Took me 2 years to get to you… and you have always been so respectful of the distance I needed to travel, weather related issues, personal issues, or sickness… you have had the biggest and kindest heart ever! Can’t wait to see you again in a few weeks!!!

Ive been going go Alyssa since last March, and have been nothing but pleased with every piece she has done for me! Alyssa is professional, detail oriented and puts her all into every piece she does! We are currently working on a piece by piece sleeve and I cannot wait to finish it! If I could give Jason and Alyssa 10 stars, I would! Highly recommend

I went in about a year and a half ago to talk to Jason(the owner) about getting a sleeve of horror monsters. He was immediately excited and accommodating to get it done! I went back every 4-6 weeks for the next year or so until it was done and I love everything about it! Jason did a phenomenal job with it, I love it and he is an awesome person to talk to! I highly recommend him and his team, and I will definitely be contacting him when I am ready for more tattoos!

Janice and Jason are amazing! Very knowledgeable and professional! Ive been to a couple different tattoo shops and ran into some odd employees, Jason is very down to earth and also provides support to his other artists!

Jason has done a few of my tattoos. Always has done and amazing job and takes his time. I get many compliments on my water tattoo as well, the color remains amazing almost 3 years later.I had won a gift certificate back in 2020/2021 when covid hit but I was pregnant during and after and was unable to use it and my work hours didnt line up with the shops schedules, but Jason has done everything to still honor it and work something out to put the certificate to use. Great to deal with and tries the best he can to help with your availability!I couldnt be happier with the work he has done for me.

Last minute a made a consultation, Jason got right back to me via email, I texted him for a redo/touch up, met and fixed my tattoo within 2 hours, it was quick and for a great price, being that he did it real quick before having to be somewhere. Found my new tattoo artist. Definitely will be coming back.

My wife had a tattoo of a picture my daughter drew by far the best tattoo artist I have ever seen. The detail in the fine lines, the exact duplication of my daughters signature and drawing, make the artist Jason Decker one of the best artists Ive ever seen, museum or tattoo shop. No detail was missed, and even her mistakes remain. Thankyou, we will return.

Jason reworked an average script tattoo better than I could imagine. Comfortable setting, friendly atmosphere. So happy. I sent my son for his first tattoo there!!

I have had planned and unplanned pieces here with Jason and Sarah. Primarily I have seen Jason for a lot of the art I currently have . As always it is such a great experience between conversation and over all atmosphere. 10/10 recommend

I got a piece done last year at this shop a year ago, and I wish I could give this zero stars because of the owner. About fifteen minutes into getting my tattoo, my friend and I were laughing and having a good time. While we were laughing, the owner told us to shut up and told us that we were being annoying. As the owner, he should not be degrading and humiliating paying customers. The reason I brought my friend was to assist me in going to my appointment, and receive the encouragement and laughs along the way. I needed her to to help me out due to an extremely traumatic event I went through a day and a half prior.Regardless if we were being annoying or loud, there is a much more respectful way to ask, instead of being hurtful and inhumane. You never know what a person is going through- not like the owner cares. Do not go here. Get a tattoo done in a PROFESSIONAL environment.

Have had nothing but a great experience any time I’ve interacted with Tattoo U, from scheduling, talking about the idea, drawing it up and getting it done. The whole process, could not ask for a better artist. Thanks Jason and crew! Can’t wait to schedule next one.

My wife and I got our wedding rings put on permanently 10 years ago, then went in to “renew” recently. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome, service, or professionalism of Jason and his associates! We will be back for more!

Noticing a lack of mentions for Sarah here, so let me hype her up. My first tattoo from this studio was scheduled at the same time as my friend’s with Jason. Sarah and I messaged on facebook about what I wanted and the placement, and the communication level I received was spot on. We were able to work around placement, which was something I was worried about, and I ended up so happy that I asked for something then and there from her flash. From ideas routed in other references, to her own designs, to a custom piece that I feel perfectly captures both of our visions and skills, I will be returning to this studio and to Sarah as often as I can.

Ive had four tattoos at this shop, including a difficult cover up from another shop, all done by Jason. I could not be happier with his work and his professionalism.

I’ve had two tattoos done by alyssa, and I love both of them so much (second one is almost done just needs some color)!! She did my very first tattoo and she was easy going and made sure i was comfortable before starting. Her personality makes it so easy to talk through the entire process. She does amazing work, her eye for detail is beyond perfect. If you’re looking at getting a tattoo I highly recommend her!

Although the tattoo shop itself was nice and the artist was nice, I got a tattoo done by Janice and the tattoo lines turned out blurry and the ink spread outside of the tattoo lines. I think the tattoo is blown out. I won’t be using her again.

I went to Jason to have a piece completed that I had got done a long time ago. He did a awesome job and brought what I have had in my head a long time to reality. The shop is clean and the staff are professional and the prices are great for the quality of work you get. I will be going back in a few weeks to gave another piece done that I have been wanting to have done for awhile. Thank you Jason for completing my tattoo and making me feel complete.

I recently received a fishy friend from Alyssa and Im in love with this piece. She made me feel so comfortable and welcome. Her work is amazing and clean and her colors just pop even after healed. Already have my next appointment set up and I cant wait!Definitely check her out

Had a fantastic experience! Brandon did a great job on the the small details of the tattoo. Hes also very willing to fix or fill in anything that you notice might need to be touched up after its had time to heal. Very, very friendly and social. Ive been to other places where the artist will talk to one of the other guys in the shop rather than talk to me. Was very happy with the experience

Experiencing numerous tattoo artists and shops I must say that Jason decker is one of the most talented artists that I have encountered.. Having a few unfinished and poor pieces that nobody would fix due to poor work. Jason worked wonders and now I have an amazing sleeve in the works.. Only shop for me!!! Very clean,friendly, and fun.

I have received several tattoos from Jason and I have loved every one of them. It is hard to find an artist that can understand what you have in mind and then personalize it to match you perfectly. I have color pieces and black and grey pieces from him and both are equally amazing. He has even touched up several pieces from other shops and has brought them back to life.

After some research and through word of mouth I selected Tattoo U Studio to do my first tattoo. Upon entering the studio, I was immediately struck by the cleanliness and organization, which certainly helped to release some of my anxiety. I told Jason what I was looking for and he came up with three versions of my idea in short order. I selected the one I thought best reflected my idea and we went with it. I couldnt be happier!It was a very pleasant experience.After my wife saw the work that Jason did, she brought her idea to him and subsequently scheduled an appointment. She was also extremely happy with the result.Jasons talent and visions are amazing! Well be back!

One of the best tattoo experiences Ive had. Jason is pretty funny and made the whole experience fun. Ive had 4 or 5 sessions on my sleeve and its some of my best artwork. Cant wait to have him finish.

Got my tattoo done by Jason a little over a year ago on new years day. The day was very important to me and Im glad Jason was one of the few artist willing to come in and tattoo. This is by far one of my favorite tattoos and it means alot to me. The place is small but its clean and gets the job done. I would definitely come back again just waiting for the right tattoo to come to me.

I was a walk-in customer for a small tattoo. Alyssa offered me several options for what I wanted and was very accommodating even though I didn’t have an appointment. She was professional and answered several questions I had regarding future tattoos. I will definitely be going to her for more work in the coming months. Highly recommend.

One day a friend of mine said lets go get a tattoo Brandin has walk ins today. After having one bad experience with a home tattoo I was nervous. But I went and let him do one of the most important and meaningful tattoos I have and I love it! Ive gone to him for 5 more after that and will continue to see him and recommend him to anyone!!!

I currently have two tattoos done by Brandin and they are fantastic. These are my first two and Im hoping to get many more. The color tattoo on my arm is so vivid, people are always telling me how great it looks! Brandin is great to work with, patient and has an eye for balance.

Alyssa is an amazing artist. The studio was really clean. Great value on prices. Small setting so its less chaotic than alot of studios with many artists.

Tattoo U is a clean, safe and professional facility. Jason is the areas top artist, with plenty of experience, solid colors and flawless linework. If youre from Utica, and havent gotten tattooed by him, youre wrong.
