Banter by Piercing Pagoda

Do not come to either of these stores. Their returns do not work. They give you the run around as to why. When you pay upright for something , if a return involves a check, it should be noted upon purchase. Been here over 2 hours waiting. Excuses. Reasons. No one cares. I paid and now I’d like my money back. I paid with a card. It’s 2022. These issues shouldn’t be present at all. I highly recommend going elsewhere. Unless you want your money stolen. Also side note, their telling me out of 265 only 200 can be given back… so that’s theft ? Because the other 60 went where. O yea, the computer. Just another excuse because they have no idea wth their doing

Today’s is my sons bday. I could have went anywhere but I went to the mall. The mall closes at 7. This store decides to make its own hours. 645 and the store is already shut down. I had 15 min. Instead I went somewhere else. And they got it done and my money. Will never give my money to piercing pagoda again.

Had a good experience with another employee, but for Jamie it wasn’t. Gave me attitude even when she wasn’t the person that was helping me. When I called back to speak to the manager she picked up the phone and said the manager was busy. After I asked who picked up the phone she hung up. I went back to resolve the problem. Overall not worth going back if she is there.

Horrible! personal has no clue...i bought a nose ring with insurance because their stones all way fall.. after 5 months the stone fell out and they would not honor the insurance....said I needed to produce the package of 3 it came in with...however after 5 months i no longer had one of them...the insurance is bull dont get it! Dont buy here ...one employ said one thing and another something else!

Love this place. The staff is always courteous and prompt and they are keeping everyone safe with the scheduling for piercings now. Love that!

I got my ears Pierced and the earring was so tight that the earring itself ( where the diamond is) is imprinted in my ear. I have a big hole in my ear
