Ive been pierced by Courtnie twice now. Shes extremely mindful of you throughout the entire process, checking in multiple times to gauge your comfort and readiness for her work. I really appreciate the effort she puts in to put you in the drivers seat - Ive had a prior piercing experience where I was relatively passive, and the difference in how I felt walking away from the studio is stark.Shes also careful with her work, taking her time to measure, mark, and consult with you on placement. I went in planning to get a tragus piercing, but after we looked at my ear anatomy, she recommended against it, since the healing process might be tricky. I value not fighting my body on piercings, so her advice saved me probably months of pain, sensitivity, and worry. I went for a daith instead and its super cute!Im extremely excited to return for more piercings in the future!

I am going to preface this with notice that I did not receive any services from this establishment. I had a window of opportunity during my lunch hour and a wild curiosity as a nerd to visit this place purely on the name of the business alone.After going inside, I found myself comfortable and well received despite not doing any real business aside from a casual visit. The employees were welcoming and the atmosphere was inviting. Creativity was thrown about every wall and there was very little in the way of blank surfaces around the entire facility.Plus I found them fascinatingly alluring in a nerdy fashion lol.

I have been going to Courtney for piercings since at least 2015. She is always professional, always taking extra steps to make sure I’m comfortable and content. She will walk you through what she’s doing, or not if that’s your preference. She’s the only person I have been stabbed by that I didn’t regret. The tattoo artist Olivia is an exceptional artist and has done a number of tattoos on me, they have all aged well. Savannah is so kind and professional! All the People who work here strive to make it feel like a positive and inclusive environment. Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else for your piercing/jewelry needs.

This place!!!!!! i will never go anywhere else for a piercing or tattoo or anything. the staff are lovely and the atmosphere is so chill and cozy. the decorations on the walls are funky and quirky and it is so welcoming. my cousin and i went in here for nostril piercings and they turned out lovely. we are SO satisfied. instructions for care afterwards were made extremely clear and there was no anxiety about the piercings on either of our ends during the appointment, we felt so at peace!!! i would DEFINITELY recommend this place to anyone who is thinking about a piercing or tattoo!

I was recommended to see Savannah for piercings and she did not disappoint! Savannah is friendly, kind, personable, professional, and very informative. From picking out jewelry to walking me through the piercing process, I knew exactly what was happening at all times. I have gotten my tragus, third and fourth lobe piercings, and jewelry changes on my triple flat and double forward helix by Savannah and she was very gentle and smooth with each process. As soon as my mom and I walked into the store, we felt the positive environment. The employees were very kind and welcoming. I have an old cartilage piercing, also known as a helix piercing. I was looking for something that would be visible but still comfortable to sleep in. Basically something I can leave in and not have to worry about switching it out. Courtnie help me find the right size, both in the length of the earring stem and size of the stud. She walked me through the steps of what she was doing to ensure I felt comfortable. The products and services are very reasonably priced. I will definitely go back when Im eligible to get a piercing! (Have to wait following surgery).

I got my nipples pierced with courtnie today. I cannot express how amazing this experience was. From the education down to the procedure itself. They were thorough, gentle, and very particular about placement. Courtnie is truly a master of their craft and I’m so glad I came here. I will be back for more!!The shop itself is inviting and I love their little bits of personality (employee of the month is my fav!). This place is by far the most comfortable piercing/tattoo experience Ive ever had! Courtnie, Savannah, and Djenny are extremely patient and they explain the whole process to you so you arent surprised by anything. Ive gotten soo many compliments on the many piercings I received here, and they all healed flawlessly. Ive also had the recent pleasure of being tattooed by Mossy! Mossy has created such an amazing and safe tattooing environment where you can tell that they really care. I love this place and Ill always recommend it to my Vancouver/Portland friends!!

I’ve gotten 3 nose piercings, 2 ear piercings, and two in a more private area! All done by Djenny! She is amazing. She communicated with me everything she was doing and created a very comfortable environment for each of them. She has so much knowledge and makes sure to set you up for the best experience possible!

I have gone there twice now, I got my septum pierced and then my daith pierced by Courtnie! Amazing experience! She is so kind, and has a calming presence which is great is your scared or nervous of needles like I am. The place is adorable and you just wanna stop and take it all in! I have gotten several piercings from djenny over the past year and nothing but the best experience. i love their energy and how comfortable and safe she makes me feel. i will always trust her to do more and i love how she explains everything so well even if i know how it goes. we’ve had to re-pierce 2 because we didn’t like how they turned out and she did such an amazing job both times comforting me and making me feel less anxious and gave me as much time as i needed to prepare myself. i have nothing but good things to say about djenny and chaotic, forever my favorite piercing place and hopefully future tattoo place as well.

I had a wonderful experience over the past couple of months working with Olivia on a tattoo. She worked with me to create a perfect concept of the art that I wanted tattooed. She was patient, kind, and welcoming while she spent about 10 hours tattooing me. Olivia has the lightest hand I have experienced from any artist that I have worked with. I hope to work with her again in the future. Her dark fantasy style is top tier and she is really fun and passionate about her work.

Genuinely the best body-mod shop I’ve ever been to. I’ve had the pleasure of getting service from both Courtnie and Savannah. They are smart, polite, and incredibly fun to be around.You always lead the session with them. They won’t do anything until you’re ready and only operate in the bounds of your comfort. I trust them completely to pierce me properly and safely the first time.And as a transfeminine person, this is 110% a safe space. They do everything in their power to make sure that you feel safe inside. Even on the consent forms, there’s space for your preferred name and pronouns. I’m very excited to get more piercings from this shop.

We went to Courtnie to get our daughter’s ears pierced. Our daughter is 9 and was very excited and quite nervous. Courtney was absolutely fantastic. She helped our daughter to feel empowered and that this was her choice. It was a wonderful experience. The shop is tiny and cozy and very clean. Courtnie went step by step and shared everything she was doing and was meticulously prepared. Absolutely amazing.

My teenaged daughter and I had our earlobes pierced today by Savannah. She communicated so well through each step, and was very warm and friendly. The experience was a fully positive one for us! Thank you Savannah!

Ive come here for almost all my current piercings and have gotten 3 tattoos done here. The team is absolutely lovely and extremely friendly. They always ensure youre getting the service you deserve.

Ive been in here many times and Savannah and Courtnie are always amazing. I brought my daughter in for her first piercing, and as you can imagine she was very nervous. Savannah was so great by showing her all the tools and explaining the process step by step. Definitely calmed her nerves and made it the best experience possible. Shes in love with having her ears pierced. She keeps saying this must be a dream and she just hasnt woken up yet.

We took our 9 year old daughter here for ear piercings. Courtnie was professional, kind, friendly, and great with our daughter who was nervous. She explained every step, was reassuring, supportive, and let our daughter have control over what happened when. I had been wanting to get the other side of my nose pierced, and my husband was wanting to get his nose pierced for the first time as well. Courtnie had came highly recommended from a friend who had previously done several of her piercings. We scheduled the appointment, and then made the hour drive on our appointment day. Courtnie helped us pick out jewelry (they have some super cute pieces!) and then she made sure the placement was perfectly in line with my other nose piercing, was very knowledgeable, explained everything she was doing, was funny and just all around had an amazing vibe. We felt like we mattered and were very comfortable the entire time. It was very apparent she absolutely loves what she does and she truly cares about her clients. We both are extremely happy with our piercings and would highly recommend Courtnie to anyone looking for an extremely experienced and proficient piercer!

Went back to have my ears pierced for the 4th time. First time going to an actual piercer and I’m confident they will not heal this time! Experience was wonderful, the owner really takes their time to make you feel calm and comfortable; and to make sure you understand every step of the process. The shop was clean and very welcoming. Saw Courtney for a rook piercing and it was a great experience! Super clean inside with obvious sterilization which is really comforting! Got my ears pierced here and recently went back to get shorter posts. Both visits were friendly, comfortable, very competent, and just all around as enjoyable as possible.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with getting a piercing here! Courtney was my piercer and did an absolutely amazing job at making sure I was completely comfortable and not rushing the experience. This is my 4th time getting this same piercing and out of all times I’ve had it done this was the least painful which I very much appreciated! My sibling and I both got tragus piercings from Savannah. They were warm and welcoming and made us both feel very at ease. The piercing room is HUGE and has a good amount of seating for friends and fam. Highly recommend and will be back!

LOVE this shop! I called in and asked if they had time for a walk-in lip piercing and was able to come in right away. Courtnie did my piercing and was amazing. I went back in today (set an appointment for this one) to get my piercing downsized after my swelling went down, and DJenny was just as awesome. This shop is by far my favorite place to get pierced! Djenny pierced me most recently, and she made the experience so easy and joyful. She explained all of my options and the piercing process so well, made sure I didnt feel rushed, helped me decide on a backup piercing when my anatomy didnt suit my first choice, and was making me smile and laugh the entire time with her twists on explaining piercing and aftercare processes. I went to them earlier this year for my nose piercing and it was a great experience. I took my 5 year old there to get their ears pierced today and it was a fantastic experience. My child has anxiety disorder and sensory issues and they did so well! I put most of that to Jenny and her amazing patience and respect for my child. She explained every step she was doing and gave affirmations the whole way. I highly recommend this fabulous business for any piercing needs you may have! Clean, professional, and compassionate!

I have gotten two piercings here both done by Djenny! she has done a wonderful job both times, i got my tongue and lip, both times i was quite anxious and she was super patient about things going at my pace, she made me feel so unbelievably safe and comfortable and made sure i had control over the situation. i will definitely be going back for future piercings !

I came in for a “surprise project” the other day. Savannah did an amazing job. It was so much fun! I loved that even though it was a “surprise” she took my thoughts into account and I got final say on everything. She did a great job putting me at ease, and I’m super excited to go back soon! Had the pleasure to get my paired nostril piercings by Savannah back in February and they were so laid back and comforting the entire time! They made sure to walk me through the steps and were sweet enough to count to 3 for me even though I’m literally an adult lol. I ended up having to get my right piercing removed because I felt like it was a bit off centered with my left one (absolutely obsessed with my left piercing, she’s so cute). I have a disability that unfortunately causes my face to twitch a lot and it especially likes to move around when someone is looking at me which they obviously have to do to make sure it’s lined up well lol. I felt so horrible to ask if we could get it removed but Savannah was so sweet about it and didn’t make me feel bad about it! I got my piercing removed by Courtnie who was so sweet! She has a very friendly and approachable personality which I appreciated and it’s safe to say that I feel the same way about everyone that I have met at this shop :) Djenny was the one who re-pierced my nostril and she was such a treat to be around! She talked me through every step even the small ones and just made sure that everything looked good on my side. Everyone that I have encountered here has been so incredibly sweet, patient, and nonjudgmental. I was so nervous to get piercings before because every shop intimidated me so bad but everyone here is very approachable and does the extra mile to ensure you’re comfortable. You’re definitely in good hands at this shop— they also have pink gloves!! It’s just the cutest ever and made me feel a lot safer 🤭💖

I had for awhile been thinking of a new piercing and after research I decided I wanted my philtrum pierced—AKA a Medusa piercing. I did a lot of looking around and reading reviews, I saw how highly recommended the shop was and let me tell you. Courtnie is just as phenomenal as the reviews would have you believe. I was given such a comforting experience, and she is an absolute top notch talent in the piercing industry. I expected swelling and tenderness with the piercing I got, but I experienced minimal, and my healing process seemed even speedier. Granted the lip is an area that tends to heal very quickly, I definitely attribute the ease of the healing process to her skill. She is thorough to a T in her process and we even talked out the small details about the location and symmetry of the piercing and how that would affect my jewelry size expectations once I was healed to change them. The actual piercing process itself was extremely easy, and she offers excellent comforting verbal guidance through the entire process. Any anxiety I went into the process with absolutely dissolved, and that is a fantastic sign of an even more fantastic piercer. I never once felt like my satisfaction as a client was a second thought.I went back roughly two and a half to three weeks later for a jewelry change and I saw Savannah, who was just as lovely and talented as Courtnie. We talked through the entire change process, discussing sizes, threaded versus pin lock jewelry, and all things that the change of a Medusa piercing entails. I received just as warm and comforting an experience with Savannah in the change process, all things were explained as they were being done, and such an amazingly talented gentle hand was used.It’s extremely obvious to me that the shop cares genuinely and deeply for their clientele, and are very passionate for their work. I’ll be back in a heartbeat when I can decide just what I want to have pierced next.

Djenny is absolutely incredible! She did my very first piercing, (right earlobe), and she did an amazing job of going through every single step clearly and professionally. Not the biggest fan of needles but she made the entire process practicality painless. Definitely going back when Im ready for my second one, and definitely referring her to as many friends as possible.

Courtnie, an owner and piercer, was absolutely fantastic. She accommodated a double appointment for my boyfriend and I to get a helix piercing each and an additional tragus for myself. She was extremely knowledgeable and had a great calming energy. She took her time and had outstanding hygienic protocols, one of which being using iodine in addition to the normal alcohol swab before piercing. The shop itself is clean and adorable. Will definitely be coming back for more in the future.

Hey there, I came in about 2.5 weeks ago for a tattoo appointment with Cas and while I love my tattoo, I do have some problems I thought would be appropriate to share with anyone looking to get tattooed here.First off, the staff here was very lovely! Very attentive, most seemed eager to help and it was a very welcoming environment! Though I cant exactly say the same about Cas from the experience I had with her.Throughout the appointment while I tried to make small talk, Cas seemed very much like she didnt want to be there. I understand not being very enthusiastic about having to do your job some days, but it had gotten to a point where I felt it soured the mood of the appointment. The two people who recommended this tattoo shop to me also had similar experiences to thisNow about my tattoo. The quality is great! Cas is a really good tattoo artist and I feel it matches the quality of her works posted on her Instagram. Though there was a point where Cas altered the design I had given her without asking. In the references I had sent her, I was wanting a yellow gradient around the tattoo and Cas went in without checking with me first and began to fill it in as green. (It is on me for not saying anything about it or telling her to stop, but this was my first tattoo and I was already feeling very awkward about the whole thing as mentioned above.) When I had pointed out she did this she said oh yeah I probably shouldve asked about that first which felt very unprofessional and made me uncomfortable.After the appointment I had to go back in to get my second skin reapplied and to the person who helped me with that, you were a delight!! I wish I could remember your name or Id give you a proper shout-outBut yes, overall Id recommend the shop but unfortunately I cant recommend Cas as a tattoo artist and I am very unsure if Ill be back in the future. I was recommended Chaotic Good by a friend and I was not disappointed. Not only did Courtney do an amazing job on my septum. She also walked me through everything being that this was my first piercing since 16 years old. She made me feel very comfortable in the space, being an agoraphobic I was very anxious going in by myself. While she did not know this information, she still made me feel at ease. I cant say enough good things about my piercer, Djenny. Super kind, supremely consent focused, and makes you feel at ease whether its your first time or youre a piercing vet. Ive had 5 done by her and I will def be coming back to her for more. The shop as a whole has chill vibes, consent forward, and there was a Locutus of Borg in their water machine for a bit, so def win.

I got my hood pierced by Courtnie today, let me just say she is fantastic!! She took the time to explain the process step by step and allowed me to tell her when I was ready for the piercing to actually be preformed. The whole process took less than a half hour from paperwork to exiting. The shop is super clean and the other artists were very friendly as well. I highly recommend them and will be back.

This was my first time at this shop, and I was super impressed. The staff was amazing (women owned!!! 🙌🏻) very friendly and still professional. They knew their stuff and made for a fun and calm atmosphere especially for someone like me who is super scared to get piercings done. I went in on April 6, 2022 to have my ears repierced after many years. My first impression of the studio was how clean and well decorated it is. Cleanliness doesnt necessarily mean a space has to be stark white. This studio is so much fun visually. Next, I filled out some paperwork and paid for my piercings. Then we went into the piercing room. I got the studios owner for my piercings. We chatted about everything. She was super careful not to do anything before being explicit about whats coming next. Once the actual piercings were complete, we took a look at the specific aftercare instructions. I had no questions after my visit. I still have no questions. My ears are healing nicely. I had zero swelling and zero after-visit pain. This was an extremely positive experience. Im not planning on getting any tats or more piercings beyond what I have. But Ill tell everyone I know how awesome this studio is! Thanks to Chaotic Good (Best. Name. Ever.) for professionalism, kindness, knowledge and awesome service.

She walked me through every step as she was doing it and helped calm my nerves. And best of all, she had a lollipops available afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service! I’ll admit, it’s foolish to go out and get a piercing during a pandemic. However, the folks there did a fantastic job at sanitizing and ensuring the health and safety of guests and employees. I had to have my temperature taken, do a survey, and sign waivers (the waivers were for the piercing, not covid). They also send you home with plenty of aftercare instructions.Other places cost less, but I’m definitely willing to shell out a bit more to know that the employees care about my health as well as their own!Also great options on earrings that come with the service.Definitely going back again!

Courtnie is AMAZING! Pierced my 3 year olds ears and kept her calm and relaxed with her silliness and her own piercings. Very clean and thorough and didnt feel rushed at all. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that the piercing area wasnt adorned with gaudy, inappropriate, x-rated tattoo examples, but was instead light and happy, and G rated. I searched high and low to find someplace like that to take my little girl. That spoke volumes about the care they take for all their clients. ❤️

I went in to get my nose pierced and the lady who did it was really nice, very chatty and she explained everything to me about the entire process. Got my nipnops pierced in January 2021. They team pierced me, two piercers at once, and I dont know if I could have gotten both pierced if they hadnt done it this way. It was quick, seamless, clean, thorough. They were also happy to help with replacement jewelry when I lost a ball seemingly in my sleep. Good quality jewelry, expected pricing, quality and professional piercers. Ill be back for sure.

Chaotic Good Body Piercing is very gender/pronoun inclusive, LGBT+ friendly, and PERFECT if you have anxiety. Courtney is the only piercer I will go to! I went to her back when she was at Acending Lotus and she is absolutely amazing. I get body piercings and she has done 3 of them so far. Courtney makes awkward peircings (aka the genital/nipple peircings) so much easier. Courtney is always a delight. My piercings are amazing. This is absolutely the only peircer you need! Dont forget to get a t-shirt and a sticker of the awesome wizard logo.
