I can’t recommend Salmon Creek Plastic Surgery enough. I had a 2 o’clock appointment, was in a room by 2:01, and the surgeon (Dr. Green) was in the room by 2:05. Dr. Green was awesome throughout the whole experience as well as his staff. The front desk receptionists were also great. I have not had such a good customer experience in a very long time. Thank you to the Salmon Creek Plastic Surgery team!!!

Despite the complications with my treatment I have been overwhelmed by how great the process has been from consultation and scheduling to all the follow-up appointments. The staff and surgeons are wonderful, the office is sparkly clean and friendly. They are always professional and address my concerns quickly. A big shout-out to Sandra who reminds me every visit that I am strong and keeps encouraging me about my progress!

My severe scar caused me pain for 40 years, and finally I was referred to Salmon Creek Plastic Surgery for my first consult. I felt uncomfortable walking in, but the entire staff was friendly and helpful and I soon relaxed.Dr. Green gave me the information I needed and reassured me that he could repair the scarred area. We discussed a plan, all my questions were answered, and I left feeling confident and prepared for surgery.Ill post a followup after I recover.

Dr Green and his staff are not only the most professional medical group I’ve ever experienced, an have had the pleasure to work with. They are also the most caring. ❤️In 2019 I went to see Dr Richard Green for a routine Botox treatment, where I also asked him if he could take a peek at my right breast, as it had become extremely hot, rashed, and swollen. And when I walked out I had no idea this man had just saved my life during a routine Botox treatment. All due to his up to date, and extensive medical knowledge. I will forever be thankful for that, as months later I was indeed diagnosed with the very specific and rare, cancer he had mentioned during that appointment telling me. You need to go sit in your doctors office and insist on being seen with me believing this was a simple breast infection. And that’s where the ball got the ball rolling. He was firm about his decision to get me to see my primary doctor, yet able to explain everything to me so that when I left his office, I was not in a panic. Initially Dr Green himself was skeptical, telling me after my two emergency surgeries that he never thought he’d see this particularly rare cancer in his 40 year career. As of today, Dr Green, his staff, and the many other specialized doctors have completed, and successfully treated me.So there’s that, and…… Dr Green and his staff are also the bests “hands down” to seek any kind of cosmetic treatment or surgery.Not only has my experience with Salmon Creek Plastic Surgery been a 10 out of 10, every time for me over the past 15 years. Cant say enough good things about Dr. Green and his staff at SCPS!! I have a PWS Birthmark that has been resistant to treatment over the years, but Dr. Green was able to create noticable improvement after only several rounds with his Xcel V laser. I recently decided to try Botox and lip filler for my first time. I wasn’t really sure where to start or go and I remembered I have used Salmon Creek PS before for another procedure. So I reached out and from the first phone call to set up my appointment to the end of my appointment 20/10 in customer service. I was very nervous for my first experience with Botox and filler however my experience at Salmon Creek PS was above and beyond my expectations. I will be back and it’s still pretty early but so far I am loving the effects of my lip filler. My Botox should be kicking in soon. Thank you SCPS for such a positive experience.

I am SO happy with my breast augmentation results. The staff at SCPS and Dr. Namkung are incredible. I loved my whole female team at my surgery. I felt so comfortable and at ease. Dr Namkung did an amazing job on my breast augmentation! She was so friendly and knowledgeable. She had answered questions for me I didnt know I had and gave me some things to research ahead of my fitting. All the staff at SCPS are warm, kind, and professional. The office manager, Ashley is amazing. They all made me feel very comfortable. I was so excited to come here and actually had a great consultation with Karen. Gwen at the front desk is also very kind and helpful. When I came out to make an appointment with Heidi (the other front desk person), it completely changed my experience. She ignored me for at least half a minute and stared at me with a confused look on her face. Heidi then picked up a phone call and left me standing there until Gwen had to help me. Needless to say I cancelled my appointment and will be going elsewhere for all of my current and future procedures. I will be going to Key Laser Institute for all of my procedures regardless of cost.

I have had 2 procedures done. Dr. Green is amazing and explains things and answers questions in details. The staff goes above and beyond for you to feel comfortable and special. I actually had one of the ladies come over after I was done with my procedure to check on me when I woke up and see a familiar face. I cannot say enough how special I felt. I would highly reccomend them.

They are friendly, polite, and explain everything. The office is clean. My only complaint is that they are slow at getting things done, and communication can be sometimes non-existent. You have to call them to keep things moving. However, once you do, it gets them moving again. They did have issues with no anesthesiologist for a while, which they had no control over. That was a huge setback.

Although I probably will not have the procedure, I am so impressed with the honesty and help that the Dr provided. I had been to another organization that appeared to only be interested in the next sale and not the patients well-being. Salmon Creek sure showed that organization up. Thank you so much!

Let me preface this with stating that I did not get any surgery done here. This review is based on my initial consultation. As soon as I walked in, I was quickly greeted and checked in. Actually before I was even checked in all the way, I was being called back into the doctors office which was great. After talking to the doctor about a mommy makeover I felt really great about the possibility of having her perform the surgery for me. However my good experience stopped with the finance lady. She was very nice, however there was a lot of confusion with the quote she originally gave me. I asked for a price break down and after several minutes of her flipping through books of prices she finally discovered that she way underquoted me. I left the office and told her she could email me the actual price once she came up with one because I felt the process was taking too long. I did receive my quote for just the tummy tuck and unfortunately its the same price that she gave me for the full mommy makeover. Spending that much on a cosmetic procedure is a huge decision, and I need to be 100% confident making that decision. And with that being said, Im feeling uncomfortable with the quote I received and probably will not proceed with the surgery.

Everything about this place is clean and professional and calming. Dr. Green is calm and knowledgeable. He makes sure you understand everything without speaking down to you. I travel 1-1/2 hours to see him because I really trust him!

I have been going to Salmon Creek for many years. It is a very nice clinic with friendly and helpful staff. It is convenient to have the surgery room in the same location. Recently, I was there for the Pearl Infusion. I was told and given paperwork stating that I would be receiving a numbing cream prior to my procedure, which was on my face for 45 minutes. They neglected to inform me that I would be receiving several very painful shots in my face. Although my discomfort level was very high, I felt that I received no compassion from my doctor. I received laughing gas for the left side of my face and that was fine. When they gave me laughing gas for the right side of my face is when I became very disoriented and I felt that I was going to pass out and I was wondering if I was going to be okay. I told this to them and the doctor and her student assistant started laughing. After awhile, I felt better. After I again told them of my concerns after the procedure, the doctor and her student said, We appreciate the feedback, laughed and then left the room. When the nurse came in, I told her what I said to the doctor with tears in my eyes about my hip replacement surgery years ago and that I almost died from too much anesthesia. The nurse apologized profusely and I felt that she truly cared and showed me some compassion. Despite this, I will still be going to Salmon Creek, but I will be changing doctors.

Dr. Green performed a breast implant removal and replacement for me and the results are even better than I had hoped for. He has a gift for creating symmetry and skillfully corrected my laterally deviated pocket. He listened to me, addressed my concerns, and constructed a plan to give me the best possible outcome. My shape is proportionate and absolutely beautiful now, I could not be happier. I’m 5 days post-procedure and in no pain. Dr. Green’s nursing staff and anesthesiologist were professional and compassionate. They treated me with respect throughout the entire experience. I confidently give my highest recommendation.

This is a very friendly and knowledgeable office, from reception to the Doctors, they are amazing. I had very little discomfort from my injections and minimal discomfort and bruising afterward! All in all a pleasant experience! Very reasonably priced too!

I had the short scar facelift at Salmon Creek Plastic Surgery and I would highly recommend Dr. Huang to everyone wanting to freshen their appearance. I feel so much more confident around family, friends and coworkers than I did before, as I felt like my jowls were the main focus of attention. I feel like people see me more and my jowls less. The whole experience from consultation to post surgical appointments was comfortable, safe and secure. Dr. Huang is an artist and world class surgeon who cares about her patients’ outcome as well as their well being. I would literally trust her to put me under and just do anything she felt appropriate. The entire staff was courteous, kind and competent and the day of my surgery was very comfortable from start to finish. I always get sick from anesthesia, but this is the first time I woke up feeling fine. Aftercare was meticulously managed and I had direct access to Dr. Huang if I had any questions. I feel the recovery process was a vacation because you are encouraged to take it easy. I would rate Salmon Creek Plastic Surgery with 10 stars if I could. I’m turning 60 with a 14 your old going into high school and I am so glad I had the short scar face lift and that Dr. Huang was my surgeon.

I chose Salmon Creek because of a surgery Dr Green had performed a few years ago. Dr. Kate Impasatato was the Dr who worked in the area of the face which was what I was looking into. She was confident and sincere and although not talkative she made me feel comfortable and secure in working with her. I can’t rave enough about Dr. Green and his team at Salmon Creek Plastic Surgery.Everyone is always kind, the environment is clean and comfortable and all of his work is so good.I recently had a lump removed from under my eye and a mole from my nose that dermatology wouldn’t remove because it wasn’t cancerous and it would scar. But Dr. green did an amazing job.Within a week from getting my stitches out I could go makeup-free and you can hardly see the scars. I was thrilled to have my face back.He also does my Botox and I like that he is conservative and always goes for a very natural look.I would highly recommend Dr. Green to anybody.

This was my very first time to Salmon Creek Plastic Surgery. I went in with the intention of having a mole removed from my face and spending a bit of money. The Doctor told me I could absolutely go the route of removal but freezing it may be a better option. This also ended up as the cheaper option. I was impressed that they didnt go to the more expensive amount first. I would absolutely come back for any needs that SCPS could help me with.

I contacted Salmon Creek Plastic Surgery to inquire about breast augmentation. My experience completely exceeded my expectations. All of the staff that I encountered were so polite and inviting. I decided to go with SCPS due to the doctors experience. Dr. Green performed my procedures. I am African American / Black, maybe type 6 on the Fitzpatrick scale (no expert), so my skin is prone to keloid. I am pleased with the results as there is minimal scarring.The staff at SCPS are organized, and added to my positive experience. My privacy was kept in mind. I’m giving 2 stars instead of one because of Akiko who is wonderful and deserves 5. However I spent a great deal of my hard earned money on procedures here and have absolutely zero results. No change whatsoever and that is frustrating when you spend many thousands. I also felt like the pricing was a hard sell used car like process. When I was told what procedures I would receive the person had to leave the room and consult with “someone”before giving me a price. Huh? Don’t they have a price list that is transparent for any customer to see? Nope. Makes me wonder what went into the decision on what to charge me. I’m far from rich. I have just enough and saved for a long time. I feel duped. I gambled and lost. I should have been told there was a chance I’d see absolutely no results. Very disappointing.

I have worked in the medical field for over 30 years and I can honestly say my visit with Salmon Creek Plastic Surgery was the most pleasant and efficient visit I have ever experienced. My first experience at Salmon Creek Plastic Surgery was to repair a scar from several stomach surgeries. Most surgeons didn’t want to tackle it. Dr Green found a way and I’m so proud of my belly I show it to more people than I should... Now I get anything I need, whether Botox, fillers, sculpting, done there. Dr Huang has proven to just as good. Wonderful in fact. I’d never go anywhere else even though I did once.. mistake... Dr Green & Dr Huang will not try to do more than you need and they will tell you in the kindest way you don’t need it. I’m moving across country but when it’s time for my short scar neck lift and eyes to be done, I will come back to Salmon Creek Plastic Surgery. No one else is touching me. I had my first facial here yesterday. It was wonderful. Lovely estestician very gentle and soothing. On a previous visit with Dr Kate l was treated with the upmost respect and care. The clinic is immaculate and they are very strict on mask policies and patient care. I would recommend them to anyone looking for treatment, or like me a lovely soothing facial.

I had a very large lipoma removed from my stomach. I put this off for a long time! I was very anxious and nervous to have this procedure done.The staff were so warm and welcoming throughout the whole process. The nurses/insurance team were so kind and helpful over phone when scheduling appointments too. At the time of procedure, they were very attentive to my anxiety and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Namkung and the nurses were fantastic throughout the whole procedure. I went in for a tummy tuck and it turned out sooo great. I was a little nervous about the surgery but the results ended up being beyond my expectations. I had gender affirming top surgery with Dr. Namkung in October 2021 and I could be happier with my experience and my results. Dr. Namkung is compassionate, kind, a great listener, and a phenomenal surgeon. My results are exactly what I wanted and I felt supported through the whole process, from consultation to post-op. My one recommendation for improvement is that, while Dr. Namkung always used my correct pronouns, the rest of the staff had a hard time using them (even though it was written in my chart). Even with that, I’d still highly recommend Dr. Namkung and SCPS.

I have been client of Dr. Virginia Haung Plastic Surgeon since 2017. I go in for Botox, fillers, spider vein treatment, or plastic surgery in a consistent manner. My results are amazing! I am mistaken for being 40 years old. I am 65 years old. The downside is you have to be consistent with these treatments to be successful. In addition, the results are not instant and take time. I recently had a brow lift and upper eyelid surgery done to remove the excess skin over my eyes. Dr Huang is an artist! I had a breast reduction and short scar lift in a 6 hr procedure. Im 67 years old and I couldnt be happier. Somehow she took 300 cc out of my rt breast and 250 out of my left and made them once again symmetrical and perky. She was encouraging and supportive, and more important, listened, as did her excellent staff. I had researched plastic surgeons six years ago and decided on Dr. Huang. Unfortunately, I moved from the W. Coast to Iowa. When I got laid off from work for 3 months, I raced back to WA to get the procedures. It was not cheap...including airline tickets, not covered by insurance; I brought a girlfriend; stayed at a hotel long enf for my 3 week check up...but EVERY CENT WAS WORTH IT. I had very little pain, and returned to my 4 mile walks within days. I wish Id had the breast reduction done a decade ago! I feel lightweight and my back and clothes problems have disappeared. Not sure I look THAT MUCH YOUNGER; but no one noticed anything drastic when I returned home. The only snag was that after the long surgery; I was sent home (hotel) within minutes of waking up (5:00 closing time); I was very weak and still groggy and unable to assist much my GF get me to the hotel and into bed. After care was excellent. I felt safe and that Dr. Huang knew what she was doing. I would recommend her to anyone who needed the extra confidence in their surgeon.

I chose to have a full mommy makeover surgery in November of 2018. This included a tummy tuck with muscle repair, breast lift, and lipo of my side flanks (which is important for the proper shape after the tummy tuck). After visiting the office and meeting Dr. Virginia Huang, I didnt want to look any further at other providers. She was warm and honest with me about what results I could get from this surgery. I think she was actually more excited than I was! The pricing was what I expected it to be and I didnt feel like they were higher than anyone else in the area....but if you want an amazing result with equal care.....its worth the money.After surgery, it took me about a week to even feel close to a normal person.....and 3 weeks to be able to go back to work. Please have someone to help you for at least the first 4-5 days. You need good nourishing food, help to the restroom, and someone to manage your pain meds....(which you WILL need regardless of what you think). You NEED a power recliner for the recovery process. A bed was not going to work for me and I needed to have something to both sleep in and get in and out easily after my husband went back to work. The surgery recovery should NOT be rushed. Everyone is different, so the recovery will be too. It took about 12 weeks for me to feel strong enough to get back into working out. The most painful part of the whole recovery for me was the muscle repair, because your muscles get pulled back to back together and scar tissue need to lay down to heal. It was difficult to sleep on my side....so I ended up sleeping in the recliner for 3 weeks. The surgery and recovery should be treated as a partnership with your surgeon. They can create amazing results.....but only if the patient does part of the work too. If you dont listen and take care after surgery.....your results wont be what you want them to be. You also need to continue to workout and eat right when released to do so.....to keep your results looking amazing or even better! This is 100% not a weight loss procedure. DO THE WORK TO KEEP LOOKING AMAZING! That part is not up to the surgeon.I love having my pre-baby body back! I got my confidence back. My abs engage when I workout now and my post surgery hourglass shape is amazing. I dont have any regrets with my decision. It was what I needed.In closing.....I 100% endorse Salmon Creek Plastic Surgery and specifically Dr. Virginia Huang. I had my sons caesarean over forty years ago which left an ugly vertical scar. Dr. Huang performed abdominoplasty surgery which removed the scar and tightened my abdominal area. I cannot believe how flat my stomach is, which I’ve never had. I am so pleased with surgery, my clothes fit so much better and I don’t feel self conscious about my stomach sticking out. Dr. Huang explained everything to me before the surgery and answered all my questions. The staff is great and very friendly.

I discovered Dr. Green about six years ago after moving to Vancouver. I was driving over to Oregon for my Botox until I found Dr. Green. His entire staff are the kindest, friendliest, skilled, and most professional people I have found in a medical office. Dr. Huang, Karen and EVERYONE are the best. Dr. Green also performed surgery on my sons wrists. My son has severe cerebral palsy and Dr. Greens care was above and beyond great. I wish I could push 10 stars!

The entire staff is friendly, helpful & accommodating. They carefully explain all that will be happening for & during your procedure. I had a procedure six years ago & was totally satisfied & happy with the outcome. I know that I will be just as satisfied with my next procedure.

A good experience from reception to check out. Everyone was kind and respectful. The doc gave me several options, including non procedural. I will try this first but if it does not work, I will be back!

My wife called to set up an appointment for an initial consultation at Salmon Creek Plastic Surgery. First the appointment was set for 3:30 but after the receptionist realized my wife wanted to have 2 body parts looked at she said 3:00 would be better as Dr. Wong likes to have 30 minutes per body part for discussion. My wife told her it would be pushing it to make it there by 3:00 but she would do her best. She told the receptionist she might be a few minutes late. My wife even called the day of the appointment to remind them she might be 5 or 10 minutes late. On the day of the appointment we arrived at 3:05. We were 5 minutes late. The receptionist told her she had paperwork to fill out, which they were supposed to send to my wife ahead of time. My wife even called a week before the appointment and reminded her, but still nothing sent. We were immediately called back to the room. The medical assistant seemed aggitated. Then she said something to the effect of us being kinda late. I was confused as we were 5 minutes late and the receptionist knew we might be. When Dr. Wong came in she was not very personable for starters. She too seemed aggitated. She barely looked at my wife and the appointment was over in 30 minutes, If That and did not even want us to finish filling out the paperwork. It was clear from the start they did not want our business. Wether the receptionist told the medical assistant a different time than she told us, I dont know. But I can tell you that office has issues and it runs a lot deeper than any one person being 5 minutes late. Maybe too, it was the fact that my wife is not planning on having anything done until February of next year. Maybe that threw Dr, Wong for a loop because it is a ways off. But my wife right now is trying to look ahead and see what she can expect both in surgery and in cost. And trying to find someone she feels comfortable with. And it definitely is not them.

Sorry so long in getting back to Dr Huang and Staff. Surgery was on Dec 5 2018. Was more than a little pleased with Dr. and staff. So professional. Would highly recommend Salmon Creek as The Place to Go To when in need of any plastic surgery Sharon W.

I told my boyfriend about Salmon creek Plastic surgery when he really wanted to get rid of his waddle on his neck hehad. Partially from genetics and partially from losing about 40 lbs in very short period of time. From the moment we walked in that very first time bk in early July of 2015 till the last day he saw Dr. Huang February 2017 it was a very pleasant experience. From her explanation of what his options were through the surgery itself and all the aftercare Apts. She was fantastic. Her knowledge is exceptional and very upfront and honest . Dr. Green and his team are amazing! I have been going see him for over three years. Ive seen him for botox (and you look like you afterwards still and dont get freeze face). Ive also seen him varicose vain removal, after 2 sessions they were gone. And Jerviderm in my lips and mouth crease area. Just went to him for breast augmentation, again amazing results, not too big but a nice natural looking perky D cup look. Furthermore, I am going back in a couple of weeks for sunspot removal, even though it wont be Dr. Green who will be doing this procedure, I trust that it will turn on perfectly.I am a 37 year old woman who still gets carded and look anywhere from 26 to 32, all because of my doctor.Cant say enough good things about Dr. Green, he has an excellent bedside manner along with his ability to make one feel at ease. His work is all natural, most people Ive meet dont know Ive had any work done at all. You wont see anyone that looks like the lion woman from New York come out of his office, unless they got work done from someone one else and are going to Dr. Green to have it improved upon. For a natural look kind and caring individual, I wouldnt trust surgical, botox, juviderm and laser operations anywhere else. I have so many nice things to write about him. Even after I move fron Portland, he will always be my doctor. Thank you again Dr. Green.

My son went to the initial consultation, on his own as he is 20, to talk to the doctor about getting his gauged ears sewn shut so he can join the military. He came home upset that the doctor was very condescending to him and treated him like child. He got past that as he needed to get the ears done to join and scheduled an appointment. It started out well and the doctor was really working to make the ears look nice. She spent quite a bit of time on the right ear and all was going well.Shortly after starting the left ear the knocks at the door started. The room was needed for the next appointment and she needed to be aware. The knocks at the door happened more than once and the doctor started to rush. She was pretty rough with the left ear and zipped through it in half the time of the other ear even though this was the one that required more work.After we left the room and paid we asked if there was any follow up to be done. We had not been told anything just ushered out as time was short and they needed that room. They had no problems taking our money which was around $325 an ear but didn’t seem concerned that they just rushed through half the procedure and gave no instructions on how to handle the aftercare.For hours after the procedure my sons left ear bled. He finally taped a sterile gauze pad to his neck because it was bleeding so freely. The left ear was swollen quite a bit more than the right and the stitches looked horrible.The follow up to remove the stitches was a week later and they didn’t seem to care that the left ear wasn’t fully closed. They glued it together, slapped a band aid on and sent him on his way. He refuses to let them touch him again even though his ear looks like it suffered terrible trauma and the repair job was crap. He may one day allow someone to work on it when he forgets this experience but until then he has one crappy Frankenstein looking ear.I would never recommend anyone to use this place and will make sure that I tell everyone I know and meet not to go here. I have saved pictures of his ear in my phone to show why I don’t recommend this place to anyone unless you want to waste your money on shoddy service to only spend it somewhere else getting it fixed.

Dr. Green is attentive, personable, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He is a phenomenal plastic surgeon and human. I highly recommend him for any and all surgeries!

Simply put, this was the best medical experience Ive had in decades and possible the best ever. The reason is simple...the entire process reminded me of visiting small town doctors offices when I was a kid; long before corporate America and Insurance companies have filled the health industry with loads of bureaucracy.In short, Ive had a lipoma for years and Ive been passed around, referred, and passed back again between doctors and dermatologists all requiring another step to perform this basic procedure (I need a primary physician referral to dermatology. Dermatology says its an elective surgery and they cant do it. The surgery center at TVC says they need primary care to greenlight the surgery first, etc.).I finally had enough and on the suggestion of a slightly out-of-the-box idea, I called SCPS. Not only was the ballpark quote over the phone MUCH less costly, but they said if Dr. Green could confirm it was a lipoma and/or cyst he could likely remove it on the spot with that first visit...and thats exactly what happened.I walked in to one general waiting room for a total of 5 minutes. I then walked back into the patient room and waited another 3-4 minutes and immediately meet Dr. Green...who by the way is awesome (very nice, clearly knowledgeable and professional, just salt of the earth guy)...and 30 minutes later (literally) Im sewed up and out the door. I wasnt even there an hour, the entire staff was polite and professional, and I no longer have this stupid lipoma. If only I knew...I could have saved 5 primary and specialists visits and all the associated bills (for nothing) along the way.I give SCPS the highest recommendation I can, I will sing Dr. Greens praises the rest of my life, and will gladly return and refer anyone/everyone as often as I can. The guy is a mensch and that place is the way health care should be run. Oh, and hes a Notre Dame/WSU Coug...how can you go wrong!?Thank you Dr. Green and SCPS - I wish you loads of growth and success so that others may view and copy your model as a catalyst back to patient-first health care.All the best,Ethan Elkins

First time ever was at that center. I thought I was lost the young woman that was with me on the phone stayed with me the whole time until I got to that destination. That was a wonderful thing she did not have to do that. But she did I appreciated that so very much I dont travel that way very often. And the people there are very very friendly. The center is very very clean I enjoyed my visit very much.

I decided to go to this office for a consultation on the pearl fractional laser... this is my experience.1) I met with a physician that was never mentioned on their website. She did not disclose her credentials and made me think she was new to the specialty because she missed important details from my medical history and offered skin care products that were contraindicated.2) Since I do not have the down time required for recovery from the pearl, I was given one option: the PICO Genesis. I was not offered any alternatives and it was never discussed with me the risk, benefits, or after-care of the laser. I had to find this out on my own.3) The laser was inappropriately explained by an esthetician, not the physician; credentials, again, was never mentioned. I was surprised (and disappointed) to find out that the laser is only operated by this person, when their website clearly shows only the dermatologists performing the treatments. This is the main reason why I wanted to go to this office.4) When I showed up three days later for my appointment with the PICO, I was asked to fill out paperwork that had already been completed but the receptionist was too busy to fix the issue. I was also called back without completing the paperwork or signing the consent form.5) I was taken into a room for photographs but the esthetician did not verify whether I signed the consent form or not. I noticed in the room non-hydroquinone skin care products for melasma and asked for more information but the esthetician was reluctant to answer. I was growing very upset because this was never mentioned in the initial consultation.6) It was also never researched whether my medication is a contraindication to the PICO so this had to be done quickly before moving forward. I was then informed that the laser increases for risk for cold sores and that salicylic acid/waxing the area increases sensitivity; this was never mentioned in the initial consultation.7) I was then taken into the laser room and noticed that there was no tissue paper, sheet, or anything on top of the chair for infection prevention between patients. I was never told what to expect or asked how I can be more comfortable; instead, I was told to lie down and put on goggles. I could not see out of the googles; it was pitch black and made me feel nervous. The esthetician was about to start the laser treatment without warning and made me feel like things were being rushed. There was then a knock on the door stating her colleague needed one of the lasers. I told her I was feeling nervous and asked for different goggles but said those were the only ones. She rudely said I needed to make up my mind about the laser because her next patient was in 30 minutes; the esthetician said this all in front of her colleague. She never once tried to alleviate my concerns or make me feel that the $995 was a wise investment, so I left. I have never been treated so rudely or dealt with a more poorly-run business. Good riddance.

Karen is excellent! She has resolved my decades long challenge with acne. She is meticulous, kind and professional. I value her expertise and the time she devotes to helping others.

I love Dr. Green. Entire clinic is friendly, professional, accommodating. I feel like I get good advice on real expected outcomes.

I was referred to Dr. Namkung from the wound clinic. I was instructed on the phone that more than likely doctor would do surgery same day as my initial appt. When Dr. Namkung saw me she started back peddling saying, oh we should check with insurance and has anyone checked your nutrition, coming up with one thing or another to not treat me. The look on her face and her body language said it all. She didnt know what she was doing and showed no confidence in her ability. A total waste of my time and money. I would not recommend her.I was never scheduled for anything..

I met with doctor green he was affable and informative.. After meeting with him I feel comfortable moving forward with my decision on surgery.. I was equally impressed by the staff their friendliness and the lack of pressure.. I feel any decision I make will be based on my choices not someone trying to make money off me.

I had many questions and they answered every one. The cosmetic care coordinator even took the time to show me her before and after pictures for facial procedures. Very nice clinic.
