on those things. Although I visited the shop today and had a poor experience with their male staff member who had horrible customer service skills and made me feel very unwelcomed. I will make sure to call ahead or ask to be helped by someone else in the future due to this experience. The others in the shop seemed uncomfortable as well by the way he was speaking to me. Aside from this, I love this shop and will continue to return. I find them to be very clean, professional, and welcoming. Not going to let a bad apple ruin the rest of the bunch.

Loved this shop very clean, atmosphere was wonderful. My piercer was very informative and answered all my questions. Service was quick and painless. In and out in under 20min. Highly recommend this place.

I got my septum pierced by Heather a week ago. Healing very nicely and I couldn’t be happier. Heather is great. She was quick and gentle. Very easy going and she keeps an assortment of squishies in case you need something to squeeze. Shop was clean and the whole process was super easy. Highly recommend!I’ll definitely be heading back in for other work of sorts. 10/10

Came in last Friday to get my nipples pierced. Heather was great! She hit her marks perfectly and kept me relaxed throughout the piercing. I was a bit nervous about getting this piercing done from reading about pain and long healing time but I’ve been pleasantly surprised at how easy it’s been so far. The only time I feel anything with them is when I clean them or accidentally bump them but even then it’s very minimal. Swelling and redness is gone and they look just like they did before the piercing. The shop looked very clean and everyone I interacted with was super friendly. Thanks for the amazing service!

Went to get my septum done and it was easy breezy lemon squeezy! The staff was super friendly and nice. Heather was honestly such a gosh darn gem and made everything super comfortable. She even offered squishys to squeez for anxiety. Heather also explained the aftercare at the appointment as well as giving me written aftercare information incase I forgot. I would highly recommend this shop for any piercing. 10 out of 10 will definitely visit again.

Came here for a nose piercing and a belly button and was pierced by Stevie I loved it and everyone was so nice and patient. Then came back a year later for a second nostril piercing and was pierced by a different woman, she was rude, impatient, and rushed so much that my piercing is not even symmetrical with the other side. immediately after the piercing all she said all set and left the room while my nose was actively bleeding, I grabbed myself a tissue and walked myself up front to pay. I never came back here again after that because I felt so uncomfortable. I have gotten three piercings since this experience at another shop in Troy where I am treated much better.

Went in for the first time yesterday for a nose piercing. The place is so nice! Clean, great vibe and friendly staff. Heather did my piercing and walked me through the whole process. She was great!

Came in last Saturday and got my nose pierced by Heather! She was absolutely amazing and I’m obsessed with it 😍 The piercing is healing great and she explained everything so well!! Plus the paperwork she gave me and emailed was a bonus.

I’ve gotten most of my piercings from here and lemme just say: they are amazing! The inside is always so clean and the environment is so welcoming. Both of the piercers I’ve had (Roxy and Stevie) have been so awesome! They really help calm your nerves and every experience has been so pleasant.

I agree with Nicole, the one lady piercer is very very very impatient and rude. This is my second time coming here but obviously no one cares about your comfort here. Don’t come here if you don’t want to get rushed around. Disappointed but not surprised.

Roxy is the best at color tattoos. Give her your ideas and let her work her magic. I am about to get my fourth from her. She does amazing work, she is quicker than expected, and the price is always reasonable.

Stevie is a phenomenal artist - Shes super talented, welcoming, and has the BEST bedside manner Ive ever experienced with a tattoo artist. Shes blown it out of the water every time shes done work on me and Im super proud to have her be the artist to bring my sleeve to life. Very helpful, clean, and friendly. Had my nose pierced here by Stevie, and she put me at ease right away. The procedure was quick and easy, and everything she used was new or clearly autoclaved and sterile. She explained what she was doing and I felt very comfortable with the process. They also have great follow up. I was able to stop in without an appointment and ask questions and have them check my piercing. Everything is healing just fine, and I am looking forward to picking out new jewelry from their great in-store selection when its time.

The store is so nicely decorated and VERY clean (smells like you are walking into the doctors office). Heather did an amazing job explaining the process and the after care of my piercing and did a phenomenal job piercing my nose and making sure i was calm. I will definitely be coming back here for my next piercing/tattoo.

Cam is a absolute angel, and so is the rest of the staff there. Cam is the one who drew up and did my first ever tattoo and the rest of the staff set me entirely at ease the whole time I was there. This will 100% be the place I go to get my next tattoo in the future.

Had my nose pierced in April of 2018. Stevie did my piercing. She was very professional and patient with me because I wasnt sure where I wanted my piercing placed. Stevie advised me and marked different options on my nose until I was comfortable with the placement. The outcome was simply beautiful. I am very pleased. Also, the studio is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend.

I’ve gotten a nose piercing and a tattoo from here. I hate needles but they always have made me feel super comfortable! I don’t remember the girl who did my nose piercing but Hunter did my tattoo and she’s super sweet 10/10 recommend!

I had such a great experience with No Name Tattoo after I got my cartilage pierced last year, I knew I could trust them to do my second lobe piercings. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful(especially with new COVID guidelines). Seth was the employee who actually did the piercings and he made sure I was completely comfortable with the whole process. My friend and I both left extremely happy and will definitely return again and share with anyone who will listen what a great place No Name Tattoo really is!! Thank you again!

I have used No Name a number of times over the last 6 years for a couple tattoos and piercings...I highly recommend especially for piercings you really cant beat the price or the environment. I’ve been to this shop for 3 tattoos. 1 that was poor quality, one that was good quality, and one that was just a consultation. All I worked with Seth on. I can tell he takes a lot of pride in his tattoos because when I received my first tattoo and it began to fade within the first month he said it was fine but after in insisted on a touch up he followed through. The tattoo is still very blurry. I gave him a second chance and he rocked my second tattoo and it’s still beautiful. But when I came back for my third which was a memorial tattoo, and in the middle of us emailing back and forward designing it he completely ignored my emails following on. When I called and mentioned this he emailed me once more like nothing happened, no explanation on why he stopped working with me. Then after that email I haven’t received an email to follow through with the tattoo ever since. I’m quite disappointed and find it very unprofessional.

Got my first cartilage piercing done here today! Set up an appointment a few days before and they were ready for us when we walked in. Stevie was great. She was chill and helped us relax. Didnt even see the needle which was helpful! Clean facility, piercing was done in a private room. I was happy with the experience!

The initial piercing was great. got my navel pierced, hurt (like a piercing should). was told to clean it 3-4 times a day with sea salt soak, saline solution or soap and water. started cleaning it with saline solution, doing soaks at night before i went to bed. sitting here a week later after coming home from my piercing check up appointment. absolutely angry right now. i get there to see what’s going on with my piercing because it doesn’t look good. i’ve been following aftercare religiously and all instructions the best i could. it’s red, flaky and itchy. the piercer tells me that i’ve been cleaning it all wrong. (even though i’ve been following instructions that she verbally gave me to a T). and that it’s going to take much longer now. she was somewhat rude and condescending to me, which I did not appreciate. I had initially chosen to get my piercing here after seeing how amazing the atmosphere was and how she treated my friend during her piercing, and I had such high hopes. will never EVER go here again. she was very unprofessional and I wish she would have admitted that she had told me the wrong aftercare instructions instead of making me feel like I did something wrong

Great place overall. I went in alone to get my Tragus pierced and everyone was super nice and friendly. Also everything was very clean which was super reassuring. Roxy did my piercing and she was so nice and made me feel comfortable. i explained to her how I just didnt wanna see the needle and she did it so quick and honestly it didnt even hurt. I will definitely be coming back here for every piercing and maybe if I decide to get another tattoo. I highly recommend them:) it was a great experience and nobody should ever go anywhere else!

I normally do not write reviews but this is hands down my favorite place for piercings. They are professional, clean, so nice and accommodating and make you feel just so comfortable. I’m so happy with all three of the piercings I’ve had done here and the experiences I’ve had both times in the shop.

Ive gotten both my nostril and septum done by Roxy! Both healed really well. Shes super nice and did it really quickly yet clean. She didnt give me time to wimp out! I have another appointment with her coming up for my Industrial! I wont go anywhere else for my piercings.

I went in there today around 2pm to get a navel piercing. Multiple people told me to not go here, but i ignored it and gave them the benefit of the doubt. The girl at the front desk was very rude. Wasn’t personable, unfriendly. She had an attitude and everyone felt it. Overall Seth was great ! He was quick and gentle and gave me instructions for after care. I wouldn’t come back here.

Had a great experience at No Name. Typically I go to a different shop but my usual artist was booked our for months and I didnt want to wait. After researching, I decided to give No Name a try. Seth was great to work with, he did a really nice job for my cousin and I. The shop was clean, staff was friendly and they are all taking COVID precautions very seriously. Would definitely recommend and would go back again.

Roxy pierced my labret about four months ago. She was super cool and informative and I’ve had no problems with the piercing, jewelry, or the cleaning instructions she gave me. Stevie is also really cool and the whole staff give off welcoming vibes. No complaints!

I came here to see Stevie for my first tattoo back in October and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience! I gave Stevie a few ideas in regards to what I wanted and let her create something for me and somehow she was able to draw up exactly what I didn’t even know I wanted, without me needing to change a thing. Stevie is beyond talented and the after-care process was seamless. Will definitely be back!

At first I was apprehensive about getting a piercing during a pandemic but the moment I walked in everything was clean and a protocol was in place for checking in. The guy who did my piercing was very professional and quick. He showed me where the markings were before piercing them,, and I loved that.. He even gave me time to process what I was doing after the first piercing. 🤦🏾‍♀️ I also loved that he was thorough with the healing and cleaning process. I will definitely return for more.

Got my nose pierced here a few days ago by Roxy. She and the man at the front were super informative and friendly. She communicated well what was to be expected and everything was extremely clean. My nose is not red, I did not feel much pain, and everything is healing extremely well. It was $35 for the piercing and jewelry (a stud in the screw style). Parking is available across the street if there’s no parallel parking available in front of the building.

If you are looking to get your minor children a piercing, I would highly recommend this place. My daughter has high anxiety & was very nervous. Seth not only made her feel very comfortable but explained every step. He is highly professional and answered every question without feeling rushed. As for Covid protocol, they are beyond the expectations of what is expected. I will be definitely going back!!

I get all my tattoos here they are amazing! Seth did my tongue piercing today and he was so calm and talked me through everything he also put it in the right place this time (I had it done before just didn’t feel right so I took it out) it didn’t hurt and the clams didn’t hurt either. I went in today to get my septum pierced, not even 2 hours ago, and had the best experience Ive ever had in a shop to date. For reference, Ive had three other piercings and five tattoos. I walked in and met Chino, who was awesome from there on out. He asked what I wanted, introduced himself, and got me to laugh and calm down when I admitted I was nervous. Everything in the shop was clean and sterilized, and everyone was pleasant. Ive had many experiences where I was treated like my quality of service didnt matter because I was just getting a piercing, but there was none of that here. Ill definitely be coming back for more work!

Through the whole covid situation theres not really a lot of places that are doing piercings. Although I had to make an appointment which was understandable and they are literally 3 mins away so super convenient. The place was nice and clean small but somehow still spacious. They were really cool, I almost wanted a tattoo just cause I didnt want to leave lol The piercing was quick and approximately in between the time they gave me. Seth did my piercing, he made sure I understood what was happening, told me I could come back up to switch rings whenever I was ready which was helpful because this is the fourth piercing for me and mine always fall out. It also helped that he was hot LOL

Went in for a nose piercing. Havent gotten anything pierced in about ten years. Very clean, nice shop. Almost had the feel of a medical office which was a lot more comforting then the last place I went. This was my first time getting a tattoo. Everyone working here is nice, friendly, and understanding.I was a bit nervous about getting a tattoo, and everyone there was being so kind. They didnt pressure me at all, and even offered to draw the tattoo up and let me take my time deciding what I wanted to do.Stevie was the one who did my tattoo. She came out to the seating area to talk with us and get to know us before doing the tattoo. Then when it came to it, she had me in and out of there in under 15min. I didnt get a large tattoo, but I was still very impressed and I love my tattoo.

I got a navel piercing here back in November, and I noticed once I got home that it was not actually done correctly, and both of the holes are actually above my belly button. I really didnt think much of it at the time, but now that its summer and I have been wearing swim suits, crop tops, etc. a couple people have actually made comments about it. I was hoping nobody noticed, but since they did I think I am going to end up taking it out. All that being said, the staff was great and everything was clean when I was there, so I was happy with my experience, just not my piercing. It kinda looks like I have two belly buttons now...

I went here to get my nose pierced as a teenager. They were professional, informative, and fast. 4 years later, I decided to go back to get my belly button done. The staff was on lunch, but when I said Id come back later in the week (I was on my way to work), two people popped in and said theyd do it. Every time I go in here, everyone is awesome! Ive brought friends in, and Ill continue to recommend!

Went here to get my septum pierced, no appointment, just did a walk in. I only waited 15 or so minutes before they brought me back (and I was probably only in there a total of a half hour cause the piercing went so quick!) Chino did my piercing, and honestly I dont think Ill go to anyone else now! He made me feel totally at ease about it (Im super nervous and kind of get psyched out with needles) and even distracted me while he pushed the needle through so I honestly barely felt it. Hardly hurt a bit, even when he pushed the jewelry through. It healed super fast, was clean, is totally straight, and looks awesome! Chino does a great job, and all the other people Ive encountered there are super friendly. Clean shop, nice people, skilled piercers, 10/10 would go again.

A year ago i went in to get an industrial piercing and had an appointment with stevie, she told me she wasnt comfortable with that because my ear wasn’t folded enough and there were to many things that could go wrong with it, she offered to do a regular cartilage piercing instead so i decided to do that and she marked multiple places she could put it making sure i was happy with the placement talked me through the process answered all my questions and fully explained how to care for it while it was healing, and the piercing healed perfectly. i could not recommend her enough.

Heather is absolutely amazing! She has done my nose, upper lobes, daith and helix. Will be back for another helix and 2 more love piercings!When I needed a breather after the daith She was very calm as she grabbed me some water and talked to me as I calmed down. I am so excited for her to obtain her certification!

I have been to No Name Tattoo four times.The first was 4 years ago to get my belly button pierced. I had Bryan, and since he is no longer there, my view on him doesnt matter. However, the piercing was quick, clean, and very straight.The second was a year ago. I got my tragus and cartilage pierced. My artist was Chino, and he was incredibly patient with me, as I have a fear of needles. The piercings were quick, extremely clean, and very well placed.The third was about 6 months ago. I got my lobes double and triple pierced. My artist was Chino again. As before, the piercings were fast, very clean, and well placed. I manned up some, but he was very patient with me when I flinched away a time or two.The fourth was 7/2/2013. I got my nose pierced. History repeating itself...Chino was fast, incredibly clean, and perfectly placed...and this time there was no flinching :)I will not get a piercing from anyone other than Chino. I absolutely love No Name Tattoo. Their level of cleanliness is extremely important to me. I love that they take any tools out of the packaging in front of you. Between Chino and the man at the front desk (Im sorry I dont know your name), the environment is lovely. They do a wonderful job of making you feel comfortable, and that they value you as a customer.Thank you guys

Took my girl for her first tattoo for her birthday. She met with Seth and he drew up am amazing tattoo after sharing some example pics we shared with him. Professional, approachable and overall couldn’t be happier. I was nervous suggesting a place for her tat but I knew Seth would nail it. Highly recommend both No Name Tattoo and Seth.

Went here to get a belly button piercing. Very friendly, however had nothing but trouble with the piercing itself. He pierced my belly button crooked, deep, and way too high up! Very painful to move at all because there was no loose skin for the jewelry to move. Went to a different parlor to get it removed and they knew exactly who we got it from because they’ve had other people come to them with the same issue. Do not get your belly button pierced here!

I have had my septum and all 19 of my tattoos done here by Bryan! The shop is always very clean and everyone is very wonderful and professional! Everything is very sterile and they take great care in it! I would never go anywhere else to get any type of work done! Bryan is the only one i will ever let touch me with a needle! I went in for a Helix piercing. Great prices. Stevie did a great job, it barely hurt at all! Clean store. Clean chairs and tools. I will definitely be coming back for my next piercing.

Overall it wasnt a bad experience but wasnt the nicest. The piercer talked lowkey talked down to me about my preference in jewelry and how i remembered my last piercing experience with them.The woman at the front desk was incredibly nice about it though.

I got three piercings here, and I do not recommend. The piercer used a butterfly backing for my lobe piercings, causing it to be too tight and cause swelling. The only options for helix piercings are rings, and rings are not recommended for fresh cartridge piercings. If you care about increased risk of infections and bad piercings, I would go somewhere else

Got my piercing here about a year and a half ago. My belly button is still not healed and was done crooked. I clean it every day twice a day since and it’s still bleeds/crusts/oozes. Talked around to a few acquaintances and they’ve had issues with their piercings and healing as well. Assuming it’s bad quality jewelry. Going to get my jewelry changed somewhere else.

I would never recommend them. I should’ve known when I made the appointment with the rude woman I spoke to that I shouldn’t have bothered with this place. My daughter wanted her ear pierced and I scheduled an appointment weeks out. After we arrived on time, they had us wait in our car for 30 minutes before they called us in. They asked for my daughter’s birth certificate which I didn’t have but before I could explain anything she rudely cut me off and told me that Michigan state law says we have to have a birth certificate. Ive had her ears pierced two other times at other places so I’m not sure about that. They were rude and unprofessional and I’ll never return.

I got my navel(belly button) pierced today and it was amazing. Seth pierced me and did a great job. He walked me through everything and the piercing literally took 30 seconds. I highly recommend coming here to get a piercing.

The receptionist girl with glasses and split black/blonde hair was rude, almost condescending because of her attitude (for no reason on my end?)... I said thank you multiple different times and she didn’t acknowledge ANY of them or tell me to have a good day. Seth on the other hand was just dandy, professional, clean, and actually attempted conversation... still put a dent in my entire experience though. The receptionist girl honestly made me feel like I was a poser for being there or something... girl that is not how you treat people.

Artist Seth was very nice but I am not satisfied with my tattoo. The stars are not shaped correctly, the shading outlines are not even connected to the tattoo it looks like black lines that doesnt even give a shade effect. I came back after two months asking him for a touch-up and told him how the outlines are off and the stars are not even shaped like stars, he told me No and that it looks fine and theres nothing to touch up! how unprofessional! I very well deserve a free touch up when you half effort a tattoo like this. I was warned not to come here by many friends and family and I didnt listen to them that was the biggest mistake ever.

Got my nipples pierced back in January and it was a good expierence. Went to a different tattoo/piercer place 6 months later to change my rings just to find out the girl that pierced them in the first place pierced them completely wrong and pierced too much skin. Pissed off about it and wish I didnt even pay the money I did if I knew I was gonna have the wrong piercing. Now I have to go back to that other place in a couple weeks to get it redone.

Chino did my piercings. It was great- he was professional, quick, friendly, and reassuring. The procedure was virtually painless and my piercings look *amazing*. The price was good too. :) definitely a customer for life now. Thanks guys!

I looked around at a lot of different shops, read reviews, and scared myself to pieces watching nose piercings on YouTube. Then, I found No Name Tattoo and started reading reviews. I read a few that highly recommended Chino, so I figured Id call and ask my three good questions and my 10,000 ridiculous ones.I got Ken, the owner of the shop, and he put me at ease immediately. He had good answers for all 10,003 questions (including if Chino was working today). So, I decided to go find the shop and because Im a dufus about directions, Ken even offered to stand outside his shop and flag me down if need be. WHO DOES THAT? He went the extra ten miles with his customer service.The shop was easy to find, extremely clean, and for those of you offended by smoke smell- you will be happy to know there is none of that at this shop. Fresh as a daisy.First question Ken asked was if I was still nervous, and my answer of course was, YUP. But I thought it was extremely nice to ask and weirdly enough, it made me a lot less nervous. I filled out the paperwork and got to talk with both Ken and Chino who are extremely easy to talk with, fascinating and funny. By the time I was sitting in the chair, I was relaxed.I went with the hoop instead of a stud because thats my thing. Chino swabbed my nose, asked my name and *poof* pierced my nose. WHAT? THAT was what I was stressing about? Ken was totally right- dont watch the YouTube videos. Dont scare yourself like that.I highly recommend Chino and No Name Tattoos if youre looking to get a piercing. The price was fantastic, the guys were fantastic (oh, and I met Roxy at the end- shes a doll!) and the place was clean. Best of all, the piercing was just a pinch- 99% pain free. Thanks again Ken and Chino! You guys rock!

The lady at the front desk with blonde and black hair was probably the meanest person I’ve ever met working in a customer facing position. Me and my girlfriend had an appointment and were snapped at to leave when we entered the unlocked door wearing masks and then pointed at me and said wait here. Also snipped at my girlfriend for trying to hand me the keys saying “not gonna take that long, but okay. Here”. Girlfriends piercing looks great! But Ursula at the front desk is terrible at her job.

I have had three tattoos all done by Chino, and I will go no place else or have anyone else do any tattoos on me. He is so very nice, he takes his time, and makes sure everything is perfect. The shop is so very clean, comfortable and friendly.

I got my belly button pierced here and it was a great experience! everyone was so nice and everything seemed to be the way it should be. Roxy did my piercing and she was so sweet too (:

Ive gone here on several occasions to get piercings and I thought they went perfectly fine. However, I recently went to a different piercer and she told me the keloid on the back of my ear from my industrial shouldnt be that bad and told me whoever pierced it at No Name didnt know what they were doing. The keloid was so bad it was splitting! It also had a small cyst core that she broke up for me.

Amazing shop, extremely professional, beautiful work, comfortable atmosphere. I worked with hunter and she is kind gentle soul. Cant wait for my next piece with her.

The shop is decent. It seems very clean and well run. I give the shop 4 stars but I give Seth DiNardi 5 stars. He is great! Cant say enough good things about him. He is a great artist and very personable.

This is the third tattoo I have had done at No Name Tattoo. My first 2 were done by Tony, may he rest in peace. This one was done by Bryan. He is truely an artist. The shop is always spotless and the staff more than helpful and knowledgeable. My wife also has been inked at No Name and we wont go any where else in the future.

Went and got my nose pierced by Heather on my birthday. Heather did a great job! Everyone there was super nice and helpful will definitely be back!!!

My friends and I came in there to get some tattoos and whatnot, and there was one guy working. I have no idea what his name was but he had long dark hair and a terrible attitude. He had no respect and was very impatient. Not to mention, his prices were way too high. He wound up getting in a a little argument with my friend which really upset her and made the whole trip an extremely negative experience.Fortunately, the credit card reader was down and he suggested we go to a bank across the street. Upon leaving, we all made the decision not to return.I cant speak about all of the employees there, but this man was beyond rude. For the price he wanted us to pay, youd think he could at least make the experience slightly bearable. Im really glad he didnt end up putting a needle in me.

Clean interior. Friendly staff. Prices are normal from what i can tell. Girlfriend got a piercing in the middle of her ear and we were in and out within 15 mins. Definitely will take her here again when the occasion arises.

This place is awesome! Ive had work done by both Roxy and Seth. Theyre very talented. The whole place is very warm and welcoming. This is my go to now for any tattoo work I need done.

Stevie is such an amazing artist! I just got a memorial tattoo and its everything I could have hoped for. The rest of the staff were also really nice and the whole atmosphere of the shop is welcoming and friendly.

The experience I had at NoName Tattoo was completely positive. From the moment I called to inquire about a tattoo to the time I left the studio with it, there was nothing I wouldve changed about it, Chino was my artist and was kind, understanding and very professional. My situation was delicate, as I had just lost my 14yr old daughter, whom was the light of my life, under very tragic circumstances. Chino designed a pretty bizarre tattoo at my request that would include a sandcrab playing a trombone. never once did he make my idea seem silly, he knew it meant alot to me. it was a very emotional day for me and i was worried id end up crying while he worked on my forearm, but i actually was able to close my eyes and listen to the wonderful music they played for me and i found myself smiling more than once.it was the first real moments of peace ive had in the last 4 months.i want him to know that. and the tattoo is so beautiful, i get several compliments on it daily. the shop was sparkling clean and all the policies shown to me were very safety orientated. everyday now i look at my forearm and i feel peace.it never bled, or leaked ink, just healed really well. its been 2 weeks now, its just a little itchy.i enjoyed chino very much & would like to say thank you for the awesome experience!

Just did a bar in daughters ear. Great job keeping her calm and all around comfortable place to be. They will get much more business from me. I got family in the buisness been in alot of shops. I dont see myself going anywhere else again. If your deciding if you going to try this place out stop thinking just go. You wont be disappointed

If there was a rating lower than 1 i wouldve had to choosen it. I got my first tattoo here from roxy and it is terrible no lines are straight at all color faded quick you could also tell that she kind of was in a rush which is not what i want when im letting someone put something permanent on me worst experience ever wouldnt even go back and let her fix it for free biggest waste of money ever considering i have to go pay someone else to fix it

I went to go get my nose pierced today and the experience was amazing. It was quick and easy and no pain during or afterwards.

The customer service was terrible. I tried to schedule a consultation and the lady on the phone refused to schedule a time for me even though she informed me that they do schedule consultations at the time I requested. She then inquired why I couldnt come in at a different time. I dont understand why that was even an issue, either you can schedule the appointment or you cant. If you cant thats fine, just say so.

IT WOULD BE ZERO IF THAT WAS POSSIBLE. I GOT MY SECONDS PIERCED AND BOTH BECAME INFECTED EVEN AFTER I WENT IN FOR THEM TO DOUBLE CHECK THE HEALING PROCESS. I SOMEHOW HAVE A SECOND HOLE WHERE IM ASSUMING THEY ACCIDENTALLY STABBED ME! THEY ALSO CHARGED ME TO CHANGE MY JEWELRY (to my own) EVEN THOUGH I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE FREE.
