Had an amazing experience with Jay today! Called for a same day piercing appointment not expecting much, and he fit me right in! I felt so welcomed from the moment we arrived.The shop was clean and organized, with a great selection of jewelry! Jay took his time, explained each step and showed me all the shop’s sanitary procedures and protocols. I had a completely painless experience, and look forward to returning in the future! I could not recommend him more. You can tell he truly cares about his work, and the experience you have.

My 13 year old daughter just got her ears done and Jay was amazing. Took his time explaining the entire process and made us feel comfortable. My daughter was nervous, and Jay was calm and quick and she said that it didn’t hurt as much as she thought it would! He also had a great selection of studs and we are very happy! We are coming back for a change before she does her martial arts competition to get a change into silicon.

Great place to get your piercing done. Jay was nice enough to wait for me when I couldn’t make my appointment time. This was so nice of him, he stayed after hours so I could still make it. Thanks so much for that and sorry for making you wait. Everything was sterilized and opened in front of me which reassured me that this place was good. I love my new jewelry! Thanks!

Jay is great and does a great job! His shop is clean and he makes sure to clean everything in front of you so you know everything is sterilized. He explains the process and works with you to ensure that everything is just as you like it. I have gotten multiple piercings from him and they have all turned out great!

Was really worried about infection from my irritated/ejecting hip dermals (that I got elsewhere 8 years ago) when I was 8 months pregnant. My doctor recommended removing them by a reliable piercer. Jay removed them for me extremely fast, as painless as possible, and they fully healed with very minimal scarring. He did an awesome job.

By far the most patient, professional, and kind piercer Ive ever been to! I am always nervous getting piercings, but Jay was amazing the whole time. When I asked for a stress ball to hold on to when I was getting my piercing, he didnt have one, but was kind enough to let me hold on to a rubber duck he had! Also, he walked me through the whole process, which made me feel so calm. He was able to fix a piercing from another place, and already it feels so much better. 10000/10 recommended this shop!!!

I brought my 13 yr old daughter to Jay for her 2nd hole ear piercing. He has 20 years experience, super friendly and makes you comfortable. She was super nervous but he was great with her. Came here on Monday to get my 7 year old daughters ears pierced and my second lobe. Even though I was last minute he fit us in. Jay was fast and very calming. He showed my daughter the whole process he was going to do to her on me because I went first. He was amazing with answering her questions and making her less nervous. Highly recommend and will be telling everyone I know how amazing he is!

Went here because of the rave reviews but unfortunately did not have the same experience. Jay seemed aloof, maybe he was just having a bad day but he just went through everything indifferently and talked to me while not looking at me. I asked how long it took to switch out jewelry which he answered but my brain was scattered because I have bad social anxiety so when I got to the front I asked “x amount of months right?” he just nodded like he was annoyed. I came back in to ask something else and he looked even more annoyed. When I offered a tip is when his demeanor changed. Again maybe he was tired or something and I’m just more sensitive than others but my piercing is slightly off center and the bar is too short but I’m apprehensive to go back and ask him to fix it. He seems knowledgeable and the prices are great so I didn’t want to leave a negative review but I just couldn’t stop thinking about how unwelcome I felt.

Haven’t been to this location but jay has done ll my piercings and he’s the best.

Jay is awesome! I went in for a septum piercing yesterday and it was super quick and almost completely painless. He was very thorough, professional, and knowledgable, and he walks you through every every step. He even explains all the sterilization processes which I thought was really cool. I would 100% recommend him, especially for a septum! Im so in love with how mine came out!!

I showed up a little early for my appointment, but Jay was able to get me right in! The piercing was quick, not nearly as painful as I thought it would be, and Jay answered all of my questions. I have had no problems with the healing of my piercing and I look forward to going back to have my jewelry changed once I am fully healed! Jay was very good and fast and he new what he was talking about and explained the different things that he would be doing for prepping my ear for the needle. Everything was very clean and sterile. I love my new ear piercings and I love the jewelry that I got to pick out.

Went in for a helix piercing and a nose piercing. Jay was super helpful and explained everything about the piercings to me, placement and care. Did it quick and was also very clean explaining how everything he used was sterilized and the precautions he took. Super professional and nice definitely going back!

I wanted to give it one last shot, and consulted with Jay to get his opinion. He re-pierced me and they have healed PERFECTLY!I can’t say enough good things about my piercing experiences with Jay!!!

Literally such an amazing experience! Jay is wonderful in explaining exactly whats going on, the aftercare, and can probably answer whatever question youll have. He mixes being kind and friendly with being wise and knowledgable. The jewelry selection is also really cute! (when applicable). I was really worried about being pierced in the wrong spot(s) due to horror stories Ive heard so often, but these are probably the best placed Ive ever seen. Ill be coming back!

Jay is by far the best piercer around. He makes you feel comfortable and gets it done quickly and easily. Ive gone back for so many piercings. Ive also gone back from losing a ball to my piercing (multiple times because Im a mess) and hes happily changed it or ordered me new jewelry. 10000/10 recommend. Ps shop is also near the best sushi place around, so why not go get your nipples pierced and then stuff your face

I would highly recommend Jay for any piercing needs you have. He has done multiple piercings for me including my septum, nipple, and a microdemal on my chest. All have healed perfectly and the process was quick, clean, and extremely professional. I have also gone to him for jewelry reinsertion as well as body jewelry purchases. His pricing is also extremely fair and affordable.

Wanted a Helix piercing so my boyfriend took me to Lucky Lantern in Waterbury. I was very nervous but Jay was great and talked me through the piercing. I have had other piercings in the past that were hard to heal and got infected. Not this one. Healing was easy. Best tip I got was to sleep with a travel pillow so it wouldn’t irritate the piercing. I love the final product and am already planning my next piercing. Stop by Lucky Lantern. Cool guys who do awesome work!

I loved my experience here! The place was very clean. They are all very cool and very nice to customers. My piercing came out really really nicely. Great place all around. Super chill atmosphere as well. I called last minute and Jay was able to get me in for my tragus piercing. Showed up about 10 minutes early for my appointment and he was ready to take me right in! Walked me through the whole process through helping me pick my jewelry down to the piercing itself! (I got my nose pierced) He even took some pictures of the jewelry and the piercing and sent them to me! I would be very happy to come back once I can get another!

Got my septum done and gf got both nostrils done . Was very clean and thorough. I was worried about passing out he advised me to eat something and have a sugary drink before hand and got me a water and a little candbar after to make shur I dident. Overall was a great experience and would recommend to anyone .

Jay pierced my nose on March 21st. He was awesome! This was the second time I got my nose pierced and it hurt WAY less than the first time. It was so quick and easy, highly impressed.
