Absolutely LOVE this place and my friends as well too!!!!!!! My absolute go-to when i want a tattoo or piercing. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and the place itself is incredibly well kept. I went to purple and roberto for my wrist and spine tattoo and they both came out amazing! Lunchbox the piercer is the best piercer ive ever gone to hes so friendly and sweet and is SUPER quick with the needle its insane. Ive had 5 piercings done by him and each time was great and went smoothly!!! Highly recommend this place!!!!!!!👏

Lunchboxx is def always on Point w all his piercings (pun intended:) Great, clean environment. I’ve had a few piercings done and have even brought my teenage daughter, who has also sent some of her friends and he never misses. Always quality work. A no brainer if you’re looking to get a piercing and want to be sure it’ll turn out good. Prices are always unmatched as well.

All my piercing have healed quick and properly. He is extremely professional and doesnt make you feel uncomfortable or rushed like others might. Hes really good at what he does and I trust him 110%. Definitely recommend to come get pierced here, its very clean, sanitary and the staff is always friendly. Both my friend and I recently went in again and had nothing short of a great experience!

First I walked in to the place and everyone gave me a crazy look. Very unfriendly and unprofessional atmosphere. Nobody wanted to do a tattoo cover up? So then after being bounced around, one artist asked me to come back several hours later. I agreed to come back only to be rudely greeted by the artist at the front door. She told me to have a seat, an artist will be with you! So a male artist comes down the stairs and jokes with the other female artist asking if she was going to do my tattoo cover up. She sucked her teeth and said NO! I kindly walked out the door! Never again will I return!!!! Terrible customer service!!!!

Me and my sisters got tattooed here by Sam and she did such a great job. She made sure everything was clean and took her time to make sure that we liked the design and the placement before she started. She took her time on the tattoos to make sure they were perfect. Absolutely loved this this place. 10/10 recommend!

Just wanted to cover up a small tattoo on my wrist. I called and was offered a walk-in time for the same day. Once there, place was spot clean. Berto covered up my tattoo in no time and it turned out exactly how I wanted it. Both him and LunchBoxx made me feel super comfortable and relaxed, and advised of all the services offered at the shop. Everyone who came in for a piercing would praise LunchBoxx and how quick and painless it all was. Can’t wait to get something else done soon!

Great people to get any work done. From their piercer to their tattoo artists, these gentlemen are the best. They are very clean and professional. I’ve gotten majority of my tattoos and piercings from this place. Traveled from Florida just to get work done. Definitely recommend if you are in the Waterbury area... and if traveling from afar, they are well worth it.

I got a tattoo here months ago, was great healed great. I just got a piercing last week, and a jewelry change of a piercing I got at a different location. My ear has been triple the size, red, and infected for a week now. Both the new piercing and the changed one (which never caused me a issue previously) are so painful I cant touch them. Ive been using pure saline as im supposed to do, and have healed many piercings perfectly before. When I could not clear the infection/swelling and the pain went into my head and neck, I decided to contact another piercer for help clearing the issue. This person was great, told me this place should not have changed my existing piercing as it was months to early to change, and that they could not even change the jewelry to better jewelry with sound mind yet as it is too swollen. Basically told me the jewelry that was put into my ear at this place was not good. I dont want to loose two piercings I like and paid for, but also dont want to have a fever anymore from the infections and swelling. I dont understand why I was given bad jewelry, when I and I am sure others, would pay the extra few bucks for quality.

This place was awesome. Had great customer service, good vibes as well. They make you feel very welcoming and, very comfortable. I got my nipples pierced for an early bday present from my best friend and, lunchboxx did them for me and, I did not feel it one bit, he was super gentle and, didn’t make the situation one bit awkward. Thank you for your guys services, you’re all great!

I can’t speak on the tattooing or the other piercer but Justine just pierced my mom and I and when I tell you she was amazing that’s an understatement. Our piercings are perfectly placed it was quick and easy and she was very kind to us. She is a hidden gem and I will recommend her to all of my friends. I’m beyond happy with the results and to top it off it was very affordable!! If I could rate her more stars I would because 5 is not sufficient. Thank you!!

On July 1st me n my friend went n got piercings but I new about Zeus tattoos for long time last time I was at Zeus tattoos Is high school days . Lunchbox the piercer is amazing he’s done all my piercings, including nipples nose , septum, Medusa and belly button and none have ever been infected he’s very knowledgeable and down to earth. Super respectful and very very clean! The prices are beyond reasonable! You won’t regret it!

I was very excited to get my septum piercing redone. When I walked in they had me sign a waiver saying that they had given me all the information I needed to know about the piercing and that they weren’t responsible for anything that happened. I was given no information about how to take care of my piercing. When I got it done, it was crooked, and FAR too close to the base of my nose. It is now very badly infected. I should have waited until another more legit place was open. I’m going to have to take this piercing out and get it redone AGAIN once it heals. I am very upset

I went into the shop to get my piece done for my brother who passed away 9 years ago ! I connected awesome with the artist Alex . It was all meant to be ! He did a freestyle with my tattoo & captured what I WANTED he was super dope and nice & I love meeting his beautiful daughters . The shop is very clean and very nice . The piercings are amazing too ! Everything is brand new and sterilize!! GO TO THERE SHOP!!!!! They will be getting more of my money soon lol

Zeus tattoo is my go to shop and best tattoo spot in Waterbury. Tito is my artist and is so thorough, professional, clean and does amazing work he can draw anything you ask him to and takes his time to make sure your piece is perfect! There is a reason he is always booked because he is that dope! I am on my 7th appointment and always book in advance.

DONT DO IT. got pierced about a year ago and my piercing would not heal. I asked the piercer for titanium because i am allergic to nickle and come to find out he infact put a sterling silver earing in my ear( which included nickle), for a rook piercing. I ended up having to get it taken out at a more reputable palor and was put on ANTIBIOTICS- . This place just wants your money, they dont actually care if you are allergic to anything

They failed to let my girlfriend know that her tongue was not suitable for the piercing. She was in the hospital for 5 days to monitor her throat as the piercing was done wrong and swelled up her entire neck. They told us they would give our money back (at the least they could do) and when she came in she was yelled at to leave by the manager. I proceeded to call to clear it up and talk to the manager and without talking to me at all he told me to f*** off and to come in and settle it personally after calling me awful, degrading names. I have never been to a more unprofessional establishment.

My husband is being tattooed at this moment and the supposed right hand of THIS shop claims disrespectfully that my SONS name will NOT be corrected although it has been brought to his attention at the time of tattooing that the spelling is WRONG. He simplified my issue and hung up with MUCH disrespect. I know how hard a tattoo artist must grind within this industry; his lack of respect for the art undermines ALL within this community. Red FLAG to the owner.
