Euphoria Body Piercing & Tattoo

We took our 9 and 4 year old to get their ears pierced and it was a great experience. I wish I could remember the name of the artist that pierced their ears, he deserves name recognition in this review. He was so great with the kids! He was friendly and so fast! One of girls was getting a re-piercing and he fixed the left ear that was originally off centered. Highly recommend taking your kids here.

Kristy did my second nose piercing and my navel piercing, and she did an amazing job! She was super friendly, professional, and matched my nostril piercings evenly first try. I was very impressed with both, and the process wasn’t hardly painful at all. She was fast, communicated what she was doing and made me very comfortable. I am very anemic and have really low iron, and when I got lightheaded (my fault because I had an empty stomach as well) she handled it very well and did her best to make me comfortable. The first piercer who looked at me told me I didn’t have the anatomy for what I wanted, but she found a way to make it work. If you go I 100% recommend that you request her!

Jeff is beyond the best piercer I have ever seen!!He made me feel so comfortable getting my nose done this weekend, my friend also got pierced as well. He is so professional and takes his job very seriously!I highly recommend if you want a piercing to go see him! Quick and painless, I will def be back for more! I got my septum pierced but before I went I read some reviews that the people who work here were rude and didnt do very good piercing work but the girl at the front desk was great and my piercer was awesome very fast and friendly environment and so much cheaper than literally everywhere else. I highly recommend you dont listen to the negative reviews!!! Thank you guys so much! 💓

Hands down the best experience!! Last year we went and got my kids ears pierced at a place downtown vancouver. Well she only made it through one ear because the build up took waaay too long with the piercer. Fast forward to this year and she wanted to try again, but we went to Euphoria in the mall (after someone else had an amazing experience as well).. Jeff was INCREDIBLY fast. He did an amazing job with her, after explaing our last experience to him, he taught her a little trick and within 10 seconds it was over with. They are also at an amazing price point. Hands down best experience ever. We will be back with the other kiddo and will recommend jeff and Euphoria to others.

Got my piercing done at another piercing shop. I bought a nose hoop at the mall and they suggested me to get my stud out and replace my hoop at this place. Completely placed it wrong, so my nose ring closed up half way. I knew something was wrong but the guy assured that how it went. They charged $ 16 to change but I had to pay more to get it repierced. You would think they would know how to place a hoop nose ring. I would of done it by my self but it was my first so I decided to pay to get it done by them and it ended up costing me more money.

Every experience Ive had with this shop hasnt been pleasant. Ive gone in the past a few years ago for my septum and labret, and although the piercer was very nice, customer service is always lackluster. Coming from someone who works in customer service, the people at the front desk are rude, and act as if youre bothering them by just simply walking in. Both me and my friend put our numbers down to come back later that day and get piercings done after being told it would be about an hour wait, whole day passed and nothing. We never heard back and after our experience with the receptionist we didnt even want to give this place our money anyways. There are many other piercing shops in the vancouver area that have better experiences. If youre thinking of getting pierced or tattooed, Headstrong or steam and ink tattoo have always been great places to go.

ART ABOUNDS! Candice was very professional and talented. The studio was very clean and the price was very reasonable. I went in to have a tattoo touched up and she did a great job. Euphoria also offers piercing and jewelry. Very good experience!

Got my nose done with a walk in appointment, super quick not super painful and sanitary. Service is good, everything bc is super sanitary. I don’t recommend buying your piercing Jewlery there because they break super easily, I bought a screw on ring for my helix, screws we stripped and didn’t hold lasted me 2 days with superglue. Overall nice place fast and easy

The receptionist was incredibly rude. She was FaceTiming someone the ENTIRE time we were there and was incredibly short with us. Very unprofessional and felt like a breach of privacy as she was FaceTiming while I was discussing the piercing with her and going over the documents.The piercer himself was very nice and listened to my needs, but the aftercare instructions were overwhelming. The piercer just ranted to me for a little bit on what I need to do and didn’t mention anything about downsizing, which lead to my piercing having a lot of problems down the road. The cleaning method I later found was not the best. It’s been six months and still not healed properly and have had to go elsewhere for help.

Excellent service, fair pricing, clean environment, professional and knowledgeable staff and their location in the Vancouver Mall is perfect.Each person who has serviced my daughter’s “wants” explained proper care and made her feel so comfortable that she can’t wait until she can return on her own without a parent escort. I trust they’ll take good care of her when that day comes.😊 Thanks a million Euphoria!!!

My family and I have been coming to this location for all of our piercings! Majority of our visits have been done with Jeff, who is BY FAR incredible! Great with kids, adults, and knows exactly what to do in emergency situations. Awesome service, and a huge thank you to the employee.

I showed up to get my holes re-pierced after one closed. Jeff explained the unusual problem that caused that hole to close and was very reassuring with their piercing method. I had only had my first pierced by another less than reliable method. During our chit chat, discovered he had gone to school with 2 of my sons 40 miles away where they all grew up. After my ear piercing my daughter decided to get a piercing of her own. Would recommend him 10/10. I was nervous and he calmed me right down and was very professional.

I got my nipples and industrial done by Kristie she made me feel very comfortable worked quickly and effectively every experience I have here is great ! :)

I got three different tattoos here at three different times and each one I got have healed so nicely. Everything is super sanitary and clean, every one was super nice. This is my goto place to get tattoos.

Went to Euphoria for a new nose stud and a nose ring. Staff was very friendly, selection was decent, pricing really like!! Will go back for jewelry again, piercings and possibly for new tattoos!!!

I came in to get a tattoo done by Anthony Fernandez and was very impressed with his work. He did an amazing job and I would definitely recommend getting work done by him!

I’ve never had a good experience at this location. I gave this shop three chances in the last year and a half and have always left dissatisfied. Once with a bad piercing, and twice just from the customer service when I wanted to buy new jewelry.The other Euphoria locations (Clackamas and Lloyd Center) have been wonderful. But for some reason Vancouver just can’t get it together.

I decided to go here hoping to be able to get a piercing done by jeff. I was fortunate to work with him. While I was slightly overwhelmed (he seemed to be a very outgoing person and I am not), he was still very kind. He also entertained both me and my boyfriend with random small talk and jokes. Both piercings are healing well with the cleaning that was recommended. He did a great job, and pricing seems reasonable for the shop. Thank you!

Ive been here three or four times now and they are always super professional, on top of it, excellent work, etc. They are informed, know how to pierce safely, good practices, and will not pierce if it is not suitable for your body (good ethics). They also seem to do great with people who have sensory issues, such as myself. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time, and they walked me through the process step by step, ensuring I felt ok, checking in, etc, each and every time I have come in. Great consistency!

Jeff did an amazing job piercing my daughters ears. She was a little nervous, he took his time and talked to her about what he was doing. Very friendly and helpful. The receptionist was friendly too. I got my ears pierced here a couple years ago and had great results after needing to get them redone because of issues from a getting them pierced at a chain store in the mall. Would definitely recommend. We also went on a weekday evening, no wait time at all. He got us right back, the longest part was filling out the paperwork.

Jeff pierced my ears and made me uncomfortable with his comments, saying how he’s not a prick for not charging extra for a “cartilage massage” which he was just cleaning. i also went on friday the 13th but was still charged a “service fee” and ended up only getting a 5 dollar discount compared to of a regular day. it was severely overcharged for the quality of service. this was my first time coming here and i wont be coming back.update: its been 4 months since ive received my piercing here and wanted to switch it out. where they marked my ear was different from where it was pierced. its so off that i cant switch any piercings besides the ones they placed.

Ive gotten three piercings here total now, both my nostrils and my septum and the times before were fantastic !but this time was a stand out! My partner was with me as we were both getting nostril piercings, we had Jeff as our piercer and he was amazing! he was cracking jokes the whole time and it made for a very relaxing and awesome experience. Very greatful to have had such an awesome experience here yall rock thank you!

Sometime last week, some of my girlfriends and I showed up last minute, at the end of the day, and Jeff was still happy to take all four of us. He did a fantastic job and made the whole experience very comfortable. I will definitely be coming back to him for my future piercing needs!

I went into the shop yesterday to get my 3rd holes Pierced on my ears. Kristy was very sweet and helped me right away. She was very calm and nice. Everything was sterilized and the process was fast and easy. She pierced my nose a couple months back and same thing then. Her energy is amazing and I definitely recommend having her pierce you if you go in!

Had a really good experience here. Very professional. It was my first time here and first tattoo. Anthony did an amazing job and gave me exactly what I asked for. I actually love my tattoo even more than I thought I could. Will definitely be going back.

No tattoos from here, but all my girls had their noses done, and lots of different ear piercings. They are extremely kind. Explain everything. We also needed help changing jewelry, and they helped.Another time, my daughters nose ring fell out, and we couldnt get it back in. Went in, and bam got it.Awesome group of people.

I had high nostrils performed on both nostrils by Jeff today. Absolutely amazing. Very personable, answered all my questions. Great pricing too! Took the time to ensure they were even and lined up well with my existing piercings. Professional, but very fun. I would say it’s a great place for initial piercings, but jewelry choice is on the limited side of you were looking to swap out for something fancy.

Do not get a bridge piercing here. I’ve gotten 4 piercings here all by Jeff, first 3 were perfect. When I got my bridge done it was infected for nearly a year due to them piercing me with the wrong jewelry. Came back multiple times due to the infection, they never once told me the jewelry could’ve been what was causing the infection. As soon as I went to a different piercing shop and changed to the correct jewelry it healed within a week.

My 8 year old daughter had her ears pierced by Jeff. He was amazing! So nice and friendly. He spoke to my daughter, on her level. So personable. Great experience!!

Jeff was absolutely amazing to my best friend and I when we got our belly buttons pierced. My friend got very dizzy during her experience and he was super helpful and caring, making sure she had water and snacks to stop the dizziness! He was very nice and made sure the aftercare directions were clear!

Jeff did an amazing job! I’m recommending this place if you have Jeff! I’m giving a 4 star review because the receptionists at the front register were very unprofessional and unwelcoming. As a first time customer I was expecting a more inviting environment and felt that I was discriminated against and shooed away when I was simply asking a question as well as not acknowledged. I was honestly debating on leaving but as soon as Jeff got me in the room he definitely made me know I made the right decision to get my septum stretched out again. He was very helpful and honestly grateful he was there! I even gave him a tip which I rarely do! Definitely come here the piercers are great cashiers though not as much at least my experience.

Jeff pierced my daughters ears, this was her 2nd piercing in her ears. She was comfortable and 3 weeks later, her ears are doing great. No issues post piercing. Like none, no pain, no redness, she said this time around was much better than her first holes. Jeff was communicative, let my daughter know what was going on, but not too much that she had anticipation anxiety 😅, and he provided easy instructions for follow up care. I would go back in a heartbeat to have Jeff do piercings.

Jeff is amazing! He peirced my medusa awhile back and did an amazing job, and today he did my snake bites. The pain is real but he does the peircing so quick and precise that I barely felt it. Full trust in this man. And hes hilarious too. The snake bites are perfectly spaced and exactly what I wanted.

Zay is incredibly personable and friendly. He also has a super light hand. I barely felt my tattoo, but have no concerns about it fading.I also got my septum done here 2 weeks prior to my tattoo, and the piercer was funny and friendly, though he is super busy, so I didnt get as much opportunity to chat.

This is my second time going to Euphoria to get a piercing done and i absolutely love it. I’ve gotten a belly button piercing and a nose piercing from them. The piercers are very helpful at explaining the care and insisting on their guests to come back and/or call if something is to happen to the piercing or if they have any questions. They use sterilized needles instead of a piercing gun which is better for the skin as well. Wonderful service, definitely coming back there for my next piercing!

Today my 7.5 year old was *absolutely certain* she was ready to get her ears pierced. This time we got as far as choosing earrings and sitting in the room about to be pierced when my daughter expressed that she was feeling too afraid to go further. The piercer, Jeff, took the time to hear her, and to reassure her that its always okay to withdraw consent at any point, and explained body autonomy, reiterating that she is in charge of her body and its her choice what she does with it. He didnt act angry or disappointed in her decision to not go through with ear piercing, and she left feeling heard and content with her choice. Shes just not ready, and we will give it another year before we make another attempt, and when we do, itll be at Euphoria.People like Jeff - an adult, male presenting person - being vocal in support of my little girls no - are literally out there saving lives with their messaging. He showed her that her consent is more valuable than the cost of the appointment to him, and thats powerful. How many of us ladies have gone along with something we werent comfortable with because we were afraid to be impolite or inconvenience others?As we left, he shared that all of them there are parents. If youre looking for someone trustworthy to pierce your kiddos ears, I cant recommend Jeff at Euphoria enough!

The woman there named Kristy was amazing!! Truly exemplary. She made me feel comfortable and seemed very knowledgeable, it gave me the comfort of knowing that should anything go wrong she’d know exactly what to do. The shop as a whole, including Kristy have a great charm and I’d be hard pressed to get a piercing anywhere else.

I just got my nose pierced and the experience was so amazing I had to reply right away! I had tried to go to another place a first but after waiting 2 1/2 hours the said they weren’t taking anyone else, so we called Euphoria and they said come on in and when we got there they took us in immediately! Jeff was so nice and he made jokes to keep me from getting freaked out! I couldn’t ask for a better experience!

I absolutely love this place, especially the piercer Jeff. Super professional, super respectful and all in all a chill dude. Ive got 19 piercings, 13 of which were done by Jeff and out of those 13 Ive had 0 be crooked, reject, or that Ive been at all unhappy with.Also, if youre considering a nipple piercing, I cannot recommend getting it done by Jeff. Again, super respectful of your body, and he only directly touched me twice with a single finger on the side to hold steady while placing the dots. Thats it. Love this store, and will always be coming back for more

This place was great! They were super busy, but still managed to get us back in a timely manner for how busy they were. Its easy enough to just walk around the mall while you wait! The front desk lady was friendly and Courtney, who did my helix piercing and my sister in laws piercing, was very friendly and informative on how to take care of our piercings. She did a perfect job on our piercings and was very patient with my indecisiveness in deciding just where I wanted my helix piercing. The pricing was very reasonable as well. I just love my helix ring and my sister in law loves her nose piercing. I will definitely be going back for my next piercing!

Went to get my bottom lip pierced. There was no waiting time which was nice! The procedure was super quick and pretty painless. She was really quick and did a great job.

My daughter got her earlobes pierced here at the recommendation of a friend. It was simple and hassle free. The piercer was friendly and personable. You didnt need an appointment. Overall a very simple process, especially for a first piercing

I came here and got a tattoo from Alexine Buchanan. I got lyrics on my shoulder. I had come in a week prior to make an appointment and they asked what lyrics I wanted. They put it in the computer and they were correct at that time. I came back for my appointment, picked out the font and placement. She printed out several options for me and they all had correct lyrics. When she went to put it on my skin she had changed the lyric from your instinct to yourself on top of that the lines arent even close to straight. She hardly even offered an apology and all attempts to contact the shop manager or owner have been unsuccessful. Please do not come here for tattoos. They will make a careless mistake and say oh well, too bad and then you have to live with it forever.

I came with my family to get my septum pierced. Everything seem professional, normal. The man looked at my nose to find the “sweet-spot”. Told me to take a deep breath, needle didn’t go all the way through. Once again, the needle didn’t go all the way through. Then once more and it went through. It’s been a week. It’s showing signs of infection. Too high up and I believe my cartilage was pierced.

Great experience! Shout out to Steven for his knowledge and expertise. My daughter said her dermal didn’t even hurt. We will now be driving to Portland for all of our piercing needs. Thank you Euphoria.

Kristy was so amazing sweet and kind and took the effort to redo my piercing to my satisfaction and was very patient. I definitely recommend her for your piercings. She is there, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Both times I came here, first time to get my septum and 2nd time to get my 2nd lobe pierced, I had Kristy, she is quick and gives you heads-up and breaths in and outs before she pierces you. Shes awesome.

Took my daughter to get her nose pierced. Not only was Jeff completely friendly and put her at ease, he accommodated me having my 3 year old with us, and made it completely painless! When my daughter had an allergic reaction to the metal, he said to come back. They didnt have what we needed. He walked us to another store, showed us what we needed to buy, waited for us to buy it, took it back do their sanitizing process, and replaced her piercing! Im in awe of the extra mile he went to take care of us!

Jeff was a very funny and friendly piercer. Id give him 5/5 stars. I have no words to describe the front desk staff other than incompetent. I came in, asked how long the wait would be, asked if I needed to put my name down, the employee barely looked up from me from drawing on an iPad and said no. I came back in 25 minutes and asked how much longer it would be (since I was told it was a 25 minute wait), and was asked by the same guy if I had filled out paperwork as if I was magically supposed to know to do that to get on the list. I said no, and filled out the paperwork, and then was placed at the back of the line, so I waited another 30 minutes. Then when I went in for the piercing, Jeff asked if I was fine with a silver stud. I said oh, I get to pick? The front desk was supposed to ask me to pick a stud. So of course I had to rush this decision since I didnt want to waste Jeffs time. Otherwise the service was good and the piercing is healing nicely.

I will NEVER go here again!! My poor daughter! I brought her here because our first experience was great! However, our second was NOT. The female peircer, I believe her name was Courtney, peirce my daughters septum. Well, the first try was mostly a success, but she was not able to get the jewelry all the way through. She claimed my daughter had jerked, but I assure you she did not! So she went for a second time, but when I mentioned it was not in the same location, and it was much lower than the first time, she told me it was not. That was another fail. She attempted again (with my daughters okay) and yet failed again. She claimed that there would be much better results if she waited for the swelling to go down and return in a few days.... ummm no thank you... Ill never recommend this studio again..

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. Jeff was kind and did a great job on my lip too!He made it a unique experience rather than just another piercing. Definitely would recommend!

Kristy did my piercing about two weeks ago I’m overall so happy with the experience I received at euphoria as soon as I walked in front desk greeted me with smiles on their faces and answered all the questions I had giving me confidence in my decision choosing this shop. Throughout the entire time being back there kristy made me feel comfortable and explained every step as she went. The peircing itself was quick not nearly as painful as I thought and I couldn’t be more happy with the results. Will definitely be back again:)!

Ive actually been here a few times for a nose piercing. And to swap out jewelry. Ive always had a pleasant experience. It was today that I read a post on Facebook that I thought to come here and leave my review. I already like thus place but just wanted to shout out Jeff for advocating consent for young children. I absolutely love Mandi the body piercing artist. She is very professional and sweet. She always puts me at ease and explains everything she is doing as she works on me. I have had four piercings done by her as well as several jewelry changes. Sometimes I get a bit anxious and she notices right away and is always calm and patient with me. (Even if Im being a bit picky) I will definitely continue to see her for all my body piercing needs. Also shes just the most adorable person! :) the man at the front desk with dreads Ian, is also very welcoming and friendly.

I am leaving 5 stars because i have been here several times, i have seen mandi the first time, and she was such a delight, and then i have gotten roughly 4-5 from Kristi, such a sweetheart everytime, very clean professional but also very real and if i call in answers my questions🤓… i always ask for her when i call 😄… however, my last visit i seen jeff, i came in and wanted to get some jewelry switched, he came at me so aggressive, it honestly took me back and scared me… i immediately wanted to leave, but he kept talking.. so loudly and blunt… i did not like this last experience at all! i was sad neither of my girls were here! i love this shop… but jeff… absolutely not!

I came here with the intention of getting my septum pierced and was taken care of by Jeff. I informed him that it had been pierced before (in case that changed the piercing/healing process at all). I thought it had closed long ago, but he examined my nose and informed me that the hole was still there! So rather than re-piercing it, he used a taper to re-open it. Doing this saved me money and was a way easier process than I remember the initial piercing being! I’d have no problem coming to him for any future piercings I may want. Super ethical guy and very friendly.

They messed up both my navel piercing and nostril piercing, to the point the navel rejected and the nostril I may have to redo because the angles are so messed up it wont heal. If you want a good piercing, go to Chaotic Good Piercing and Tattoo down the street, they are absolutely worth it and have given me support and excellent aftercare for the piercings that Euphoria messed up.

I went to euphoria and got my nose pierced by a girl (don’t know her name). And she did an awesome job explaining the procedure but when she got done and I went home, I didn’t like my piercing!! It was pierced way back. And I didn’t like it at all!! I called and asked if I could get it re done for free 2 days after getting it done. The manager said yes and I went back the same day I called and Jeff did an amazing job!! My piercing looks amazing and I’m very happy with it. Thank you to the manager and approved to do it for free and Jeff for doing an amazing job!! I will be coming back if I decide to get a mother piercing.

Dermal piercer I had originally got was great!When I called months later for a gem change the receptionist was not.I asked if dermal peircer was in?She said yes.I asked what size are the g for the tops are , I bought one online and just need the top changed. She said she had no idea I’d have to ask piercer. I’d rather not drive all the way there if I have the wrong size gem top.I asked how much to just replace gem top ? She said she didn’t know, ask piercer. It says $30. I said just to replace the top with one I have? She said again, she didn’t know.I said okay are you able to ask, she said oh well he’s not actually in yet until 12. (I called at 11:20) and she said in the first question he was in.I said okay. Can I call back later when piercer is in to have answered questions.

Great experience! Had our 6 year old ears pierced. Jeff makes this place amazingly friendly and professional! The front desk lady was very friendly and informative. Highly recommend as a first time experience with your kid!

Not very good service for being a tattoo and piercing place if you dont have either in house during operating hours.Shows they are open at 10am. Show up at 11 to get a piercing for my daughters 17th bday. The front desk lady says their piercer wont be in till 12 come back then. Showed back up at 11:30 ask if I could get a small little tattoo while we wait. Was told that there are no tattoo artists in till 1. She gave me the artists cell number and told me to text him to see if he can do it when he gets in. After, being told that I said F the tattoo and Ill just get the piercing since my daughter was excited.Came back at 12. Absolutely LOVED our piercer Jeff. He was AWESOME. As much as we loved him we probably wont go back.For a business who doesnt require appointments and Walk-ins are Welcome there should always be a piercer and a tattoo artist on staff.Even when we were there I over heard her tell someone on the phone reservations werent required, walk-in were fine.

My daughter and I went in for second lobe piercings and a rook (top of the ear) as well. Courtney was very nice and took care of us very well. A week later, I realized that I hadnt planned things out well and went back in and Courtney was able to put in retainers for me so that I could have medical procedures done this week (where they dont want any metal at all). I was impressed with their very clean facility, that everything is done by the book and everyone was professional, yet friendly as well. I will recommend them to anyone needing piercings!

Just a single ear peirce, helix, but it was quick, painless and the staff was nice. It might have been a bit pricey but the last time I got any piercing done was 15 years ago so Im not sure. After tax and tip it was $60.

My friend and I went in and had Jeff do our nipple piercings. Must say one of the better piercing experiences I’ve had. Really relaxed, honest guy who didn’t make us feel uncomfortable at all. Thanks a bunch dude. “Pain is temporary, Hotness is forever”

I got my daith pierced at Euphoria about a year ago, Im STILL having problems with it. I have 10 other piercings so Im well aware how my body reacts, heals, and adjusts to piercings. Yet I am constantly having pain with it and have bad, bloody, piercing bumps. Not To mention the service was HORRIBLE. I was getting dirty looks by the staff and the piercer Jeff was incredibly judgemental towards me. If you are considering a piercing or tattoo here, DONT, trust me dont risk it. The best thing I ever did was going to a different shop to get all my other piercings

I had Courtney as my piercer, she did amazing! I had 2 piercings and she walked me though the entire process. It was like “breathe in, breathe out, done!” She was very informative about the aftercare and let me know to come in if I had any questions or complications (I.e. the piercing swells past the bar, she will replace the bar for a longer one to promote healthy healing). I’ve gotten 3 piercings there now and I’ve never had any problems with any of them! Thank you guys so much!

I took my 5 year old in to get her ears pierced for her birthday. Jeff was incredible. He calmed her nerves and made the experience so great 10/10 recommend Jeff and Euphoria for piercings!!

Got my nipples pierced today around four oclock (walk-in) and had a pretty awesome experience. Everyone was really nice and quick, but also efficient. The whole process took about five minutes and yes, it hurt, but about as much as youd expect from a piercing. Also, very clean environment. It was a tad bit over priced, $65 to get pierced and $11 for each piece of jewelry. So, in total, $89.98 for everything, including tax. But, worth it for the great service. I still tipped $5 after that, so I would recommend. 👌

Literally just left this place and it was incredible service. I didn’t catch the name of the woman who helped me but she helped re pierce my nose and it was so quick and easy. Will be coming back here for sure !

I got my septum done and it was done fine. Everything was cleaned and sanitized. However, the treatment from the staff is awful. I have major hearing loss and wear hearing aids to help but it does not restore my hearing fully. Even with them in and fully charged I am still almost deaf. I was waiting outside the shop for my time to get pierced. I was on my phone but even if I wasnt that still doesnt change the fact that I cant hear that well. I was being yelled at as a way of getting my attention since my name was being called and I wasnt responding. Instead of coming up to me and tapping me on the shoulder or waving to get my attention, I was instead yelled at. It doesnt matter if you know if someone is hearing impaired or not. You dont get to yell at people. You never know if they have a disability or not and they do not need to disclose to you if they have one. Thats not required of someone with a disability. The staff should really be trained on how to better treat customers and know that not every disability is visible to avoid any situations like this in the future. I am scared for any deaf customers that have to deal with the woman with the blue hair. I doubt she will treat them the right way. Please train staff on how to treat customers as they may have an invisible disability. Even after I explained that I had hearing loss, the woman was very short and rude. I dont plan on going back, or at least if shes working that day. Havent had a bad experience with the other guy that works there. I believe his name is Jeff. Hes awesome and is always understanding of my hearing loss even when I ask him to repeat himself several times.

Jeff did a fantastic job piercing both of my daughters’ ears. He was professional, kind and patient. He took the time to explain both the procedure and after care instructions. Highly recommend!

Ive gotten all my piercings from here and have never been disappointed with them. Jeff just did my 7 year old sisters ears today. He was very calm with her and walked her through everything thoroughly. He even told her to tell him when she was ready for the second so she had a minute to relax.

Contacted about a tongue piercing for my daughter. Told come on in. Drove an hour to be told no. I get certain places have age requirements but at least have the decency to inform potential customers. Will not recommend or ever think of coming back. Completely wasted a day and a tank of gas. Thanks for nothing.

I got double lobes done that are straight to the point!! Top and bottom navel repierced as well as my Monroe! All handle with care and couldn’t look better!! I got double ear piercings from Kristy last month and it was so quick, easy, and pain free! I had been putting off getting my piercings for a long time despite wanting them, and I could not have been happier with the results :)Now that my ears are fully healed I will definitely be coming back for more piercings needs from Kristy in the future!!!

Great experience! Got my daith pierced (first piercing since I was young and got my lobes done with a gun), and the piercer was AMAZING. He was kind, explained everything, energetic, and he was quick!! The piercing looks great and I only felt pressure, no pain. Will definitely return for any future piercings, and recommend to everyone. I can’t remember his name (started with a J?) but he was great. Explained cleaning and aftercare well.EDIT: It’s now 6 months later and I came back to get my other daith and tragus done (both on left). Courtney was the piercing artist this time, and she was awesome! Explained things well, calmed me well, and the piercings were basically painless!

Had a great experience. Jeff was great! I had a third ear piercing and nose piercing. My daughter had a second ear piercing. Jeff explained everything thoroughly, everything was very clean, and it was quick with minimal pain.

Shelby was amazing! It was my first tattoo in 10 years and she made me so comfortable and the tattoo turned out so much better than I thought it would. We called and were told it would be 82 with tax for a triple helix. My daughter came in and got it done and when we went to pay were told it would be 52 per piercing. We were told the lady we talked to the day before was new and told us the wrong price. This place us a scam !

I had an accident with one of my helix piercings. I tried to call another piercer first but they didnt answer the phone. Euphoria answered quickly, put a piercer on the phone and they told me to come in and they would take care of it. He cleaned it up, pushed my earring back where its supposed to be and as long as I follow his care instructions, it should heal. Friendly, responsive, knowledgeable staff. Very grateful!

The guy who pierced my ear was great! Easy to talk to and work with. The girls at the front desk could not have been more awkward. They were not friendly and didnt know how to create a good experience for anyone walking in.

Jose made me very comfortable for my first tattoo. He did such an amazing job i came back the next day for another one. The lines are super clean and he is very professional. Jeff was absolutely amazing! I got a vertical labret, and it went so smoothly. I hate needles or anything with a build up, but he is very good at his job and I didn’t even shed a tear.

Tried to take my niece in to get her ears pierced. They told her her parent has to be present. She was taken from her mom and in my Care I feel like I shouldnt have to explain the physical trauma she had. So she pointed to me and said she is my aunt/mom and they said nope wont do it unless she is physically here. She is 17 yrs old. I dont see the issue I am 33 yrs old and I am considered her legal guardian now. Will never go here again. She already has two ears part pierced and her nosed pierced twice! By them!

So I got my septum pierced here almost three years ago. It was done by a women i don’t remember her name but my jewelry has recently fallen out but it should be heal by now right? Wrong! I went somewhere else to have the jewelry put back in and was informed the whoever did my septum actually pierced my Cartilage… so now I have to wait and get it re-pierced ALLLLLL over again..

Absolutely horrible experience, they have forever lost my service. I got my n;pples pierced there and the male piercer (I think named Alex) immediately goes “okay so this is definitely an awkward procedure” and seemed very flustered and uncomfortable the whole time. The first one went well, but the second one; he messed up. It was on the very tip and after about a week the skin started drying out and clearly rejecting. I called them and explained and the lady deadass said “I mean, you could take it out” and didn’t offer anything else for their mistake that will forever be on my body, she didn’t even apologize. I paid about $100 for this awful procedure, and got it repierced for only $15 by a way better artist at Paramount Tattoo and Piercing in portland. Honestly Euphoria Tattoo and Piercing is one of the most unprofessional piercing places I’ve ever been to.

Everyone I encountered was super nice and professional. Jeff was able to quickly change out the jewelry in my daith piercing and restretch my ears instead of a new piercing saving me money.The studio was clean, they were limiting the number allowed in and all wearing masks and requiring customers to as well.This was a great experience and I will be back for sure.

I got my helix done there and it was a really positive experience until I went home and realized the type of threading they had used for the piercing was cutting my ear open everytime it moved. So I had to pay somewhere else to get threadless piercing

Had a fantastic experience! Forrest, my tattoo artist, was very sweet and understanding of me being nervous for my first tattoo and very reassuring. Very clean place, opened all needles last minute right in front of me. Then proceeded to throw them away to assure no reuse. Was very nice through out the whole thing. He did a great job, would DEFINITELY recommend and definitely will be going back soon enough!

I love this place. You can always see how sterile they are as they do it in front of you every time Ive gotten a piercing. Always have gloves on, they always use sterile equipment and they keep the place clean. Ive always been skeptical of mall piercers but these guys are amazing! Whenever I come up from California to Washington to visit family, I started getting piercings. This time I was able to get both of my eyebrows pierced by Jeff, which was amazing. My nose never hurt when I got it done in CA. I got the other side done in CA, and it was terrible. It hurt really bad. I got my first eyebrow done a week before the second one. Fortunately Jeff was able to do my second one a week later, the evening before I caught my flight the next morning. Jeff even remembered me when he saw me in Hot Topic. Its great knowing your clients, and I think that makes them feel safer. I asked Jeff a lot of questions, trust me, and it made me feel way more secure. Very nice service at Euphoria, clean environment, and satisfied clients. Nice selection and reasonable pricing. Jeff did a great job with my piercings, and if I decide to get a 7th or 8th piercing, it will most likely be at Euphoria.

Ive had my nose piercing for 3 months. I went into Euphoria because I wanted to change out my stud for a different one for the holidays and the place I originally had it done at was not open. I am new to the process of changing out piercings, this is why I wanted help with it. I assumed a piercing shop would have the easiest solution to this as they do it all day long. I picked out a small rose gold stud to replace the stud I already had. The guy changing out the piercing as far as I could tell didnt wash or sterilize the new piercing, just proceeded to jam it up into my nose, having a very hard time trying to find the hole. It hurt worse then when I had it pierced. After a minute or two of poking and prodding and basically trying to make my nose the same height as him while I sat on the table, he gave up and said I wasnt suited for studs. He then proceeded to sell me on a screw type that they bent themselves in the store. Again he started to insert the piercing into my nose and I quickly said - do you mind sterilizing that before you put it in? He seemed annoyed that I asked but did sterilize it. Having already been through one minor infection, I wasnt keen to go through another one. Ive since done some research online on how others put in studs, because I have a few I purchased that I want to wear in the future. I found a taper that works for both internally threaded and push in piercings. You would think a piercing shop would have a simple $4 taper for changing out studs for clients instead of jamming instruments in their nose. Any who - I bought one on amazon and will will be hard pressed to ever go back to this place for anything.

I got my nose pierced here. The piercer didnt give me any information about what she was doing as she was doing it. When she showed me the piercing it looked very tight but i assumed it was because my nose was swollen. I received no care instructions either. A couple days later the piercing had began sinking into my skin and the skin was growing over it. I went back in and showed it to a different piercer who said that it definitely didnt look right. He had to DIG it out of my nose to readjust. When he put it back on, it was extremely loose, and didnt twist the wire inside so that when it was pulled it came right out. Again i went back in and he tightened it to about the same tightness as the first person so i asked him to loosen it (which he begrudgingly did, eye rolls and all).So, for the past couple months Ive been dealing with bumps around my piercing and trying to care for it the best i can. Ifinally went to a shop downtown that i should have just gone to in the first place. He finally was able to get the stud out, which took a ton of painful twisting and pulling because the people at emporium had twisted it into such a mess. After trying unsuccessfully to put a hoop in, he said that because of the placement of the hole, it would be worse for me to have a hoop in than to just let it close up and have them try to pierce it in a couple of months.So now I have a hole in my nose that might get infected and looks terrible. Would definitely not recommend this place for any cartilage piercing.

I normally have pleasant experiences with Euphoria, I’ve been going to them for years! Last week I went in to get my dermal top changed and I was helped by Jeff. He didn’t seem confident in changing it and it took him several minutes to finally get it on only for me to have to come back because the top wasn’t screwed on all the way. I had a female piercer put it on tighter and all was well. About a week later the diamond fell off the jewelry so I came back and they replaced it for free, which was nice, but Jeff seemed to have trouble putting it back on again! He said it was “tight” but I was able to unscrew it with my fingers immediately after I left!!! They let me take the jewelry home free of charge but I had to go to a different shop to get it put on tight enough. I don’t know if he was just inexperienced or what but I will not be going back there again for any of my dermal piercing needs.

Had my tattoo done here twice as well as 6 piercings. The first tattoo I got she messed up and coloured in something that wasnt suppose to, it was super uneven, but it came out.. decent. The second one he didnt take his time and some ink bled and splatted in my skin. Very dull and just not good. The piercer seemed like he just didnt want to help me. I blame myself for getting 6 piercings at once, but he was super friendly. All in all, dont know why I keep going there but I still do.

We took our almost six year old daughter there to have her ears pierced. Stormee was awesome with her. She was really patient and kind, even though you can tell that kids piercings arent really their specialty. It went very smoothly, and she is FAST with that needle :) So that was awesome! My daughter is so proud that she had them pierced with a needle, no numbing, in a tattoo parlor :) Lol! Even though she cried hysterically. They were great.

I’ve been in a few times over the last couple months and visited Mandi. She has curated both ears and pierced both nostrils. She is very sweet, professional, and thorough with a beautiful energy. I was especially nervous about my ears but she was so quick and gentle. I have 8 more I will be having her do in the future!

I got my septum done by Jeff and I had the best experience. I was pretty nervous at first, but he knew how to calm me down and made me feel way better about. I could tell he knew what he was doing and it didn’t even hurt when he pierced my septum!

Went in and got my dermal piercing and a new gem for my other dermal piercing. The man doing was not confident at all while doing the piercing. It was nothing like the first one I got. The jewelry that I got put in my bottom dermal both times fell out with in a day or two. I called to ask about my dermal still being super sore and they had nothing to say about it then proceed to tell me the piercing is not permanent and WILL come out. I was not told that when I got my piercing. Just over all a really bad experience. And they are not will to do anything about it

I got my left helix pierced and my tongue pierced in the same week- two different piercers but both were professional. I was nervous but the piercer made me feel comfortable and all my nervous went out the door after that. I didn’t feel a thing and it took like ten minutes top. This is the only place where I go to get any kind of piercing done.

Giving 4 stars because they are nice & do a good job for the most part. Ive brought my daughter here twice. The first time, she got her belly button pierced (the guy did it crooked 🙄). The second time, she got her tongue pierced. They had a Friday the 13th special. They were fast, friendly and informative.

Went to get my septum pierced and almost talked myself out of it. When I went in, the guy reassured me that it wouldn’t hurt as bad as I’ve been told and he was totally right. He did a great job and it looks great. He also did my lip a little over a year ago.

I got my nose pierced last week. The piercing was quick and effective and I walked away dazed with the prescribed saline solution and a photocopy of what to do for aftercare. Three days later I got the flu. Im not going to go into detail about how horrific it is to have a fresh piercing on your nose, that you cant touch, but is also bleeding profusely, while too sick to function. The staff here has received multiple panicked phone calls from me as I tried to care for the piercing but was unable to stop the bleeding. They have helped calm me down and walked me through ways to gently care for the piercing. As one of the guys said jokingly over the phone we arent going to put a hole in your body and then let you walk out into the world and figure it out on your own. We are always here to help. And help they did. Thank you Euphoria staff. Youre amazing at what you do and I will be back for any future holes should I decide to get more.

I got pierced by Kristina, I originally went in for my forward helix, but she was so kind and gentle I ended up getting my 2nd and 3rd hole on each ear as well as my tongue!!!! I cant wait to go back for more :) 10/10 recommend

Literally crying and throwing up. I got my nips pierced a couple of weeks ago, one of them went half way through my nip and then dipped down and came out my areola. I went to get it fixed but then it dipped down and came out my areola on the other side. My other piercing is flawless, cute and gorgeous but they clearly don’t match! It was painful the first second time, painful the second time and now I have to go SOMEWHERE ELSE a third time to get them to match.

I got my piercings done here by Mandy! She was sooo sweet and energetic and made sure I was doing good through out the process! I had a great experience here and would definitely go again!

If I could give this place a 0 I would. My sister and I went to try to get our belly pierced and the guy told us to show our bellybuttons in the lobby. He was SO VERY rude and told me nope because I have stretch marks he can’t do it(I do have a lot do to having two boys so I just let it go) then my sis showed hers (she has no stretch marks) and he said no to her as well 🧐 didn’t make sense at all. But I did get mine pierced from this place called Shade and Line today so he lied!🤷🏽‍♀️Also all my other friends had this happened and they happened to be colored as well said they went through the same thing.

My daughter got her helix pierced here first off they pierced it with a hoop when we asked for a stud like your supposed to do. Then it got infected and no matter what we did to cure it nothing worked. My daughter had to take it out and now she is balling because she loved it so much and cannot get it repierced because of the scared tissue.

I recently came in to get a piercing and i was very impressed. In the past Ive had bad experiences But when I came in everyone was kind and the piercer there, stormee miles, was so great. She was quick and made the whole experience enjoyable rather then scary. I highly recommend her and the shop to everyone.

Went to your Euphoria Tattoo and Piercing to get my lip pierced and my nieces eyebrow pierced for our birthday. We met with stormee who is absolutely fantastic I would recommend her anyone. shes full of personality fun and knows exactly what shes doing. My lip piercing got a bit swollen went back to her three days later and she took care of it completely and now Im enjoying my piercing fully and Ill be coming back for more. I went into Euphoria Tattoo to get my first piercing ever. Having little knowledge of what I was getting or how to do it, the entire staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They not only made me feel like I was making an excellent decision but they made sure it was as seamless and painless of an experience as possible. The piercer who did my snake bites was named Stormee. Very happy, excited, and funny, Stormee made my experience absolutely wonderful. Feeling a bit nervous she helped me through the entire process and in an instant it was over and I was finished. She was incredibly knowledgeable and very confident and that spoke volumes to me. She was also incredibly helpful on how to take care of them to ensure nothing would happen and they would heal properly. In conclusion, anyone looking to get a tattoo or a piercing should look no other place but Euphoria Tattoo. With a staff as friendly and laid back as they are, coupled with their expertise and focus on attention their is no doubt I will come back to Stormee every time! Thanks for the amazing piercings!!

Wanted a helix peircing for a couple years now, and I have a phobia of needles. Finally went in, and the gal who peirced my ear did it quick, and efficiently. Id have to say, it was much easier than when I got my lobes peirced when I was little. So excited for when I get to swap it out for different hoops!

I was very nervous this was my first tattoo without numbing cream, I asked for a Pillow just so I would be more comfortable. They had no pillows, then I asked for a blanket to cover my lower half because I was getting a tattoo on the back of my right calf. Jose said that he doesn’t have a blanket or a sheet because he has nowhere to put those things. He barely talk to me my whole tattoo and was not comforting in the slightest, I asked him to stop about three or four times just because of the pain and his heavy hand. He seem to get frustrated with me after I asked for just five minutes.. he proceeded to say “you’ve already had five minutes”. I thought this was very disrespectful and I won’t be returning. Just to add the girls at the front desk we’re not very welcoming, there was a lot of dirty looks and no professionalism.

Just went and had my cartilage pierced. Was nervous but they made me feel very comfortable. Rickey explained everything to me and gave great after care instructions. I am definitely going back.

I should have written this review 6 weeks ago. Long story short - wife had 2 new daith piercings and mine needed new jewelry. We both used bars instead of rings. Each bar, wife and mine, failed - we call and spoke with Courtney - she had us come back in, replaced them, and apologized. After this happened a few times, both wife and I, Courtney had us come in and replaced all 4 with rings free of charge. It was an unfortunate situation with a defective batch of bars, but the entire time, Courtney and staff treated us well and did the right thing. I highly recommend Euphoria.

Came to get septum piercing taken out, first said it would be 25 minutes, then another 25 minutes. Not professional at all. Definitely will not come back. I guess you get what you pay for.

I got my septum re pierced yesterday and the piercing is COMPLETELY off..it’s so low and so obvious it’s not in the sweet spot which made the piercing process 10x worse. The piercer didn’t even say anything after he’d done it and just had his back to me. Probably knowing he messed up. Definitely would not recommend going here.

I went to Forrest to talk about starting my second sleeve after a small tattoo he had done for me several years ago. I went back to him because of his attention to detail and professionalism. I told him I wanted a floral tattoo and gave him a few ideas of what I wanted. He quickly had a design that incorporated all of my ideas, again showing his attention to detail and expertise. The color work and arrangement of the colors is fantastic, I am very happy and will be returning to see Forrest for my next tattoo.

I got my nipples done by Jeff. He was great! Everyone was super professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would highly recommend Euphoria Body Piercing & Tattoo.

I got my smiley done about 2 months ago and had to get it taken out because it was crooked. The piercing guy was also talking bad about another piercing place which I don’t think should be done in front of customers.

Great customer service and patience. I took my 15 and 13 year old daughters in today to get their first piercings, and the dude was great. He was patient , calm, and understanding while being very professional.

Got my daughter ears pierced here and they did a really great job. And wanted my eyebrow pierced again and they were honest and said they could have it back open and it would save me money. I will be going back to this place to get other things done in the future.

I went into eurphoria to have a lily tattoo covered up that was on my shoulder. It wasnt finished and was Awful. Jason (Leo) covered it up with a new lily and it is AMAZING. His pricing is amazing, he listens to exactly what you want and he is so creative! Im so happy with the way my tattoo has turned out and I will be going to him for all of my tattoos from now on!

Ricky pierced me & my friend nose at the same time. He was ethical, personal, and professional. Its been almost 3 weeks and its been good. Very happy to have Ricky do our piercing.

The guy that did my medusa did it completely crooked and I had to take it out because it just looked terrible, I waited 2 weeks but it just looked so bad and it sat right on the bottom of my upper lip on my front teeth. The place was clean and sterile but the piercer definitely needs more practice.

Shelby is AMAZING! We came an hour before closing and she was so incredibly kind and professional and made sure that both my friend and i got the exact tattoos we wanted - and we are both obsessed. 10/10 would recommend.

Willie does an amazing job. He spent over a month designing the perfect back piece for me. He listened close to all my ideas and added his own. It took several tweaks until it was perfect but he was patient through the whole thing. Now that he has started it is looking amazing. Cant wait until its done.

I had my nose pierced almost a year ago at a different place. When I left there I swore I would never do that again. It hurt so bad, I bled and it was up way too high. It ended up closing up within a few weeks since I couldnt stand how bad it hurt even after I had the piercing in for a while.So to say I was a bit apprehensive to get my nose repierced is an understatement. However, I decided Id buck up and give it one more shot. This time I went to Euphoria in the Van Mall. Im so pleasently surprised with how easy and painless it was. The lady that helped me was so quick there wasnt even time to register any pain. I didnt bleed like I had before and it was only a few hours ago but there is no pain.If I ever need to get anything pierced again, Ill be going back here for sure. Thank you ladies!!UPDATE: I still have the same piercing I got from Euphoria. I never have any troubles with it. No pain, no keloids, ect (I have a small keloid on the spot where the other piercing got botched).

I don’t care if they don’t have time.But even though they told me they don’t have time they are seeing people after me and they are getting pierced!!!! I wasn’t rude at all. All I asked was do they have time for a piercing. That’s it. Not rude but monotone/calm.

Top of the line studio. They pay close attention to sterility and really listen to what you want done. Forest is an amazing artist. My daughter, son-in-law, tenant, as well as myself all go there exclusively. We are that impressed.

Had to cancel my appointment due to a family emergency. Called well before the 24 hour time limit, cannot reschedule as I dont know when I can go back. No refund on my deposit. Easiest $40 anyone will ever make. No way I will ever consider them again. Beware!!

Absolutely avoid this circus at all costs. The unfriendly Asian lady at the front laughed when I asked her how many years of experience my piercer had, stating that there were so many piercers coming in and out of that place there was no way to keep track. Grreeeatt. Then the clearly inexperienced piercer seemed peeved when I asked how long shed been piercing. I had two dermals done there today since the establishment Id gone to (Straight to the Point) for 10+ dermals Id had done before had closed the location closest to my house. Big mistake. The first dermal between my collar bones on my neck was completely crooked and one foot of the base was visible through the huge hole shed pierced FIVE times to implant it. The second one was below my belly button, which Ive had pierced before without a hitch elsewhere. Again, it took her multiple attempts, which is not necessarily out of the norm, but it did not feel like she was confident in what she was doing. When it was finished, it was sticking substantially further out of my skin than when Id had it pierced before when it laid flat. I let her know I wasnt happy with it, to which she told me I could come back and get it repierced if it rejected or got snagged.. ok! Ill get right on that! I went straight to the downtown Portland location of Straight to the Point piercing, and the piercer there was horrified at the piercing jobs as well. Luckily he fixed them for me and got me on my way. Ill never go anywhere else again, especially not Euphoria!! Ridiculous.

Jeff was awesome 👍 I came in with questions and concerns not only did he help but he may my daughters night giving her the piercing shes been wanting making her laugh and putting her at ease it was a great experience.

Definitely did not want to see me today at 1 PM on a tuesday because they don’t have time to see me. As I’m sitting out here looking at other places. People that just walk in the store get to be seen. And I see them walk out with piercing and the ‘piercers’ are just twirling their fingers doing nothing refusing to see me even though all I asked was if they do walk ins. I’m not rude at all and I don’t do reviews at all but I had to leave one here.

I came with my friends a few weeks ago and we all got a few piercings (triple lobe, belly button, cartilage, and tragus). I was very disappointed with the shop and the efficiency. The piercers were not knowledgeable of what they were doing. I understand piercings are not easy to perform, but I have had other piercings done and I am very dissatisfied with this shop and I will not return.

Lady that pierced my nose put a normal sized stud in not leaving room for swelling causing the stud to heal to my nose. I had to go to a different shop to have it removed causing a large amount of bleeding

My Medusa is not centered at all, she placed the inc in the correct spot but missed it when piercing. Wish I would’ve gone somewhere else. I’m super sad about it.

I just had my Daith Piercing done by Mandy, and I didnt feel a thing at all. Very fast and good. Very clean and very nice staff. This is my 3rd time in this shop and I highly recommend this shop.

I did not end up getting my tattoo. I wanted a very small child loss awareness ribbon ( half blue half pink) on my wrist. The tattoo artist told me that is would be at least $80. I called around to get other quotes and everywhere gave me much cheaper price. I was not able to get it done yet, but I do know I wont be going here.

Jose did a few of my tattoos including a cover up that I paid for & he never finished & won’t reply to my texts now . He made me wait two hours past my appointment time because he “ forgot “ about me . Very unprofessional. Plus the piercer pierced my nipples wrong . They aren’t even

Ive gotten quite a few piercings done here and out of all of them, Stormee was the best one I had. She pierced my nips and made me feel comfortable, while being super chill, friendly and professional. When I come back for another piercing, Stormee will be who I ask for from now on!#stormeeistheshit

Went here and had my ear pierced for my migraines. My ears swelled up so bad I can hardly even touch it . Then when my ball falls out I just need it put back in they tell me I have to wait 45 minutes to get the ball put back in. Very unprofessional place will never have anything done here again

I love the employees here. I got my belly button piercing done about a month ago and the guy was super friendly who did it and they have really good prices! Highly recommend
